For others may its still be a time of rebirth and renewal and hope all truth will be revealed for peace and good will to all.
PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to Psalm 73. The following verses spoke to me.

If we are truly are entering into time of real tribulations, which the signs are there and our family has experienced the breakdown of any human rights and lawfulness already with unaccountable entities who care less about anything but profits and control of nations; then all we can do is stay on course for good to triumph over evil in the end. We are not to sit and do nothing, but we are to be guided by the teaching of Peace and love and justice and truth. So many are too willing to get us sidetracked and sometimes the most best intentioned get sidetracked themselves into less than the best things or ways. We are here to build each other up and not tear each other down.

The Journey for Truth and justice plods on. Justice Roy Moore in Alabama now has the case at the the State supreme court level on ballot access of Pres Obama. Maybe he will remand it back for the sec of state Chapman? to get he Topeka Ks birth certificate or at least get answers to the question did you know when you filed you had the wrong state put down'
I've been e-mailing her my Daily recaps for months, but in the last week their system has crashed- so many must also be trying to send her info, too. I only know what I am eye witness , too and can locate family records in tubs, I was hoping one day to organize it all into some familyy albums for others. Plus I had no idea last 7/16/12 that after I started posting the info I knew online that within a few weeks some one would help and get the official records out of Topeka ks and this would all have been over one way or the other. Instead it just gets more conflated and more mysteries arise and few eye witnesses are willing to come forward when even those like me that know a lot about some things are chastised and slammed and called loony tunes by the few that out there who motivation must not be for Truth and Justice. This whole thing is so convoluted and the whole cabal has been putting things in place for so long to take ever the Nation I love and do not want to see fail of basically good people As My Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy said many times and he had witnessed a lot of horrible things in his lifetime through the last century: There has never been people like those of the United States who have been so willing to care about others and give to those that needed. it. , We were too trusting as step by step over the last few decades we got robbed of our public monies and the things we, the people wanted done for ourselves, did not occur. And too many forgot that in order to be we, the people we have to at least participate by voting even if we often had to choose between candidates we cared little for but had to decide which one would do the least harm. and try to be a good person and get good advisors and listen to them. It got worse as the main media lost their way in being the fourth estate of the Constitution and not properly helping us vet the candidates and ask the 'hard questions' like what is all this information from Topeka , Ks?. Did he know anything? or as Before the News wrote: has the whole bio of the presdent been a hoax? If that be true, then the main media has really failed their duty to society. Does he have advisors around him that lie to him about what certain issues and bills are really about?
It was brought to my attention directly and indirectly from a professionl that used to help run a local program and is now trying to replace the intensive care that used to be provided, with teh minimal and less satisfactory office type visits of a very serous matter that affects every community in the USA.
For example: many do not realize that in January. 13; President Obama signed an order that cut off funding nationwide for what he said was 'living skills for the mentally ill." No! Whatt got cut off in the after math of Sandy Hook was funding for the outpatient partial hospital program for the mentally ill. This is the program that allows the more seriously mentally ill, to be treated on an out patient basis rather than be in a hospital with group theraphy and other kinds of theaphy that one gets in a hospital setting, but not live there and may not come every day. Yes there are living skills as part of this so they can take care of minimal food preparations and shopping,etc.. Its much more than seeing a counselor and talking about ones problems, which is more for those without a mental illness but just having some problems with life, marriage, work relationships and stresses of the time., something that can happen to any one and may need more than their faith leader or friend to help. These partial hospital programs are the outcome of a 1985 US Supreme court decison that said they were to be the substitute for institutionalization. Many don't realize that the US supreme court didnt't just say turn them out. They said provide these kinds of care instead.
There has been little coverage of this in the main media and many should be gravely concerned. Most mentally ill will never commit the horrible violent acts that some have; but too often they can become very vulnerable in a society where too often some others have evil intents.
I bring this up as just one thing that has occurred that can cause real tragedies to happen and well may have already around the country. Did he know what he was signing? Was he lied to? This was not just cutting back the number of days a patient could come, it abolished the whole program that has been the stability program for those who do not meet the level of needed to be in a long term hospital but do need long term contact for special help. something family and friends are now having to cope with and; do to the emotional relationships may not be able to provide what a trained professional can.
Yet, Congress has not stepped up and done anything about it, either. Its why Congress is divided into
committees so each can oversee sections of the govt. An impeachement with no result means none of these thngs will get addressed just as happened under Pres. Clinton.

24. Its a mystery as to which side of the family its from. Ther is no info on the back of it. I post it as its still family history of Pres Obama either directly or of Florence Hunt Hardy. Any one in my familyy know? Some do look familiar and will keep on searching in the records for the names.
25. The five siblings that arrived almost hundred years ago with their parents in Haxtun Colorado, one of these is Pres Obama's great grandmother and I have listed them on the info on the flickr site.
THE LETTER FROM 1974
Still don't have the entire letter and its filled with all kinds of info about who is doing what, To complicate things, it appears, my mother went on couple of pages and put down some ages, but they may not be correct from what we all know for sure.
Daniel Wayne Pope , as far as I've ever known only had one child Stanley Ann Dunham as he was known as Stanley Dunham aster assuming the real ones name to got to WWII. But in the letter it refers not only to Mariiyn ( as she was known in the family or as Tut) as having back surgery, and then that she is working in a court House, but doesn't say where and that may not be correct as I will explain later. It also mentions that Dan and his son, Dan, are painting a house and the son is working for Forestal.?
When I first started on this writing of what I know back in last July, I had already left comments on different sites asking the birthers to check Ks for records under Daniel Wayne Pope. for the birth record. Was I remembering som einfo shared by my mother 30 years ago and forgot part of it?
Is it possible that the gasp from the Sec of State of Kansas's staff back on 9;14/12 is finding a record with that name or a Barry Pope with the grandparents listed as parents. This would not be the first time the parents of a teenage mother adopted the child or children in order to protect them , yet the child or children remained with the mother. I've personally known of this and its not that uncommon if there is a teenage parent.
What does Geir Smith know? form Before Its News as he already said this in his sense of humor which turns ltitle too gross for me at times,, but its his way of expressing his opinions which he has a strong dislike for this president.
I had given all this info to the staff about the change of names from Pope to Dunham, etc. I'm certain they found something.! There's been a lot of speculation about an adoption, What if it was a USA adoption by grandparents at some point and its on the Topeka KS birth records as it would be changed and sealed even if it were done in Hawaii or elsewhere. I'm; farrly certain the letter is from My Aunt Helen, although still haven't found the whole letter yet. And being long distance and little direct contact with them, I donpt consider bank vs court house, too much diffrent in a 'type of work ' One has to evaluate the circumstances and sources on all this. The entire letter is fist and scond hand info aobut aht is going on among many extended famaly members, its the context that is important her. Son, grandson?
I do remember in 1/71, mention of Marilyn, Dan's wife we call her 'Tut' when she arrived with the president and introduced him to me as Barry Soetoro that she was having back problems.
I want to find the rest of the letter and signature, first and then black out references to other family members that are still living, You have the page from my mother's note book of the 22 Hardy grandchldren and any serious investigator can find out who the rest of the family might be if they want to professionally ask the for documetns or eye witness testimony. . Lets have some common decency about this, but I am trying to reveal to all the step by step process I'm going through for the search for trurh and justice without any personal agenda except the outcome be the best for all of us.and my family's survival..
Our health care system is crumbling as the information I shared above was shared with me, and also what I saw myself this week. Where is our money? Why are people without work when there is so much that needs to be done? Our whole system is collapsing and it didn't just start in 2009, but is a culmination of decades of a 'planned, convoluted,coup d'etat" of this nation and the world by an entity that has been allowed to gain control. We don't need this going on for another 4 years as there is too much to do! If he is legally Innocent, so be it, if not then Congress will need to decide what happens next, but pray we don't have the peoples business come to a grirnding halt while a gossip frenzy is on going. Please not a Ken Starr who talked to everyone but our Son, who would have exposed the real corruption on going in the Clinton White house on health care and other matters. And on the way home from Monica having Linda Tripp talk to our son, she bought the infamous tape recorder and is mentioned on the tapes as the " cute guy at McDonald's trying to help his mother." Our son learned more in a couple of afternoons in DC then Ken Starr did sending millions and dragging this country through a pornographic squalor with no result but the peoples business got stopped and we are suffering now as good laws needed to be passed for the modern era and didn't. One was the comprehensive overhaul of the Federal system and Officee of personnel management that was gong to happen with Congressman Dan Burton's unwavering digging for truth and Justice. Don't hear much about him any more do we?
Most of the allegatons on misuse of ssn's , etc are beyond the satutue of limitations for any charges. At thee worse we elected a person that did not have the best past. If there is something more current, then that needs to be dealt with. Please don't let hatred blind one to what is legal and constitutional. After all everyone is Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, even the president and there are time limits. on most crimes for bringing charges. At this point these are only allegations with some evidence and it needs to be dealt with by the legal system our Constitution has in place. Don't forget its High crime not any come and there is a US Senate that may not see things the same as the House of Represeniatives just like with Pres Clinton.

All laws passed in the United States have their final arbiter in the Federal court system and the US supreme court. We have the right to question whether something is 'constituional' and if it isn't it can be altered amended or completely thrown out and then congress or the state legislatures needs to pass something that is constitutional or create an amendment to the Constitution in order to make it constitutional. Its a living document and times and knowledge change and we need to open to better ways for Truth and Justice for all.

Sun finally came out some ofter a soaking rain last night. But had gotten to sleep late last night as i had just about finished Spellcheck Daily Recap and the n lights went out and everything got lost. So when they came back on, had to redo it: Since it was quoted from today on Before Its News, might have been for the best.
Mail came and another Explanation of Benefits from Fed Blues where Medicare apparently changed diagnosis on Doyle and paid about 1/10th of the charges. This is what happens when the National Health Insurance Data base is such a fraud of altered info from what ones doctor originally sent in, When something happens and you need the major treatments like an in an ER, etc. then minute amounts are paid as if you were not treated for what you were being treated for. Almost 25 years ago the system of coding for claims was changed to DRG's where on arrival before being seen, the intake person becomes a 'prophet' and just know what you are there for.And if they access a fraudulent mess than no matter how much is done and medically needed the medical profession and facility gets scammed of what is rightfully to be paid even with budget cuts. Of course Fed Blues is primary but Novatis has turned into being as bad as Trailblazers in violating HR 1063 law, as if they don't know it exists. The partners of Medicare need to be notified to shape up or another contractor hired as the theft of Medicare cannot continue like this. No wonder they are manipulating computer files to not have to pay monies at Medicare when they are paying bills belonging to other primary payers. And the results are what I saw last week at a facility that is 'crumbling' while the staff tries to take care of patients . I saw this at a lab facility too a couple of months ago, where even chairs were being taped together. Look around and ask yourself where is all the money? Congress and Sec of HHS can't even begin to know what a realistic budget is when its skewed by theft by the partners of Medicare, They no longer call them govt contractors, as they are in charge and most are interlocked with the military industrial complex and our health care dollars are going all over the world to kill and destroy rather than heal and help.

Peter never seems to mince words , he just says it. And no matter what one reads to sway one from the basic Christian belief this is the gist of it. Other faiths will find some truths in it, but for A follower of Christ the hope of the resurrection and is a promise for all and for everyone as the Creator loves each one of us, without partiality.
One does not know who will be on the other side in Heaven, He wants all of thus there. Maybe even a Tibetan Buddhist who sometimes writes with a little grossness, will be among us and who knows who else.? The light of Love and which we receive through Christ is going to come through whomever is open to truth and caring for one one another.

Posted photos 22 and 23 today. The younger boy on the left is Daniel Wayne Pope who assumed the name of Stanley Dunham to go to WWII and is the President's grandfather.
The date on the back of the photos says 7/1936 for no. 22, but appears to have been taken at the same time as the other one says 1936 and is in my mother's handwriting.
The site is the Apple Orchard? on the original home place of the family that showed up there almost a hundred years ago near Haxtun Colorado, built the Sod house and the land included a separate homestead claim, called a tree claim. It was planted with apple trees. When I was there in 1953, the trees were growing and producing. One of the children's chores was to go put buckets of water on the trees in dry times.
One of my facebook friends sent me some more info of the history today, and I responded maybe its time to tell more of this, but she said maybe not yet. I said you may be right as Orly would 'have me for lunch."
I'm appreciative of the many accolades form Before Its News. Maybe the light of Truth is getting through some, and all those that know things will feel free to come forward and share the pieces I know nothing about.

At this point, I would tell him the name of the Dad, but am not wiling to have it out in the public domain, as I'm only 99% sure its accurate and I'm pretty sure there are some extended family still in Topeka ks and as I've written before the last thing wanted is for Westboro Baptist standing in front of ther homes screaming horrible things to them. Plus the president may well not know and if that is true, then he has had some around him that did know things and cared so little they didn't bother to tell him. What else hasn't been told that's needed to make presidential decisions?
If he doesn't, then that is another matter. The whole truth needs to come out and the real criminals whoever they all are need to go to jail and pay back stolen monies.
STUPID SSN LAWS
Congress has really passed some bad laws and . or let some bad executive orders stand.
One of these is the publication of the deceased application for a social security number and the number itself with in 10 years of death.
US Census records are only free to be viewed after 40 years, with more recent being available udder paid request and application much like a freedom of information request.
Once a person dies, there is no confidentiality of ones social security records.
One can file a request to get them. after death.
The application for a social security number with the number itself is out in the public domain and on line within 10 years of death, as I now recall seeing. It might have made sense if the predecessor of e verify had continued to be used. We were taking calls over 20 years ago when it began by phone; what now occurs through an e verify computer search. Basically name and number must agree. before an employer can hire you.
Social security stopped doing it soon after it started and we were just told there was not enough staff to handle it. No one went back to Congress for more money? I don't recall any attn to it. In the meantime, out comes the number of deceased individuals. Granted when one has died, that info is cross checked with social security so the number is listed as deceased and no IRS form from the employer should go through with out being sent back to the employer. But there are major problems inside social security in the last 10 years, with computer hacking and other laxity and no office of inspector general investigations on so many things including deaths of employees and all the other atrocities such as has happened to me and those known to me.
(All the more reason whoever is president needs to have advisers who will be honest with him or her as to what is really going on and just how bad things are and have been getting that way bit by bit for a long time.)
There are allegations and Orly Taitz appears to have some evidence of misuse of social security numbers.
Each one of the deceased numbers probably has a thick computer file of 'trespassers' in this country using them to work under. one can probably get by with such for a few months before getitng caught. Apparently e verify is working and has stopped some of this at the beginning rather than a year 1/2 later after w-2's and tax returns are filed.
But so much is occurring on this inside govt contractors today and there is no internal audit controls and no criminal prosecutions of the govt contractors due to congress passing those ludicrous laws that has created a coup d'etat of the USA. If those in charge are not accountable to the law, or even the constitution then they have taken over and past Congresses did it. We have no idea if the process in place now, is working fully if controlled by private contractors.As we've well documented they are not reliable, or accountable except to themselves and their international cabal.
We need a full investigation and if the process of checking out the president's possible use of ssn's other than his own exposes and causes laws to get changed to correct the abuses of these govt contractors, then some general public good may come from this other than the issue of what the president of the USA may or may not have done.
To me , its just not plausible that he could have been doing this all these years nd not been prosecuted for it. Either the allegations are just not true and the presdient has a real ssn of his own and didn't put it out to the public on the forms released. or: The worse scenarios is not if he committed a wrong, but who colluded to do it and for how many others. Is there an inside on going ricco case inside the govt contractors or inside SSA, or IRS, Federal Trade Commission govt contractors that has been on going for years, too, as there has been with the monies missing with regard to what we had to document ourselves with the help of 500 witnesses inside Vangent and the head of OIG for HHS and OPM and DOL, says they can't do anything because its with in the govt contractor and/ or the political appointed head of the agencies won't permit it and that's not just this administration but prior ones.
WE HAVE BEEN AND ARE BEING ROBBED and Congress does little to see it stops. One law HR 1063 signed by President Obama on 1-11-13 is not being implemented or enforced and the theft is on going as the letter from Blues proves today. They illegally had Medicare pay first and the info didn't reflect what the treatment was for and the hospital and medical people got scammed by the partners of Medicare and by HCS Blues of Illinois with a proven track record of theft of govt monies. BUT ALLOWED TO CONTINUE !
Those SS-5's on line of deceased individuals, are good info about ones ancestors, but I think it should not be on the Internet for another 15 addtl years. If one wishes to have it one can file a request as to why they want it, and it be released that way. Its too easy for one who died at age 20 by the time they would have been age 30, have someone about that age just go online and shop around, take the info,use it and get by with it for a period of time before it's detected, even with the controls in place now. If there really are those in place?
I have been so surprised? to Lean in recent years that those that work inside the federal agencies supposedly over many programs have no idea where info is going or that a govt contractor was really in charge of what was gong to happen with the info. This happened with in the last year, when the person who answered the phone at the Federal workers compensation office at US dept of labor in Dallas , was telling me that US dept of labor in London Ky ( where the files are sorted and some disappear including judges remand orders) was a federal office. I informed him it was;' and he turned and asked someone else, and I heard an older persons say no it wasn't and he was absolutely shocked as he'd been telling injured Federal workers and their Representatives, etc and medical providers,etc that it was. No they are illegally impersonating a Federal employee and are not legally allowed to do that.
Yet, Congress doen';t seem to get why the law is like that. Its called accountability. One calls a govt phone number and give all kinds of personal info and its being given to one that is not subject to laws, or the Constitution at all. What personal info one gives may be used appropriately and to assist you, but one doesn't know. as happened to one individual know of with proof that the info given to ACS ended up being sold to an advertising list. A Federal employee is still subject to the laws: that's a big difference and yet Congress has ignored this for over a decade, DO THEY EVEN KNOW? They few that have tried from both sides of the aisle often get shunned for even raising the question.
Letters from a govt contractor should say on the envelope and the letter head.
Affiliated Computer services a Xerox company, Govt contractor for US dept of Labor, or the same for SSA, or any other Federal agency. Its illegal to impersonate a govt employee and you aren't allowed to say I work for Medicare and not explain I work for a partner or a contractor of Medicare and give the name of the corporation. Often one is told they are not allowed to say, when you are giving vital personal info including your SSN to who?

Too often this has been ignored in recent times at the initial level. Laws get passed, like the affordable care act ( Obamacare) and regulations imposed by Federal agencies that are grossly unconstitutional.- that are unfair unequal and go against anything humane and equitable for those affected by them.
In the past when I first went to work for the govt, these regulations, rules, etc cod be challenged by the individual affected who said, this is not right, becasue: and an appeal could be taken by a federal employee and the employee would give the agencies rationale for the rule or law and deny the appeal. The next step would be before an administrative law judge and I have seem in the past, these rules be overturned on that one person's case as at the point the legal rationale is presented in full legal format and a ruling took place. I've witnessed that ruling be adopted nationwide and changes made to a regulation over it. Others have gone on to higher courts, even to the US Supreme Court, I personally have been upheld at the US supreme court on one issue that had been questioned and my decision upheld all the way and the regulation was not changed.
All this has ended now. becasue govt contractors do the initial appeals and they are not allowed to rule on these kinds of issues, so one can't even get in front of a federal judge, even in an agency to get a ruling done so if something really should never have been put in place becasue it diverted too much from the intent of the law, itself, it could get changed. So the constitutional process afforded us through the Judicial branch is virtually dead for the last decade and no one knows what to do but ignore the appeal?. Yet what is actually happening is unconstitutional If a part of the law is constitutionally wrong, then the individual is to have the right to question it and the agency and the people see it being implemented correctly.
Its part of the budget cut backs to just not train employees how to do this any more. Of course its hard to ferret out Congressional intent on a law , if they never read what they voted on, and/ or had any hearings with testimony. Or the agency never held a regulatory hearing with with testimony to understand the intent of the regulation. Many current employees of the govt have no idea what I'm taking about, but it was considered part of our training and we had manuals available to help explain this so tht if one questioned it, we could refer to that and the person would then know if they still disagreed.
The current system put in place in the USA is not working as intended at all. Govt contractors do not have the authority granted to make these kinds of crucial decisions when something is really worng with the rules, And that's the inherent danger with the health care law all will be under next year. No right to question any part of it that may directly affect YOU.

This is what happens when the National Health Insurance Data base is such a fraud of altered info from what ones doctor originally sent in, When something happens and you need the major treatments like an in an ER, etc. then minute amounts are paid as if you were not treated for what you were being treated for. Almost 25 years ago the system of coding for claims was changed to DRG's where on arrival before being seen, the intake person becomes a 'prophet' and just know what you are there for.And if they access a fraudulent mess than no matter how much is done and medically needed the medical profession and facility gets scammed of what is rightfully to be paid even with budget cuts. Of course Fed Blues is primary but Novatis has turned into being as bad as Trailblazers in violating HR 1063 law, as if they don't know it exists. The partners of Medicare need to be notified to shape up or another contractor hired as the theft of Medicare cannot continue like this. No wonder they are manipulating computer files to not have to pay monies at Medicare when they are paying bills belonging to other primary payers. And the results are what I saw last week at a facility that is 'crumbling' while the staff tries to take care of patients . I saw this at a lab facility too a couple of months ago, where even chairs were being taped together. Look around and ask yourself where is all the money? Congress and Sec of HHS can't even begin to know what a realistic budget is when its skewed by theft by the partners of Medicare, They no longer call them govt contractors, as they are in charge and most are interlocked with the military industrial complex and our health care dollars are going all over the world to kill and destroy rather than heal and help.

Peter never seems to mince words , he just says it. And no matter what one reads to sway one from the basic Christian belief this is the gist of it. Other faiths will find some truths in it, but for A follower of Christ the hope of the resurrection and is a promise for all and for everyone as the Creator loves each one of us, without partiality.

PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS;
Posted photos 22 and 23 today. The younger boy on the left is Daniel Wayne Pope who assumed the name of Stanley Dunham to go to WWII and is the President's grandfather.
The date on the back of the photos says 7/1936 for no. 22, but appears to have been taken at the same time as the other one says 1936 and is in my mother's handwriting.
The site is the Apple Orchard? on the original home place of the family that showed up there almost a hundred years ago near Haxtun Colorado, built the Sod house and the land included a separate homestead claim, called a tree claim. It was planted with apple trees. When I was there in 1953, the trees were growing and producing. One of the children's chores was to go put buckets of water on the trees in dry times.
One of my facebook friends sent me some more info of the history today, and I responded maybe its time to tell more of this, but she said maybe not yet. I said you may be right as Orly would 'have me for lunch."

STUPID SSN LAWS
Congress has really passed some bad laws and . or let some bad executive orders stand.
One of these is the publication of the deceased application for a social security number and the number itself with in 10 years of death.
US Census records are only free to be viewed after 40 years, with more recent being available udder paid request and application much like a freedom of information request.
Once a person dies, there is no confidentiality of ones social security records.
One can file a request to get them. after death.
The application for a social security number with the number itself is out in the public domain and on line within 10 years of death, as I now recall seeing. It might have made sense if the predecessor of e verify had continued to be used. We were taking calls over 20 years ago when it began by phone; what now occurs through an e verify computer search. Basically name and number must agree. before an employer can hire you.
Social security stopped doing it soon after it started and we were just told there was not enough staff to handle it. No one went back to Congress for more money? I don't recall any attn to it. In the meantime, out comes the number of deceased individuals. Granted when one has died, that info is cross checked with social security so the number is listed as deceased and no IRS form from the employer should go through with out being sent back to the employer. But there are major problems inside social security in the last 10 years, with computer hacking and other laxity and no office of inspector general investigations on so many things including deaths of employees and all the other atrocities such as has happened to me and those known to me.
(All the more reason whoever is president needs to have advisers who will be honest with him or her as to what is really going on and just how bad things are and have been getting that way bit by bit for a long time.)
There are allegations and Orly Taitz appears to have some evidence of misuse of social security numbers.
Each one of the deceased numbers probably has a thick computer file of 'trespassers' in this country using them to work under. one can probably get by with such for a few months before getitng caught. Apparently e verify is working and has stopped some of this at the beginning rather than a year 1/2 later after w-2's and tax returns are filed.
But so much is occurring on this inside govt contractors today and there is no internal audit controls and no criminal prosecutions of the govt contractors due to congress passing those ludicrous laws that has created a coup d'etat of the USA. If those in charge are not accountable to the law, or even the constitution then they have taken over and past Congresses did it. We have no idea if the process in place now, is working fully if controlled by private contractors.As we've well documented they are not reliable, or accountable except to themselves and their international cabal.
We need a full investigation and if the process of checking out the president's possible use of ssn's other than his own exposes and causes laws to get changed to correct the abuses of these govt contractors, then some general public good may come from this other than the issue of what the president of the USA may or may not have done.
To me , its just not plausible that he could have been doing this all these years nd not been prosecuted for it. Either the allegations are just not true and the presdient has a real ssn of his own and didn't put it out to the public on the forms released. or: The worse scenarios is not if he committed a wrong, but who colluded to do it and for how many others. Is there an inside on going ricco case inside the govt contractors or inside SSA, or IRS, Federal Trade Commission govt contractors that has been on going for years, too, as there has been with the monies missing with regard to what we had to document ourselves with the help of 500 witnesses inside Vangent and the head of OIG for HHS and OPM and DOL, says they can't do anything because its with in the govt contractor and/ or the political appointed head of the agencies won't permit it and that's not just this administration but prior ones.
WE HAVE BEEN AND ARE BEING ROBBED and Congress does little to see it stops. One law HR 1063 signed by President Obama on 1-11-13 is not being implemented or enforced and the theft is on going as the letter from Blues proves today. They illegally had Medicare pay first and the info didn't reflect what the treatment was for and the hospital and medical people got scammed by the partners of Medicare and by HCS Blues of Illinois with a proven track record of theft of govt monies. BUT ALLOWED TO CONTINUE !
Those SS-5's on line of deceased individuals, are good info about ones ancestors, but I think it should not be on the Internet for another 15 addtl years. If one wishes to have it one can file a request as to why they want it, and it be released that way. Its too easy for one who died at age 20 by the time they would have been age 30, have someone about that age just go online and shop around, take the info,use it and get by with it for a period of time before it's detected, even with the controls in place now. If there really are those in place?
I have been so surprised? to Lean in recent years that those that work inside the federal agencies supposedly over many programs have no idea where info is going or that a govt contractor was really in charge of what was gong to happen with the info. This happened with in the last year, when the person who answered the phone at the Federal workers compensation office at US dept of labor in Dallas , was telling me that US dept of labor in London Ky ( where the files are sorted and some disappear including judges remand orders) was a federal office. I informed him it was;' and he turned and asked someone else, and I heard an older persons say no it wasn't and he was absolutely shocked as he'd been telling injured Federal workers and their Representatives, etc and medical providers,etc that it was. No they are illegally impersonating a Federal employee and are not legally allowed to do that.
Yet, Congress doen';t seem to get why the law is like that. Its called accountability. One calls a govt phone number and give all kinds of personal info and its being given to one that is not subject to laws, or the Constitution at all. What personal info one gives may be used appropriately and to assist you, but one doesn't know. as happened to one individual know of with proof that the info given to ACS ended up being sold to an advertising list. A Federal employee is still subject to the laws: that's a big difference and yet Congress has ignored this for over a decade, DO THEY EVEN KNOW? They few that have tried from both sides of the aisle often get shunned for even raising the question.
Letters from a govt contractor should say on the envelope and the letter head.
Affiliated Computer services a Xerox company, Govt contractor for US dept of Labor, or the same for SSA, or any other Federal agency. Its illegal to impersonate a govt employee and you aren't allowed to say I work for Medicare and not explain I work for a partner or a contractor of Medicare and give the name of the corporation. Often one is told they are not allowed to say, when you are giving vital personal info including your SSN to who?

Too often this has been ignored in recent times at the initial level. Laws get passed, like the affordable care act ( Obamacare) and regulations imposed by Federal agencies that are grossly unconstitutional.- that are unfair unequal and go against anything humane and equitable for those affected by them.
In the past when I first went to work for the govt, these regulations, rules, etc cod be challenged by the individual affected who said, this is not right, becasue: and an appeal could be taken by a federal employee and the employee would give the agencies rationale for the rule or law and deny the appeal. The next step would be before an administrative law judge and I have seem in the past, these rules be overturned on that one person's case as at the point the legal rationale is presented in full legal format and a ruling took place. I've witnessed that ruling be adopted nationwide and changes made to a regulation over it. Others have gone on to higher courts, even to the US Supreme Court, I personally have been upheld at the US supreme court on one issue that had been questioned and my decision upheld all the way and the regulation was not changed.
All this has ended now. becasue govt contractors do the initial appeals and they are not allowed to rule on these kinds of issues, so one can't even get in front of a federal judge, even in an agency to get a ruling done so if something really should never have been put in place becasue it diverted too much from the intent of the law, itself, it could get changed. So the constitutional process afforded us through the Judicial branch is virtually dead for the last decade and no one knows what to do but ignore the appeal?. Yet what is actually happening is unconstitutional If a part of the law is constitutionally wrong, then the individual is to have the right to question it and the agency and the people see it being implemented correctly.
Its part of the budget cut backs to just not train employees how to do this any more. Of course its hard to ferret out Congressional intent on a law , if they never read what they voted on, and/ or had any hearings with testimony. Or the agency never held a regulatory hearing with with testimony to understand the intent of the regulation. Many current employees of the govt have no idea what I'm taking about, but it was considered part of our training and we had manuals available to help explain this so tht if one questioned it, we could refer to that and the person would then know if they still disagreed.
The current system put in place in the USA is not working as intended at all. Govt contractors do not have the authority granted to make these kinds of crucial decisions when something is really worng with the rules, And that's the inherent danger with the health care law all will be under next year. No right to question any part of it that may directly affect YOU.

I spent time going through some of the tubs of family papers of ours and my parents to find what I could glean. I have put a number in front of each as I post each day, and 20. is the family picture of the Popes. Back a few pictures is the page from my mother's notebook listing the 22 Hardy grandchildren from the 5 siblings and two parents that arrived near Haxtun Colorado almost a hundred years ago.
21 is another photo and on the back was written Pope boys. Dan was the middle boy of three girls and three boys. born to my Uncle Millard Dell Pope and his wife Helen ( Hardy) Pope my Dad's sister. It was they who were contacted after the Ks authorities found out from the real Stanley Dunham that he was not Stanley Ann's father, and then he told them where they were in Holyoke, Colorado and they got in touch with my parents to help their granddaughter in a terrible situation back in Topeka ks.
As prior pictures posted show the three siblings that remained near each other through the mid 1940's were close and others did visit. I was born after they moved to Kansas in 1944, so I didn't know them as well, but a lot of letters were written and that's part of what I am going through to find mention of Dan and Marilyn and family. Inside the family she was called Marilyn and "Tut" not Madelyn, so what her last name might really have been is another mystery an how she was related to the Fred Phelps family or his wife is another mystery and why Ann got sent to them before the 8th grade.
As a person of faith, I have been given the opportunity to be witness to knowing many things, that others may not have those pieces of eye witness testimony to give.
For what purpose is part of the journey for Truth and justice.
My speakers are not working on my Computer and no money to get them fixed or find out what the problem is. Let alone money to go to Kansas and dig through records to find all the available records. that none of the birthers seem to want to find. Guess it would end the movement if Truth and Justice is not the final end wanted. My only motivation is for good to triumph over evil as I've seen too much evil occur in this world and gossip frenzy end in the murder of three 50+ years ago and that is not good as it resulted in the president of the United States never knowing his Dad nor an extended family, that seemed to be good and decent people, although I did not know them outside of school.
I had been critical of Orly Taitz and even Sheriff Joe for not getting to Topeka Ks as that's the beginning of unraveling the whole mystery of who is in the White House.
I do not work for him nor for the FBI, CIA etc. I'm legally still employed by SSA, but my personnel file is missing and apparently was sent to be digitized by Affiliated computer services, with CEO Lynn Blodgett in charge and disappeared as has records under his company's control at OWCP, and at SSA Hearing office and my claims file, which has left me with no part B medicare to help pay my medical bills
Yesterday, I found a name Blodgett in some of the records and am wondering if I'm being done in by a relative who now holds more power than the President of the USA? That is still being checked out.
It may be a relative on my mother's side. and As I've written, I have had high officials on both sides of my family and often they are in opposition to each other and someone like me gets caught in between knowing many things about a lot of things from both sides. and some don't like that.
Orly Taitz gets an approval from me for doing the right thing; when one has evidence of a crime, one files a criminal complaint. She did that and then I called and left a message and gave my aproval. Plus publically applauding her actions on line.
Today she turned on me big time and called me a liar and said don't listen to me. She has not gone to Topeka Ks and checked for any of the records, nor has she asked for the court order from the judge, etc. for the real birth record from Forbes Air Force Base Hospital. I have sent her these daily recaps and the white house gets it too and so did the campaign., no one bothered to read any of them?
I purposely did not say who I voted for in 11/12. I never made it any secret I voted for the other ticket in 2008 and supported Ron Paul in the primary as we must audit the fed to know where the trillons of our missing public monies are. 5 milluon of it with my name on it, 4 million stolen by a partner of medicare stealing my claims and id and creating 17 on each and then all but one pay went to where the Fed only one who knows for sure;, all documented and the other million for money for my job injury medical care that Lynn Blodgett has on his computer system on me according to the call center and the OIG for OPM that has yet to be allowed to investigate a suspected embezzlement ring on going for almost a decade or more. between US Dept of Labor and OPM. .
with monies going throjg the Federal Reserve as all public monies do to a party or between agencies. My political ideology is not pure. I'm conservative to libertarian in differing areas. I am a Constitutionalist and believe we do have to follow the rules, and if they are bad laws, Congress needs to change them/ I believe in traditional marriage and am pro life but would rather see govt get out of the bedroom and private lives of consenting adults then split this nation in two by one half imposing their views on the other half. And life is precious and valued and wish the scientific community would get to transplantation of fetuses so those could be adopted if one didn't want to carry to term and adopt out. Wouldn't this solve a lot of political debate. Its been proven that women past child bearing years can give birth. We need to look beyond what we are mired in and solve the problem. of our society in ways we can agree on without dividing us. Children still have to have adults to care for them and if there are custody disputes or care is not being provided, then the govt would need to intervene. And in no way would a bride not be able to have a wedding and all the trappings of traditional ceremonies in a place of worship. or elsewhere.
Abolishing the income tax, which is based on marriage, might have to be changed to a less invasion of privacy source such as a sales tax.
On one hand I want the govt out of private affairs as much as possible, but I do like having some things in common like roads, bridges, schools, and water treatment plants and if one gets seriously ill or injured there has to be some way to cover catastrophic costs so life can be preserved and that's a human right of life to share that, It's part of my religious belief that we are to care for one another and preserve life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.. That's not communism nor fascism. There is a socialistic component to it, but its where we the people make the decisions how to share these costs through ballot initiatives or our elected Representatives passing laws and spending our money for our needs first.
The last thing we need is another failed impeachment process that stopped a lot of good investigative work to make new laws for the current age passed. We are suffering now as it did not get done.
Those that hate the president ask yourself what are you hating. Is it the lies and egging on of gossip and rumors of not being born in USA which is a lie as he is born here. Is it political views that you don't; agree with what you believe is morally right? Then its time to ask for some other kind of resolution through Congress for that.
' Do you realize that if harm comes to this president, this nation could erupt into something none of us want if too many believe it was done for some hate reason? We may find some Army General in charge and not even VP Biden. What many fear might happen and this president not even be there to give the orders.?
We have a Democratic US Senate as we did under Pres Clinton, and unless there is eveidence of really High crimes ( that's not just any crime) then we could find ourselves in horrific situations when so much work needs to be done in Congress and to fix the inherent problems in the health care systems that is coming next years where the whole thing is another law of scams for govt contractors from the military industrial complex to create more red tape and layers of bureaucracy then any govt could conceive with monies not going for the medical care.
SOCIAL SECURITY SSN INVESTIGATION
Orly Taitz may have found out by now that Social Security will be finding the birth certificate in Topeka ks if these ssn's were really used by the president? Since 1968, I've spent time in basements and back rooms of court houses searching for such records as these for suspected criminal investigations as well as just helping claimants who needed extra assistance in pursuing their claims.
My advise from 68 years of living and being around govt since 1968, is that some sort of special prosecutor should be assigned. Other wise both sides are not going to accept any final outcome.And it may be beyond the statute of limitations for prosecution of any alleged crimes. Being born in the USA, doesn't always make one a good person or even a law abiding one.
I don't understand her motivation for laying into me like this, now?.Apparently she has never paid any attention to me, until she lost case after case and I knew she would, I'm not a lawyer, but one does not go into a civil court on a ballot access issue and try to conduct a criminal court case . One has to go through the process with the office of inspector generals in the agency and hope they do their job. Its a broken system and congress needs to address this. Its all we have at this point. Major felony actions that have caused deaths have gone uninvestigated as the politically appointed head of the agency is in charge. And the professional conducts office in the Justice Dept is to oversee charges agsint high level officials has been a 'joke' for over a decade. So I hope this is passed on to a special prosecutor so that it is cleared up and shouldn't take that long. SSA should have a thick file in Baltimore headquarters already of any misuse of the numbers she provided. and any investigation so far, and they should not be destroyed as my files and records have been. Its why I suggested she follow up her visit with a certfied postal mailing of the evidence to both OIG at SSA and FTC which has handled SSN identity fraud cases. I assume Lock heed martin is still getting them. But they need to have due diligence and all need to forward this to the US justice dept and Congress needs to over see the process in any way possible. If innocent of anything to currently be prosecuted for, then that report should not take long and certainly should not cost that much money.It would be available inside SSA. Its simply; were these numbers used by any one other than the deceased or the person that owns the number.?
There is a privacy issue of what is the president's number? SSA routinely takes the numbers of well known individuals and they are not available for employees to access on the computer system.
Truth may lead us to other criminal convictions by individuals that should have been convicted already for what they have done to me and others and some are deceased as a result of it. SSA's computer system have been hacked into for over a decade as has been documented on my personal records. and no investigations done. There is more to investigate here than if the president used someone else's number; its the bigger problem of a very broken federal law enforcement system inside agencies.
Then if there has been any wrong doing, congress would get the report. But use some common sense in the matter.Is it going to result in anything in the US Senate like removal from office? If not, Censorship might be more appropriate, as hind sight shows would have been better with Pres Clinton. And there was a lot wrong in that administration, but congress didn't raise those issues.
The journey for Truth and Justice may lead to many places and it may not be the answer one want or ones financial backers want as it might lead to their arrest for crimes committed against the people of this nation.

All I can say that spoke to me, is that the leader of a Nation needs to be kept safe when soldiers are at war.
Its time for gossip and rumor to cease and find if there is any real evidence of anything very wrong and follow the legal processes available and then Congress will need to decide if anything warrants more than a censorship. Please don't have a stoppage of good investigative hearings and laws being passed to solve serious problems over non existent issues. The Constitution says High cries not just any crime. Learn from the Pres Clinton fiasco. when some real serious issues never got mentioned and some arrogantly thought lying about an affair was going to rile people up.
And if one wishes to criticize me, ask me specific questions but don't ignore the trurth and volumes of evidence and witnesses all over Topeka ks, etc.Has any one bothered to do any of the real work of this. The main media said they had the info years ago and simply didn't follow it becasue they believed the president's "woven story." Maybe some need to reread the definition of eye witness.I'm trying to be careful and say what is eye witness and what is form another source and where from. I work only for truth and justicce and life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. for each and every one of us.

It may be a relative on my mother's side. and As I've written, I have had high officials on both sides of my family and often they are in opposition to each other and someone like me gets caught in between knowing many things about a lot of things from both sides. and some don't like that.
Orly Taitz gets an approval from me for doing the right thing; when one has evidence of a crime, one files a criminal complaint. She did that and then I called and left a message and gave my aproval. Plus publically applauding her actions on line.
Today she turned on me big time and called me a liar and said don't listen to me. She has not gone to Topeka Ks and checked for any of the records, nor has she asked for the court order from the judge, etc. for the real birth record from Forbes Air Force Base Hospital. I have sent her these daily recaps and the white house gets it too and so did the campaign., no one bothered to read any of them?
I purposely did not say who I voted for in 11/12. I never made it any secret I voted for the other ticket in 2008 and supported Ron Paul in the primary as we must audit the fed to know where the trillons of our missing public monies are. 5 milluon of it with my name on it, 4 million stolen by a partner of medicare stealing my claims and id and creating 17 on each and then all but one pay went to where the Fed only one who knows for sure;, all documented and the other million for money for my job injury medical care that Lynn Blodgett has on his computer system on me according to the call center and the OIG for OPM that has yet to be allowed to investigate a suspected embezzlement ring on going for almost a decade or more. between US Dept of Labor and OPM. .
with monies going throjg the Federal Reserve as all public monies do to a party or between agencies. My political ideology is not pure. I'm conservative to libertarian in differing areas. I am a Constitutionalist and believe we do have to follow the rules, and if they are bad laws, Congress needs to change them/ I believe in traditional marriage and am pro life but would rather see govt get out of the bedroom and private lives of consenting adults then split this nation in two by one half imposing their views on the other half. And life is precious and valued and wish the scientific community would get to transplantation of fetuses so those could be adopted if one didn't want to carry to term and adopt out. Wouldn't this solve a lot of political debate. Its been proven that women past child bearing years can give birth. We need to look beyond what we are mired in and solve the problem. of our society in ways we can agree on without dividing us. Children still have to have adults to care for them and if there are custody disputes or care is not being provided, then the govt would need to intervene. And in no way would a bride not be able to have a wedding and all the trappings of traditional ceremonies in a place of worship. or elsewhere.
Abolishing the income tax, which is based on marriage, might have to be changed to a less invasion of privacy source such as a sales tax.
On one hand I want the govt out of private affairs as much as possible, but I do like having some things in common like roads, bridges, schools, and water treatment plants and if one gets seriously ill or injured there has to be some way to cover catastrophic costs so life can be preserved and that's a human right of life to share that, It's part of my religious belief that we are to care for one another and preserve life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.. That's not communism nor fascism. There is a socialistic component to it, but its where we the people make the decisions how to share these costs through ballot initiatives or our elected Representatives passing laws and spending our money for our needs first.
The last thing we need is another failed impeachment process that stopped a lot of good investigative work to make new laws for the current age passed. We are suffering now as it did not get done.
Those that hate the president ask yourself what are you hating. Is it the lies and egging on of gossip and rumors of not being born in USA which is a lie as he is born here. Is it political views that you don't; agree with what you believe is morally right? Then its time to ask for some other kind of resolution through Congress for that.
' Do you realize that if harm comes to this president, this nation could erupt into something none of us want if too many believe it was done for some hate reason? We may find some Army General in charge and not even VP Biden. What many fear might happen and this president not even be there to give the orders.?
We have a Democratic US Senate as we did under Pres Clinton, and unless there is eveidence of really High crimes ( that's not just any crime) then we could find ourselves in horrific situations when so much work needs to be done in Congress and to fix the inherent problems in the health care systems that is coming next years where the whole thing is another law of scams for govt contractors from the military industrial complex to create more red tape and layers of bureaucracy then any govt could conceive with monies not going for the medical care.
SOCIAL SECURITY SSN INVESTIGATION
Orly Taitz may have found out by now that Social Security will be finding the birth certificate in Topeka ks if these ssn's were really used by the president? Since 1968, I've spent time in basements and back rooms of court houses searching for such records as these for suspected criminal investigations as well as just helping claimants who needed extra assistance in pursuing their claims.
My advise from 68 years of living and being around govt since 1968, is that some sort of special prosecutor should be assigned. Other wise both sides are not going to accept any final outcome.And it may be beyond the statute of limitations for prosecution of any alleged crimes. Being born in the USA, doesn't always make one a good person or even a law abiding one.
I don't understand her motivation for laying into me like this, now?.Apparently she has never paid any attention to me, until she lost case after case and I knew she would, I'm not a lawyer, but one does not go into a civil court on a ballot access issue and try to conduct a criminal court case . One has to go through the process with the office of inspector generals in the agency and hope they do their job. Its a broken system and congress needs to address this. Its all we have at this point. Major felony actions that have caused deaths have gone uninvestigated as the politically appointed head of the agency is in charge. And the professional conducts office in the Justice Dept is to oversee charges agsint high level officials has been a 'joke' for over a decade. So I hope this is passed on to a special prosecutor so that it is cleared up and shouldn't take that long. SSA should have a thick file in Baltimore headquarters already of any misuse of the numbers she provided. and any investigation so far, and they should not be destroyed as my files and records have been. Its why I suggested she follow up her visit with a certfied postal mailing of the evidence to both OIG at SSA and FTC which has handled SSN identity fraud cases. I assume Lock heed martin is still getting them. But they need to have due diligence and all need to forward this to the US justice dept and Congress needs to over see the process in any way possible. If innocent of anything to currently be prosecuted for, then that report should not take long and certainly should not cost that much money.It would be available inside SSA. Its simply; were these numbers used by any one other than the deceased or the person that owns the number.?
There is a privacy issue of what is the president's number? SSA routinely takes the numbers of well known individuals and they are not available for employees to access on the computer system.
Truth may lead us to other criminal convictions by individuals that should have been convicted already for what they have done to me and others and some are deceased as a result of it. SSA's computer system have been hacked into for over a decade as has been documented on my personal records. and no investigations done. There is more to investigate here than if the president used someone else's number; its the bigger problem of a very broken federal law enforcement system inside agencies.
Then if there has been any wrong doing, congress would get the report. But use some common sense in the matter.Is it going to result in anything in the US Senate like removal from office? If not, Censorship might be more appropriate, as hind sight shows would have been better with Pres Clinton. And there was a lot wrong in that administration, but congress didn't raise those issues.
The journey for Truth and Justice may lead to many places and it may not be the answer one want or ones financial backers want as it might lead to their arrest for crimes committed against the people of this nation.

And if one wishes to criticize me, ask me specific questions but don't ignore the trurth and volumes of evidence and witnesses all over Topeka ks, etc.Has any one bothered to do any of the real work of this. Balmy Spring Day, , started to cloud up but no rain yet.
Went to a local medical facility attached to a hospital to get yearly mammogram and bone density test. This complex is affiliated with a non profit? chain of medical facilities. I had not been there since last year, but noticed some real problems The staff was professional and did their jobs, but Icould see the infrastructure was not being kept up as in the past, and the staff has been reduced. Nor did I see the numbers of patients as in the past. What is this, fewer with medical converge being able to obtain care? This indicates to me, that we are in trouble and the trillion dollars theft of Medicare by the partners of medicare interlocked financially with the international cable has resulted in lower reimbursed payments and thus shortages in the facilities of just taking care of patients and daily upkeep. Some of my doctors practice at this hospital and we are putting them in horrible financial straits paying for those newlayers of red tape that are worse then the govt ever could create and the taxpayer then, shared the cost.
They did have workers comp on the abbrevieated info from the clearing house they pay big money to to give them accruate info but they get fruadulent altered info and no linger can they call and try to get correct info, but no date of injury and Fed Blues, but not Medicare pending which it has been for 4 years as Lynn Blodgett has 'disappeared; the SSA Heairng file., And the accepted diagnosis weren't on there and not that the two tests done need to go to OWCP first as anomalies Ave shown on the mammograms in the past related to the injury , but thankfully not cancer, and the bone density problems are a well known and accepted regular medial outcome of long term cortisone steroid use, which saves my life, but has side effects from 24+ years being on them. Those claims are pending and Lynn Blodgett will not let them be seen nor will be post the file.
IS LYNN BLODGETT A RELATIVE? I will address this later.

These ae the scriptures in the time of King David where in the Bible we have a 'certified copy of the deed to the Temple Mount in Jersusalem.
Through worship they were able to divert catastrophic plagues, but part of that was to pay the full price for the spot where they would have an alter and perform sacrifices of animals as the tenant of their faith said was what was pleasing to the Deity. Christian teachings is that Christ paid the full price on the cross. and do not do these animal sacrifices except in some isolated Christina sects. But the Jewish Priests are prepared to start doing them again as part of their faith. They would have in 1967, but why was there so much 'fear' to hold back for another 46 years? To rebuild the Temple and reinstitute faith practices of worship that had not been done for almost 2 thousand years on the Temple mount. Israel had gained back the Temple mount in the 6 day war, but did not disturb the mosque that stands on the site. There is a disagreememt among scholars as to where the real Temple stood. as King Herod, 2000 years ago created a larger mount with fill dirt and built a bigger Temple structure.
The history is clear, King David paid for the property and its always been the place of worship for Israel. Fear of more war over the site from Muslims? if they had taken over the mosque on the mount? It probably would have ignited international ire! So they backed off and still are backing off as everyone wants more and more of a tiny piece of land in a amall part of the planet that one sect of people have considered theirs since The children of Noah were still alive..
Don''t forget that this an earthquake zone and the mount is now, mostly fill dirt and just how stable is the area that King Herod filled in with it 2000 years ago?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KANSAS: Still going through tubs of memories, but its time consuming to read old letters, and study pictures. On one list of relatives is a name of Blodgett. Is Lynn Blodgett who has caused me such direct harm by lyign about the status of my case and will not let anything be paid and processed dispite many judges orders at Federal workers comp as he has control of everythng as CEO of Affliliated compter services and most of the govt and nations, now, a relative, related to that Blodgett.? If so, am I really caught in some kind of family feud that I'm not aware of? Is he doing this to me for some family reason, I have no knowledge of? Why wo';t people just be honest with others, especially inside families so things don;' happen as has happened to t Me and to the President of the USA, Obama?
Truth has to be brought out and faced, wherever it leads. And with all the secrecy and cover up, one may think they know the truth and be fooled by bare face Lie. One more thing to check out.

The photos posted today are 18. A picture of the President's grandfather Dan Pope, with two of his cousins in the early 1930's That's Daniel Wayne Pope who stole the ID of Stanley Dunham to go to WWII when too young.
19. Is me, at age 8 in 1953, when after visiting in Colorado, a collection was taken among the five siblings. My Dad and his four sisters and Mom delivered it to him out where he was working on a road crew and covered in Tar from the road repair in the heat of summer. He wanted to open a photography studio and borrowed money and later paid it back as I understand.
He later 'dubbed' photos for the family. Many in the extended family of younger generations may have the photo of the five siblings and see my Dad at the back looking as if he is the oldest. Aunt Pearl Vallier said she had some of the early photos and had sent one of my Dad and the one of the four girls out to him in western Nebraska and he had dubbed in my Dad. Aunt Grace is the youngest and she is about a year old in the photo and this would be aboutt 1910. All Aunt Pearl said was that Dad was away at the time for the four sisters photo. More mysteriies!.
So when one looks at family records watch for these things, as not everything is what it seems. I probably would never have known if not from the eye witness who actually had the dubbing done and ho did it.
Just part of a hundred years of this kind of things going on in our family. It needs to end and whole truth be known and revealed wherever it leads.
SSN PROCESS
I have no direct or inside info about the president;s use of SSN;s that are not his. We are all 'innocent until proven guilty. in this nations." Orly Taitz after years of talk and by others has done the right thing and presented it all to Social security for them to investigate as should anyone that has what they think is evidence of a crime; should turn in it over to the authorities. But I want to give a scenario of typical proceures at SSA in the past which is not anyhthng hidden and is very logical and proper. I have conducted such interviews my self over the years since 1968 when I went to work for Social Security.
I can't imagine he wouldn't have filed for an SSN before the age of 18, even in the 1960's or 1970's It really does seem that he didn't have the care and consideration that most children have, but its not unusual in military families or famlies where the parents travel or are gone long periods of time. He lived way over in Hawaii and why wasn't the legal things taken care of for him? Its a big question?
Now children are given the form to file almost at birth and one has a number shortly and it coded on their SSA records that age and citizenship are established so this kind of problem should never again happen as seems to have happened here.
Residence had nothing to do with the first three numbers of the SSN, its merely the office where one filed for the number whether in person or by mail.
But if one arrived at a social security office at age 18 or late,r a personal interview and evidence was needed in those years,. Before 18, one could have filed and got a number if the info on the card indicated USA place of birth and nothing arose in the process that raised any questions. Was this done before 18 and the Topeka Ks place of birth used, and then he came in and filed for a duplicate and listed Hawaii and it got bounced back in the regular process as that would not go through until it was verified. Why wasn't he told? This makes no sense to me.
I know in 1/71 at age 9, he wan't told, but at age 9, one isn't always going to know how to say your Dad was murdered because he was Black and then have to deal with another extended family that may not even know of your existence, as I really don't know if the extended family did know of the pregnancy? Maybe they did know and tried to get custody and I was not made of aware of those things at the tender age of 16 who lived a rather sheltered life in contrast to Ann who had to get a job and support herself at age 14 after getting away from Westboro Baptist And Fred Phelps.
As an off side, she well ha may have made herself older when applying for a her ssn in order to work as many did in those years, when no proof of birth was required to get a number ( when filed before age 18) and most didn't realize SSA records were confidential and employers would not be given ones date of birth. Many younger teenagers went to work and lied about their age in order to do so. And we dealth with this later when they filed for monthly benefits.
So someone turns age 18 and has no SSN and goes to Sociall secuity, Firstt the interview consists of ferreting out info as to whether one has had or done all kinds of things where a number would have been required and may be one does exist for the person and jsut a dupicate card is then filed for. . If not, proofs needed. of birth, age and citizenship, etc.
As I've explained here in daily recaps since 7/26/12; Social Secuity had records of all kinds of suspect documents so we would have to get other proof if one of these was presented. i.e Where clerks in a county court house have been investigated for selling birth certificates, where blank pads of birth records disappeared out of hospitals and anything else that might make ones birth certificate a 'suspected fraudulent documt' Ones document may be OK but if it originated in a suspect place as his might have been, and I'm not at work to check for this, but there were Hawaii problems as I recall; then we would have asked for more than that Notice of birth, h';s given to all the secy of states and the the US Senate when filing to run for that office. We would have wanted more evidence and that could include records from a place of faith, like a baptismal or Church roll or naming certificate or medical records like immunization records shoving place of birth, etc. or even early school records. What we call secondary evidence to confirm the birth record is valid.
He may have had no knowledge where to go for these, but there would have been records at Mercer Island. But as soon as he was ready for school he was in Indonesia. He may not have known where to check for all this. If he'd been left with Roland and Darlene Hackett out at Mercer Island I'm sure she would have seen he had his documents in order as she seemed to be a caring person and had cared for him as a baby as Ann finished Highchool there.It appears he spent much of his youth in a boarding school in Hawaii. Lots of questions I don't have an answer to and eye witnesses are needed. Why didn;t he ask for help form anyone to get what he needed?
In the interview, he would have been given a list of the kinds of things we would need. And send him out to get them. This means he would have to go ask his mother and grandmother to help him locate records. and the necessity for turth telling would have been imminent for his own legal survival. Its rare someone couldn't come up with the other records, but most of us knownwhere we lived and its in the USA, somewhere. Just because one has a Hawaii birth record, still may mean, they need to present more proof of citizenship and age to Social security if it was issued before the state laws got changed to make the state records more reliable, in general.
Its not plausible, as some are trying to say that SSA made al these mistakes and issued all these numbers to him, but like all those who have trespassed into this country and have no number, they start using others numbers, and buying them from illegal crime brokers. Granted, there have been a few over the years criminally convicted for selling SSN's out the door of SSA offices, but usually one is going to get a real number with their name on it., someone just signs they saw the documents. So no one is going to start okaying a number for one without evidence as they would not only lose their job, but become a convicted felon and may have to go to jail, etc. First most of the people I worked with at Social security were decent , honest people. The one time I was eye witness to such criminal activity, drug use was involved and I was put in a situation of being the person that reviewed what that person had done, and a cursory look isn't always going to see something amiss.
Its why contract audiotos for contractors sitting 'outside' can't really do an audit as they are only looking at what one gives them and occasionly an anomaly does show up, but major crimes may be ongoing and not be reflected in that.
Its why all kinds of checks and procedures are set up for multiple reviews by people and computers in the process.The whole office system of procedures has to have collapsed for something like this to happen, and in my last duty station, it had. First time in almost thirty years, I'd ever witnessed such occurring in any SSA facility. And an arrest was eventually made, but were others involved? I got sent out on Federal workers comp the last time, and don't know what else occurred?
The SSA OIG system has been broken for a long time and Orly Taitz is about ready to work through some real problems n our govt, but I'm glad she is g going through this to help expose the problems as the bigger service may not be about the predident but exposing the overall broken federal law enforcement system where the political heads will decide if President Obama did anything wrong with regard to SSN's. I pray for the whole turth to be exposed as I'm in a life and death battle beausee OIGs will do nothing with regard to well documented crimes against me and others, too many who have died from these crimes.
Just keep on following the truth and you will learn what I have written about but with no media exposure behind, me, have been unable to get much aocomplished.
One law, HR 1063, should help, but Sec of HHS Sibelius, doesn't seem to be aware its been t he law since 1/11/13 and the re enforcement of the conditional pay law under Medicare, suspended by former HHS Secretary, Donna Shalala under Clinton, collapsed the health care system and financially broke it; Medicarec has been the 'gold standard' for behavior in the haelth care industry and claims payesr, private and public since 1966 and when the insurance indstry ws told they didn't need to be monitared, they went rogue and every shenanighan was used to get out of paying the claims and dumping them on some govt plan, even onto the state medicaid plan, which has even hapepenid in our immediate family with two insurances ahead to pay for a iimple lab test that no questioon Fed Blues and Medicare would pay. Plus, the new law has fines, and no lingering on settling liability cases. like me, where I filed for permanent disability with owcp in 1996, and provided all the documentation, and still not porcessed as Lynn Blodgettt won't permit my file to be set up and multiple sets of the file disappeared inside his company and he woll not obey the 15 apellalte judges, as the govt conrtrctors are not subject to internal audits nor have to obey the laws as no criminal culpability, thanks to congress.
We'll see what Lock Heed Martin does with the ciriminal complaint against the President, but we aren't going to know since its a crimrnal investigatiion. Congress may have to face what they have neglected to do on no oversite for a couple of decades as all this has been put in place step by step by not reading what they were voting on and overturning some bad executive orders by presidents and cabinet secretaries. And in their arrogance won't listen to any one harmed by the process or having any expertise in the matter.

I do agree something just doesn't add up with the misuses of all these ssn's if, the allegations are really true. But it could have happened by this immediate family not helping him and telling him the Truth of his origins. If they had filed for a number when young before SSA rules got more stringent, he'd have had a number, and might never have known what was put down for personl info unless he asked for a copy of his SS-5.
For all I know, Daniel Wayne may have been put one on his Topeka ks birth record for being named for his grandfather's real first and middle name, and he may never have known that

These ae the scriptures in the time of King David where in the Bible we have a 'certified copy of the deed to the Temple Mount in Jersusalem.
Through worship they were able to divert catastrophic plagues, but part of that was to pay the full price for the spot where they would have an alter and perform sacrifices of animals as the tenant of their faith said was what was pleasing to the Deity. Christian teachings is that Christ paid the full price on the cross. and do not do these animal sacrifices except in some isolated Christina sects. But the Jewish Priests are prepared to start doing them again as part of their faith. They would have in 1967, but why was there so much 'fear' to hold back for another 46 years? To rebuild the Temple and reinstitute faith practices of worship that had not been done for almost 2 thousand years on the Temple mount. Israel had gained back the Temple mount in the 6 day war, but did not disturb the mosque that stands on the site. There is a disagreememt among scholars as to where the real Temple stood. as King Herod, 2000 years ago created a larger mount with fill dirt and built a bigger Temple structure.
The history is clear, King David paid for the property and its always been the place of worship for Israel. Fear of more war over the site from Muslims? if they had taken over the mosque on the mount? It probably would have ignited international ire! So they backed off and still are backing off as everyone wants more and more of a tiny piece of land in a amall part of the planet that one sect of people have considered theirs since The children of Noah were still alive..
Don''t forget that this an earthquake zone and the mount is now, mostly fill dirt and just how stable is the area that King Herod filled in with it 2000 years ago?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KANSAS: Still going through tubs of memories, but its time consuming to read old letters, and study pictures. On one list of relatives is a name of Blodgett. Is Lynn Blodgett who has caused me such direct harm by lyign about the status of my case and will not let anything be paid and processed dispite many judges orders at Federal workers comp as he has control of everythng as CEO of Affliliated compter services and most of the govt and nations, now, a relative, related to that Blodgett.? If so, am I really caught in some kind of family feud that I'm not aware of? Is he doing this to me for some family reason, I have no knowledge of? Why wo';t people just be honest with others, especially inside families so things don;' happen as has happened to t Me and to the President of the USA, Obama?
Truth has to be brought out and faced, wherever it leads. And with all the secrecy and cover up, one may think they know the truth and be fooled by bare face Lie. One more thing to check out.

The photos posted today are 18. A picture of the President's grandfather Dan Pope, with two of his cousins in the early 1930's That's Daniel Wayne Pope who stole the ID of Stanley Dunham to go to WWII when too young.
19. Is me, at age 8 in 1953, when after visiting in Colorado, a collection was taken among the five siblings. My Dad and his four sisters and Mom delivered it to him out where he was working on a road crew and covered in Tar from the road repair in the heat of summer. He wanted to open a photography studio and borrowed money and later paid it back as I understand.
He later 'dubbed' photos for the family. Many in the extended family of younger generations may have the photo of the five siblings and see my Dad at the back looking as if he is the oldest. Aunt Pearl Vallier said she had some of the early photos and had sent one of my Dad and the one of the four girls out to him in western Nebraska and he had dubbed in my Dad. Aunt Grace is the youngest and she is about a year old in the photo and this would be aboutt 1910. All Aunt Pearl said was that Dad was away at the time for the four sisters photo. More mysteriies!.
So when one looks at family records watch for these things, as not everything is what it seems. I probably would never have known if not from the eye witness who actually had the dubbing done and ho did it.
Just part of a hundred years of this kind of things going on in our family. It needs to end and whole truth be known and revealed wherever it leads.
SSN PROCESS
I have no direct or inside info about the president;s use of SSN;s that are not his. We are all 'innocent until proven guilty. in this nations." Orly Taitz after years of talk and by others has done the right thing and presented it all to Social security for them to investigate as should anyone that has what they think is evidence of a crime; should turn in it over to the authorities. But I want to give a scenario of typical proceures at SSA in the past which is not anyhthng hidden and is very logical and proper. I have conducted such interviews my self over the years since 1968 when I went to work for Social Security.
I can't imagine he wouldn't have filed for an SSN before the age of 18, even in the 1960's or 1970's It really does seem that he didn't have the care and consideration that most children have, but its not unusual in military families or famlies where the parents travel or are gone long periods of time. He lived way over in Hawaii and why wasn't the legal things taken care of for him? Its a big question?
Now children are given the form to file almost at birth and one has a number shortly and it coded on their SSA records that age and citizenship are established so this kind of problem should never again happen as seems to have happened here.
Residence had nothing to do with the first three numbers of the SSN, its merely the office where one filed for the number whether in person or by mail.
But if one arrived at a social security office at age 18 or late,r a personal interview and evidence was needed in those years,. Before 18, one could have filed and got a number if the info on the card indicated USA place of birth and nothing arose in the process that raised any questions. Was this done before 18 and the Topeka Ks place of birth used, and then he came in and filed for a duplicate and listed Hawaii and it got bounced back in the regular process as that would not go through until it was verified. Why wasn't he told? This makes no sense to me.
I know in 1/71 at age 9, he wan't told, but at age 9, one isn't always going to know how to say your Dad was murdered because he was Black and then have to deal with another extended family that may not even know of your existence, as I really don't know if the extended family did know of the pregnancy? Maybe they did know and tried to get custody and I was not made of aware of those things at the tender age of 16 who lived a rather sheltered life in contrast to Ann who had to get a job and support herself at age 14 after getting away from Westboro Baptist And Fred Phelps.
As an off side, she well ha may have made herself older when applying for a her ssn in order to work as many did in those years, when no proof of birth was required to get a number ( when filed before age 18) and most didn't realize SSA records were confidential and employers would not be given ones date of birth. Many younger teenagers went to work and lied about their age in order to do so. And we dealth with this later when they filed for monthly benefits.
So someone turns age 18 and has no SSN and goes to Sociall secuity, Firstt the interview consists of ferreting out info as to whether one has had or done all kinds of things where a number would have been required and may be one does exist for the person and jsut a dupicate card is then filed for. . If not, proofs needed. of birth, age and citizenship, etc.
As I've explained here in daily recaps since 7/26/12; Social Secuity had records of all kinds of suspect documents so we would have to get other proof if one of these was presented. i.e Where clerks in a county court house have been investigated for selling birth certificates, where blank pads of birth records disappeared out of hospitals and anything else that might make ones birth certificate a 'suspected fraudulent documt' Ones document may be OK but if it originated in a suspect place as his might have been, and I'm not at work to check for this, but there were Hawaii problems as I recall; then we would have asked for more than that Notice of birth, h';s given to all the secy of states and the the US Senate when filing to run for that office. We would have wanted more evidence and that could include records from a place of faith, like a baptismal or Church roll or naming certificate or medical records like immunization records shoving place of birth, etc. or even early school records. What we call secondary evidence to confirm the birth record is valid.
He may have had no knowledge where to go for these, but there would have been records at Mercer Island. But as soon as he was ready for school he was in Indonesia. He may not have known where to check for all this. If he'd been left with Roland and Darlene Hackett out at Mercer Island I'm sure she would have seen he had his documents in order as she seemed to be a caring person and had cared for him as a baby as Ann finished Highchool there.It appears he spent much of his youth in a boarding school in Hawaii. Lots of questions I don't have an answer to and eye witnesses are needed. Why didn;t he ask for help form anyone to get what he needed?
In the interview, he would have been given a list of the kinds of things we would need. And send him out to get them. This means he would have to go ask his mother and grandmother to help him locate records. and the necessity for turth telling would have been imminent for his own legal survival. Its rare someone couldn't come up with the other records, but most of us knownwhere we lived and its in the USA, somewhere. Just because one has a Hawaii birth record, still may mean, they need to present more proof of citizenship and age to Social security if it was issued before the state laws got changed to make the state records more reliable, in general.
Its not plausible, as some are trying to say that SSA made al these mistakes and issued all these numbers to him, but like all those who have trespassed into this country and have no number, they start using others numbers, and buying them from illegal crime brokers. Granted, there have been a few over the years criminally convicted for selling SSN's out the door of SSA offices, but usually one is going to get a real number with their name on it., someone just signs they saw the documents. So no one is going to start okaying a number for one without evidence as they would not only lose their job, but become a convicted felon and may have to go to jail, etc. First most of the people I worked with at Social security were decent , honest people. The one time I was eye witness to such criminal activity, drug use was involved and I was put in a situation of being the person that reviewed what that person had done, and a cursory look isn't always going to see something amiss.
Its why contract audiotos for contractors sitting 'outside' can't really do an audit as they are only looking at what one gives them and occasionly an anomaly does show up, but major crimes may be ongoing and not be reflected in that.
Its why all kinds of checks and procedures are set up for multiple reviews by people and computers in the process.The whole office system of procedures has to have collapsed for something like this to happen, and in my last duty station, it had. First time in almost thirty years, I'd ever witnessed such occurring in any SSA facility. And an arrest was eventually made, but were others involved? I got sent out on Federal workers comp the last time, and don't know what else occurred?
The SSA OIG system has been broken for a long time and Orly Taitz is about ready to work through some real problems n our govt, but I'm glad she is g going through this to help expose the problems as the bigger service may not be about the predident but exposing the overall broken federal law enforcement system where the political heads will decide if President Obama did anything wrong with regard to SSN's. I pray for the whole turth to be exposed as I'm in a life and death battle beausee OIGs will do nothing with regard to well documented crimes against me and others, too many who have died from these crimes.
Just keep on following the truth and you will learn what I have written about but with no media exposure behind, me, have been unable to get much aocomplished.
One law, HR 1063, should help, but Sec of HHS Sibelius, doesn't seem to be aware its been t he law since 1/11/13 and the re enforcement of the conditional pay law under Medicare, suspended by former HHS Secretary, Donna Shalala under Clinton, collapsed the health care system and financially broke it; Medicarec has been the 'gold standard' for behavior in the haelth care industry and claims payesr, private and public since 1966 and when the insurance indstry ws told they didn't need to be monitared, they went rogue and every shenanighan was used to get out of paying the claims and dumping them on some govt plan, even onto the state medicaid plan, which has even hapepenid in our immediate family with two insurances ahead to pay for a iimple lab test that no questioon Fed Blues and Medicare would pay. Plus, the new law has fines, and no lingering on settling liability cases. like me, where I filed for permanent disability with owcp in 1996, and provided all the documentation, and still not porcessed as Lynn Blodgettt won't permit my file to be set up and multiple sets of the file disappeared inside his company and he woll not obey the 15 apellalte judges, as the govt conrtrctors are not subject to internal audits nor have to obey the laws as no criminal culpability, thanks to congress.
We'll see what Lock Heed Martin does with the ciriminal complaint against the President, but we aren't going to know since its a crimrnal investigatiion. Congress may have to face what they have neglected to do on no oversite for a couple of decades as all this has been put in place step by step by not reading what they were voting on and overturning some bad executive orders by presidents and cabinet secretaries. And in their arrogance won't listen to any one harmed by the process or having any expertise in the matter.

I do agree something just doesn't add up with the misuses of all these ssn's if, the allegations are really true. But it could have happened by this immediate family not helping him and telling him the Truth of his origins. If they had filed for a number when young before SSA rules got more stringent, he'd have had a number, and might never have known what was put down for personl info unless he asked for a copy of his SS-5.
For all I know, Daniel Wayne may have been put one on his Topeka ks birth record for being named for his grandfather's real first and middle name, and he may never have known that

Spring may finally be here, yet a little cool. Went to garden and planted some Green and yellow beans and the last part of a packet of radishes. Moon has changed and time to plant root crops for next couple of weeks. Also picked rashes to eat and there.s nothing like food savored that one has grown. Carrots, lettuce and turnips growing and within a month should have some snow peas. Tomato and pepper seedlings seem to be doing okay in their larger containers. to be ready to transplant later on.
Only mail was those wanting to sell us something. Sorry, no money to buy. Save the paper and postage. As long as Lynn Blodgett CEO of Affiliated computer services won't obey 15 federal judges and two hearing officers, what can one injured federal worker do when he is subject to no laws, judges orders or contract agreements. Ms Carter, my claims examiner, doesn't even have the 2/09 Judges orders that say listen to me for the facsts of the case and reconstruct the misisng sets of the files from my records.( i.e don't listen to rumors and gossip and that I did return to work in 1990, even if SSA won't fill out the forms the laws says they are to do. for my leave record.;( in other words , get rid of these crooks stealing and obstructing justice and don't renew the contract with ACS... is what they said in those convoluted legal terms) , nor my latest filing to know that everything is timely filed. and pending an dome items are considered 'new' have been pending for 24 years as no one has been allowed to process them. For over 24+ years, every file or computer file has been messed with eventually in any federal office and now inside the contractors that have coup d'etated the USA and other Nations. For 24 years+, on a non controverted, accepted and established case with permanent medical benefits;Someone starts processing the case and things start getting worked and paid and then someone makes the file disappears ( a felony) and another round of appeals gets another remand from Judges and the process starts all over until the govt contractor acs took over and they have disappeared even the reconstruction, the former Us Sec of Labor's staff Chaio had made arrangements to get to them and post.
So if the President and Cabinent has no authority over the executive branch of govt anymore, then that's a coup d'etat. All those hating the president and the former president, may be should start investigating why Congress has allowed this takeover of the nation by an international cabal of financiallly interlocked companies that have skimmed and stolen so much of our monies and that of other Nations that are planning, according to news sources. to buy back their stock and become private and then not even the SEC or govt or any one will be able to find out who is in charge. Private means, one can't go buy stock and get access to the records. Now; does any one understand why I don't say the President Obama or even George W Bush is the anti- Christ, as neither still had the powers of the Constitution afforded them. Are either of them is in charge of these companies, are they? If so, in secret deals, then that's another matter. But that has not been revealed to me, yet. Who really holds the power?. Is this what the Bible means when it says when the restrainer is removed we will know. What is the restrainer? The rule of law? Or the Holy Spirit or the church? What has happened to my family and I shows there are no rules, no laws being obeyed much any more. Congress did pass and the president sign HR 1063 in 1/11/13 and this should have been a big step to bringing the rule of law back into the health care system in ways that are complex but understood by one like me, who has worked inside the govt programs since 1968. But the Sec of HHS has not yet formally notified all those that can be fined for illegal actions and thefts to this day that I am aware. of. That has to occur and the $1000 a day fines on just the claims processed on my family and I should already be netting Medicare millions of dollars. OIG for HHS's employees are aware as they have been geitting my complaints for years as Congress has prohibited them for stopping a trillion dollar theft of Medicare by the partners of Medicare. And these kinds of things have been going on through out the govt. We are not broke or in an economic down turn: WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED and Congresses let it happen by not reading phrases stuck into bills they voted on and didn't read or understand what was in them ( hearings would have exposed this) plus allowing no rule of law and crimienal prosecutions for the real culprits in this corrupted mess. When something does happen that's a step in the right directions, then its getting ignored by the agency involved. Does the president know this? Have his advisors not told him? Since there is a lot to do in the white house, but someone is repsonsible for seeing new laws are implemented as its a constitutional requriement for the president to carry out the laws Congress passes and he signs. And he said when signing it that it might not be enough. I think it s eneugh, as the original 1981 law reenfroces it that Sec of HHS Donna Shalala decided to stop enforcing it and clolapsed the healht care system as no one had to 'play by the rules' any more and the liabillity insurance indsutry went 'rogue'. making illegal proprietary agreements with the partners of Medciare that meant they wouldn't obey the law, judges orders or even terms of their govt contracts.
PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to Isaiah 28: The following scriptures spoke to me as they are exactly what I've been triyng to do in this Daily Recaps maybe against the modern day symbols for the ones the scriptures were directed to in ancient times. \

verse 17" Also I will make justice the measuring line, And righteousness the plummet; The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies."
verse 19 ".. it will be a terror just to understand the report.."
Understanding what has already occurred and is happening right now is a real terror report. Its a very convoluted step by step coup d'etat that has and is occurring, and its not easy to ferret it out when one has not lived through years of udnerstanding of the inner workings of the govt bureaucracy. Often one deosn't even know where to start to ask the questions.

And the convoluted mixed up bios of the president and his grandparents has created awful confusion. The main media had the resources to vet this and help out and never did. They were too willing to go along and not care. Not care about the world and the consequences. They laid off their researchers soon after the patriot ACT was passed a decade ago. and not ever one on camera has the time to even do online searches for info and where to search as that's a skill in itself, that I don't have mastered yet. Nor can afford some of the search sites that would help. I have no proof the president has ever been told the truth of his origens, but if he has known and lied then that's a grave disappointment, but I do understand how such a thing could occur in this extended family.
I left a message on phone line for Orly Taitz today. She finally is doing something 'right.' She took the info she has gathered about use of SSN's that do not belong to the president and took them into the Ct Social Security office and filed criminal complaints. They should forward this to the Office of Ispector general But the article she wrote did not mention that she did a criminal complaints nor the report would go to OIG headquarters. So it does sound oas if she really may not unmderstand the processes of the Federal beaurcracy. This should have been the first step of any one with evidence of misuse of SSN's. The problem is Ms Taitz:;OIG for SSA no longer does this? They are going to Lock Heed Martin at the Federal Trade Commission, they will probably be the ones that get the reports... The medis attn means little if the right parties do not get this. She shuold follow up with a certifed postal filing of copies to both FTC and SSA. OIG. With some media attn maybe she can accomplish with her filing, what I can't with even dead federal workers as a result of the some of the crimes which are a part of what is still oing on with us.

15. is the 12/61 Topeka High school Madrigal singers Christmas Postcard which we got to send out .
In this day and age one would be allowed to get these through a public school that said Merry Christmas on them. And a lot of our perfomomanes would never have occurred with the donations to the music dept since they were in places of faith and we sang songs that mentioned God also including some for the Jewish faith, too. We used to think that was being fair. I'm the second from the right in the back row.
We often sang three or more times a week somewhere. One Christmas season we had 14 concernts in a week. We had Madrigals at lunch hour which was hour and 1/2 class time and most were at luncheon times. But we also performed other times. My mother , Florence Hardy sewed and made my formals And we needed multiple ones, long and short.
As I had said before one rating done on high schools place Topeka HS in the top 5 in the nation over all and second in the fine arts. We beat out Beverly Hills HS and came in second to The New York High school for perfomrming arts. We were more into the classical music, but sang all kinds of music. We did not include dance, but I was in Modern Dance Club and did shows with them. Orchestra and bands were also better than almost any college level group. The intent to stop bullying and any racism, created a serious learning environment and it paid off with national awards in every field. Was there always fairness in everything, no.
But as the orchestra teacher said to me at the music festival after the gossip ferny 'being; egged on by those from westboro Baptist tied into me after speaking crudely in fornt of the president''sad as he was preparing to enter the auditorium to sing with the Boy's Glee club said: they couldn't anything if off school property. As they show up at Soldiers funerals, remember they have been at this for over 50+ years over one topic or another. And according to what we were always told, they're relatives of the president's maternal grandmother Tut, whom the family called Marilyn, but the media says is Madelyn. But what do they know? Not much.
The sadness is that his Dad probably would have been part of this group as one of the best singers in the school.
16. SOD HOUSE: This s the home that two parents and five siblings arrived at in about? 1920 near Haxtun Colorado. Dad said they built it from Sod bricks and when I visited there in 1953 it had been added on to and modernied. But it was cool in the summer inside. They were known and buried inthe Haxtun cemetery as Delbert Hardy in 1933 and Elizabeth Jane a few years earlier, They did not do very well physically. Mom knew them soon after they arrived and they were buying expensive canned goods and didn't know how to garden. Everyone in the area grew Tomatoes and canned them for citrus and they didn't know that as oranges and other citrus was rarely in thee grocery store and very expensive.
My mother was an eye witness to when this family moved into the area and what things were like and within a few years she married the Son in 1922 and lived in a portion of the land that was deeded to them.
The bio out in the historical sources does not match and wasn' until 1953, my mother began to put the pieces togeether but didn't share what she knew with me and Dad would not talk, Once or twice he shared things with me that were far different ifrom family history, I'd been told.. But for now am discussing the president's more direct ancestry.
17. These are the older of the Hardy grand children. Ellsworth Lewman, Hazel Hardy Lewman's son is the oldest born 1924 according to the notebook page of my mother' on flickr. According to that and confirmed by the 1940 census records,Dan Pope the president;s grandfather was not born until 1930. But was tall like his dad and the president has his height, too. Aunt Pearl marreid Tom Vallier from Iowa and they lived there. When Ellsworth Lewman was murdered, Hazel moved to Denver and went to nursing school and worked there until retirement. But the others remained near Haxtun and spent a lot of time together. I would say the picture was taken in 1929 or early 1930 before Daniel Wayne Pope was born, who stole Stanley Dunham;s wallet to go to WWII when way too young.
Witnesses wanted to share info
I mentioned yesterday about a letter Ii found from 1974, I'm trying to find the rest of it and envelope as I don't know who wrote it, only that it speaks about what several of the family is doing and that Marlyn the president's grandmother had back surgery. I don't know if this is a first or second hand account. so am still searching. I only had one day to sort through mom's house before I had to fly back to Philadelphia area in 1996 to continue Seminary classes and Church duties at Eastern Baptist TheologicalSeminary( Now Palmer) Doyle stayed behind.) Personal items wanted and appears, etc got gathered very quickly and then we moved twice since, and things have really been jumbled. and the fight for life happened soon after moving here and my Federal workers comp file got into Dallas and criminal acts started occurring on disappearances of the 4 years of the file to make it look as if I'd not returned to work in 1990 setting another medical precedent that removal of chemical barriers would be done by HHS and nothing done and EEOC sanctions against HHS for torture to the pointof injury death over what occurred. Federal employees have known since 1979 what is coming for all next year and its no constitutional rights, not even of life if one is under corrupted high level officials & contractors. IN our case a cover up of the causes & info that led to 9/11/01. Unfetterd crimines must be stopped as these actions can casue WWIII. It all unravels back to three dead in the Kansas river and the other victim a young 15 year old pregnant girl and her unborn child, who is now president of the USA and authorities in power who did nothing about three dead in the river and only wanted her to shut up.
Uncaring of authorities can lead to horrible endings. The only good was a change in whom the people elected next to be Sheriff. And that law enforcement entity is the true reflection and representative of the local people and every election needs to be taken very seriously. But if people will not talk, cold cases are not easily solved, especially foro an era before all the forensic science we have today.

Ms Carter, my claims examiner, doesn't even have the 2/09 Judges orders that say listen to me for the facsts of the case and reconstruct the misisng sets of the files from my records.( i.e don't listen to rumors and gossip and that I did return to work in 1990, even if SSA won't fill out the forms the laws says they are to do. for my leave record.;( in other words , get rid of these crooks stealing and obstructing justice and don't renew the contract with ACS... is what they said in those convoluted legal terms) , nor my latest filing to know that everything is timely filed. and pending an dome items are considered 'new' have been pending for 24 years as no one has been allowed to process them. For over 24+ years, every file or computer file has been messed with eventually in any federal office and now inside the contractors that have coup d'etated the USA and other Nations. For 24 years+, on a non controverted, accepted and established case with permanent medical benefits;Someone starts processing the case and things start getting worked and paid and then someone makes the file disappears ( a felony) and another round of appeals gets another remand from Judges and the process starts all over until the govt contractor acs took over and they have disappeared even the reconstruction, the former Us Sec of Labor's staff Chaio had made arrangements to get to them and post.
So if the President and Cabinent has no authority over the executive branch of govt anymore, then that's a coup d'etat. All those hating the president and the former president, may be should start investigating why Congress has allowed this takeover of the nation by an international cabal of financiallly interlocked companies that have skimmed and stolen so much of our monies and that of other Nations that are planning, according to news sources. to buy back their stock and become private and then not even the SEC or govt or any one will be able to find out who is in charge. Private means, one can't go buy stock and get access to the records. Now; does any one understand why I don't say the President Obama or even George W Bush is the anti- Christ, as neither still had the powers of the Constitution afforded them. Are either of them is in charge of these companies, are they? If so, in secret deals, then that's another matter. But that has not been revealed to me, yet. Who really holds the power?. Is this what the Bible means when it says when the restrainer is removed we will know. What is the restrainer? The rule of law? Or the Holy Spirit or the church? What has happened to my family and I shows there are no rules, no laws being obeyed much any more. Congress did pass and the president sign HR 1063 in 1/11/13 and this should have been a big step to bringing the rule of law back into the health care system in ways that are complex but understood by one like me, who has worked inside the govt programs since 1968. But the Sec of HHS has not yet formally notified all those that can be fined for illegal actions and thefts to this day that I am aware. of. That has to occur and the $1000 a day fines on just the claims processed on my family and I should already be netting Medicare millions of dollars. OIG for HHS's employees are aware as they have been geitting my complaints for years as Congress has prohibited them for stopping a trillion dollar theft of Medicare by the partners of Medicare. And these kinds of things have been going on through out the govt. We are not broke or in an economic down turn: WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED and Congresses let it happen by not reading phrases stuck into bills they voted on and didn't read or understand what was in them ( hearings would have exposed this) plus allowing no rule of law and crimienal prosecutions for the real culprits in this corrupted mess. When something does happen that's a step in the right directions, then its getting ignored by the agency involved. Does the president know this? Have his advisors not told him? Since there is a lot to do in the white house, but someone is repsonsible for seeing new laws are implemented as its a constitutional requriement for the president to carry out the laws Congress passes and he signs. And he said when signing it that it might not be enough. I think it s eneugh, as the original 1981 law reenfroces it that Sec of HHS Donna Shalala decided to stop enforcing it and clolapsed the healht care system as no one had to 'play by the rules' any more and the liabillity insurance indsutry went 'rogue'. making illegal proprietary agreements with the partners of Medciare that meant they wouldn't obey the law, judges orders or even terms of their govt contracts.
PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to Isaiah 28: The following scriptures spoke to me as they are exactly what I've been triyng to do in this Daily Recaps maybe against the modern day symbols for the ones the scriptures were directed to in ancient times. \
verse 13: " But the word of the Lord ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah) was to them, 'Precept upon precept, Line upon line, Here a little , there a little' That they jmght go and fall backward and be broken and snared and caught "
verse 15"... For we have made lies our refuge , and under falsehood we have hidden ourselves."
verse 17" Also I will make justice the measuring line, And righteousness the plummet; The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies."
verse 19 ".. it will be a terror just to understand the report.."
Understanding what has already occurred and is happening right now is a real terror report. Its a very convoluted step by step coup d'etat that has and is occurring, and its not easy to ferret it out when one has not lived through years of udnerstanding of the inner workings of the govt bureaucracy. Often one deosn't even know where to start to ask the questions.

And the convoluted mixed up bios of the president and his grandparents has created awful confusion. The main media had the resources to vet this and help out and never did. They were too willing to go along and not care. Not care about the world and the consequences. They laid off their researchers soon after the patriot ACT was passed a decade ago. and not ever one on camera has the time to even do online searches for info and where to search as that's a skill in itself, that I don't have mastered yet. Nor can afford some of the search sites that would help. I have no proof the president has ever been told the truth of his origens, but if he has known and lied then that's a grave disappointment, but I do understand how such a thing could occur in this extended family.
I left a message on phone line for Orly Taitz today. She finally is doing something 'right.' She took the info she has gathered about use of SSN's that do not belong to the president and took them into the Ct Social Security office and filed criminal complaints. They should forward this to the Office of Ispector general But the article she wrote did not mention that she did a criminal complaints nor the report would go to OIG headquarters. So it does sound oas if she really may not unmderstand the processes of the Federal beaurcracy. This should have been the first step of any one with evidence of misuse of SSN's. The problem is Ms Taitz:;OIG for SSA no longer does this? They are going to Lock Heed Martin at the Federal Trade Commission, they will probably be the ones that get the reports... The medis attn means little if the right parties do not get this. She shuold follow up with a certifed postal filing of copies to both FTC and SSA. OIG. With some media attn maybe she can accomplish with her filing, what I can't with even dead federal workers as a result of the some of the crimes which are a part of what is still oing on with us.

15. is the 12/61 Topeka High school Madrigal singers Christmas Postcard which we got to send out .
In this day and age one would be allowed to get these through a public school that said Merry Christmas on them. And a lot of our perfomomanes would never have occurred with the donations to the music dept since they were in places of faith and we sang songs that mentioned God also including some for the Jewish faith, too. We used to think that was being fair. I'm the second from the right in the back row.
We often sang three or more times a week somewhere. One Christmas season we had 14 concernts in a week. We had Madrigals at lunch hour which was hour and 1/2 class time and most were at luncheon times. But we also performed other times. My mother , Florence Hardy sewed and made my formals And we needed multiple ones, long and short.
As I had said before one rating done on high schools place Topeka HS in the top 5 in the nation over all and second in the fine arts. We beat out Beverly Hills HS and came in second to The New York High school for perfomrming arts. We were more into the classical music, but sang all kinds of music. We did not include dance, but I was in Modern Dance Club and did shows with them. Orchestra and bands were also better than almost any college level group. The intent to stop bullying and any racism, created a serious learning environment and it paid off with national awards in every field. Was there always fairness in everything, no.
But as the orchestra teacher said to me at the music festival after the gossip ferny 'being; egged on by those from westboro Baptist tied into me after speaking crudely in fornt of the president''sad as he was preparing to enter the auditorium to sing with the Boy's Glee club said: they couldn't anything if off school property. As they show up at Soldiers funerals, remember they have been at this for over 50+ years over one topic or another. And according to what we were always told, they're relatives of the president's maternal grandmother Tut, whom the family called Marilyn, but the media says is Madelyn. But what do they know? Not much.
The sadness is that his Dad probably would have been part of this group as one of the best singers in the school.
16. SOD HOUSE: This s the home that two parents and five siblings arrived at in about? 1920 near Haxtun Colorado. Dad said they built it from Sod bricks and when I visited there in 1953 it had been added on to and modernied. But it was cool in the summer inside. They were known and buried inthe Haxtun cemetery as Delbert Hardy in 1933 and Elizabeth Jane a few years earlier, They did not do very well physically. Mom knew them soon after they arrived and they were buying expensive canned goods and didn't know how to garden. Everyone in the area grew Tomatoes and canned them for citrus and they didn't know that as oranges and other citrus was rarely in thee grocery store and very expensive.
My mother was an eye witness to when this family moved into the area and what things were like and within a few years she married the Son in 1922 and lived in a portion of the land that was deeded to them.
The bio out in the historical sources does not match and wasn' until 1953, my mother began to put the pieces togeether but didn't share what she knew with me and Dad would not talk, Once or twice he shared things with me that were far different ifrom family history, I'd been told.. But for now am discussing the president's more direct ancestry.
17. These are the older of the Hardy grand children. Ellsworth Lewman, Hazel Hardy Lewman's son is the oldest born 1924 according to the notebook page of my mother' on flickr. According to that and confirmed by the 1940 census records,Dan Pope the president;s grandfather was not born until 1930. But was tall like his dad and the president has his height, too. Aunt Pearl marreid Tom Vallier from Iowa and they lived there. When Ellsworth Lewman was murdered, Hazel moved to Denver and went to nursing school and worked there until retirement. But the others remained near Haxtun and spent a lot of time together. I would say the picture was taken in 1929 or early 1930 before Daniel Wayne Pope was born, who stole Stanley Dunham;s wallet to go to WWII when way too young.

I mentioned yesterday about a letter Ii found from 1974, I'm trying to find the rest of it and envelope as I don't know who wrote it, only that it speaks about what several of the family is doing and that Marlyn the president's grandmother had back surgery. I don't know if this is a first or second hand account. so am still searching. I only had one day to sort through mom's house before I had to fly back to Philadelphia area in 1996 to continue Seminary classes and Church duties at Eastern Baptist TheologicalSeminary( Now Palmer) Doyle stayed behind.) Personal items wanted and appears, etc got gathered very quickly and then we moved twice since, and things have really been jumbled. and the fight for life happened soon after moving here and my Federal workers comp file got into Dallas and criminal acts started occurring on disappearances of the 4 years of the file to make it look as if I'd not returned to work in 1990 setting another medical precedent that removal of chemical barriers would be done by HHS and nothing done and EEOC sanctions against HHS for torture to the pointof injury death over what occurred. Federal employees have known since 1979 what is coming for all next year and its no constitutional rights, not even of life if one is under corrupted high level officials & contractors. IN our case a cover up of the causes & info that led to 9/11/01. Unfetterd crimines must be stopped as these actions can casue WWIII. It all unravels back to three dead in the Kansas river and the other victim a young 15 year old pregnant girl and her unborn child, who is now president of the USA and authorities in power who did nothing about three dead in the river and only wanted her to shut up.
Uncaring of authorities can lead to horrible endings. The only good was a change in whom the people elected next to be Sheriff. And that law enforcement entity is the true reflection and representative of the local people and every election needs to be taken very seriously. But if people will not talk, cold cases are not easily solved, especially foro an era before all the forensic science we have today.
