 Warmer day and Spring has Sprung and Happy Resurrection Day for those, like me that celebrate the rising form the Dead of our Savior, Yahusha, whom Christians call Christ Jesus.  and Father and Holy Spirit, Yahuah, Ruah. For others may its still be  a time of rebirth and renewal and hope all truth will be revealed for peace and good will to all.
                                                  PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Today the Bible opened to Psalm 73. The following verses  spoke to me. 
Verse 1. "Truly God is good to Israel."
verse 2. "..my steps had nearly slipped..when I saw the prosperity of the wicked..."

verse 6"..violence covers them as a garment.."
verse 8. "They scoff and speak wickedly concerning oppression...."
verse 9. " They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walks the earth."
verse 24. " You will guide me with your counsel, And afterward receive me to glory"
verse 26. " My flesh and my heart fail;  But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
verse 28. "..I have put my trust in  the Lord God ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah)  That I may declare all your works."
 If we are truly are entering into  time of real tribulations, which the signs are there and our family has experienced the breakdown of any human rights and lawfulness already with unaccountable entities who care less about anything but profits and control of nations; then all we can do is stay on course for good to triumph over evil in the end. We are not to sit and do nothing, but we are to be guided by the teaching of Peace and love and justice and truth. So many are too willing to get us sidetracked and sometimes the most best intentioned get sidetracked themselves into less than the best things or ways. We are here to build each other up and not tear each other down.

I have not been called or e mialed by PPSimmons but He is supposed to have a call in hour next friday and those with  first hand  information, please share it.  Before the News keeps trying to get me on, but its his show and he knows how to reach me. .
The Journey for Truth and justice plods on.  Justice Roy Moore in Alabama now has the case at the the State supreme court level on ballot access of Pres Obama. Maybe he will remand it back for the sec of state Chapman? to get he Topeka Ks birth certificate or at least get answers to the question did  you know   when you filed you had the wrong state put down'
 I've been e-mailing her my Daily recaps for months, but in the last week their system has crashed- so many must also be trying to send her info, too. I only know what I am eye witness , too and can locate family records in tubs, I was hoping one day to organize it all  into some familyy albums for others. Plus I had no idea last 7/16/12 that after I started posting the info I knew online that within a few weeks some one would help and get the official records out of Topeka ks and this would all have been over one way or the other. Instead it just gets more conflated and more mysteries arise and few eye witnesses are willing to come forward when even those like me that know a lot about some things are  chastised and slammed and called loony tunes by the few that out there who motivation must not be for Truth and Justice. This whole thing is so convoluted and the whole cabal has been putting things in place for so long to take ever the Nation I love and do not want to see fail of basically good people As My Dad, Rev Tracy Hardy said many times and he had witnessed a lot of horrible things in his lifetime through the last century: There has never been  people  like those of the United States who have been so willing to care  about others and give to those that needed. it. ,  We were too trusting as step by step over the last few decades we got robbed of our public monies and the things we, the people wanted done for ourselves, did not occur. And too many forgot that in order to be we, the people we have to at least participate by voting even if we often had to choose between candidates we cared little for but had to decide which one would do the least harm. and try to be a good person and get good advisors and listen to them. It got worse as the main media lost their way in being the fourth estate of the Constitution and not properly helping us vet the candidates and ask the  'hard questions' like what is all this information from Topeka , Ks?. Did he know anything? or as Before the News wrote: has the whole bio of the presdent been a hoax? If that be true, then the main media has really failed their duty to society. Does he have advisors around him that lie to him about what certain issues and bills are really about?
 It was brought to my attention directly and indirectly from a professionl that used to help run a local program and is now trying to replace the intensive care that used to be provided, with teh minimal and less satisfactory  office type visits of a very serous matter that affects every community in the USA.
For example: many do not realize that in January. 13; President Obama  signed an order that cut off funding nationwide for what he said was 'living skills for the mentally ill." No! Whatt got cut off in the after math of Sandy Hook was funding for the outpatient partial hospital program for the mentally ill. This is the program that allows the more seriously mentally ill, to be treated on an out patient basis rather than be in a hospital with group theraphy and other kinds of theaphy that one gets in a hospital setting, but  not live there and may not come every day. Yes there are living skills as part of this so they can take care of minimal food preparations and shopping,etc.. Its much more than seeing a counselor and talking about ones problems, which is more for those without a mental illness but just having some problems with life, marriage,  work relationships and stresses of the time., something that can happen to any one and may need more than their faith leader  or friend to help. These partial hospital programs  are the outcome of a 1985 US Supreme court decison that said they were to be the substitute for institutionalization. Many don't realize that the US supreme court didnt't just say turn them out. They said  provide these kinds of care instead.
 There has been little coverage of this in the main media and many should be gravely concerned. Most mentally ill will never commit the horrible violent acts that some have; but too often they can become very vulnerable in a society where too often  some others  have evil intents.
 I bring this up as just one  thing that has occurred that can cause real tragedies to happen and well may have already around the country. Did he know what he was signing? Was he lied to? This was not just cutting back the number of days a patient could come, it abolished the whole program that has been the stability program for those who do not meet the level of needed to be in a long term hospital but do need long term contact for special help. something family and friends are now having to cope with and; do to the emotional relationships may not be able to provide what a trained professional can.
Yet, Congress has not stepped up and done anything about it, either. Its why  Congress  is divided into
committees so each can oversee sections of the govt. An impeachement with no result means none of these thngs will get addressed just as happened under Pres. Clinton.

24. Its a mystery as to which side of the family its from. Ther is no info on the back of it. I post it as its still family history of Pres Obama either directly or of Florence Hunt Hardy. Any one in my familyy know?  Some do look familiar and will  keep on searching in the records for the names.
25. The five siblings that arrived almost hundred years ago with their parents in Haxtun Colorado, one of these is Pres Obama's great grandmother and I have listed them on the info on the flickr site.
                                        THE LETTER FROM 1974
Still don't have the entire letter and its filled with all kinds of info about who is doing what, To complicate things, it appears, my mother went on couple of pages and put down some ages, but they may not be correct from what we all know for sure.
Daniel Wayne Pope , as far as I've ever known only had one child Stanley Ann Dunham as he was known as Stanley Dunham aster assuming the real ones name to got to WWII. But in the letter it refers not only to Mariiyn ( as  she  was known in the family or as Tut) as having back surgery, and then that she is working in a court House, but doesn't say where and that may not be correct as I will explain later. It also mentions that Dan and his son, Dan, are painting a house and the son is working  for Forestal.?
When I first started on this writing of what I know back in last July, I had already left  comments on different sites  asking the birthers to check Ks for  records under Daniel Wayne Pope. for the birth record. Was I remembering som einfo shared by my mother 30 years ago and forgot part of it?
Is it possible that the gasp from the Sec of State of Kansas's staff back on 9;14/12 is finding a record with that name or a Barry Pope with the grandparents listed as parents. This would not be the first time the parents of a teenage mother adopted the child or children in order to protect them , yet the child or children remained with the mother. I've personally known of  this and its not that uncommon if there is a teenage parent.
What does Geir Smith know? form Before Its News as he already said this in his  sense of humor  which turns  ltitle too gross for me at times,, but its his way of expressing his opinions which he has a strong  dislike for this president.
 I had given all this info to the staff about the change of names from Pope to Dunham, etc. I'm certain they found something.! There's been a lot of speculation about an adoption, What if it was a USA adoption by grandparents at some point and its on the Topeka KS birth records as it would be changed and sealed even if it were done in Hawaii or elsewhere. I'm; farrly certain the letter is from My Aunt Helen, although still haven't found the whole letter yet.  And being long distance and little direct contact with them, I donpt consider bank vs court house, too much diffrent in a 'type of work '  One  has to evaluate the circumstances and sources on all this.  The entire letter is fist and scond hand info aobut aht is going on among many extended famaly members, its the context that is important her. Son, grandson?
I do remember  in 1/71, mention of Marilyn, Dan's wife we call her 'Tut' when she arrived with the president and introduced him to me as Barry Soetoro  that she was having back problems.
I want to find the rest of the letter and signature, first and then black out references to other family members that are still living, You have the page from my mother's note book of the 22 Hardy grandchldren and any serious investigator can find out who the rest of the family might be if they want to professionally ask the for documetns or eye witness testimony. .  Lets have some common decency about this, but I am trying to reveal to all the step by step process I'm going through for the search for trurh and justice without any personal  agenda except the outcome be the best for all of us.and my family's survival..
 Our health care system is crumbling as  the information I shared above was shared with me, and also what I saw myself this week.  Where is our money? Why are people without work when there is so much that needs to be done? Our whole system is collapsing and it didn't just start in 2009, but is a culmination of decades of a 'planned, convoluted,coup d'etat" of this nation and the world by an entity that has been allowed to gain control. And would it matter who is seated in the white house?  We need to pray for our leaders to  be gguided by Good and if there is truly wrong doing by one in highest power then we need to get the facts and truth and let the process play out and not get into a frenzy if a special prosecutor is put in place to get to the facts and make a determination and report it out one way or another. We don't need this going on for another 4 years as there is  too much to do!  If he is legally Innocent, so be it, if not then Congress will need to decide what happens next, but pray we don't have the peoples business come to a grirnding halt while a gossip frenzy is on going. Please not a Ken Starr who talked to everyone but our Son, who would have exposed the real corruption on going in the Clinton White house on health care and other matters. And on the way home from Monica having Linda Tripp talk to our son, she bought the infamous tape recorder and is mentioned on the tapes as the " cute guy at McDonald's trying to help his mother." Our son learned more in a couple of afternoons in DC then Ken Starr did sending millions and dragging this country through a pornographic squalor with no result but the peoples business got stopped and we are suffering now as good laws needed to be passed for the modern era and didn't.  One was the comprehensive overhaul of the Federal  system and Officee of personnel management that was gong to happen with Congressman Dan Burton's unwavering digging for truth and Justice. Don't hear much about him any more do we?
 Most of the allegatons on  misuse of ssn's , etc are beyond the satutue of limitations for any charges. At thee worse we elected a person that did not have the best past.  If there is something more current, then that needs to be dealt with.  Please don't let hatred blind one to what is legal and constitutional. After all everyone is Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, even the president and  there are time limits. on most crimes for bringing charges. At this point these are only allegations with  some evidence and it needs to be dealt with by the legal system our Constitution has in place. Don't forget its High crime not any come and there is a US Senate that may not see things the same as the House of Represeniatives just like  with Pres Clinton.

All laws passed in the United States  have their final arbiter in the Federal court system and the US supreme court. We have the right to question whether something is 'constituional' and if it isn't it can be altered amended  or completely thrown out and then congress or the state legislatures needs to pass something that is constitutional or create an amendment to the Constitution in order to make it constitutional. Its a living document and times and knowledge change and we need to open to better ways for Truth and Justice for all.
