The contracts they all signed and their attorneys reviewed? When WOULD HAVE SAID CMS OR CENTERS FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES OR HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. NEVER WENT TO THEM BUT TO ACS, ET AL?.
BUT THE AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY HAS BEEN CONTRACTED LONG AGO AND NOW ALL OUR GOOD MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND HOSPITALS ETC ARE DEPENDENT ON AN UNACCOUNTABLE ENTITY AND THEIR INTERNATIONAL CABAL FOR THEIR VERY SURVIVAL TO PRACTICE MEDICINE AND DO THE BEST THEY CAN FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US.
Now with all under the THE FEDERAL SYSTEM FOR HEALTH CARE, ITS IMPERATIVE THAT CONGRESS GET THE RULE OF LAW AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS BACK IN TO THE PROCESS.
I learned of the extinct of the over throw of our health care system into ACS et al's authority not long after 9/11/01 when real obstructions of right to live began . and the blatant retelling repeated that I WAS UNDER A ''LET HER DIE' ORDER WAS AND IS NOTCHING BUT A CONTRACT ON MY HEAD. It was said many of us were under this and the monies for our medical care disappeared inside ACS?AND OUR FILES NEVER POSTED AND MISINFORMATION SPEWED OUT SINCE THEN. I HAD NO RECOURSE IF I WISHED TO LIVE BUT TO USE ALL THE SKILLS AND GOOD TRAINING OVER THE YEARS WORKING IN THE PROGRAM SINCE 1968 OUT OF COLLEGE TO FIND OUT AND IT GOT WORSE AND HIGHER UP THE CHAIN OF COMMAND UNTIL IT LANDED AT CEO Blodgett and be never answered my letters to him but began to misinform and blatantly lie about the facts when he had judges orders I was to be the one to ask for the facts as no one else had the files any more and files were to be reconstructed from mine. All I did is go to work at my federal job on 1/10/89 and a toxic cloud overcame me and then became the only one not turned away from the hospitals in Jersey City as A REAL DEATH PANEL HAD BEEN EMPANELED FOR ALL OF US. All of us 'black listed 'before we got to the hospitals and there was a mix up as to who my employer was and Port Authority got put down and I got the tests and diagnosis of toxic exposure and was being prepared for admission for proper care when the NJ toxic exposure report was filled out and they found out I worked for SSA.HHS and was sent home to die as the DEATH PANEL HAD SPOKEN. More on line as to how I finally got treatment after stopping breathing, etc. I HAD NO REAL TROUBLE GETTING MY WORKERS COMP AND MANY HAVE SAID MY CASE BEGAN SETTING PRECEDENTS. THIS MADE ME A TARGET FOR MANY HUGE ENTITIES. JUST FOR THAT. ALL I DID IS GO TO WORK.

MANY HAVE BEEN LEFT IN THE LURCH BY THIS. INCLUDING HOSPITALS AND SUPPLIERS IN OUR AREA THAT HAVE REFUSED ME SERVICES FROM ACS;'S ORDERS?
Three of my health plans have me approved for life , but the bill is federal workers comp per Medicare and the claims will reject if they input for that reason. They are under the total control of affiliated computer services and FEDERAL WORKERS COMP have never input a claim or even acknowledged receiving one since they took over total control in 2002. THEY ADDED ANOTHER COMPANY TO THEIR OVER A HUNDRED OR SO AND ARE TAKING OVER ALL WORKERS COMP. YOU ARE ALL LOSING YOUR RIGHTS TO JOB SAFETY AND MEDICAL CARE IF ACS SAYS IT SHOULD OCCUR.
Oxygen is on a security lock for Medicare when the info on me and my dependents on my Fed Blues posts to the (common working file) all use to bill and owned by another govt contractor Emblem Health International. and CEO Blodgett's verbal orders results in their obedience on matters. One cannot get an oxygen claim as one can other bills through Medicare to pay until one has gone through a long process of filing with ACS, wait four months go to Fed blues and wait and on to Medicare. Suppliers could be waiting over a year to get any payment as they take care of you 24/7.
The oxygen concentrators are deadly for those like me as inflammation and fluid on the lungs could drown us before we suffocated to death over several days with out oxygen .
I intend to do all I can to stay alive and my family is preparing to help travel wherever also. THE ONLY REASON I DO NOT HAVE A SUPPLIER FROM THE TWO IN MY AREAS IS A DIRECT RESULT OF ACTIONS BY ACS AND THEIR CEO LYNN BLODGETT WHO GAVE THE ORDER TO STALL THE PROCESS. A NEW LAW HR 1063 WOULD HELP ME BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO AT HHS. THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE HAVE BEEN SLOWED TO A STOP AND WILL THEY GO AFTER ONE OF THEIR OWN PARTNERS TO SAVE THE LIFE OF ONE INJURED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF HHS? as SSA USED TO BE PART OF THEM. The patients would then need to contact and find out the particulars to get the oxygen. For me, its been take in my own tanks, and they take a copy of a current prescription from a USA DOCTOR THAT HAS PRESCRIBED OXYGEN AND THEN PAY THE BILL. Any filing with insurance or health plans is the duty of the patients and both Blues and even workers comp have paid for such in the past when I had no supplier for awhile. etc. .
.Blues will pay something when there is no supplier, Medicare will not. and I could get some help from Blues as I did in the past but Celerion Group for Medicare is now refusing to process the claims and send me a denial for not having a supplier although approved for life for the liquid oxygen with them also, so this has blocked me from Blues paying this year and the hardship is real.
The prior ones form Cigna Govt Services now Celerion and owned now by SC Blues. is now pending for a Medicare hearing with ACS who controls that process to. Its to try and over turn an unconstitutional laws. where a monopoly can occur in ones area and still be refused the right to live. I went through much the same that led to HR 1063 AND NOW I AM NOT TO LIVE WHEN THAT IS THE LAW THAT WOULD SAVE MY LIFE.?
Most GAS COMPANIES do not sell direct to patients where we take in our stationary liquid oxygen tanks or the green bottles and then get them filled as most have done for decades for patients who for one reason or another have to do this to stay alive.

WAIVER OF TIMELINESS FOR FILING A MEDICAL CLAIM
Since 2002, and before that for me, every ,medical claims has been dumped illegally onto Medicare under the orders of ACS its why I headed up this article to try and explain how an over throw of health care has occurred and almost all of our medical billing people for all is constantly being given misinformation. MANY OF THEM HAVE MISSED FILING DATES FOR EVEN MEDICARE OR Federal BLUES TO PAY EITHER FIRST OR SECOND AND OF COURSE NONE ARE FILING WITH ACS AS THEIR CALL CENTER LIES AND SAYS CASE IS CLOSED. EARLY ON THEY WERE SEEING INFO ON SCREEN AND SAYING I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS TO PAY FOR MY OWN CARE. NO I DO NOT AND NO ONE ELSE THIS HAS BEEN SAID ABOUT HAS EITHER. WHERE IS THAT MONEY FUND SET ASIDE FOR MANY OF US?
THERE IS NO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATING SINCE 2002 FOR GOVT CONTRACTORS AND THE DIRECTORS OF FROM OIG AND HIS INVESTIGATORS HAVE TAKEN MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS FROM INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS WITH OLDER COMPLEX CASES WHERE THIS OCCURRED AND THEY SUSPECT AN EMBEZZLEMENT RING BUT HAVE NOT BEEN PERMITTED TO INVESTIGATOR. FORMER OPEN DIRECTOR LINDA SPRINGER DID BEGIN TO MAKE PHONE CALLS FOR ME IN 2008 THEN SHE RESIGNED AND WENT TO WORK FOR THE GOVT CONTRACTOR SPENDING THE TARP MONEY. AND NONE SINCE HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. FOR ANY OF US?
ONE PARTY AT SSA said that it was understood that some sort of big fund was set aside for many of us and we were all to be sent an ATM card to use to pay for medical care and and ACS? WOULD MONITOR THAT THE CHARGES were FOR MEDICAL CARE. SINCE
doctors HAVE SAID THAT WHEN ONE IS APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR OXYGEN FOR WORKERS COMP THEN ALL YOUR BILLS ARE WORKERS COMP BILLS. sounds like a simple solutions for those of us with permanent medical coverage already due to oxygen for life approval at workers comp as mine was 20 years ago.
So this fund would then apply to any and all of us like me. especially those suffering from those severe and toxic chemical injuries where an oxygen concentrator is deadly for us. BE THANKFUL IF YOUR KIND OF LUNG DISEASE IS ONE YOU CAN TOLERATE THEM. I CAN'T AND ITS FLABBERGASTING AND HURTFUL FOR ANY ONE TO SUGGEST THIS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. BEING TOLD THEY ARE OK BY ACS, et al. YOU ARE BEING LIED TO . BY ONE SUSPECTED OF TAKING ALL OF THIS MONEY AND THEN SENDING PATIENTS OUT TO FEND FOR THEMSELVES AND ORDERS TO 'let her die."
I only have 16 Federal judges that have ruled ON ALL OF THIS. and said that is not primary and Federal blues is primary for any of my dependents on my policy that have a Medicare card. Their names are listed below.
We have filed appeals on all claims and we follow up timely so that all claims are currently pending at some level even if they were illegally destroyed as CEO Lynn Blodgett gave that order to the recovery unit another govt contractor, and has he partners with. ITS BEEN A done so in other places. its all here on line over the last few years in my blogs.

The reports I have is that he never mentions, he has the judges orders telling him to ask me for the fact's of the case as no one has the files right now all having destroyed them under his orders as CEO?.
The Medicare appellate judge Case number r\is M09-1406 and there is not going to be any change from my active duty status until he obeys them and posts my file and allows my claims examiner in Dallas to have the file and rule on a permanent disability which was filed before ACS TOOK OVER .
For me workers comp and Blues are primary. and the official system at US DEPT OF LABOR POSTS THAT TO THE COMMON WORKING FILE BIWEEKLY BUT FEW EVER SEE IT AS ITS ILLEGALLY ALTERED SOON AFTER. IN VIOLATION OF THEIR GOVT CONTRACT TERMS NOT TO ALTER POSTINGS FROM GOVT AGENCIES AND PRIVATE EMPLOYERS. ANY LITIGATION OCCURS WITH THEM OVER ACCURACY AND THE POSTING WOULD CHANGE. THE MEDICARE JUDGES GOT THE INTERNAL REAL DOCUMENTS AND SAID THE POSTINGS ARE ACCURATE AND THEY ARE. BY LAW, TOO. AND THE REAL FACTS OF THE CASE.
ACS, ET AL HAS JUST ENDED THE US CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW IN THIS NATION, FIRST FOR THE FEDS AND NOW FOR ALL. .ACS'S CEO LYNN BLODGETT IS THE AUTHORITY THAT GIVES INFORMATION TO ALL THREE OF MY HEALTH PLANS AN FOR ONE DEPENDENT THE THIRD PAYER IS MEDICAID AND HE IS OVER THAT PROGRAM ALSO. HIS WORD IS THEIR GOSPEL AND ITS A FALSE ONE.
BILLING SERVICES GET THEIR INFORMATION FROM ACS AND MANY HAVE MANAGEMENT FIRMS WHO CONTRACT WITH ACS FOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION.
THE BILLING SERVICE MAY BE PART OF THIS CABAL ALSO.
What we have is the SEC AND THE US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT/S ANTI TRUST DEPT COMPLETELY IGNORING BLATANT CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN THE WHOLE MEDICAL SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON AND INCREASING FOR DECADES.
YET IF ONES DOCTOR OWNS AN MRI CENTER, ALL KINDS OF OVERSIGHT AND PUBLIC DISCLAIMERS HAVE TO BE GIVEN. THIS IS ALL VERY SECRET WITH ACS ET AL AND THEY WERE VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I FERRETED OUT THE INFO OVER A DECADE AGO AND AM STILL BEING SHOCKED AS TO HOW FAR REACHING AND PERVASIVE IT HAS BECOME. YOU WANTED TO STAY HIDDEN, YOU SHOULD HAVE PAID MY BILLS AT WORKERS COMP TO LINCARE ET AL , POSTED MY FILES, ETC AND NOT STOPPED ANY OXYGEN SUPPLIER FROM FILING A CLAIM AND BEING TIMELY PAID AS WORKERS COMP USED TO DO AND THEY WOULD STILL BE COMING TO KEEP ME ALIVE THEN I WOULD NEVER HAVE HAD TO INVESTIGATE IN ORDER TO LIVE.
THERE ARE NO GOVT INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS OVER A DECADE EITHER AND WHEN I GOT EVIDENCE THAT MANY MEDICAL PROVIDERS WHICH HAD FILED CLAIMS WITH TRAILBLAZERS AND OTHER SUBSIDIARIES OF SC BLUES AND THEY WERE STOLEN BY THEM AND TURNED IN TO 17 CLAIMS EACH FROM 1/06 ON WHEN LOCK HEED MARTIN? reprogrammed the computers and left a back door open so an illegal offline system could be set up and phony claim numbers created and then instead of coding paid claims to go to recovery unit to get the money back to Medicare from the primary payer, the official and only legal system was by passed and the claims paid under a phony number. and then the patient is left to file for waiver of overpayment and appeals to get out from under this illegal mess that is a debt owed back to the govt. the extra pays were diverted? so when I ask medical providers for help on this, they are told by ACS, et al to ignore me. as they did not get but one pay and are not told the truth that that is an overpayment against them also. most in at lest two or three regions have any idea they have millions of dollars in over payments on their Medicare records to be assessed against their estates. ALL THAT IN THE CONTROL OF THIS UNLAWFUL CABAL, NOT THE GOVT and the rule of law under the Constitution.
To date SSA has not process one SSA 632 since 2005 when they agreed to do this where one does not give any personal financial info as its one "against equity and good conscience as I CAN NOT ARREST A PARTNER OF THE GOVT THAT THE GOVT CANNOT ARREST ANY MORE THAT IS BREAKING LAWS AND STEALING MONEY AND CREATING REAL DEATH PANELS.
What am I asking of each medical provider of ours is to do what is legal. Bill Medicare as ACS SAYS TO DO BUT ALSO SEND THE PAID CLAIMS ON TO THE RECOVERY UNIT AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CAN NOW FINE AND PENALIZE YOU FOR NOT DOING SO. that one simple act puts all protected from any recourse. Providers can not be fined and patients are not over paid. UNDER HR 1063. THIS IS THE RECOVERY AND COORDINATION CENTER AND WHERE CEO BLODGETT TOLD THEM IT WAS OK TO DELETE ONES PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN OFF THE COMMON WORKING FILE SOON AFTER POSTED SO YOU CAN'T GET THE OFFICIAL INFO.
AND YOU ARE TRICKED INTO BILLING MEDICARE AND TRICKED INTO MISSING FILING DATES WITH OTHER HEALTH PLANS. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL SYSTEM THE GOVT CAN;T FIND OUT ABOUT UNLESS THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THEIR JOBS AS THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO DO FOR OVER A DECADE NOW.
What we are doing should have been addressed by the American Medical Association and all of the professional groups for all of those good people trying to provide health care for all of us. THIS IS HORRIBLE FOR ALL. CONGRESS HAS GOT TO ACT TO END THIS AND PLEASE SAVE MY LIFE, IN THE MIX.
I got caught in this due to my years of knowledge in the field as an employer of HEW , then HHS and even have conducted Medicare fraud investigations and reviewed referrals and signed off on them that went to the us attorney against insurance companies doing far less than is blatantly going on with our records and tax dollars now. And others according to the 500 named witnesses who helped document this at General Dynamics. That's 1-800 Medicare. Nothing could be done with all the evidence until Congress acts or a president signs and executive order allowing criminal investigations against of a partner of the govt. All CMS could do is not rev=new the contract with Trailblazers in 2012 000 LOST THEIR JOBS IN NORTH TEXAS FOR WHAT A SMALL NUMBER HAD DONE BECAUSE CONGRESS WOULD NOT ALLOW CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF GOVT CONTRACTORS.
I consider the medical providers and suppliers victim's as we are in this. But Lincare and Rhema are carrying out a murder contract in going along with this. At least others are providing care, and struggling to get paid and caught in the middle of the law, federal judges and me on the side of the US Constitution and ACS et al and their over throw of the govt on the other side. with tax monies missing. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE THE REAL VICTIMS AS ITS THEIR TAX DOLLARS GONE MISSING. AND WE ALL PAY THOSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. (Just got notified we pay $2 more next month for our phone to the govt.as a fee which the US Supreme court said that a fee is really a tax_).
If you are being denied the right to file a claim by this cabal , then please send me a copy of your HCFA 1500 ,ETC AND I WILL FILE. The law, still says they are to accept a filing from the patient even though they are ignoring such. when I attach your bill , if I even get one, to a CMS 1490 which the law says is a legal filing and protects the date until you get your part in .
The numbers of patients cat in this and our good doctors and other medical personnel is said to be millions right now by the insiders. Only you would know as you we both are bound by the HIPPAA LAW, BUT THE GOVT CONTRACTORS AND GOVT OFFICIALS ARE NOT.

Having been one to make these kinds of formal legal decisions, my self , this is the most blatant of scenarios that meets good cause for any late filing. and you should attach a copy of this signed posting to any claim filed late or sent to recovery or for payment from Medicare. and forward it to all those telling you to ignore the laws, etc. and ask them what they suggest you do . I pray you will not medically abandon me and if my estate is to be filed against, my family is prepared to go forth as its ACS ET AL THAT NEEDS TO BE FINED AND PENALIZED AND FORCED TO PAY IF ANY ENTITY IS. We have more than done our part to make this right and live. BUT

Three of my health plans have me approved for life , but the bill is federal workers comp per Medicare and the claims will reject if they input for that reason. They are under the total control of affiliated computer services and FEDERAL WORKERS COMP have never input a claim or even acknowledged receiving one since they took over total control in 2002. Oxygen is on a security lock for Medicare when the info on me and my dependents on my Fed Blues posts to the (common working file) all use to bill and owned by another govt contractor Emblem Health International. and CEO Blodgett's verbal orders results in their obedience on matters. WHERE IS THAT MONEY FUND SET ASIDE FOR MANY OF US?

For me workers comp and Blues are primary. and the official system at US DEPT OF LABOR POSTS THAT TO THE COMMON WORKING FILE BIWEEKLY BUT FEW EVER SEE IT AS ITS ILLEGALLY ALTERED SOON AFTER. HIS WORD IS THEIR GOSPEL AND ITS A FALSE ONE.
BILLING SERVICES GET THEIR INFORMATION FROM ACS AND MANY HAVE MANAGEMENT FIRMS WHO CONTRACT WITH ACS FOR MANAGEMENT INFORMATION.
THE BILLING SERVICE MAY BE PART OF THIS CABAL ALSO.
What we have is the SEC AND THE US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT/S ANTI TRUST DEPT COMPLETELY IGNORING BLATANT CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN THE WHOLE MEDICAL SYSTEM THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON AND INCREASING FOR DECADES.
YET IF ONES DOCTOR OWNS AN MRI CENTER, ALL KINDS OF OVERSIGHT AND PUBLIC DISCLAIMERS HAVE TO BE GIVEN. THIS IS ALL VERY SECRET WITH ACS ET AL AND THEY WERE VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I FERRETED OUT THE INFO OVER A DECADE AGO AND AM STILL BEING SHOCKED AS TO HOW FAR REACHING AND PERVASIVE IT HAS BECOME. THERE ARE NO GOVT INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS OVER A DECADE EITHER AND WHEN I GOT EVIDENCE THAT MANY MEDICAL PROVIDERS WHICH HAD FILED CLAIMS WITH TRAILBLAZERS AND OTHER SUBSIDIARIES OF SC BLUES AND THEY WERE STOLEN BY THEM AND TURNED IN TO 17 CLAIMS EACH FROM 1/06 ON WHEN LOCK HEED MARTIN? reprogrammed the computers and left a back door open so an illegal offline system could be set up and phony claim numbers created and then instead of coding paid claims to go to recovery unit to get the money back to Medicare from the primary payer, the official and only legal system was by passed and the claims paid under a phony number. and then the patient is left to file for waiver of overpayment and appeals to get out from under this illegal mess that is a debt owed back to the govt. the extra pays were diverted? so when I ask medical providers for help on this, they are told by ACS, et al to ignore me. as they did not get but one pay and are not told the truth that that is an overpayment against them also. most in at lest two or three regions have any idea they have millions of dollars in over payments on their Medicare records to be assessed against their estates. ALL THAT IN THE CONTROL OF THIS UNLAWFUL CABAL, NOT THE GOVT and the rule of law under the Constitution.
To date SSA has not process one SSA 632 since 2005 when they agreed to do this where one does not give any personal financial info as its one "against equity and good conscience as I CAN NOT ARREST A PARTNER OF THE GOVT THAT THE GOVT CANNOT ARREST ANY MORE THAT IS BREAKING LAWS AND STEALING MONEY AND CREATING REAL DEATH PANELS.
What am I asking of each medical provider of ours is to do what is legal. Bill Medicare as ACS SAYS TO DO BUT ALSO SEND THE PAID CLAIMS ON TO THE RECOVERY UNIT AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO CAN NOW FINE AND PENALIZE YOU FOR NOT DOING SO. that one simple act puts all protected from any recourse. Providers can not be fined and patients are not over paid. UNDER HR 1063. THIS IS THE RECOVERY AND COORDINATION CENTER AND WHERE CEO BLODGETT TOLD THEM IT WAS OK TO DELETE ONES PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN OFF THE COMMON WORKING FILE SOON AFTER POSTED SO YOU CAN'T GET THE OFFICIAL INFO.

What we are doing should have been addressed by the American Medical Association and all of the professional groups for all of those good people trying to provide health care for all of us. THIS IS HORRIBLE FOR ALL. CONGRESS HAS GOT TO ACT TO END THIS AND PLEASE SAVE MY LIFE, IN THE MIX.
I got caught in this due to my years of knowledge in the field as an employer of HEW , then HHS and even have conducted Medicare fraud investigations and reviewed referrals and signed off on them that went to the us attorney against insurance companies doing far less than is blatantly going on with our records and tax dollars now. And others according to the 500 named witnesses who helped document this at General Dynamics. That's 1-800 Medicare. Nothing could be done with all the evidence until Congress acts or a president signs and executive order allowing criminal investigations against of a partner of the govt. All CMS could do is not rev=new the contract with Trailblazers in 2012 000 LOST THEIR JOBS IN NORTH TEXAS FOR WHAT A SMALL NUMBER HAD DONE BECAUSE CONGRESS WOULD NOT ALLOW CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF GOVT CONTRACTORS.
I consider the medical providers and suppliers victim's as we are in this. But Lincare and Rhema are carrying out a murder contract in going along with this. At least others are providing care, and struggling to get paid and caught in the middle of the law, federal judges and me on the side of the US Constitution and ACS et al and their over throw of the govt on the other side. with tax monies missing. THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE THE REAL VICTIMS AS ITS THEIR TAX DOLLARS GONE MISSING. AND WE ALL PAY THOSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. (Just got notified we pay $2 more next month for our phone to the govt.as a fee which the US Supreme court said that a fee is really a tax_).
If you are being denied the right to file a claim by this cabal , then please send me a copy of your HCFA 1500 ,ETC AND I WILL FILE. The law, still says they are to accept a filing from the patient even though they are ignoring such. when I attach your bill , if I even get one, to a CMS 1490 which the law says is a legal filing and protects the date until you get your part in .
The numbers of patients cat in this and our good doctors and other medical personnel is said to be millions right now by the insiders. Only you would know as you we both are bound by the HIPPAA LAW, BUT THE GOVT CONTRACTORS AND GOVT OFFICIALS ARE NOT.

Yesterday, Am Doyle took over one of the heavier liquid oxygen tanks that does wok but not much liter flow. Our gas company will not be open Friday and I still had half a thank of oxygen in the one I am using which is getting weaker but can open it more to get a 2 liter flow.
I am using two cannula's in my nose now from each to get enough. And this should suffice until the better one is empty and can get it refilled.
Before we spent money on filling the tank, I called the medical supply place that seemed to be willing to work with me and at least get 21 green bottles a week with some sort of waiver for the area from HHS which can occur if a state law conflict with federal causing potential loss of life., etc.

HE THEN INSISTED THAT I SHOULD DROWN TO DEATH IN MY OWN FLUID. BY INSISTING I DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY MEDICAL CONDITION AND NEITHER DID ALL THE MANY DOCTORS OVER THE YRS AND NEITHER DID ANY OF THE THREE HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING FEDERAL WORKERS COM, FED BLUES AND EVEN MEDICARE WHICH ALL THREE HAVE ME APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR THE LIQUID OXYGEN AS THE CONCENTRATORS ARE LIFE THREATENING AND THIS IS WHAT HE WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE ME I GET.

I HAVE CHEMICALLY INDUCED PNEUMONITIS AND THE LOW LEVEL EMISSIONS ONE INHALES COMING THROUGH THE TUBING OFF THE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR IS ENOUGH TO QUICKLY CAUSE SEVERE INFLAMMATION AND THAT FOLLOWS WITH FLUID ON THE LUNGS AND I WOULD DIE SOONER FROM THAT THAN TO LAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS AS MY BODY SUFFOCATED TO DEATH AND HEART, KIDNEYS, ETC, FAILED.
I have no intention of giving up and will go to the hospitals daily to get a couple of hours of oxygen and stabilize my vitals, until the next day. An EKG, alone would warrant the medical need to be in the ER, and I have a recent medical thallium stress test that said my EKG was abnormal before the test began and I was on oxygen.
One of the local hospitals who get their oxygen from the same gas company also supplies a patient with a Green bottle of oxygen when they leave the hospital. That would be another 6 hours of life and more if one cut down the liter flow and did not speak or exert. Eventually the bills would rise to the level something would have to occur to convince Rhema or Lincare to take me back as a patients But now only Lincare has a supply of oxygen to come as their owner Lindegas of Germany own the other local gas company they use. . I know them in the local office and they have been very professional over the years. Its not them denying life, but their corporate bosses in Germany
Locally they do not understand what is going on either I with such credentials of approval by three health plans is in a 'LET HER DIE ' situation. Real evil is at work here to say who lives and who dies when one has not been convicted in a court of law of any capital crime.,
So options are available in hopes that somehow some kind of persuasion and ; or legal action could go forward to force one of the two oxygen suppliers in the area Lincare or Rhema to reconsider their denial of services to me. Rhema may not be here either much longer as they now have no source of oxygen nearby either,
Rhema had me for couple of months in 2006 and said that they could not get a release from Lincare, as Lincare held my Federal workers comp contract on me. Lincare will not come to OK now, except for established companies and they dropped me in 2006 as Affiliated Computer Services which took total control in 2002 of the Us Dept of Labor's rights to do anything for us injured workers. as whose CEO Lynn Blodgett will not permit them to send in a claims and they are contracted with him and he is boss to them of what they do .And the claims I filed to protect all the filing dates are still unprocessed and not acknowledge ever being received. The supplier I had after Rhea in 2006 and until Medicare rules forced all small suppliers out of the liquid oxygen business due to a regulation that seems designed to get rid of them for the bigger companies to take over was fully paid by Medicare and Blues.
But it took time to go through the process of billing workers comp first and waiting to this day and then on to Blues to finally to Medicare which than asked for the money back from Workers co,p and was ignored by ACS who got the requests as they ignored the owns for all the other medical bills that sent through and got paid as they were not under the oxygen security lock for workers comp bill to save life and now can end it due to an unaccountable contractor in charge. That led to the M0-09-1406 ruling that affirmed the Medicare approval for liquid home oxygen for life for me before the Judges said they could not enforce the laws against ACS as all were bound by a 1994 executive order until Congress acted.
Congress did act passing HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13 but HHS has not helped me , yet,. THERE IS NO LEGAL OR OTHER REASON LINCARE IS NOT FULLY PAID AND TIMELY AND BRINGS OXYGEN SO I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR THE RIGHT TO BREATHE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. JUST AS THEY DO OTHER PATIENTS. WHY IS MY LIFE NOT WORTHY? ALL LIVES ARE.
,So far the appellate Judges have not let him near any of their files and one can reconstruct the files for their rulings but then they get sent back to him to post and disappear along with the judges; rulings and orders so no one in the agency who needs to work on my case and obey the orders has any clue what is going on except what CEO Blodgett has told them verbally and lied as the written and verbal reports have stated. to me. The passage of HR 1063 changes that back to the patient just has to cooperate and the govt takes the responsibility again for the first time since 1994. Personally, I think that once a convicted felon leaves prison, they should have this citizenship right reinstated . Yesterday, Am Doyle took over one of the heavier liquid oxygen tanks that does wok but not much liter flow. Our gas company will not be open Friday and I still had half a thank of oxygen in the one I am using which is getting weaker but can open it more to get a 2 liter flow.
I am using two cannula's in my nose now from each to get enough. And this should suffice until the better one is empty and can get it refilled.
Before we spent money on filling the tank, I called the medical supply place that seemed to be willing to work with me and at least get 21 green bottles a week with some sort of waiver for the area from HHS which can occur if a state law conflict with federal causing potential loss of life., etc.
I got the person on the phone and he began to be very upset with me. Almost mad at me, that I did not know that our gas company was sold to the Japanese Mitsubishi corporation, etc. this year. HE THEN INSISTED THAT I SHOULD DROWN TO DEATH IN MY OWN FLUID. BY INSISTING I DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY MEDICAL CONDITION AND NEITHER DID ALL THE MANY DOCTORS OVER THE YRS AND NEITHER DID ANY OF THE THREE HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING FEDERAL WORKERS COM, FED BLUES AND EVEN MEDICARE WHICH ALL THREE HAVE ME APPROVED FOR LIFE FOR THE LIQUID OXYGEN AS THE CONCENTRATORS ARE LIFE THREATENING AND THIS IS WHAT HE WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE ME I GET.
I SPOKE TO SEVERAL VARIOUS GAS COMPANIES THAT HAVE MEDICAL OXYGEN THEY SUPPLY FOR OTHER THAN PATIENTS DIRECT AND THEY ALL RECOGNIZED THAT THE CONCENTRATORS ARE NOT RIGHT FOR MANY PATIENTS. LIFE THREATENING IN FACT. FOR THOSE WHO CAN USE THEM, YOU ARE NOT IN THIS STRUGGLE AS MANY OF US ARE. COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS TOMORROW FOR THAT,.
I HAVE CHEMICALLY INDUCED PNEUMONITIS AND THE LOW LEVEL EMISSIONS ONE INHALES COMING THROUGH THE TUBING OFF THE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR IS ENOUGH TO QUICKLY CAUSE SEVERE INFLAMMATION AND THAT FOLLOWS WITH FLUID ON THE LUNGS AND I WOULD DIE SOONER FROM THAT THAN TO LAY FOR SEVERAL DAYS AS MY BODY SUFFOCATED TO DEATH AND HEART, KIDNEYS, ETC, FAILED.
I have no intention of giving up and will go to the hospitals daily to get a couple of hours of oxygen and stabilize my vitals, until the next day. An EKG, alone would warrant the medical need to be in the ER, and I have a recent medical thallium stress test that said my EKG was abnormal before the test began and I was on oxygen.
One of the local hospitals who get their oxygen from the same gas company also supplies a patient with a Green bottle of oxygen when they leave the hospital. That would be another 6 hours of life and more if one cut down the liter flow and did not speak or exert. Eventually the bills would rise to the level something would have to occur to convince Rhema or Lincare to take me back as a patients But now only Lincare has a supply of oxygen to come as their owner Lindegas of Germany own the other local gas company they use. . I know them in the local office and they have been very professional over the years. Its not them denying life, but their corporate bosses in Germany
Locally they do not understand what is going on either I with such credentials of approval by three health plans is in a 'LET HER DIE ' situation. Real evil is at work here to say who lives and who dies when one has not been convicted in a court of law of any capital crime.,
So options are available in hopes that somehow some kind of persuasion and ; or legal action could go forward to force one of the two oxygen suppliers in the area Lincare or Rhema to reconsider their denial of services to me. Rhema may not be here either much longer as they now have no source of oxygen nearby either,
Rhema had me for couple of months in 2006 and said that they could not get a release from Lincare, as Lincare held my Federal workers comp contract on me. Lincare will not come to OK now, except for established companies and they dropped me in 2006 as Affiliated Computer Services which took total control in 2002 of the Us Dept of Labor's rights to do anything for us injured workers. as whose CEO Lynn Blodgett will not permit them to send in a claims and they are contracted with him and he is boss to them of what they do .And the claims I filed to protect all the filing dates are still unprocessed and not acknowledge ever being received. 'LET HER DIE' IS THE STANDING ORDER" In my case, being carried out by foreign entities, if that is not an over throw of the US govt , what is?
I have written more here of the end time death panel in more details since 11/19/14 when We were informed by the gas company that the FDA was doing this to them as that is what the local manger had been told. by his superiors and I began to try and find out why and what rule etc. as you have the on going reports of trying to find out who or what is ending the right to breathe by the patients who have already been forced to go direct to the manufacturer to get tanks filled and pay direct then file for reimbursement if their health plan or insurer might pay some as Fed Blues has. Fed workers comp has done so in the past at times. Medicare makes you have a supplier. and will not and that is under appeal for 5 years and CEO Blodgett will not let it come before a Medicare judge in Miami . as he has control of hearing files in multiple agencies also. The supplier I had after Rhea in 2006 and until Medicare rules forced all small suppliers out of the liquid oxygen business due to a regulation that seems designed to get rid of them for the bigger companies to take over was fully paid by Medicare and Blues.
But it took time to go through the process of billing workers comp first and waiting to this day and then on to Blues to finally to Medicare which than asked for the money back from Workers co,p and was ignored by ACS who got the requests as they ignored the owns for all the other medical bills that sent through and got paid as they were not under the oxygen security lock for workers comp bill to save life and now can end it due to an unaccountable contractor in charge. That led to the M0-09-1406 ruling that affirmed the Medicare approval for liquid home oxygen for life for me before the Judges said they could not enforce the laws against ACS as all were bound by a 1994 executive order until Congress acted.
Congress did act passing HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13 but HHS has not helped me , yet,. THERE IS NO LEGAL OR OTHER REASON LINCARE IS NOT FULLY PAID AND TIMELY AND BRINGS OXYGEN SO I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ANY CONCERN FOR THE RIGHT TO BREATHE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. JUST AS THEY DO OTHER PATIENTS. WHY IS MY LIFE NOT WORTHY? ALL LIVES ARE.
,So far the appellate Judges have not let him near any of their files and one can reconstruct the files for their rulings but then they get sent back to him to post and disappear along with the judges; rulings and orders so no one in the agency who needs to work on my case and obey the orders has any clue what is going on except what CEO Blodgett has told them verbally and lied as the written and verbal reports have stated. to me. BIG FAT LIE to say that there is nothing to do on my case and they have acted on his verbal words without ever having the file which has been shredded? twice or any judges orders to have to follow.
I can show them to them, but they have to go to ACS to post in a certain format to work the case, That has been blocked this year as Celerian Group who now processes the claims for Oxygen for Medicare , in my area, will not respond to my claims filings to even give the legal answer that Medicare will only pay a supplier/ Blues has been using this year to not pay on my claims to them for the monies paid to the gas company as they say the want this first before paying anything. The law is clear that the patient can attach the bills to a form 1490 and send them in And the first set resulted in a summary notice saying they needed a supplier to send in the claim and that was appealed. ITS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO LET A PATIENT DIE AND NOT BEND THE RULES AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO SAVE LIFE. ITS ALSO PART OF THE US CODE. Medicare ruled on M09-1406 that the US GOVT COULD NOT ENFORCE ITS OWN LAWS AND THE PATIENTS MUST DO IT FOR THE GOVT AGAINST AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL.
The passage of HR 1063 changes that back to the patient just has to cooperate and the govt takes the responsibility again for the first time since 1994. No attorney can be afforded to take such a case for a few million or less. And I was facing having to go to court pro se up against a giant without the legal know how to do so. I did not have the 5 stones and sling shot expertise as King David did thousands of years ago. when he faced Goliath to stop the slaughter of people. and too many already had died.
The claims cannot be filed with MEDICARE for almost a year as first workers comp, then blues and them Medicare are billed to pay as a conditional payment and ask for the money back from CEO Blodgett. who then ordered the recovery contractor Emblem Health International that he did not wish to pay and to destroy all recovery letters and files against the Us Dept of Labor sent to ACS which no one at the US Dept of Labor has ever officially had., to respond. over the years.

So, yesterday, Doyle takes a tank over and comes home And we had sent a tank that was not working at all and had forgotten about that one and Doyle came back for the other one that works some .and can safely be filled. and that the local manager was now being told that as 1/1/2015 they will not provide medical oxygen to any one, not even the hospitals, nursing homes nor even RHEMA WHO DENIED ME THE RIGHT TO BREATHE IS NOW BEING DENIED THE RIGHT TO HAVE OXYGEN TO PROVIDE THEIR LIQUID OXYGEN PATIENTS,. I HAD TALKED TO A MAN THIS MORNING FACING BANKRUPTCY UNLESS HE COULD GET EVERY SWITCHED TO CONCENTRATORS. THOSE WHO CAN TOLERATE THEM ALREADY ARE ON THEM AS FDA HAS PUSHED FOR ALL TO USE THEM IGNORING THOSE LIKE ME WHO FIND THEM LIFE ENDING.
For a number of us in the USA that is MEDICAL DEATH. Apparently he had found out first.
WHERE WILL A PATIENT IN A HOSPITAL GET A THERAPEUTIC DOSE OF OXYGEN NOW? WILL HOSPITALS BE FILLED WITH OZONE EMITTING AND FUMING CONCENTRATORS AND HOW MANY DIE OR BADLY INJURED AS A RESULT? Can't any one understand the mind of evil and know what they can do next? And that service of leaving that hospital with a 6 hour bottle of oxygen is ending too.? I am not convinced that those concentrators are good medical care for any one, but who am to say? I talked to several who work in gas companies who had relatives on liquid oxygen and they are in full agreement with that assertion.

AND we need to boy one reconditioned tank certified as safe to have three going.
HOPE IS THERE BUT LIFE CAN END IN THE USA WITH THE FLICK OF A PEN BY SOMEONE IN JAPAN NOW WHO MAY NOT KNOW HOW MANY OF US DEPEND ON THE FOR LIFE. Personally, I think that once a convicted felon leaves prison, they should have this citizenship right reinstated . An since many 16 year olds have no benefits given for their care under many govt programs anymore, they should have the right too as society has said they are now having to grow up fast to support themselves and many 16 year olds in his nation are working and supporting themselves and helping support their families. My personal belief is that taking anther's life is always a sin, and we answer for it on a FINAL JUDGEMENT DAY BEFORE OUR CREATOR AND HE MAY FORGIVE US FOR A REPENTANT HEART OR NOT. JUSTIFICATION COMES FROM HIM , OUR FINAL JUDGE, NOT FROM ANY HUMAN.

\TRUTH OF ALL IS NOT KNOWN TO ME SINCE I WAS NOT THERE IN THE GRAND JURY TO HER TESTIMONY AND IN THAT FORUM THERE IS NO DEFENSE COUNSEL TO QUESTION THE WITNESSES AS THERE IS A REAL COURT SETTING OR EVEN IN PUBLIC INQUEST OF DEATH ETC. WHERE A JUDGE CAN ASK QUESTIONS AND DEMAND INFO BE PROVIDED .
THE SECRECY IS VALID IN A GRAND JURY FOR MANY REASONS, BUT IN THIS CASE THE OUTCOME DOES NOT SEEM TO BE THE FULL ANSWER TO ALL THE ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AS TO HOW THIS DEATH COULD HAVE BEEN AVERTED.
THEY FIRST ISSUE THAT SEEMS TO BE MISSED IS THAT TO SEND A COP OUT ALONE TO DAY. BUDGET CUTS IN GOVT HURT OUR VERY RIGHTS TO LIFE AND JUSTICE.

WE NEED A PUBLIC AIRING AND A CIVIL RIGHT SUIT MIGHT BE THE ANSWER AS THOSE ISSUES SEEM TO BE NEEDING SOME AIRING AND SOLUTIONS FOUND FOR WEAKNESSES IN THE SYSTEM SO ALL HAVE THOSE. EVEN IF OFFICER WILSON IS FOUND INNOCENT IN SUCH, THE WHOLE SYSTEM GETS PUT UNDER REVIEW AND ANSWERS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AND CORRECTIONS MADE AND OVERSIGHT TO MAKE SURE ANY CHANGES OCCUR.
ITS LIKE I TOLD AN FDA OFFICIAL TO DAY HHS NEEDS TO MAKE CEO BLODGETT INPUT THOSE OXYGEN CLAIMS AND MY FEELINGS TO WANT REVENGE IS THAT HE BE MADE TO SIT DOWN PERSONALLY AND PROCESS 14+ YEARS OF THEM HE HAS. HE HAS TO BE MADE TO OBEY 17 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES WHO HAVE RULED ON THIS ALREADY. AND WE NEED TO BE MADE WHOLE IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE MUCH CAN NEVER BE REPLACED WE HAVE ALL GONE THROUGH.
AND THE ONLY REASON ITS NOT BEEN DONE IS THAT HHS NOR THE US DEPT OF LABOR DOES NOT SUPPORT THEIR OWN JUDGES AND SEE ITS DONE AS THEY HAVE HANDED OVER AUTHORITY TO PARTNERS NOT SUBMITTING TO THE LAW AND CEO BLODGETT GIVES THE VERBAL ORDERS AS TO WHAT TO DO TO THEM, AND NO ONE IN CONGRESS EVER ASKS WHAT IS GOING ON OF HIM ?

I had tears of joy he last couple of days as citizens took to the streets in peaceful protests and wanting the rights of all to be had. Michael Brown should not have died no matter what his guilt or innocent etc. .IT WAS UNNECESSARY AND THE SYSTEM LET HIM AND ALL OF US DOWN. ANY ONE OF US COULD BE ARRESTED AND IF WE REACT UN PEACEFULLY, THEN THE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE SO A GUN IS NOT THE ANSWER. A SECOND COP OR AUXILIARY OFFICER COULD HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR IS ONE SOLUTION. ANOTHER IS ALL THE CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES THAT I HAVE NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND SO MANY OTHERS IN THIS NATION NEEDS TO HAVE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS DONE TO PREVENT. Michael Brown's guilt or innocence was never presented in a court where he met his accusers and could present his side. WE ALL SUPPOSED TO HAVE THAT RIGHT. .
SO AS THE PEACEFUL DEMOBSTRATIONS WENT ON MY CRIED TEARS OF JOY THAT THE PEOPLE HAVE FINALLY STOOD UP AND TAKEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR RULING THIS LAND. AND IF YOU DO NOT REGISTER AND VOTE NI ALL ELECTIONS YOU MAKE A MOCKERY OF OUR RIGHT TO PEACEFULLY ASSEMBLE AND PROTEST.
BUT A FEW HAVE TRIED TO RUIN ALL THE GOOD EFFORTS OF SO MANY AND RESORTED TO ACTS OF VIOLENCE AND CRIMES OF VANDALISM. THOSE CARS BEING DESTROYED AND BUSINESSES DESTROYED ARE THE HARD WORK OF OUR FELLOW CITIZENS AND THOSE AMONG US WHO HAVE THE SAME RIGHTS UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION. YOU MOCK THE GOOD EFFORTS OF WHAT MANY ARE DOING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR ALL.
IF MICHAL BROWN HAS THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND JUSTICE PREVAIL FOR HIM, THEN EACH OF US DO TO. WE ALL DO NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT NOW,. THOSE NEVER ARRESTED FOR ANYTHING LIKE ME AS WELL AS ONE ARRESTED AND MIGHT LATER FOUND GUILTY OF SOMETHING. HE WOULD HAVE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR. HE STILL HAS NOT HAD HIS DAY IN ANY OPEN COURT.
And thanks to those like Oath Keepers who are willing to help out in a responsible way to prevent more wrongs to occur as most want to peacefully protest and demand that some kind of forum in an open court be done and all the issues that affect all of a us are addressed, Officer Wilson may not have been charged with any criminal wrong but what led to him pulling his gun has not resulted in a complete vindication for him, or justice to be had for any and all part of this.,

I got referred to the Ombudsman Office at FDA and spoke to a person there today. The gas company manager had said it was the FDA ruling that would no longer permit a gas company in the USA to fill the oxygen tank of a patient
I am approved for life by three health plans I cannot get supplier , yet since 1/08 when Medicare forced all the small companies who just exchanged filled tanks out of the liquid oxygen business by requiring them to hire a respiratory technician that makes no medical sense. The expense for one company in a rural area was $21,000 to just get the person on the payroll. Most had only a few patients and would have bankrupted them. And no hearings were held and neither patients nor suppliers had any input in the matter.
The concentrators cause severe and deadly inflammation for me within a few minutes form the low levels of ionizing ozone, etc. and is not the therapeutic pure oxygen levels. Those who can use them and had no supplier, now have no place to get a green bottle of oxygen filled to use to go anywhere from home.
Most with sever toxic and chemical injuries need the 99%+ level and these injures are increasing and not getting less.
I was asked to day CAN"T MEDICARE PAY.? Nothing personal against the person who asked that, but its been such a pattern of letting Medicare for 20 years in this country, most seem to forget that we do not have MEDICARE FOR ALL PASSED BY CONGRESS. ITS THEFT TO NOT ENFORCE THE LAWS AND GET THE MONIES BACK FROM THOSE WHO ARE LEGALLY TO PAY AND ALREADY APPROVED FOR PAYMENT AS I AM. We have heard nothing but how Medicare was going broke as it was being stolen with the blessing of Congress and three Presidents, until HR 1063 signed 1/11/13 but still not enforced and this is the law designed for cases just like mine. HHS is required now to make ACS PROCESS THOSE 14+ YEARS OF OXYGEN CLAIMS THEY REFUSE TO DO AS THEY ALL SAY THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE ORDER WAS "LET HER DIE" AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS. HOW CAN THEY TAKE AWAY WHAT I ALREADY HAD FOR LIFE BY LAW. A govt contractor turned in to a death squad." BECAUSE THERE IS NO LAW. WE ARE IN A STATE OF ANARCHY AT THE TOP OF THE GOVT WHICH HAS LOST CONTROL A LONG TIME AGO AND HID IT WELL FROM THE MASSES..
This is not about a small or large govt,. Its about but no govt at all.
If others are to pay the bill, as Medicare can also as long as all the primaries have been billed first and long waits to get them to pay are diligently pursued then the claim is to be paid by Medicare and recovery done from the primary. no one has my files but ACS in multiple agencies to know what is going on and they have disappeared them. THE ISSUES IS THOSE NOT PAYING ARE TO GO TO ROCOVERY BUT ALL LAWS IGNORED AS ALL OF THESE GOVT CONTRACTORS ETC ARE LINKED IN SECRET DEALS AND OFTEN FINANCIALLY IN WAYS THAT TRUST BUSTING LAWS SHOULD HAVE SPLIT UP A LONG TIME AGO BUT THE OVER THOW OF THE GOVT IN HEALTH CARE HAS BEEN IGNORED. AND A LOT OF GOVT MONEY GOES THROUGH THAT SYSTEM AND TOO OFTEN SKIMMED AD SCAMMED BY THOSE WHO WE GIVE THE CONTRACTS. HOW CAN AN EHTICAL ENEITTY EVEN COMPETE IN THIS?
Why is oxygen different than a doctor lab or other bill?
When Medicare claims paying contractors go to input the oxygen claim , even to check coverage, it rejects as its locked in the system that its workers comp already approved for life bill. I actually got a summary notice to that effect and how we all discovered what most working in the field were not aware of and I was not either although I began working in the field In 1968 and have actually conducted Medicare fraud investigations.
Federal workers comp is in the total control of CEO Lynn Blodgett of Affiliated computer services and has not input one oxygen claims since they took total control in 2002, In 2014 he formed another company and soon every ones workers comp will be under this death panel where no judges or law is enforced by states as insurance carriers et al contract out to his companies. .
It can take over a year for any supplier to get paid by Medicare as they have to file with workers comp and they will never get an answer. Medicare requires a 4 month wait to go on to ones employer group health plan. Most of which have secret deals with the Medicare contractors who get their info from CEO Blodgett.et al
The contractor that owns the common working file used by all to bill) was told by him to deletes all primary employer group health plans off the system soon after the postings come in bi weekly from ones employer or employing govt agency. Mine comes from the US Dept of Labor and the Medicare judges said on case M09-1406 that its accurate showing Workers Comp and Federal Blues as primary for me and Fed Blues primary for those on my plan I had asked the judges to set aside the 1994 suspension of the enforcement of the conditional payment law to make ACS obey the law and end their death panel. on me. The judges affirmed that I was approved for life for liquid oxygen by Medicare but that it was workers comp bill and they wanted me to enforce the law when the govt of the USA could not, Due to a Clinton era executive order. a judge could not over come. I did get appellate judges to order the same and more and that did not good either as ACS ignored them , too. ANARCHY WAS PROVED AND STILL GOING ON. EVEN THE NEW LAW HAS NOT BEEN ENFORCED AGAINST THIS CABAL. That led to HR 1063 being passed and would save my life. and others with cases just like mine... The patient is over paid to Medicare if the paid claims does not go to recovery contractor. which was told by CEO Blodgett to destroy all the letters and files they had accumulated on me and not bother getting Medicare its money back AND NOT TO TELL ANY ONE AT US DEPT OF LABOR?. ANARCHY? or a DICTATOR FROM A CABAL IN CHARGE THAT NO ONE KNOWS HIS NAME YET HE HAS TOTAL CONTROL OF THE RIGHT OF LIFE FOR ALL?
The reports I get as to what he has personally said about me and t his version of the facts of case are deadly. He never mentions that those labor judges orders that all ASK ME FOR THE FACTS AND ALLOW MY FILE TO BE RECONSTRUCTED FROM MY RECORDS AND EVERYTHING PROCESSED AND PAID AS THE LAW OUTLINES AND I ALREADY AM AWARDED TO HAVE ETC. JUSTICE AND THE RIGHT OF LIFE BEING DENIED TO ME AND TOO MANY OTHERS WHOM MANY HAVE LOST THEIR EARTHLY LIVES ALREADY.
Spent time on the phone with a dependent's bill that got dumped on to her Medicare who is on my employer group health plan and is primary as I CANNOT RETIRE UNTIL ACS OBEYS THE JUDGES AND POSTS MY FILE WHICH INCLUDES A PENDING REQUEST FOR PERMANENT DISABILITY FILED BEFORE 2002 AS 15 JUDGES AND 2 HEARING OFFICERS HAVE ORDERED THINGS DONE AND ALLOW THE US DEPT OF LABOR TO SEE EVEN THEIR OWN JUDGES; ORDERS AND COLLECTION LETTERS FROM MEDICARE.
Those under state regulated plans, this is what you all are getting as ANARCHY AND RIGHT TO LIFE AFFECTS YOU. SOME ALREADY ARE.
But under a 1988 law that was passed to save lives of injured workers when they have a life sustaining need like oxygen, one is automatically given permanent medical benefits s regardless of what occurs with the rest of the program of income , retraining or return to work. Something so many seem to understand.
When actual federal employees paid the claims, and had the files. they obeyed the judges as they had audits of their work which govt contractors have or have had for over a decade so no one in the govt has any idea what is going on. If they did, they could be arrested for letting illegal actions go on. But to often that did not occur , either over the years since 1/10/89 when I was injured. I have had thefts of paper and digital files since injured 1/10./89 but at least the judges got obeyed until more illegal acts occurred. to disappear records they needed. For almost 26 years, the biggest issue has been a pattern of disappeared records and in more recent years govt computer files hacked into in various agencies that have something to so with all of this. Reconstructing files is time consuming and expensive and no one cares that there is NO HOMELAND SECURITY as my case proves there is none. in many agencies yet ANARCHY HAS BECOME THE RULE OF LAW? when our basic records are not secure.
By turning workers comp over to ACS soon after 9/11/011 and most of the govt at all lives in this nation hidden in over a 100- different companies we have had an over throw of the govt when no laws, or judges have o be obeyed.
ACS has a set up to selectively hide they have been getting oxygen claims timely filed by prior supplies and me over the years. I have had to resort to writing on the green card mail receipt that ACS signs that oxygen claims are inside. They never acknowledge they got them and ever posted. Other claims get processed with no appeals rights and none answered that are filed to say you are wrong. and not paid referring to the missing sum of money that all some say set aside for the older complex cases when ACS took over and took control of and yet nothing paid on the very bills that had been approved and paid for before and now know ALL THE BILLS ARE TO BE PAID . JUST AS THE ACS MANAGER SAID WOULD OCCUR BACK IN 2007 IF THEY INPUT MY CLAIMS AND BLATANTLY SAID "LET HER DIE" WAS THE ORDER THEY WERE TO FOLLOW ON ME AS IF MURDER WAS OK. AND APPEALS AND FOLLOW UPS ARE FILED TIMELY ALL THE TIME TO KEEP EVERYTHING LEGALLY ALIVE. AND THEY DISAPPEAR TOO. WHERE IS THE MISSING MILLIONS FOR US? That ACS call center employees saw on our computer files and were telling medical suppliers we had actually been given a million a piece? I never got such and no one else has either. SOMEONE STOLE THE MONEY AND LEFT US TO DIE? No one knows of such a law to give such directly. One party said we were to be issued ATM cards from ACS's bank as they do for Most govt payments form many state and federal programs that do not go direct deposit to a bank account. and then were to monitor we used the cards only for medical bills.
Some involved in many agencies involved in ACS et al getting all the contracts to over throw the govt including the US Dept of Labor were investigated and prosecuted and some convicted and the entire mess is still open, yet at Justice I am told. of the Jack Abramoff bribery scandals that involved a total of the govt and just not Indian Affairs.. WAS THE MONEY FOR INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS MEDICAL CARE TO BE USED TO KEEP US STAY ALIVE STOLEN TO PAY BRIBES. OR WAS ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER SIGNED AFTER 9/11/01? This is the power of HR 1063, HHS can find out!!
As one doctor with tears of knowledge in the area said, when oxygen is approved for life by workers comp,, then ALL OF ONES MEDICAL BILLS ARE WORKERS CO,P BILLS AS OXYGEN IS NEEDED FOR ANYTHING MEDICAL YOU NEED TREATED FOR.
Even a cut preparing food in your own kitchen that might need some stitches, etc is covered as no part of the body can heal without oxygen.
So far no one has said FDA DID NOT FORBID EVERY GAS COMPANY N THE COUNTRY TO SELL DIRECT TO THE PATIENTS. SO AT THIS POINT WE ARE TOLD ITS FDA THAT HAS CUT OFF THE LAST BREATH OF LIFE FOR MANY OF US.
And Lindegass of Germany ( Union carbide_ already owns the largest oxygen supplier in the nation , Lincare and buying up gas companies so soon they will be a near monopoly of oxygen even for hospitals and suppliers. They do not sell direct already.
My gas company who has kept me alive for almost 7 years, still will be able to supply end users, but not the patients. with medical oxygen. Welders use the same therapeutic pure level , but its not checked for purity as ours has to be. NO REAL DIFFERENCE.? Just not tested?ONE CAN HAVE OXYGEN TO BUILD A PIPE LINE FOR OIL, BUT NOT FOR HUMANS TO BREATHE?
Many patients are being medically abandoned again.
In no way can I afford to pay full cost for delivery and then not have the suppliers not file the claims . Both Lincare and Rhema have contracts with CEO Lynn Blodgett and they would not let them even file a claims with them, Rhema said in 2006 that Lincare had my personal workers comp contract on me and would not give it up and would not service me either. LET HER DIE ORDER?
Rhema filed bankruptcy in 2013 and got financing from Lincare's financier. Black Rock? They have refused to return and was the only supplier in my area after 7/1/13 . But I did file the claims for when I had them and it is a valid protective filing. Going bankrupt was better then them getting paid? I then had a small company and we finally figured out about the security lock on oxygen and eventually they got fully paid by Medicare first and Blues second and the recovery letter sent to ACS by Medicare that was never shown to US Dept of labor. as no response from them.
The recovery unit had no idea for years that PO BX 8300 London Ky is not the govt at all. I am the one that told them just over a year ago when I found my computer file down and a knee injury posted as my only medical condition and the injury date was years after 1/10/89 and the accepted conditions of occupational asthma, inhalation of toxic fumes with bronchiospasms and chemically induced pneumonitis et al had been deleted, too. CEO BLODGETT GIVES THE VERBAL ORDER AND HE IS OBEYED, BUT JUDGES ARE NOT WITH WRITTEN FORMAL LEGAL ORDERS! The knee injury has never even been seen to be reviewed by any claims examiner. but now I know its covered to. already as a secondary or tertiary issue due to oxygen to heal. and IGNORANCE IS RAMPANT AMONG THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCED IN MEDICAL BILLING AS IF THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY KEPT THAT WAY BY ACS ET AL.AND DID NOT KNOW OF THESE LAWS. Nor even to know where to find out or think they should?
I HAD TO CALL THE IT DEPT AT THE US DEPT OR LABOR TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE SECURITY LOCK PUT IN PLACE TO STOP ABUSES OF POWER TRYING TO GET RID OF ONES BENEFITS. BUT IT WAS DONE BEFORE ACS TOOK OVER. AND THEY HAVE TURNED THE LAW UPSIDE DOWN IN TO A REAL DEATH PANEL
Even when a suppler went to do a preliminary check it rejected. due to a primary payer in the system. When the law was enforced , the situation was soon remedied and the proper plan paid their bills. But not now.. I got the summary notice that says it has to be billed first as it was not suppressed which is often done to hide the truth to allow the dumping onto Medicare. I a thinking that many of my other bills are getting this on them, too.
But the Medicare contractors are suppressing the notices to hide the truth and their secret and illegal deals with all the insurers, which they are insurers that get the contracts until ACS started getting them was done to enable Medicare to be stolen and maybe why so many get so mad at me when they find out I do know the laws and got the judges rulings and they could all go to jail if govt contractors were under the criminal laws any more So any supplier is going to spend a year or more going from one primary plan to the next until Medicare can legally pay as a conditional payment for oxygen Unlike other bills that can illegally go right on through as they do not have that security lock on them. and then just recover the money back from the entity that now is partner of Medicare and said to do the illegal deletions of the primary employer group health plan and also is over all medical providers and suppliers as ACS et al signs them up and they get directions from him./ ALL ARE CONTRACTED TO HIM?
THIS SEEMS FOR ALL THE INFO, ETC TO HAVE BEEN AN EVIL SYSTEMATIC PROCESS TO END ALL WORKERS COMP FOR ALL INJURED WORKERS BUT ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WITH THE SEVERE TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURIES WHICH HAVE ALREADY INCREASED AND MAY WELL GET WORSE AS WE INCREASE PRODUCTION OF OIL AND CHEMICAL PRODUCTS. One of the main reason the law was passed 30 years ago. but when under the control of the govt and the laws could be I enforced against illegal activity.

Today, a dependent's yearly preventative tests done last 3/4/14 and to be paid at 100% by either Medicare or Fed blues has a co pay in collections and Medicare got billed as the Blues was deleted off the system and every month I send letters calls, etc and the billing service of whom many are ACS et al or under their managing care, etc. keep getting their false info from CEO Lynn Blodgett et al ignore all and ruins credit ratings, and harasses and ignores every semblance of the law as all of health care is under this cabal now and Goldman Sachs et al ruining fraud at HHS and they now admit there is no place to file a complaint against a govt contractor. They don't even pretend that this cabal is under the laws of the nation.

2/3rd did not vote and Congress does not have our support for them to have the courage to stand up and uphold the US Constitution that mandates them to act "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation." Either we, the people, rule or big money does. At this point we, the people are losing the rights to even life itself. Granted some now have health insurance and have gotten health care. But any plan could have made that occur without the tax dollars being scammed in and around the plans in place that never should be allowed to occur. We are not permitted to rob a bank, why are those in the cabal allowed to rob the entire US Treasury? And put our lives and livelihoods at risk by their actions.?

I am not repeating all that has been explained. And will make this short as we are Trying to find out what is needed to decide what steps to take to prevent imminent death.
I got referred to the Ombudsman Office at FDA and spoke to a person there today. The gas company manager had said it was the FDA ruling that would no longer permit a gas company in the USA to fill the oxygen tank of a patient
I am approved for life by three health plans I cannot get supplier , yet since 1/08 when Medicare forced all the small companies who just exchanged filled tanks out of the liquid oxygen business by requiring them to hire a respiratory technician that makes no medical sense. The expense for one company in a rural area was $21,000 to just get the person on the payroll. Most had only a few patients and would have bankrupted them. And no hearings were held and neither patients nor suppliers had any input in the matter.
The concentrators cause severe and deadly inflammation for me within a few minutes form the low levels of ionizing ozone, etc. and is not the therapeutic pure oxygen levels. Those who can use them and had no supplier, now have no place to get a green bottle of oxygen filled to use to go anywhere from home.
Most with sever toxic and chemical injuries need the 99%+ level and these injures are increasing and not getting less.
I was asked to day CAN"T MEDICARE PAY.? Nothing personal against the person who asked that, but its been such a pattern of letting Medicare for 20 years in this country, most seem to forget that we do not have MEDICARE FOR ALL PASSED BY CONGRESS. ITS THEFT TO NOT ENFORCE THE LAWS AND GET THE MONIES BACK FROM THOSE WHO ARE LEGALLY TO PAY AND ALREADY APPROVED FOR PAYMENT AS I AM. We have heard nothing but how Medicare was going broke as it was being stolen with the blessing of Congress and three Presidents, until HR 1063 signed 1/11/13 but still not enforced and this is the law designed for cases just like mine. HHS is required now to make ACS PROCESS THOSE 14+ YEARS OF OXYGEN CLAIMS THEY REFUSE TO DO AS THEY ALL SAY THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE ORDER WAS "LET HER DIE" AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS. HOW CAN THEY TAKE AWAY WHAT I ALREADY HAD FOR LIFE BY LAW. A govt contractor turned in to a death squad." BECAUSE THERE IS NO LAW. WE ARE IN A STATE OF ANARCHY AT THE TOP OF THE GOVT WHICH HAS LOST CONTROL A LONG TIME AGO AND HID IT WELL FROM THE MASSES..

If others are to pay the bill, as Medicare can also as long as all the primaries have been billed first and long waits to get them to pay are diligently pursued then the claim is to be paid by Medicare and recovery done from the primary. no one has my files but ACS in multiple agencies to know what is going on and they have disappeared them. THE ISSUES IS THOSE NOT PAYING ARE TO GO TO ROCOVERY BUT ALL LAWS IGNORED AS ALL OF THESE GOVT CONTRACTORS ETC ARE LINKED IN SECRET DEALS AND OFTEN FINANCIALLY IN WAYS THAT TRUST BUSTING LAWS SHOULD HAVE SPLIT UP A LONG TIME AGO BUT THE OVER THOW OF THE GOVT IN HEALTH CARE HAS BEEN IGNORED. Why is oxygen different than a doctor lab or other bill?
When Medicare claims paying contractors go to input the oxygen claim , even to check coverage, it rejects as its locked in the system that its workers comp already approved for life bill. I actually got a summary notice to that effect and how we all discovered what most working in the field were not aware of and I was not either although I began working in the field In 1968 and have actually conducted Medicare fraud investigations.
Federal workers comp is in the total control of CEO Lynn Blodgett of Affiliated computer services and has not input one oxygen claims since they took total control in 2002, In 2014 he formed another company and soon every ones workers comp will be under this death panel where no judges or law is enforced by states as insurance carriers et al contract out to his companies. .
It can take over a year for any supplier to get paid by Medicare as they have to file with workers comp and they will never get an answer. Medicare requires a 4 month wait to go on to ones employer group health plan. Most of which have secret deals with the Medicare contractors who get their info from CEO Blodgett.et al
The contractor that owns the common working file used by all to bill) was told by him to deletes all primary employer group health plans off the system soon after the postings come in bi weekly from ones employer or employing govt agency. Mine comes from the US Dept of Labor and the Medicare judges said on case M09-1406 that its accurate showing Workers Comp and Federal Blues as primary for me and Fed Blues primary for those on my plan I had asked the judges to set aside the 1994 suspension of the enforcement of the conditional payment law to make ACS obey the law and end their death panel. on me. The judges affirmed that I was approved for life for liquid oxygen by Medicare but that it was workers comp bill and they wanted me to enforce the law when the govt of the USA could not, Due to a Clinton era executive order. a judge could not over come. I did get appellate judges to order the same and more and that did not good either as ACS ignored them , too. ANARCHY WAS PROVED AND STILL GOING ON. EVEN THE NEW LAW HAS NOT BEEN ENFORCED AGAINST THIS CABAL. That led to HR 1063 being passed and would save my life. and others with cases just like mine... The patient is over paid to Medicare if the paid claims does not go to recovery contractor. which was told by CEO Blodgett to destroy all the letters and files they had accumulated on me and not bother getting Medicare its money back AND NOT TO TELL ANY ONE AT US DEPT OF LABOR?. ANARCHY? or a DICTATOR FROM A CABAL IN CHARGE THAT NO ONE KNOWS HIS NAME YET HE HAS TOTAL CONTROL OF THE RIGHT OF LIFE FOR ALL?
The reports I get as to what he has personally said about me and t his version of the facts of case are deadly. He never mentions that those labor judges orders that all ASK ME FOR THE FACTS AND ALLOW MY FILE TO BE RECONSTRUCTED FROM MY RECORDS AND EVERYTHING PROCESSED AND PAID AS THE LAW OUTLINES AND I ALREADY AM AWARDED TO HAVE ETC. JUSTICE AND THE RIGHT OF LIFE BEING DENIED TO ME AND TOO MANY OTHERS WHOM MANY HAVE LOST THEIR EARTHLY LIVES ALREADY.
Spent time on the phone with a dependent's bill that got dumped on to her Medicare who is on my employer group health plan and is primary as I CANNOT RETIRE UNTIL ACS OBEYS THE JUDGES AND POSTS MY FILE WHICH INCLUDES A PENDING REQUEST FOR PERMANENT DISABILITY FILED BEFORE 2002 AS 15 JUDGES AND 2 HEARING OFFICERS HAVE ORDERED THINGS DONE AND ALLOW THE US DEPT OF LABOR TO SEE EVEN THEIR OWN JUDGES; ORDERS AND COLLECTION LETTERS FROM MEDICARE.
Those under state regulated plans, this is what you all are getting as ANARCHY AND RIGHT TO LIFE AFFECTS YOU. SOME ALREADY ARE.
But under a 1988 law that was passed to save lives of injured workers when they have a life sustaining need like oxygen, one is automatically given permanent medical benefits s regardless of what occurs with the rest of the program of income , retraining or return to work. Something so many seem to understand.
When actual federal employees paid the claims, and had the files. they obeyed the judges as they had audits of their work which govt contractors have or have had for over a decade so no one in the govt has any idea what is going on. If they did, they could be arrested for letting illegal actions go on. But to often that did not occur , either over the years since 1/10/89 when I was injured. I have had thefts of paper and digital files since injured 1/10./89 but at least the judges got obeyed until more illegal acts occurred. to disappear records they needed. For almost 26 years, the biggest issue has been a pattern of disappeared records and in more recent years govt computer files hacked into in various agencies that have something to so with all of this. Reconstructing files is time consuming and expensive and no one cares that there is NO HOMELAND SECURITY as my case proves there is none. in many agencies yet ANARCHY HAS BECOME THE RULE OF LAW? when our basic records are not secure.
By turning workers comp over to ACS soon after 9/11/011 and most of the govt at all lives in this nation hidden in over a 100- different companies we have had an over throw of the govt when no laws, or judges have o be obeyed.
ACS has a set up to selectively hide they have been getting oxygen claims timely filed by prior supplies and me over the years. I have had to resort to writing on the green card mail receipt that ACS signs that oxygen claims are inside. They never acknowledge they got them and ever posted. Other claims get processed with no appeals rights and none answered that are filed to say you are wrong. and not paid referring to the missing sum of money that all some say set aside for the older complex cases when ACS took over and took control of and yet nothing paid on the very bills that had been approved and paid for before and now know ALL THE BILLS ARE TO BE PAID . JUST AS THE ACS MANAGER SAID WOULD OCCUR BACK IN 2007 IF THEY INPUT MY CLAIMS AND BLATANTLY SAID "LET HER DIE" WAS THE ORDER THEY WERE TO FOLLOW ON ME AS IF MURDER WAS OK. AND APPEALS AND FOLLOW UPS ARE FILED TIMELY ALL THE TIME TO KEEP EVERYTHING LEGALLY ALIVE. AND THEY DISAPPEAR TOO. WHERE IS THE MISSING MILLIONS FOR US? That ACS call center employees saw on our computer files and were telling medical suppliers we had actually been given a million a piece? I never got such and no one else has either. SOMEONE STOLE THE MONEY AND LEFT US TO DIE? No one knows of such a law to give such directly. One party said we were to be issued ATM cards from ACS's bank as they do for Most govt payments form many state and federal programs that do not go direct deposit to a bank account. and then were to monitor we used the cards only for medical bills.
Some involved in many agencies involved in ACS et al getting all the contracts to over throw the govt including the US Dept of Labor were investigated and prosecuted and some convicted and the entire mess is still open, yet at Justice I am told. of the Jack Abramoff bribery scandals that involved a total of the govt and just not Indian Affairs.. WAS THE MONEY FOR INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS MEDICAL CARE TO BE USED TO KEEP US STAY ALIVE STOLEN TO PAY BRIBES. OR WAS ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER SIGNED AFTER 9/11/01? As one doctor with tears of knowledge in the area said, when oxygen is approved for life by workers comp,, then ALL OF ONES MEDICAL BILLS ARE WORKERS CO,P BILLS AS OXYGEN IS NEEDED FOR ANYTHING MEDICAL YOU NEED TREATED FOR.
Even a cut preparing food in your own kitchen that might need some stitches, etc is covered as no part of the body can heal without oxygen.
So far no one has said FDA DID NOT FORBID EVERY GAS COMPANY N THE COUNTRY TO SELL DIRECT TO THE PATIENTS. SO AT THIS POINT WE ARE TOLD ITS FDA THAT HAS CUT OFF THE LAST BREATH OF LIFE FOR MANY OF US.
And Lindegass of Germany ( Union carbide_ already owns the largest oxygen supplier in the nation , Lincare and buying up gas companies so soon they will be a near monopoly of oxygen even for hospitals and suppliers. They do not sell direct already.
My gas company who has kept me alive for almost 7 years, still will be able to supply end users, but not the patients. with medical oxygen. Welders use the same therapeutic pure level , but its not checked for purity as ours has to be. NO REAL DIFFERENCE.? Just not tested?ONE CAN HAVE OXYGEN TO BUILD A PIPE LINE FOR OIL, BUT NOT FOR HUMANS TO BREATHE?

In no way can I afford to pay full cost for delivery and then not have the suppliers not file the claims . Both Lincare and Rhema have contracts with CEO Lynn Blodgett and they would not let them even file a claims with them, Rhema said in 2006 that Lincare had my personal workers comp contract on me and would not give it up and would not service me either. LET HER DIE ORDER?
Rhema filed bankruptcy in 2013 and got financing from Lincare's financier. Black Rock? They have refused to return and was the only supplier in my area after 7/1/13 . But I did file the claims for when I had them and it is a valid protective filing. Going bankrupt was better then them getting paid? I then had a small company and we finally figured out about the security lock on oxygen and eventually they got fully paid by Medicare first and Blues second and the recovery letter sent to ACS by Medicare that was never shown to US Dept of labor. as no response from them.
The recovery unit had no idea for years that PO BX 8300 London Ky is not the govt at all. I am the one that told them just over a year ago when I found my computer file down and a knee injury posted as my only medical condition and the injury date was years after 1/10/89 and the accepted conditions of occupational asthma, inhalation of toxic fumes with bronchiospasms and chemically induced pneumonitis et al had been deleted, too. Nor even to know where to find out or think they should?
I HAD TO CALL THE IT DEPT AT THE US DEPT OR LABOR TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE SECURITY LOCK PUT IN PLACE TO STOP ABUSES OF POWER TRYING TO GET RID OF ONES BENEFITS. BUT IT WAS DONE BEFORE ACS TOOK OVER. AND THEY HAVE TURNED THE LAW UPSIDE DOWN IN TO A REAL DEATH PANEL
Even when a suppler went to do a preliminary check it rejected. due to a primary payer in the system. When the law was enforced , the situation was soon remedied and the proper plan paid their bills. But not now.. I got the summary notice that says it has to be billed first as it was not suppressed which is often done to hide the truth to allow the dumping onto Medicare. I a thinking that many of my other bills are getting this on them, too.
But the Medicare contractors are suppressing the notices to hide the truth and their secret and illegal deals with all the insurers, which they are insurers that get the contracts until ACS started getting them was done to enable Medicare to be stolen and maybe why so many get so mad at me when they find out I do know the laws and got the judges rulings and they could all go to jail if govt contractors were under the criminal laws any more So any supplier is going to spend a year or more going from one primary plan to the next until Medicare can legally pay as a conditional payment for oxygen Unlike other bills that can illegally go right on through as they do not have that security lock on them. and then just recover the money back from the entity that now is partner of Medicare and said to do the illegal deletions of the primary employer group health plan and also is over all medical providers and suppliers as ACS et al signs them up and they get directions from him./ ALL ARE CONTRACTED TO HIM?

Today, a dependent's yearly preventative tests done last 3/4/14 and to be paid at 100% by either Medicare or Fed blues has a co pay in collections and Medicare got billed as the Blues was deleted off the system and every month I send letters calls, etc and the billing service of whom many are ACS et al or under their managing care, etc. keep getting their false info from CEO Lynn Blodgett et al ignore all and ruins credit ratings, and harasses and ignores every semblance of the law as all of health care is under this cabal now and Goldman Sachs et al ruining fraud at HHS and they now admit there is no place to file a complaint against a govt contractor. They don't even pretend that this cabal is under the laws of the nation.

Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans Face Premium Increases in 2015 - AARP I posted a lengthy comment on this article. But the heading was about changes for next year. No change is going to help. I had AARP FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS EARLY ON FOR PART D and they participated in the theft of Medicare also. I am able to get special help and so I signed up. But the bills are all workers comp and I have another primary payer also. Every ones primary employer group health plan is deleted off the common working file soon after posting come in. This is used for billing by all. The postings are made by ones employer and include ones employment status. which is altered also. Its owned by Emblem Health International so that the bills can illegally be paid by Medicare but the new law HR 1063 can come against patients and medical providers if they use the illegally altered info they pay huge sums to even get access to through a clearing house. And ACS IS OVER THAT PART OF THE PROCESS , TOO. ; This company was formerly Group Health or GHI of NEW YORK with ties to the Clintons and got the original contract in 1999 during the Clinton administration. Not all insurance companies are unethical in this, so in our area we did not get affected so badly until HCS Holdings Inc the owner of our local Blue Cross shield took over in OK, NM and TX . They were just ILL. but now Montana has them. They get their misinformation from ACS as informer of the OPM contractor that gives out the federal employer health plan contracts.
And they have high paid lobbyists at state and federal and even local levels for multiple companies that are all the same cabal and no one asks if that is legal? They are also the traffic cam company your local city council gave a contract to, also? So voting in those elections is just as important as who sits in the oval office. maybe even more important for local rights..
AARP HAS APPEALS PENDING FOR SEVERAL YEARS THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED TO FORWARD THE PAID CLAIMS FOR RECOVERY BACK TO MEDICARE. NONE OF THE PLANS CAN DO ANYTHING TO MAKE ACS WHO PAYS THEM OBEY THE LAWS.
This is why all workers comp is ending as its the same tactics throughout coming to all.. Govt agencies and Insurance companies hire Affiliated Computer Services or one of their over a hundred interlocked companies and the laws are ignored as public monies are stolen and the patients end up with over payments to the govt when it involves Medicare having to pay the bills in order to sustain life.
In my case, oxygen means all bills are workers comp and that one thing is programmed in on the system to be workers comp bills and blocks life sustaining care until workers comp gets the bill they will never input as it would be paid. So a suppler must wait four months before one can go one and bill the other insurers and Medicare and if by then one is broke Medicaid. The govt attempts to recover the monies has not yet been implemented since passage of HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13. Since its been 20 years since the conditional payment law was enforced, few even know what one is talking about as its been have looting of Medicare to pay all the bills as if that was ethical and legal and is really theft. when its never sent on to the recovery unit and letters sent out.
Ceo Lynn Blodgett verbally responded and said he was not going to pay and never showed the letters to any one at the US Dept of labor as he is total control. and ordered all recovery attempts to be destroyed on his verbal orders/ THAT IS WHAT AN OVERTHROW OF A GOVT LOOKS LIKE TODAY.

Justice has yet to be known for three dead in the Kansas river back in 3/61 and cover ups and horrible gossip has ensued about his mother. that led me to go public. All should be ashamed of themselves for doing that who did when the real issues were character and politics to make decisions on whom to vote for. 2/3rds did not vote and Congress seems scared to stand up to this cabal without our voting support. Tine to get registered to vote and not give up our rights in this nation to even life itself. And they have high paid lobbyists at state and federal and even local levels for multiple companies that are all the same cabal and no one asks if that is legal? They are also the traffic cam company your local city council gave a contract to, also? So voting in those elections is just as important as who sits in the oval office. maybe even more important for local rights..
AARP HAS APPEALS PENDING FOR SEVERAL YEARS THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED TO FORWARD THE PAID CLAIMS FOR RECOVERY BACK TO MEDICARE. NONE OF THE PLANS CAN DO ANYTHING TO MAKE ACS WHO PAYS THEM OBEY THE LAWS.
This is why all workers comp is ending as its the same tactics throughout coming to all.. Govt agencies and Insurance companies hire Affiliated Computer Services or one of their over a hundred interlocked companies and the laws are ignored as public monies are stolen and the patients end up with over payments to the govt when it involves Medicare having to pay the bills in order to sustain life.
In my case, oxygen means all bills are workers comp and that one thing is programmed in on the system to be workers comp bills and blocks life sustaining care until workers comp gets the bill they will never input as it would be paid. So a suppler must wait four months before one can go one and bill the other insurers and Medicare and if by then one is broke Medicaid. The govt attempts to recover the monies has not yet been implemented since passage of HR 1063 signed into law 1/11/13. Since its been 20 years since the conditional payment law was enforced, few even know what one is talking about as its been have looting of Medicare to pay all the bills as if that was ethical and legal and is really theft. when its never sent on to the recovery unit and letters sent out.

Over the last few days I have also been reporting on my end of life that has been put in place by an international cabal when many may die in a holocaust that has been created and has been on going , but for me sustaining life will end unless some miracle or action can be averted that at present does not seem possible by I or my family. Others will have to do it for me. I choose to live and will do all I can to stay alive. But money will not matter when the powers that be pull the last possible plug on my right to live on 1/1/2015 and a gas company cannot fill an oxygen tank directly for a medically abandoned patients.. UNLESS THRE IS SOME ACTIONS BY EARTHLY ANGELS MAKING SOME CHANGES. Its in the hands of others now and pray for a life sustaining outcome. Some have said the are starting to see if they can. Prayers and good thoughts be with them for myself and so many others who find themselves in similar circumstances
So beginning 11/19/14 one can read and wake up to what is coming all over and already has been costing lives in numbers that even Congress has been aware of and done nothing.

NOW AS OF 1/1/215 A GAS COMPANY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FILL A LIQUID OXYGEN TANK FOR A PATIENT ANY MORE WHICH TAKES AWAY THE LAST OPTION FOR ONE TO STAY LIVE THAT CANNOT BREATHE WITH OUT OXYGEN AND THE CONCENTRATORS DO NOT GIVE THE NEEDED FOR ME, THERAPEUTIC LEVEL AND ARE LIFE THREATENING FOR SUCH AS ME AS MY LUNGS GET BADLY INFLAMED FROM THEM IN MINUTES. I AM APPROVED FOR LIFE BY THREE HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING MEDICARE, BUT THE BILL IS WORKERS COMP AND IS LOCKED IN SECURITY WISE ON THE COMMON WORKING FILE USED TO BILL

But we wait for the US Dept of Labor to figure up total damages and they cannot do so as they no longer have control of the process and even 15 of their judges are being defied by AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND THEIR OVER A HUNDRED COMPANIES IN CONTROL OF MOST OF THE USA AND WORLD NOW.
Getting awarded and approved does not mean money or health care will be provided as this international cabal of ACS is in total control and not under any human laws or govt controls already.
AND WHEN 2/3RDS OF THE PEOPLE DID NOT VOTE WE HAVE CONGRESSES TOO SCARED? TO STAND UP AND TAKE BACK CONTROL OF THIS NATION AS WE ARE NOT SUPPORTING OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES. So do get registered and in my state I can file one paper a year and they send me all the ballots for all elections that I can vote in.. I can even change parties on line if I choose to support a person in a party, I am not currently registered with and then change back after the election. Both parties seem to have forgotten the people a long time ago when we chose not to be fully involved with either of them and affect changes inside the parties.
WHAT IS A VISION OR PREMONITION?

There have been a few times in my life that glimpses of things to come have been experienced by me. And such glimpses of future events do not come wrapped up in dates, times names or what is needed to always know exactly what one is getting a future glimpse of.
Many say that there is a past, present and future that can all be seen in some form of invisible record of the universe. And at times we get a glimpse of it. Maybe we do know more than we realize but often its not of some exact future event
I do not fully understand those who advertise themselves as Psychics and wonder if they are really glimpsing all about someone from some phone contact or whether they are some one with access to ones total computer profiles, etc.
And for money to be taken first does not seem to fit into the real things of a true spiritual nature. .
In the summer of 1957, I had one of these rare experiences while traveling by car with my mother and older sister Carol Hardy Hinshaw as we drove from Topeka Ks to Monroe, La to visit our older sister and family Theora Hardy Fike.
This is before we had the Interstate road system and travels meant driving through big cities,
Just in front of the Texas Depository Book store, my family saw me physically react as if I had been shot. We were traveling in the opposite direction of the JFK motorcade on 11/22/1963.
I uttered "its an ambush" AND SAW SOMETHING FROM THE GRASSY KNOLL. BUT THE 'KILL SHOT; WAS FROM THE UPPER WINDOW OF THE DEPOSITORY, NOT THE LOWER ONE ALL ARE TOLD WAS OSWALD'S WINDOW.
At that time there was some shrubs near the road that any one could hide behind and jump out and carjack or steal from someone that stopped for the intersection. when we got back hoe a few weeks later Mom, Florence Ethel Hunt Hardy wrote to DALLAS AND ASKED THEM TO CUT DON THE BUSHES NEAR THE INTERSECTION. as it was a potentially dangerous place for an attack or robbery, SHE ASKED ME WHERE IN DALLAS TO SEND IT AFTER SHE HAD WRITTEN IT AND I SAID THE PARKS AND STREETS DEPT AS THAT WAS WHERE IT WOULD HAVE GONE TO IN TOPEKA TO TAKE CARE OF. BY 11/22/1963 IT DOES SEEM THAT THE BUSHES HAD BEEN CUT DOWN. NEAR THE STREET?
AT THAT TIME NONE OF US KNEW THAT I HAVE SEEN 11/22/63. IT WAS JUST A DANGEROUS PLACE when back in 1957
I saw my mother, who was driving reach over and lock her car door in response. Two witnesses say my physical reaction to being shot in the head, but from the opposite direction. And for me , a sunny day began going dark and cloudy. I remember each and every detail to this day of what I experienced.
I do not recall any pain. And it was soon over, but unnerving of ominous events to occur.
It was like so many events in my life, even those that were just the real world occurrences'. And the whys and reasons were not be fully explained or understood. I did not dwell on them as there is no use to do so. But it did overshadow the paths and choices made in ways I may never fully understand to this day. As a matter of faith, it has strengthened that there is so much we humans have no real knowledge of in this plane of existence. Its humbling to know, one can know so much about things, yet really know so little about the total of all knowledge itself.
Its was not until 11/22/1963 what the glimpse of the future was and it has altered history in many ways. Books have been written and papers of WHAT IF JFK HAD LIVED AND CONTINUED TO BE PRESIDENT , MAYBE EVEN REELECTED IN 1964 We will never know and the only benefit from the study is if we learn from the past and not make the same mistakes again.
I am not convinced that the total of a vision or premonition or dream of the future is not in part coming from what we have learned already on earth as an individual. We hear and see and experience things that go into our subconscious and conclusions and thought processes go on to figure things out.
I do recall before that some media coverage of JFK as he was already being prepped for the president by his family. and some of these famous families are not unknown to my extended family and things are heard even when one is asleep and stored in our brains.
ITS WHY I DO NOT HANG OUT MY SHINGLE AND START CALLING MY SELF A PSYCHIC AS THAT IS NOT RESPECTING THE FEW OVERT GLIMPSES OF THE FUTURE I HAVE HAD AND THE PROCESSES THAT ARE WELL EXPLAINED SCIENTIFICALLY OF HOW ONE EVEN KNOWS THINGS. TO ME ITS A MOCKERY OF THE DIVINE HIMSELF TO SO THIS. But others do it and its a free society and one can consult if they choose to do so. some of these people may be very intuitive people and can offer advice that is basic common wisdom that one should follow anyway. I do not need to have any vision to know that we e all in terrible trouble if we do not begin to all stand up for justice and fairness in this world As our apathy has gotten us in to this mess and each and every one of us has not done everything we can legally and peacefully do to make things better. There is a Creator that has given us free will to get it done and must be weeping over our disobedience and ignorance of some basic wisdom as we get tempted to do the wrong things. As we have turned away from the earthly struggle for JUSTICE FOR ALL. I , too, should have done more even though I have tried to do my best to behave justly and fairy. more was needed as it is from all of us,. I now have reached a point when my very life depends o others to help act with fairness and justice. ITS NOT MONEY THAT IS NEEDED. ( Of course it can help_ But it will not over come what has been out in place, ONE CAN NOT BUY JUSTICE OR FAIRNESS FOR ALL.
In 1958: Add that to all that I knew of my own extended family and there part in the leadership of the world, it would not be impossible for all of this to be in my subconscious already and warnings of danger to this person be very real some world leaders seem to be more in danger than others, especially if they are thwarting the attempts of other world leaders and those of big money wishing to push their own agendas in to the mix.
On 11/22/63,, my mother was at work at the Dorm cafeteria at Kansas State University and I was in witting lab when our professor came in and announced the assassination. It was my mother who heard the radio report and the first info of the grassy knoll etc. and knew the event they had witnessed in the car back in the summer of 57 had now taken place. As I recall, Mom called it that in the letter she wrote to Dallas Parks and Streets dept. I had called it that back in 1957 from books I had read as a child that called such hills a knoll. I read profusely throughout my entire childhood and youth and much of my learning was from my parents, I have not been able to read so much in recent years as time is spent in the struggle for life and yet that is a lot of reading but not of the books I still want to read. And some are sitting on my shelf, bought and unopened to this day. But in my youth, I was an honor student but in some areas was far ahead of my peers but not so in math or science which did not interest me as much as human interactions, religion and history.
The mother that raised you, whether she be a biological one or not is the one who nurtures and cares for you your whole life. Those who have never known such have missed out on what is to be human in a big way. ITS WHY WE ARE ALSO ASKED BY OUR CREATOR TO ALL BE PRIESTS AND MINISTER TO THE CARING NEEDS THAT ALL NEED TO FLOURISH AS FULL HUMANS BEINGS. AND CHILDREN NEED THE MOST WE KNOW THAT THOSE CHILDREN THAT DO NOT GET THIS NURTURING OFTEN END UP CAUSING SO MANY PROBLEMS FOR SOCIETY LATER ON. BUT ALL OF US NEED EACH OTHER IN WAYS WE DO NOT OFTEN FULLY UNDERSTAND, WE ARE ALL UNIQUE AND DIVERSE THINKING PARTS OF A WHOLE AND IF WE DO NOT WORK TOGETHER THEN WE FALL INTO CHAOS AND DESTRUCTION OF THE WHOLE OF US.
That is not enslaving each of us to think alike or be the same, etc. Many things that had occurred with and around me throughout my life, my mother who watched over me 'kept counsel' and helped when needed. Sometimes she did so, even when I didn't think I wanted the help and did not understand why she was interjecting herself into my life. She was a force to be reckoned with and one had to be strong to come up against that force of quiet persuasion at times. and was grounded in her spiritual faith at all times. but influenced by her own life's learning's and experiences as all of us are.
President Obama's mother knew this and when pressures were put on her to adopt out her baby, she did not do so and took him home, even catching a ride with my future Adams in law from Forbes Air Force Base Hospital. When one got the courage to stand up to my mother, she did not retaliate but became supportive even though one knew she may not have thought it was the better path. My parents got caught in the cross fire of his grandparents and their loyalties were with my dad's nephew his grandfather who had made the arranged marriage my DAD performed and planned for Obama Sr to take him back to Africa and raise him as his own. This was done after the 3/61 murder of his real dad, Jim T Parks as all of us were 99% sure was the real dad and boyfriend when both his parents and he unborn were attacked in a vicious racist attack when they sat down on the banks of the Kansas or Kaw river to decide what to do as two young teenagers with a baby on the way and never had the chance. An injustice left three dead in the river and to this day and all the others who died in the struggle for equal justice for all in this nation that we have yet to acknowledge and over come our past.( Please do not confuse Jim T Parks number 64 on the Topeka High school Football team with his older relative James Parks who went on to have a career in music. and graduated from Topeka HS in 1961. Barring DNA, this is what I have always known to be the real dad and he was an honorable young man. and the general understanding is that of the three that died at least two were of the family of Rosa Parks and her husband. BUT THOSE IN POWER DISTRACTED US AS THEY OVER THREW THE COUNTRY EVEN BEFORE HE TOOK OFFICE AND HAVE KEPT AND INCREASED THE STRANGLEHOLD OVER US SINCE.. if congress does not act, he has no choice but to do so. I pray Congress will review and amend and change what may or may not be the best for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation as our US Constitution mandates. I saw a man ready to take leadership this week and he must have the truth out and those in office stand up and pass better laws if you do not agree with him. If I am wrong in whom I name, then witnesses step up and have some courage to speak out. We are living under the mess we allowed to be created and now must try to save ourselves from our bad choices. For those of faith, we have a Divine power to ask for help to guide us.
Since my death is set for 1/1/2015 by this cabal, I will speak out now. The president seems to be ready for the truth if he has not been told it by those around him who may or may not ever have shared my submissions to him.
The Parks family settled in Kansas after the civil war in which several served with honor in the Northern Army. .Its possible the graves of the three may be there and its time to honor the fallen that have never even been acknowledged, or their lives celebrated.

Then Rhema was told they could not bill them until Lincare released their contract on me with ACS and refused to do so and refused to supply me.. All About Mobility took over and did bill and their claims and all the others are still pending since ACS took over in 2002. Due to change Medicare rule they and many other small suppliers had to end the liquid oxygen business as they did not have enough patients each to hire a respiratory tech. as of 1/08. and I became medically abandoned to go direct and life would have ended but my family twenty to the gas company to get tanks billed. The say if they input them they would be paid and all of my medical bills would be paid by federal workers comp on case 02-0600326 date of Injury 1/10/89 which is what is legally approved to occur permanently.
Eventually Medicare had to pay and their recovery letter to ACS was ignored and started me to ask the Medicare judges to enforce the recovery. This led to HR1063 being passed as the Clinton era executive order to not enforce could not be over come by a judge on case M09-1406.It did give affirmation of Medicare's approval for approval for life for liquid oxygen clear through the appellate judge level at Medicare before they would rule on he issue before them asking Medicare to set aside the suspension of enforcement of the conditional payments law that had been in effect since 1994.

The Bible says that humanity had this access to all knowledge and that it was 'turned off in us' when we got expelled from the Garden of Eden as we could not be trusted to use it for good. As Adam and Eve had learned how to use it for bad and had been tempted by Satan to disobey the DEITY OF LOVE WHICH CHRISTIANS SAY HAS THREE PARTS OF ONE WHOLE. and trying to explain that has filled volumes of books and thousands of years of scholars trying to figure out what that means.

Over the last few days I have also been reporting on my end of life that has been put in place by an international cabal when many may die in a holocaust that has been created and has been on going , but for me sustaining life will end unless some miracle or action can be averted that at present does not seem possible by I or my family. Others will have to do it for me. I choose to live and will do all I can to stay alive. WHAT IS A VISION OR PREMONITION?

There have been a few times in my life that glimpses of things to come have been experienced by me. And such glimpses of future events do not come wrapped up in dates, times names or what is needed to always know exactly what one is getting a future glimpse of.
Many say that there is a past, present and future that can all be seen in some form of invisible record of the universe. And at times we get a glimpse of it. Maybe we do know more than we realize but often its not of some exact future event
I do not fully understand those who advertise themselves as Psychics and wonder if they are really glimpsing all about someone from some phone contact or whether they are some one with access to ones total computer profiles, etc.
And for money to be taken first does not seem to fit into the real things of a true spiritual nature. .
In the summer of 1957, I had one of these rare experiences while traveling by car with my mother and older sister Carol Hardy Hinshaw as we drove from Topeka Ks to Monroe, La to visit our older sister and family Theora Hardy Fike.
This is before we had the Interstate road system and travels meant driving through big cities,
Just in front of the Texas Depository Book store, my family saw me physically react as if I had been shot. We were traveling in the opposite direction of the JFK motorcade on 11/22/1963.
I uttered "its an ambush" AND SAW SOMETHING FROM THE GRASSY KNOLL. BUT THE 'KILL SHOT; WAS FROM THE UPPER WINDOW OF THE DEPOSITORY, NOT THE LOWER ONE ALL ARE TOLD WAS OSWALD'S WINDOW.
At that time there was some shrubs near the road that any one could hide behind and jump out and carjack or steal from someone that stopped for the intersection. when we got back hoe a few weeks later Mom, Florence Ethel Hunt Hardy wrote to DALLAS AND ASKED THEM TO CUT DON THE BUSHES NEAR THE INTERSECTION. as it was a potentially dangerous place for an attack or robbery, SHE ASKED ME WHERE IN DALLAS TO SEND IT AFTER SHE HAD WRITTEN IT AND I SAID THE PARKS AND STREETS DEPT AS THAT WAS WHERE IT WOULD HAVE GONE TO IN TOPEKA TO TAKE CARE OF. BY 11/22/1963 IT DOES SEEM THAT THE BUSHES HAD BEEN CUT DOWN. NEAR THE STREET?
AT THAT TIME NONE OF US KNEW THAT I HAVE SEEN 11/22/63. IT WAS JUST A DANGEROUS PLACE when back in 1957
I saw my mother, who was driving reach over and lock her car door in response. Two witnesses say my physical reaction to being shot in the head, but from the opposite direction. And for me , a sunny day began going dark and cloudy. I remember each and every detail to this day of what I experienced.
I do not recall any pain. And it was soon over, but unnerving of ominous events to occur.
It was like so many events in my life, even those that were just the real world occurrences'. And the whys and reasons were not be fully explained or understood. I did not dwell on them as there is no use to do so. But it did overshadow the paths and choices made in ways I may never fully understand to this day. As a matter of faith, it has strengthened that there is so much we humans have no real knowledge of in this plane of existence. Its humbling to know, one can know so much about things, yet really know so little about the total of all knowledge itself.
Its was not until 11/22/1963 what the glimpse of the future was and it has altered history in many ways. Books have been written and papers of WHAT IF JFK HAD LIVED AND CONTINUED TO BE PRESIDENT , MAYBE EVEN REELECTED IN 1964 We will never know and the only benefit from the study is if we learn from the past and not make the same mistakes again.
I am not convinced that the total of a vision or premonition or dream of the future is not in part coming from what we have learned already on earth as an individual. We hear and see and experience things that go into our subconscious and conclusions and thought processes go on to figure things out.
I do recall before that some media coverage of JFK as he was already being prepped for the president by his family. and some of these famous families are not unknown to my extended family and things are heard even when one is asleep and stored in our brains.
ITS WHY I DO NOT HANG OUT MY SHINGLE AND START CALLING MY SELF A PSYCHIC AS THAT IS NOT RESPECTING THE FEW OVERT GLIMPSES OF THE FUTURE I HAVE HAD AND THE PROCESSES THAT ARE WELL EXPLAINED SCIENTIFICALLY OF HOW ONE EVEN KNOWS THINGS. TO ME ITS A MOCKERY OF THE DIVINE HIMSELF TO SO THIS. But others do it and its a free society and one can consult if they choose to do so. some of these people may be very intuitive people and can offer advice that is basic common wisdom that one should follow anyway. I do not need to have any vision to know that we e all in terrible trouble if we do not begin to all stand up for justice and fairness in this world As our apathy has gotten us in to this mess and each and every one of us has not done everything we can legally and peacefully do to make things better. There is a Creator that has given us free will to get it done and must be weeping over our disobedience and ignorance of some basic wisdom as we get tempted to do the wrong things. As we have turned away from the earthly struggle for JUSTICE FOR ALL. I , too, should have done more even though I have tried to do my best to behave justly and fairy. more was needed as it is from all of us,. I now have reached a point when my very life depends o others to help act with fairness and justice. ITS NOT MONEY THAT IS NEEDED. ( Of course it can help_ But it will not over come what has been out in place, ONE CAN NOT BUY JUSTICE OR FAIRNESS FOR ALL.
In 1958: Add that to all that I knew of my own extended family and there part in the leadership of the world, it would not be impossible for all of this to be in my subconscious already and warnings of danger to this person be very real some world leaders seem to be more in danger than others, especially if they are thwarting the attempts of other world leaders and those of big money wishing to push their own agendas in to the mix.
On 11/22/63,, my mother was at work at the Dorm cafeteria at Kansas State University and I was in witting lab when our professor came in and announced the assassination. It was my mother who heard the radio report and the first info of the grassy knoll etc. and knew the event they had witnessed in the car back in the summer of 57 had now taken place. As I recall, Mom called it that in the letter she wrote to Dallas Parks and Streets dept. I had called it that back in 1957 from books I had read as a child that called such hills a knoll. I read profusely throughout my entire childhood and youth and much of my learning was from my parents, I have not been able to read so much in recent years as time is spent in the struggle for life and yet that is a lot of reading but not of the books I still want to read. But in my youth, I was an honor student but in some areas was far ahead of my peers but not so in math or science which did not interest me as much as human interactions, religion and history.
The mother that raised you, whether she be a biological one or not is the one who nurtures and cares for you your whole life. Those who have never known such have missed out on what is to be human in a big way. ITS WHY WE ARE ALSO ASKED BY OUR CREATOR TO ALL BE PRIESTS AND MINISTER TO THE CARING NEEDS THAT ALL NEED TO FLOURISH AS FULL HUMANS BEINGS. AND CHILDREN NEED THE MOST WE KNOW THAT THOSE CHILDREN THAT DO NOT GET THIS NURTURING OFTEN END UP CAUSING SO MANY PROBLEMS FOR SOCIETY LATER ON. BUT ALL OF US NEED EACH OTHER IN WAYS WE DO NOT OFTEN FULLY UNDERSTAND, WE ARE ALL UNIQUE AND DIVERSE THINKING PARTS OF A WHOLE AND IF WE DO NOT WORK TOGETHER THEN WE FALL INTO CHAOS AND DESTRUCTION OF THE WHOLE OF US.
That is not enslaving each of us to think alike or be the same, etc. Many things that had occurred with and around me throughout my life, my mother who watched over me 'kept counsel' and helped when needed. Sometimes she did so, even when I didn't think I wanted the help and did not understand why she was interjecting herself into my life. She was a force to be reckoned with and one had to be strong to come up against that force of quiet persuasion at times. and was grounded in her spiritual faith at all times. but influenced by her own life's learning's and experiences as all of us are.
President Obama's mother knew this and when pressures were put on her to adopt out her baby, she did not do so and took him home, even catching a ride with my future Adams in law from Forbes Air Force Base Hospital. When one got the courage to stand up to my mother, she did not retaliate but became supportive even though one knew she may not have thought it was the better path. My parents got caught in the cross fire of his grandparents and their loyalties were with my dad's nephew his grandfather who had made the arranged marriage my DAD performed and planned for Obama Sr to take him back to Africa and raise him as his own. This was done after the 3/61 murder of his real dad, Jim T Parks as all of us were 99% sure was the real dad and boyfriend when both his parents and he unborn were attacked in a vicious racist attack when they sat down on the banks of the Kansas or Kaw river to decide what to do as two young teenagers with a baby on the way and never had the chance. An injustice left three dead in the river and to this day and all the others who died in the struggle for equal justice for all in this nation that we have yet to acknowledge and over come our past.( Please do not confuse Jim T Parks number 64 on the Topeka High school Football team with his older relative James Parks who went on to have a career in music. and graduated from Topeka HS in 1961. Barring DNA, this is what I have always known to be the real dad and he was an honorable young man. and the general understanding is that of the three that died at least two were of the family of Rosa Parks and her husband. THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE INJUSTICE AND COVER UP FOR OVER 50 YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN SICKENED BY ALL THE GARBAGE OUT THERE FROM THOSE WHO DID NOT WANT TO FACE THE TRUTH AND WHY AS OF 1.71 I KNOW THE PRESIDENT WAS NOT GOING TO BE TOLD THE TRUTH AND I DID NOT HAVE CONTACT AND DID NOT MAKE THE CONTACT LATER ON TO HELP OUT AND STOP THE NONSENSE OF HIS BEING ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT POLITICS OF THE MAN AT ALL. AND WHAT ALL OUR ATTENTIONS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON. I ACTUALLY SUPPORTED JOHN MC CAIN IN 2008, AND PURPOSELY DID NOT SAY FOR 2012 AS I WAS TRYING TO GET JUSTICE FOR THE THREE DEAD AT THE HANDS OF OTHERS. BUT THOSE IN POWER DISTRACTED US AS THEY OVER THREW THE COUNTRY EVEN BEFORE HE TOOK OFFICE AND HAVE KEPT AND INCREASED THE STRANGLEHOLD OVER US SINCE.. if congress does not act, he has no choice but to do so. I pray Congress will review and amend and change what may or may not be the best for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation as our US Constitution mandates. I saw a man ready to take leadership this week and he must have the truth out and those in office stand up and pass better laws if you do not agree with him. If I am wrong in whom I name, then witnesses step up and have some courage to speak out. We are living under the mess we allowed to be created and now must try to save ourselves from our bad choices. For those of faith, we have a Divine power to ask for help to guide us.
Since my death is set for 1/1/2015 by this cabal, I will speak out now. The president seems to be ready for the truth if he has not been told it by those around him who may or may not ever have shared my submissions to him.
The Parks family settled in Kansas after the civil war in which several served with honor in the Northern Army. .Its possible the graves of the three may be there and its time to honor the fallen that have never even been acknowledged, or their lives celebrated.
I also do know that Ron Paul Md.arrived at Forbes Air Force base where President Obama was born about that time and that my Adams in laws had him for a doctor as military family. I do not know if he was the doctor that delivered Obama or he may have come soon after that. And of course its confidential medical info that only the president can authorize release of. as he is still alive but the other patient his mother is not.
If President Obama has known and is hiding all of this he needs to stop as its a binding of the soul and his ability to lead in the way of fairness and justice for all to not want justice for the one who gave him life. A young man and a big extended family who I'm sure would have had a big influence on his life but for those whose hatred decided d that an interracial couple was not to their liking,.
We are all human and can make choices that he Divine wants to have occurred otherwise.
Many are dissing the president right now. But we have had 30 years of congresses not addressing the trespassers in to this nation that are just that and now have' spatters' rights under the common law of the ages.
Its a national emergency with all kinds of people crossing in to the nation that some are really bad people and wish to only do bad things and create chaos and havoc in our society.
Most have always just wanted a better life and the USA has been the beacon of hope and freedom and still is even though its been badly shredded to tatters in recent decades by an international cabal that has my life to be ended on 1/1/2015. I do not intend to give up on that date, but I am thrombotic and experiencing times with out oxygen before I get to an ER is risky and does one live in an ER? No. ONE GETS 2 HOURS OF OXYGEN TO STABILIZE VITALS AND THEN IS RELEASED TO THE DEATH PANEL WHEN THERE IS NO ONE TO SUPPLY THE OXYGEN.

if this is Texas doing this then I do not want to put my family on roads going hundred's of miles to find a gas company that will fill a tank in northern OK or another state as their lives get put at risk , too. One medical supply company in my area has all the right people in place to get certified and the manager told me that my town IS NOT IN THE COMPETITIVE BID AREA. AS HAS BEEN MISINFORMED as we only have one supplier now and they are refusing service and can legally do so and I have done nothing to make them hate me so badly to not help and do the billing in the order they need to do. as I have written about her over the last few days and in volumes here before that over the last few years. what has been going on is blatant lying to all by CEO Lynn Blodgett and his company ACS who are 'persons of interest in the disappearance of a huge sum of money for medical care for those of us with older complex medical cases about the time ACS took over total control of Federal workers comp and currently in defiance of 15 federal Judges and two hearing officers. My info is from ACS employees and govt officials at OPM, etc which caused me to lose Lincare as a supplier back in 1/06 as they got refused the right to bill workers comp for reasons that make no legal sense. Then Rhema was told they could not bill them until Lincare released their contract on me with ACS and refused to do so and refused to supply me.. The gist I an illegal at was ordered and complied with that has placed me in life endangerment since then. THE TRUTH IS STILL HIDDEN ON ALL OF THIS AND HAS TO BE OUTED FOR MY LIFE TO CONTINUE?
All About Mobility took over and did bill and their claims and all the others are still pending since ACS took over in 2002. Due to change Medicare rule they and many other small suppliers had to end the liquid oxygen business as they did not have enough patients each to hire a respiratory tech. as of 1/08. and I became medically abandoned to go direct and life would have ended but my family twenty to the gas company to get tanks billed. The say if they input them they would be paid and all of my medical bills would be paid by federal workers comp on case 02-0600326 date of Injury 1/10/89 which is what is legally approved to occur permanently.
Eventually Medicare had to pay and their recovery letter to ACS was ignored and started me to ask the Medicare judges to enforce the recovery. When lungs are injured as mine were, then we cannot breathe without a therapeutic level of oxygen whether it be I liquid oxygen tanks or the more evaporated pure liquid oxygen in the green bottles. which would take bout 21 of them a week to sustain life and he cost over whelming but even those cannot be gotten direct form a gas company anymore as of 1/1/2015
So before one disses the President of the USA for taking executive actions in the face of real overwhelming crisis and justice for all issues, ask first if you even voted.
Granted there are a few who so not participate due to conscience and I only ask you pray or think good thoughts for those of us trying to pick among sometimes not very good choices who would do the better job to represent and serve us.

I was encouraged by the numbers who chose to get on the ballot this time with no party affiliation. And a few independents did win. Others made a strong showing that has to have this international cabal that has a stranglehold on the two main parties in this nation really scared they might lose control if the people peacefully decide to rule themselves.

The Bible says that humanity had this access to all knowledge and that it was 'turned off in us' when we got expelled from the Garden of Eden as we could not be trusted to use it for good. As Adam and Eve had learned how to use it for bad and had been tempted by Satan to disobey the DEITY OF LOVE WHICH CHRISTIANS SAY HAS THREE PARTS OF ONE WHOLE. and trying to explain that has filled volumes of books and thousands of years of scholars trying to figure out what that means.
IT IS! Is all I have to know to believe as an act of faith. My personal experiences is proof to me there is more to all than just this physical realm, we can physically observe,
I pray and ask for prayers and good thoughts that my life will continue and that justice and fairness will prevail and I will be able to get an oxygen supplier as others are able to do so and have been able to do so and the monies are already in place to provide for the care. by our govt and our personal monies.
P.S. I do not have any knowledge of who did what to kill JFK other than what I personally witnessed and the vision that over took me. Job safety and others using all these dangerous chemicals needs to know that lifetime and full body injuries can occur and as a society our humanity says that the medical care is to be provided and allow that person to function the best they can throughout life that is precious and must be sustained for us to remain as part of humanity. Its what makes us part of the DIVINE as some say or filled with the Holy Spirit as Christians express it.

PRESIDENT OBAMA'S GRANDFATHER, MY FIRST COUSIN DAN POPE, COULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED TO BE USING A STOLEN ID OF STANLEY DUNHAM. since 1944 WHEN AT AGE 14, HE RAN OFF TO WWII AND MARRIED AND HAD A BABY ON THE WAY BEFORE MY AUNT AND UNCLE LOCATED HIM. And at that time a half century of cover up of ID of a whole family might have been at risk, too.
