Private industry, please consider what you are doing when contracting out your call center customer services to the cabal contractors...As its not a pleasant experience when they are given a script and then one comes along with issues that are beyond that and a matter for the company to deal with...
They hire nice people to talk to us, but up the line of management is an atmosphere of horror even for the public...as companies find these call centers looking at bonuses for sales...that only upper management will receive if that much?? and at time tactics get used that can be horrendous as occurred with me at my satellite provider after being a customer since 1997 when we moved here...and laws and contract law itself. has grandfathered us in for much....
With laws congress has passed on things, it does pay to be loyal..to the same provider...if what one gets is as good as the competitors and prices are within range.. And its impossible to get past these contract call centers in private industry as well as most are there hired in govt.....and will send you in circles from one of their contractor centers to another....and get no where as crucial matters need taking care of like 25 million with no meds made or those that are not in safe form with additives added that none who understand anything about science or health care....knows could cause life ending harm....for our group...
And those in wildfire areas where buildings are burning...get out and do not breathe without a gas mask for acid gases as well as organic vapors.....or you will end up in our excluded group by this same cabal now ruling health care in the USA since the 2002 law that forbids the real govt to use any budget to audit or criminally prosecute illegal acts....which are rampant and massive amounts of our precious tax dollars missing?? and only the Federal Reserve knows where they were diverted to...
CONGRESS WILL NOT PROTECT MEDICARE OR SOCIAL SECURITY....and everyone of them who has not added an amendment to every bill being made law....to allow the real govt to again as always did, the right to use even existing budget to audit a contractor or prosecute one...then we are doomed in a horror that seems to describe the time of end tribulation and troubles if this is not corrected...and since 2002, when congress allowed this to be done to a 6000 page bill that should have given all more rights and protections....one member of congress added this earmark that gutted the whole good of the law....and overthrew the USA into what was already well under way for over a decade the wholesale contracting out of the work of govt and systems and much already with little or no oversight with executive type orders.....this one earmark NOW MADE OFFICIAL THE OVERTHROW OF VIRTUALLY MOST OF GOVT.... but for DOD WHICH THOSE CONTRACTORS NOW HIRE THIS CABAL to manage them...so ??
Congress votes for a gag order rule to not mention, contact or have a contractors testify.....and only a few laws got through with the oversight language included....to expose a few horror stories when much is one...and along comes a president who seems to sincerely with to apply his business acumen and clean up the horror......and the very part of our govt that has to pass the right to use budget....instead of protecting the rights and public monies of the people of the USA>..as once we had laws that would...even if not always adhered to...at least they did exist....and public outcry would motivate things being looked into and corrected...NOW INSTEAD OF PROTECTING ALL... they voted to throw out the one that seems to threaten their continued facilitation of the overthrow of 2002...I call the coup of 2002.....
And while all are running around looking for whose son or relative works for a foreign company etc...which does not look good from past acts....MAYBE ONE SHOULD DO SOME ONLINE RESEARCH of who else seated in Congress has close relatives employed with good or well paying jobs with this cabal....GET SHOCKED.....and since this is a cabal of a 1000+ corporate names...one may not be aware of the connection....
Is the modern day bribe always money?? Its often laundered as a high paying job for a close relative....seems to be the new way of doing things...And not easy to prove....quid pro quo even in more obvious cases...it seems... As far as I know, most of the Trump family works for the TRUMP INTERNATIONAL or the govt itself....so what quid pro quo even if they build things all over the world....so do other companies....and as long as all follow the rules and laws...it is what it is??
It says Trump, and his next generation is running things...unlike a lot of major companies whose family has not bothered to run those companies grandfather and great grandfather....and mothers too...made famous and none wished to manage and run....but still receive their dividend checks....etc....and go HIRE THE CABAL TO RUN THEM FOR THEM...and their incomes...be sustained....
This one things says a lot about one, if the children and grand children...can decide to find ones capable among them...and keep managing in the family and uphold the values that made the company great in the first place...
Want to find scandal and dirt,,,its around in the DC Swamp but watch out as some surprising characters may emerge and point to some close relatives...that cover up the horror and not caring about passing laws to help clean up the mess....made over decades of neglect by our elected officials who should never have let things get so bad.....and blame can be placed on both parties...on this....and we the people have a responsibility as the rulers of the USA...to sort out who is worthy of our vote and is trying to do what is right for us and serve us and our nation well....or we need to find another to vote.for….and that is crucial:

we need 95%+ voting in all elections from local to state as well as federal to exert the political pressure of the BALLOT BOX so we have a real mandate or majority of all of us...
SO BACK TO THE BIG DEEP DARK SECRET OF OLD AND NEW TECH
without going bankrupt,if one was loyal and did not switch providers over the years .
ONE CAN HAVE SMART TV'S OR A COMBO OF OLDER STYLE AND SMART OR LED TVS' all on one satellite provider box...one charge.....What you will still have to deal with is those co axle cables running around your ceilings etc. ALL TV's have a place to screw on the cable from a RFD? splitter box....and one can have a splitter box connecting two TVs if one has connecting rooms or bedrooms near each other and only need one cable running thought the house....etc..(big deep dark secret is: many could be connected...this way..) BUT EVERYONE WILL HAVE TO BE WATCHING THE SAME TV PROGRAM AT THE SAME TIME... And a new voice activated remote came as an upgrade and not ordered.. and two now work... so pray for family unity on watch to watch or we could now have DUELING REMOTES GOING AS WELL AS OTHERS SHOUTING CHANGE TO CHANNEL ??
No issue if one has lived for 22 years already with multiple rooms connected to one TV and we learn how to negotiate treaties and peace negotiations...deciding who wants to watch what....and I find that I can go watch prime time shows on local channels a day or week late and enjoy my dramas....while others watch Fox News or another 24/7 news channel...and those who work through the week some preference given to them on their days off... and we let others know ahead of time if there is something special wanted to watch...
.CONGRESS maybe if all of you had to be connected to one satellite TV box all these years the ways to negotiate peaceful solutions might be a way of life in DC??
Otherwise, is one is so wealthy that extra money can be spent on what one watches on a screen on TV? so be it....but most of us are not....and every penny saved goes to basic survival for many of us... and the poorer among us should not have to pay more for just a little access to the outside world... The wealthy, can sign up for the entire package and have lots of choices in every room...but they will pay more, from the more they have...if they choose to do so.. Many did not get wealthy, paying for what they may not even need??
I'm just thankful to the real company folk and tech who came that this disabled old woman can now lay down with feet up and watch a little TV at night....as it is part of my pain relief..since injured 1/10/89 and on days when a lot of exertion has occurred...sleep does not come until the pain subsides....and pain pills do not get this kind and why do not use them......its rest and letting body recover the best it can for exertional part of medical issues.....no exertion as no rescue inhaler and beside the extrinsic asthma from common chemicals is asthma on exertion...and left ventricle heart failure..etc.....and non exertion is the prescription....and rest...and why TV DRAMA SHOWS WITH A PLOT...is something that allows ones brain , or at least mine to divert to something else and eventually fall asleep and rest 6 to 8 hours...but with Internet for the dramas being watched....can also have sound turned down on TV and catch a few headlines on the news channels being watched in other part of house... Its just what we all do, we find ways to adjust and live in the situations we find ourselves....and for those of faith...IN GOD WE TRUST....as expressed in Psalm 36...no matter what is going on....do not lose ones faith that can sustain one and somehow find our way through to things we may still be able to do..to find better ways of existence even in the darkest hours....
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus...may we find our ways to cope relying on Your love for us to sustain us through and Your Holy Spirit to guide into answers we may not be aware of or people we should meet...even thought for only a brief moment in time will we know each others and share things...that will be important for eternity in some mysterious way....
Pray for our leaders in DC to stop the horrors and get some basic laws passed and oversight of what is far out of control for years that has been harming and robbing us for decades now and time to confess sins...and expose truth....and go and sin no more...and make things better than ever....and stop the real horrors going..on like no safe meds...and no meds at made for millions and pray for those in the wildfires they not be added to our numbers for breathing toxic air from burning buildings that become toxic in heat.....May they find this blog and ask their doctors if any part would help?.In Your Holy Name...Amen

DAILY RECAP 10/30/19: DAILY SCRIPTURE: I CHRONICLES: CHAPTER 5: PEACE COMES WITH ORDERLY CHANGES
1 Chronicles 5 KJV - Now the sons of Reuben the firstborn of - Bible Gateway
Technology changes come with transitions from old to new...and with most of us with limits to our finances we can only move in spurts as our monies become available to us...And charging the future has its limits also...
With just replacing one TV with another has been hours on the phone to get everything connected without upgrade costs...Finally, someone believed me beyond the call centers....that are all over now in govt and business of here's the script, do not deviate...and their management that were not nice to me....as the deep dark secret is with the new technology in satellite TV one can still have 4 rooms on my box...and connect older TV"s with the cables strung along ones ceiling..
The last tech did it....and all I thought had to do was unplug two cords from the back of the old smart TV we got over a decade ago and plug them into the new one...and somehow there is wires out of the box from satellite provider but some other gadgets behind and when I finally got past the call center people who either had no knowledge or were not allowed to admit what could be done....I got some above them....and he began to ask the questions that made sense....and he seemed to know basically what had been done before when the old box had to be replaces with the newer one and said to me Do not Touch and sending some one out and why I pay a monthly fee for service like this... And we have had the same TV provider since we moved here in 1997...
Now the big surprise to Doyle is he now knows what his Christmas present is to be....as by then should have another bill paid off and some bookcases moved to another room and a bigger TV in living central area...unless something interferes.. and why we still are using some of the older style TV's as long as they work …..but need cable cords...old and new blended into an orderly and less costly transition...as we cannot afford to be nickeled and dimed-dollared really and upgraded when cannot afford it... small steps to the new..
Listen to me! Sounds horrible with so many of our fellow Americans fleeing their homes from wild fires, to floods and others homeless and Congress and DC sitting their squabbling over gossip and rumors and one side will not accept we had an election and more people than usual began to participate....and we had one win by our rules and constitution....and accept it....
Christ was not on the ballot, and even when in my faith: I believe He will return some day....still it says we will all be rulers and ministers of each other...And do not expect any kind of absolute dictator as we will have finally learned how to resist evils and find ways to respect each others and get along...and what is IMPORTANT in a Peaceful world, societies, Nations and communities...is that fairness and justice prevail and not one harmed by what the majority decide to do and how to do it...
And orderly process to change leadership is needed no matter what system of governing we have...
One that all agree should be it and then all play fair by the rules....And in the USA we have a system of governing with checks and balances and the most crucial and utmost check on abuse of power if we the voters at the BALLOT BOX....and if at least 95% do not vote in all elections...we in the groups to vote in, then we have FAILED as a nation as the final and most powerful check and balance on power out of control is US. when we say good job stay awhile longer in office...or we choose another to try and do a better job...
And none has to go it alone as we have 3 branches of govt....plus us and when any part does not step up and do its job and deal with issues that must be dealt with for the fairness and justice for each one..then we have a system that is and has been collapsing around us and we have even had a law slipped in back in 2002 by earmark that has removed most of the power of oversight of nearly every past of govt and turned full control of our nation, data, records and much of that is our personal records of all kinds we rely on govt to keep protected and obey the laws as to who can access and what can be done with them.....and we have had abuses of these records all over and massive thefts from inside the ones now ruling....the govt contractors and a few deep stators who facilitate those contracts....A few hidden just below the more public political appointees....who stay for decades as political types come and go...and many seem never to know they were in charge of nothing....they were 'handled'....
We may grumble and not like who is in authority....but we always have another election and its upon all of us to respect the choices made...and help those elected make good choices and deal with issues and offer suggestions and find ways to make things work as the mandate of the US CONSTITUTION SAYS; ;for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation.."
And whatever form of govt we have....and in a free society it is going to work best that our laws and rules and ways....facilitate freedom...And some things we have to share the cost as few can afford to do what may be needed n matters of emergencies or even catastrophic health care needs....And as social beings innately caring about each others,,,even those we never will know we wish each one to have whatever is needed to sustain life as long and as best possible ..
And some things need to be allowed to be done in free enterprise....but fairly and there is no way for competition to be fair without some basic rules of fairness , and done to not harm us or the world...also....And that can and is a big issue now...as neglected for too long and how best to take steps to get us into a better world....We are doing a lot....and paying more in taxes is not doing it....when what each can do can be helped by some underlying laws..etc..that support each ones efforts...and communities....Many cities and towns will need to be rebuilt...and where should they be built and how is it best to make them more 'green' cities...something we should have paid attn to...all along...And that is local people deciding what works best for them....each one...and its not ever going to be the same anywhere...even if some principles are there...
But we have a system of orderly change in leadership....and its been in a real trial right now....and horribly some have not played fair at all...and respected the people who voted and the system that is set up so that three cities in the USA does not always elect our president and forget the others around the country that have unique needs...Like growing the food, that cities cannot do themselves....And one of the reasons our founders gave when they gave us a US Constitution in an imperfect world with many injustices to many....yet gave us a document that could be amended and change for the better as we changed in learning how better to live in peace in this world.... We are dong better , even if a few monsters we have raised have risen to the top and causing havoc and horrors around the world...Its not most...as once it seemed more common to be...
So back in the time of the Kings in ancient Israel and Judea....there was an inherited leadership and remember the people asked to have it...from an area of the patriarchs of each tribe having a type of council of elders that met for things....and the head of the tribe was also pretty much inherited also...with a difference among the Hebrew people....The leader...would decide which son would have the blessing of being the future leader once he passed on to the next existence...
(sorry ladies...we did not get full rights to even participate much for another few thousand years...in 1920 AD)
And that was expected to be accepted...A few times it was not...and caused much havoc and horrors at time...But an orderly change of power and leadership....did exist....And as long as things were fair and just things were rather peaceful....But it was never the best as when one has all that power,,,they are still imperfect humans and can make gross errors or fall into evil ways and abuse the power even those the 10th Commandment said DO NOT ABUSE POWER WHEN IN AUTHORITY (check out the Hebrew meaning of Covet we have translated this into English and seemed to have lost the meaning from a few hundred years ago....when our founders, if educated; could read the Bible in the original languages...and that one word, explains why our founders , who also gave us freedom of speech and religion put those 10 underlying principles upon public building...Its the 10 rules that does separate Church and State...as no gods hold public office in the USA...and the people have to have a way to remove those peacefully who turn out not good servants of us....and we have that ultimate power at the BALLOT BOX.....and when 95% + of all who could vote don't the rest of us just cannot make things rights without the power of the mandate of all of us or a real majority of all of us....
VOTE AND BE PART OF THE PROCESS.
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus....may we find our way to all be kings and priests or as we say today, rulers and ministers of each other as You called us all to be...And may we find our leaders in DC in a process to take care of crucial things that need to be done...and get along and vote and not rule by rumor, gossip, perjury and dirty dealings....serious matters face us right now....and we need our leaders to deal with those and get things passed that should have been taken care of decades ago so real crisis do not face us....
And help those get things set up for our TV's to be able to keep up with the world....and forgive me complaining with others in the world with no food, shelter or roof over their head.....but for me...being one of millions and with the buildings burning with toxic fumes in many breathing in....we have no safe meds and no meds for treatments and this cabal in total charge of health care...is not allowing key diagnostic tests to be run..to even make sure of ones diagnosis…...and that is lives being affected of sustaining them....as mine is under this also....and being shortened over it also.....
Pray for our elected leaders to deal with real life and death matters....and stop trying to blames anyone else but those who have to decide how to spend our public monies in the House of Representatives first....and then get it done...and be fair and reasonable for the others in this country...with a variety of ideas....and take the small steps if the big ones cannot be done at once...As we should already have been getting done....and I have shared some things in this blog of basics that could work well and not be costly also.....Its why in a world at Peace each unique person...is precious and has unique insights of what might work to help all of us in some way.....And in Your Precious and Holy Name....may each one pass on the Divine Love You have for each one of us....so we can have a world at Peace and evil has no part in getting us away from it...Amen!

In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus....may we find our way to all be kings and priests or as we say today, rulers and ministers of each other as You called us all to be...And may we find our leaders in DC in a process to take care of crucial things that need to be done...and get along and vote and not rule by rumor, gossip, perjury and dirty dealings....serious matters face us right now....and we need our leaders to deal with those and get things passed that should have been taken care of decades ago so real crisis do not face us....
And help those get things set up for our TV's to be able to keep up with the world....and forgive me complaining with others in the world with no food, shelter or roof over their head.....but for me...being one of millions and with the buildings burning with toxic fumes in many breathing in....we have no safe meds and no meds for treatments and this cabal in total charge of health care...is not allowing key diagnostic tests to be run..to even make sure of ones diagnosis…...and that is lives being affected of sustaining them....as mine is under this also....and being shortened over it also.....
Pray for our elected leaders to deal with real life and death matters....and stop trying to blames anyone else but those who have to decide how to spend our public monies in the House of Representatives first....and then get it done...and be fair and reasonable for the others in this country...with a variety of ideas....and take the small steps if the big ones cannot be done at once...As we should already have been getting done....and I have shared some things in this blog of basics that could work well and not be costly also.....Its why in a world at Peace each unique person...is precious and has unique insights of what might work to help all of us in some way.....And in Your Precious and Holy Name....may each one pass on the Divine Love You have for each one of us....so we can have a world at Peace and evil has no part in getting us away from it...Amen!

VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGE 62FF-85 with some 70's not used as was going to and sent some info via e mail as not sharing all to try and make this process work...as my life and others is first priority....and those of us with either US Dept of Labor as injured federal workers. or DOD for active duty military....both have govt entities that are responsible to get to FDA and make sure the meds in safe form are made as once they were and can work very well as have for decades for many....And those who alters our data on medical data bases as contractors or coerce other to do that....need to be turned over to our Justice system....as its illegal to alter official records as we two groups have had done...and its also illegal for anyone records in systems paid for by the taxpayers to be altered either for some reason to gain more money or intentional premeditated genocide....and that is real when we have millions some say 25 million + or more just in the USA and either not make meds go read the MEDICAL REGIMEN as real horrors are going on that are illegal and since 2002 govt contractors cannot be audited to stop what is going on nor criminally prosecuted as budget cannot be spent...and that comes back to the SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NOW AND IN THE PAST...WHO LET THIS HAPPEN TO ALL OF US...

Do not forget those crucial state and local ones where the power of the fed can be balanced by local and states part of maintaining a peaceful and orderly and FREE SOCIETY.. that supports the freedom and free will of each one of us....and just be fair and just in dealing with each other in this world....and the few who will not and do harm....its why we still need a legal system to deal with them and stop them from harming others...

Just finished 17 pages of VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGE 85 posted below...AND AM VERY TIRED.. But one thing got from this chapter..Is its OK and we should help pay for those things we have or use in common....here is a system of governing...with Moses in command and a court system set up and already the leaders of tribes...etc... and they had a one faith to follow and a priesthood that would not own their own lands to make a living...so there was a tithe and or tax structure set up... just be fair and just and allow some tax breaks for those needing them....
Its what we accept to do as common sense tells us we have to share the costs of some things...and following the guidelines in this one chapters we have a tax structure in the USA...that follows much of this....so that the lesser incomes pay less.....and we have political debates on how much the more wealthy should pay and we middle class....we are below now....used to complain that we seemed to be paying more than our fair share...
But one thing has become pretty universal in the USA..at the state level and that those who are disabled and or older as most say 65 or older...etc...can get a break on property taxes, some even no longer have to pay any....due to very low income...and this varies from state to state and many give a break to veterans of any age...also....for service to the nation....
So collectively pooling of funds and assets or animals etc....is not new and Biblical OK...as Christ was angered for the cheating and stealing and money changing of currencies unfairly when we overturned the tables in the Temple....Its the abuse of power, not the power that us given to some to use for good, that needs to be overturned by us now as voters when it becomes abusive to any one of us....and we have legal systems in place that we need to make sure work well for us n a fair and good manner... our Civil rights laws are inherent in Christ's teaching and back to the Mosaic law even....they just had not understood that women were also equal in the Kingdom of heaven and are to be on earth as well.....But we as humanity are gradually getting there one day at a time.....

This is a link to another that has been submitted routinely over time and ignored as rumor and gossip spewed out over signatures of higher level US Dept of Labor officials has been the govt authority for contractors and others in govt and non govt to act on the illegal info....And even Judges orders from US Dept of Labor that none of them know as none as access to records, files and data incomplete and often altered should be sending out letters authorizing deadly discrimination as for me its deadly not just financially harmful and when it involves family members who have Medicare cards or other govt insurance, and are on my primary employer plan through Federal Employees Health Benefits which my registered employer is and has been the US Dept of Labor since 10/11/94...and also has legal responsible liability for my health care and life since 1/10/89 for life when finally put on home oxygen- compressed older green bottles0 or liquid oxygen after no longer going to work that makes an invisible disability visible and a Air Force doctor whom I saw in private practice said that back on 1/10/89 THE MEDICAL SCIENCE KNEW THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON OXYGEN FROM THAT DAY FORWARD...and did not get it until sent home on federal workers comp the last time in expectation of permanent disability but the oxygen, and my former employer Health and Human Services SSA, prior to 10/11/94* finally signed they could never have reasonable accommodated by work related injures accepted by US Dept of Labor and not controverted as even order from Pres Bush 41 made this a matter of national security per Linda Tripp in 1996 and could not share much for that reason...and that all of us in our office should have 'benefit of the doubt' on out Federal workers comp claims.. * Somewhere along this ordeal of discrimination I had been informed that 10/11/94 was the beginning of the first pay period after the new federal fiscal year that begins on 10/1/94 after Social Security became an independent agency apart from HHS...And the current contractors at US Dept of Labor FECA has a system that discrimination's vs older cases with ongoing current benefits and work to be done...as it will not allow self posting of a file to it as shown in submitted document to EEO at US Dept of labor as HHS does not list SSA as an agency under HHS...and surely I am not the only one with a FECA case from an injury before 10/11/94? I am aware of survivor benefits from co workers...as well as those like me with work to be done and the liable section of the govt is HHS as employer and agencies under HHS still are HHS employees.....None asked me to transfer to the Sec Of Labor and /or why or what law etc...but it was done....and the confusion over my SF 50's for the initial transfer and later one when moving to the Dallas region in 1/97 that clearly stated for FEHB purposes as my resident Federal Blue Cross /Blue Shield was transferred to the Dallas region as resident Blues for self and any on my family plan...
NO EMPLOYEE RIGHTS SINCE AFFORDED ME.....and when the former FECA contractor under Lynn Blodgett Affiliated Computer Services.....the brother? of the current contractor Bill Blodgett and different corporate name of Comutrend things have gotten even worse. discrimination and false info spewed out and NO ACCOMMODATION MADE BY FECA TO PROCESS MATTERS WHICH much legally pending still and referred to by many US Dept of albor judges of even a few matters still not processed and paid back to 1989....violating my rights as well as those of all of those owed money and legally alive and created financial hardship when services rendered and equipment provided and never paid for or fully paid for....
And every attempt to get this done has been overruled by higher level US Dept of Labor officials obeying the false lies and false 'dossier' of the contractor. And or their few 'deep state' facilitators...and its a matter that needs to be ended as judges have ruled its not valid and to ask MS Adams for the facts and get my files reconstructed from my records and then matters with no initial decisions could be appealed and they rule on them if I did not agree.....And the mountain of work piles up and multitude of reconstructions disappeared out of the non govt facility in London KY that the govt covers up that no audits, investigations can be done....AND MAKES IT EVEN MORE CRUCIAL WITH THE ILLEGAL ABUSES OF CONTRACT TERMS AND LAWS AND REGULATIONS....TO MANIPULATE OUTCOMES OF CASES THEY CHOOSE TO DISCRIMINATION AGAINST..LIKE MINE WITH MANY HUGE PRIVATE AND OTHER INTERESTS NOT WISHING MY CASE TO EXIST....as told years ago that I was one of about 6 legally medical cases in the nation for toxic and chemical injuries...and the subsequent suppression of medical knowledge of the INSTITERIUM as inflammation that begins in the lungs...goes on through the entire lymphatic organ throughout the body....and in my case the damage to the mucous membrane was not just the lunges with resultant inflammation, swelling and fluid build up called edema...etc.
and over the years as each doctor referred to some body part as directly connected an additional claim for acceptance has been filed....but as of yet,,,none processed as not even allowed to be seen by the US Dept of Labor...
But, the 1988 law covers ALL MEDICAL cares since put on home oxygen by FECAINSTITERIUM...HAS HAD NO DIRECT WAY OF GETTING IT TO THE US DEPT OF LABOR...AND IS INCLUDED IN EEO-DOL COMPLAINT CASES THAT as of 8/5/19 the deadly discrimination came to full clarity when my own doctor found out had been lied to about results of key tests that US DEPT OF LABOR had done their job finally back in 1994 and gotten some National Institutes of Health doctors to run a protocol on my and proved a permanent injury that gets more exacerbated on exposure to even parts per billion...now research says parts per trillion...of common modern office chemical... which for most is parts per million as considered safe....and for me...had worked for 20+ years in modern offices without any lung issues...now known its the whole body affected of the INSTITERIUM....and a major change in medical science that will change the future of it....and should ONE BODY INTERCONNECTED TO EACH OTHERS AND ONE PART INFLAMMED GOES ON THROUGH TO AFFECT THE WHOLE... Common sense now has become accepted medical science... And am not sure there are even ICD-10 billing codes yet for this and sent a request to the coding counsel but have not heard back yet...from that govt funded contracted out entity...
I get so many govt press releases and save them...but impossible to get all read....and so much of govt info and even our laws and regs are in pdf format online and one can GOOGLE OR BING to find something...and info in that offline format does not come up unless its in a title...etc..(no wonder Freedom of information requests are backed up 50 years which much might not even be filed...if they could access the basics in moments as we can most everything else posted online somewhere?)
In my phone and others contacts with govt officials..etc...I professionally give a 'due process warning' that judges have ruled You do not have access to the facts in files, data and judges orders as not posted....and to ask me for the facts by ruling of judges at US Dept of Labor and one by one...ALL IGNORE THIS AND MAKE NO EFFORT TO OBTAIN THEM DIRECTLY OR REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO POST THEM WHICH ALL PAPERS COMING IN IS TO BE FROM WHATEVER SOURCE TO THEIR FACILITY IN LONDON KY... as they are not judges, or deciders of facts of a case for initial or appeals and are TO POST ALL..... AND TO TREAT ME DISPARATELY and allow them to get by with it....PUT THE DISCRIMINATING AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME EVEN WORSE ….when they then put a letter, with no appeal rights...or try to make a decision intentionally manipulated by the contractors deciding what the truth is and withholding even judges orders that long ago affirms by ongoing right to benefits....and constantly informed as the judges ruled rumor and gossip is spewed out as truth and DOL officials then PUT THEIR SIGNATURE ON LIES...AND MAKES THAT THE AUTHORITY from one legally in charge of my rights and health care to follow the initial order of the high level DOL official Horace m Cooper who told me and repeated later one....as the policy now of the DOL to discriminate vs me and 'let her die' THE ULTIMATE HARM TO ONE...DEATH...
And now our class of those with similar disabilities is said to number 25 million.....in the USA with no safe meds..and no meds at all med for us...to take tot sustain life as authority is to alter records of lung patient on others data bases such as the federally funded HHS one that all of us are in since 2010 and those with a health plan since 1999 WITH NO PROTECTION OF THOSE RECORDS... and then go forward and make all COPD patients whose medical needs are not the same....and often violently harmful....
AND AS WE WATCH BUILDINGS BURN THAT CREATE TOXINS IN THE AIR IN WILDFIRES IN CALIFORNIA... MORE IN OUR DISABILITY CATEGORIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE ADDED.... OF VARYING SEVERITIES and few are aware of the real dangers...and dust masks do not filter out toxic fumes...for acid gases as even a painters mask only gets organic vapors... All I can add to the officials warnings GET OUT and stay away until the fires go out...as what burns is not wood in modern buildings.....and the beginning of progressive diseases..that used to be able to be slowed down....with medications and diagnostic testing IS NOT ALLOWED NOW AS WHAT ONE GETS ALL GET AND NONE ARE GETTING THE STANDARD OF CARE...THAT EXISTS and has existed for decades now....and a real propaganda war is going on that some like me are aware of involved as a discrimination victim...to suppress it of the INSTITERIUM as a full body organ...ETC. of which the mucous membrane is the top layer...and exposure can damage and a badly needed study to confirm that the initial healing is fast...but when treatment is sought..one ends up with a second injury with that destroys even that initial healing attempt by our bodies in one of the most deadly places for one like me...an emergency room of a hospital with open air...and every bedded patient having an over load of common chemicals being used.....and for years a real harassment of what got you? when what got us secondarily was the same common chemicals we all have used for our entire lives everywhere to clean and disinfect our surroundings and selves....And since 1/10/89 can now no longer tolerate at even parts per trillion is he latest...info....(its DNA or cellular level inflammation )
Discrimination can not only cause harms to those targeted by it...and others like them but the cover up can lead to far worse as happened since 1/10/89 right down to 9/11/01 not being stopped and I was just another one trying to stop it for 2 years also...and few of us knew others were also trying also (Go to DAILY RECAP ADDED 9/11/16 and elsewhere in this blog since 12/08 of how corruption on top of corruption led us right to 9/11/01 and ensuing wars all over the world...by those who are enemies of the USA taking advantage of our own internal corruptions as occurred back in 1/89 in our office...that began to come to light after a toxic cloud enveloped our office... but if the gas detectors had not been turned off by Hartz mountain Industries owner of the building at 2 Journal Square jersey City NJ those of us on 9th floor of 90 person office...would have been evacuated...and in my area...we were the last group overcome. But by that time...every chemical in the building etc...had become a toxic soup....and the cover up began before we even were aware some were getting sick...etc.. and I was the only one not turned away from area hospitals without testing even and got the testing to prove toxic exposure...and being prepared for admission and treatment as near death.....and then when they found out who I worked for HHS WAS SENT HOME TO DIE LIKE THE OTHERS HAD BEEN.....later found our that somehow Port Authority got put on my chart as employer and had had AFGE Union insurance from AFL-CIO as it was one of the FEHB plans back then....and I got separated from my groups and not one got a chest x-ray even...and all had health ins....but before we even were aware of seriousness the peer review Axiom HAD BEEN CONTACTED TO BLOCK TREATMENT OF ALL OF US...before any doctor has seen us... and I had no issues other than some files getting delayed being sent on from HHS... WITH GETTING ACCEPTED AT FECA....etc... AND THE cover up atrocities got worse over time right down to a real embedded deep state and now since 2002 unaccountable contractors in total control of the USA...and nations...also...and heaven help any trying
clean up the corruption ensnared for decades now... and whatever Linda Tripp knew and could not share...she turned on Pres Clinton..and
(On the way home from discussion with our son in 1996, the infamous tape recorder was purchased...and he is the "cute guy at MacDonald's trying to help his mother" on tape 1. But Ken Starr never contacted him or any of us about this as seems he did everyone else who knew even a shred of gossip or fact about anything's of an affair of a president...) (as if this is the first one in public office who ever cheated on his or her spouse?) Missing the crucial cover up of an enemy of the USA already attacking us...and no investigations being allowed..as it only took me a few phone calls, not $40 million to find out...and the 9/11 Commission headed by 2 in public office back then....in NEW JERSEY did not go back before 1995 and blew the mission of what laws were needed to stop another....and what we got was let the cabal of contractors rule an overthrown nation...instead..and govt go along with it...in defiance of laws, civil rights of all as well as all constitutional rights of all we affect...and judges rulings as we promise by oath of each when accepting our jobs by every federal employee to uphold the constitution of the USA as we perform our job duties.....
That is the issue with gossip and rumor running the govt for decades now... AS SOON the amount stolen through this cabal of contractors who have forced out more ethical ones who have no recourse to get our or go along as NO GOVT ALLOWED TO SPEND ONE PENNY TO SHUT IT DOWN....and as long as govt officials continue to send our letters with no basis in fact and defy judges who say they did not know...and go along also taking their orders from gossip and not me..as ordered and get my files together and deal with facts and evidence.s..as no system is reliable for its data...and paper files. go missing along with our civil rights for some of us..in minority categories who are to have extra protections as our laws stipulate....and worse is WHEN WHAT HAPPENS TO ONE IS THEN DONE TO MILLIONS AND MILLIONS... and makes the statement of justice denied one denies it to all and THIS DISABLED OLD CHRISTIAN WOMAN follows a faith that this principle has been taught for thousands of years..."when you do it to the least of these you do it to THE DIVINE WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST.....' and why religion has been included...in my list of protected classes.. for the very underlying principles of our civil rights laws and our governing document of the US Constitution that grows as we better understands these basic wisdom inherent in creation itself of anything good..for one and all being worthy of life as each life is precious. Even those who do horrific and discriminating things...whether intentionally manipulated or too many who forgot their duties. And offices. and go along to get along...and also continue the directed discrimination's...
At Medicare the same cabal of BLODGETTS if that even be their family name...of 1000+/ corporate names intertwined in what one could call BEAST SYSTEM none even at SEC has unraveled....and massive harms, and public monies messing as online reports and official info indicates its more then THE NATIONAL DEBT of trillions and only the FEDERAL RESERVE would know where it was all diverted to??
For me and my family members who have Medicare cards on my FEHB plan the over payments created vs me and our heirs is over 200 million or more and this is TAKING THE ORDERS FROM US DEPT OF LABOR... and altering even the official US Dept of Labor post as registered employer that is an OFFICIAL GOVT POSTING AND ILLEGAL TO ALTER.... and states that for me and those family members with cards or other govt plans that pay last....our heirs will inherit these over payments as over at SSA the same issues is that easy to get waivers of liability can be filed without giving any personal financial info and approved with the phrase 'against equity and good conscience" when the govt itself is not allowed to stop the crimes..." and worse when they can get a high level official duped or part of the illegal scam to sign a letter of false facts giving them written authority to alter records, destroy records and alter even diagnoses etc....so that health care and medications are NOT EVEN MADE TO SUSTAIN LIFE FOR MILLIONS ...AND BY THE TIME THE WILDFIRES END ALL OVER....IT MAY BE ANOTHER 10 MILLION ADDED as even those who homes are not burned the air is being seem from space on fire...… and PART 5 of MEDICAL REGIMEN..lists he gas mask cartridges needed....and not the cheaper ones either....and with the inflammation over the last two years from not fully being able to neutralize the violent inflamer in the theophylline allowed by FDA AS US DEPT OF LABOR.....and over at DOD also for military....have not gotten to FDA and informed them not to rely on what they get for data and info or only part of med watches from the cabal of contractors and make this right for us...under their direct responsibility as mine is approved medicines of theophylline and pirbeuterol….and older meds in safe form as used to be....and my own doctor has prescribed....and has ideas. also...etc...as the pirbuterol used to be a water soluble pill 45 years ago...so why not compound as done with two other inhalers no longer made and preservatives free drops put in the distilled water bubble cup attached to my liquid oxygen tank....which 9INJURED WORKERS GETTING BLOCKED FROM LIQUID OXYGEN SUPPLIERS EVEN FOR NON WORKERS COMP SOURCES now over the same cabal in control of all workers comp in USA as well as EVERY PART OF HEALTH CARE...one may not even be aware of from systems to managing every part of it...and much is federally funded and NO GOVT IN CHARGE AT ALL.....not even to stop crimes….AND
When a high level official decides to forgo responsibility and check out verbal info as fact before signing lies over their signature...that all these illegal atrocities can occur by thousands and thousands....all over in govt and non govt then use that letter to cause undue harm in civil rights violations as well as crimes against all of us....and humanity itself... Each one has to accept the responsibility of their jobs and on 9/12/19 another letter went out from District Director #50, not even my district manager...for Dallas, whom I never had a chance to speak to.....and the former letter from Regional commissioner from before and another letter before that a few years earlier...IS THE ONLY THING TO GO ON besides the ongoing ILLEGAL WITHHOLDING OF MY FILES, DATA AND MOST IMPORTANTLY JUDGES RULINGS THAT THEY ARE NOT TO BE TAKING ACTIONS BASED ON GOSSIP AND RUMOR....AND ASK ME FOR THE FACTS ND RECONSTRUCT FILES FROM MY RECORDS... A and out it went....FOR THOUSANDS TO COMMIT CRIMES BASED ON THIS ONE MORE LETTER as all accept as truth...and this one did not even know no files from anyone who worked for HHS -SSA prior to 10/11/94 could post their files....and do not think all those from my office..and others injured before that are dead yet...or all survivors due checks are also..yet…
AND WHY DUE PROCESS IS GIVEN WITH FIRST CONTACT...TO ALL and they discrimination and do not even bother getting and reading them....before causing more reprisals and harms...and it spreads and spreads to worse and worse...
And many things needed to resolve this but all those signing letters being used all over need to rescind them...and get out to every one who accessed their false info and thousands have acted on this but they need to know and the best way to correct is get a backlog of 30+ years processed and paid as affirmed as approved....and first help me stay alive as one cannot get past the cabal contractors call centers to where needed at FDA etc...and others or get a chemist and mix up the meds...as they are older ones out of patent domain….and surely someone would be willing to find a sterile place and make what millions need right now to sustain life...just in the USA... and theophylline natural or synthetic if not combined with preservatives or additives...has been used by me for years when made n safe form...without inflamers...and why not just buy that from pharmaceuticals companies....

And thanks to an EEO person at US Dept of labor who got an admission from one that the letter sent out last year...was based on no files or data and now admits there is a FECA case....but no corrective letter sent out to all who acted on it....and got to my own doctors via the chain of people and systems to cause me and them harms also....and daily 2 times injured to stay alive...and no rescue inhaler anymore. making me basically bedfast just to not exert....and real help needed from family for things used to be able to do in short spurts of energy can not do...as even though use perfume free products. etc...ITS IMPOSSIBLE APART FROM A LABORATORY purified air chamber to live in 24/7 but was able to sustain a pretty good quality of life if something got into my air and the rescue inhaler Maxair (pirbuterol)that my stash gotten ahead also ran out earlier this year....and had been using a prescribed 4 to 6 times a day puffs but had gone to 1 or 2 as it seems the discrimination against our minority class of chemically induced asthmatics/pneumonitis (Institerium)....was not going to stop...as only a couple of years ago did the COPD AND OTHERS TYPES WHO HAVE MEDS....FINALLY HAD SOME WARNINGS NOT FOR ASTHMA'S..... and now few ads even out... and as long as false letters go our from govt officials. even to members of Congress for constituents like me....CONGRESS THINKS ALL IS WELL AND ITS NOT its a deadly discriminatory horror... MEDICARE IS NOT TO EVER GET A CLAIM ON ME due to 1988 law for anything and thus could never have stolen one penny by creating one false Medicare claim number let alone 17.....and this justification to alter my records...led to authority to do so for a trillion dollars worth from insiders at one contractors who was allowed to documents all and now..the cabal manages this and since 10/6/16 when the new system was turned off and bogus one sold for big money to medical community in USA.....no one has seen anyone workers comp listed at all...and since 1/1/06 the system has been illegal as ones injury case had to be the day one got Part A Medicare or later.....and most would be 2 1/2 years earlier and mine was more than that as tried to work and the older case at SSA is still pending unworked...with judges remand orders over there as shared online in other civil rights violations.... and one false letter that ignores judges of own agencies and does it anyway if not part the ricco case of organized crime ring that since 2002 cannot be investigated inside a contractors but for DOD but still can for govt employees. as referred to by US Attorneys office of mine a few years ago as described... So if not part of the crime ring....they have been negligent in their duties not to listen to my clear words...JUDGES ORDERS SAY YOU DO NOT HAVE THE FACTS AND TO ASK ME...and do nothing to get those orders...as they are saying they ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE THEM UNLESS DIGITIZED.....so OFFICIALLY all anyone know at the US DEPT OF LABOR ON ANY ONES FECA CASE but WHAT THE CONTRACTOR WISHES ONE TO KNOW....and that violates any federal contract that requires them to uphold the laws of the land... .
And the massive thefts of files and parts of files in the DALLAS FECA OFFICE back in the late 1990'S THAT SET ME ON THIS HORRIFIC JOURNEY OF NO RIGHTS OF EVEN LIFE....WAS ONE CRIMINALLY MESSED WITH.....just as Dow Chemical was getting permission to add these chemical binders into pills that my doctors successfully kept me from taking and also the pharmaceutical companies they had me call and professionally said yes or no when I asked if the three main chemical groups I had to avoided were in the pill and in 2014....the cabal call centers took over and all we get is the less than honest package inserts read to us...and got badly injured then.....and another med substituted and then the only safe theophylline was blocked by FDA THREE TIMES TO MAKE SAYING SITE PROBLEMS....and have no plans to make using dehydrated lactose... just put the theophylline out without binding but a FDA REG PROHIBITS THAT which makes no medical sense..at all as was taken like that for over 100 years in natural form but now synthesized which I had taken the TEVA brand for 25 years now since the name brand not made with beeswax as binder....and we have to save the bees or none of us will survive....without food grown chemicals is not nutrition either... (and saw online that if they had gotten into production. They were to add in the worse inflamers and would not be safe at all to take...worse than Alembic with only one....and its too much....but online help found some help to neutralize...as POISON CONTROL IS MSSING HUNDERDS OF MILLINOS OF DOLLARS TO GET NEWER SUBSTANCES INTO A DATA BASE....and they are decades out of date on this...and retaliated for me pleading with them for help and going to an ER already inflamed and NO MEDS MADE TO TAKE EVEN....MY FAMILY WATCHED OVER ME. as if had taken the two pills would not be alive....but tried to use one...and it was a violent reaction....but was prepared to go if need be....but began drinking purified water but it also allowed me to understand how it reacted....and when one heats up the solution the crushed pill is soaked it as it is like a volcano erupting as its an inflaming alcohol gas ether...and that can be reduced n the microwave up to 2 minutes and watch or it will foam all over...(go to MEDICAL REGIMEN) ... and I made it through and began to search for answers. and its not just probiotics or acidophilus the main one...but the one for the liver and salivarious for the respiratory... and it takes 3 per solution and its not cheap...for one like me and no reimbursement.. and that's 6 a day...plus the organic...Tumeric and nutmeg another alcohol hangover remedy...And for organic watch for those passing California laws...as some saying USDA certified for anything can still be treated with a chemical...and thanks to the doctor who warned me about that....

There is a large class affected like me...BUT I MAY BE A CLASS OF ONE...if the only surviving medical precedent...and very difficult for another to exist when even diagnostic testing is blocked as since 8/5/19 the tests tried to get done....and those in included in the background that is also background for all subsequent dates up to now and until things are made right and whole and life ending harms not stopped....or my heir have to continue...and pray not as should have had a good number of years..to live...as even my doctors early one said with medical care could live a long life....and I have had relatives live often into their 90's and some over 100.... and that is getting gravely shortened...
And appealing to those deciding to go ahead and discriminate...their own sense of value of their own lives should they get injured like me...is a lack of sense of will to live...'we are all going to die sometime" and in my faith book when another intentionally causes one to die before they should...its usually called murder... and if careless actions done that causes the harm, then we have legal categories for that of negligence.... and this mocks my faith....that even some doing this surely adhere to also...of LIFE IS A PRECIOUS GIFT....and none should be shortening it....and Christ said heal the sick and feed the hungry or we get hell and not heaven....and He taught us a prayer to pray for heaven on EARTH..TO EXIST..... and if some object to my faith......its also the foundations of the very laws that protect our rights to life...but for a few convicted murderers our laws legally allow to be terminated from this existence... and this humble civil servant who just went to work one day 1/10/89 at her HHS-SSA job at 2 Journal Square 9TH FL JERSEY City NJ and about 1:30 PM a toxic cloud she was unaware of accumulating finally found its way to her area and enveloped here and the gas detectors did not go off...as they were not on...and the FIRE DEPT HAD ALREADY CITED THE OWNERS HARTZ MOUNTAIN INDUSTRIES THAT ONE MORE TIME and the brand new building would be condemned if building defects in ventilation etc.were not fixed.....

and no good reason any in my areas or any of us should have been over come....and we had no idea the real danger we were in with a new building that could not legally have passed CITY, STATE OR FEDERAL INSPECTION for any of us to even work in from 7/88 on....and even the fixes were not sufficient for one like me...when tried to work the first time and sent home on FECA.... others who go turned away from medical care back then....got left behind without those key tests run at the beginning....and I DID RETURN TO WORK in 7/90 AND A FORGERY DONE NEVER SIGNED BY ANYONE AT FECA OR ANY DOCTOR OF MINE..FECA'S OR OTHERWISE......but orders from one promoted who did the hiring in 1988 sent me a letter ordering return....and ignoring that in step three of a union grievance has the right to report to any other like office under that manager now promoted to over all teleservice centers in NY region...and drove 75 miles one way for a few months and ending up in ER's getting oxygen fixes....and finally a transfer closer but still too far. as the fire doors to the office were more than 10lbs to push open..(sounds ludicrous. But its been a deadly ludicrousness ask the survivors of 9/11/ victims and families of our fallen soldiers since then..)
....as no oxygen...or accommodation and through the whole EEO PROCESS as never allowed to work with regional handicap coordinator as became clear in 1993 that. real crimes got me back into the modern office environment...that FECA had already said could not work in and HHS PROMISED TO ACCOMMODATE AND DID NOTHING.....

NO EMPLOYEE RIGHTS SINCE AFFORDED ME.....and when the former FECA contractor under Lynn Blodgett Affiliated Computer Services.....the brother? of the current contractor Bill Blodgett and different corporate name of Comutrend things have gotten even worse. discrimination and false info spewed out and NO ACCOMMODATION MADE BY FECA TO PROCESS MATTERS WHICH much legally pending still and referred to by many US Dept of albor judges of even a few matters still not processed and paid back to 1989....violating my rights as well as those of all of those owed money and legally alive and created financial hardship when services rendered and equipment provided and never paid for or fully paid for....
And every attempt to get this done has been overruled by higher level US Dept of Labor officials obeying the false lies and false 'dossier' of the contractor. And or their few 'deep state' facilitators...and its a matter that needs to be ended as judges have ruled its not valid and to ask MS Adams for the facts and get my files reconstructed from my records and then matters with no initial decisions could be appealed and they rule on them if I did not agree.....And the mountain of work piles up and multitude of reconstructions disappeared out of the non govt facility in London KY that the govt covers up that no audits, investigations can be done....AND MAKES IT EVEN MORE CRUCIAL WITH THE ILLEGAL ABUSES OF CONTRACT TERMS AND LAWS AND REGULATIONS....TO MANIPULATE OUTCOMES OF CASES THEY CHOOSE TO DISCRIMINATION AGAINST..LIKE MINE WITH MANY HUGE PRIVATE AND OTHER INTERESTS NOT WISHING MY CASE TO EXIST....as told years ago that I was one of about 6 legally medical cases in the nation for toxic and chemical injuries...and the subsequent suppression of medical knowledge of the INSTITERIUM as inflammation that begins in the lungs...goes on through the entire lymphatic organ throughout the body....and in my case the damage to the mucous membrane was not just the lunges with resultant inflammation, swelling and fluid build up called edema...etc.
and over the years as each doctor referred to some body part as directly connected an additional claim for acceptance has been filed....but as of yet,,,none processed as not even allowed to be seen by the US Dept of Labor...
But, the 1988 law covers ALL MEDICAL cares since put on home oxygen by FECAINSTITERIUM...HAS HAD NO DIRECT WAY OF GETTING IT TO THE US DEPT OF LABOR...AND IS INCLUDED IN EEO-DOL COMPLAINT CASES THAT as of 8/5/19 the deadly discrimination came to full clarity when my own doctor found out had been lied to about results of key tests that US DEPT OF LABOR had done their job finally back in 1994 and gotten some National Institutes of Health doctors to run a protocol on my and proved a permanent injury that gets more exacerbated on exposure to even parts per billion...now research says parts per trillion...of common modern office chemical... which for most is parts per million as considered safe....and for me...had worked for 20+ years in modern offices without any lung issues...now known its the whole body affected of the INSTITERIUM....and a major change in medical science that will change the future of it....and should ONE BODY INTERCONNECTED TO EACH OTHERS AND ONE PART INFLAMMED GOES ON THROUGH TO AFFECT THE WHOLE... Common sense now has become accepted medical science... And am not sure there are even ICD-10 billing codes yet for this and sent a request to the coding counsel but have not heard back yet...from that govt funded contracted out entity...
I get so many govt press releases and save them...but impossible to get all read....and so much of govt info and even our laws and regs are in pdf format online and one can GOOGLE OR BING to find something...and info in that offline format does not come up unless its in a title...etc..(no wonder Freedom of information requests are backed up 50 years which much might not even be filed...if they could access the basics in moments as we can most everything else posted online somewhere?)
In my phone and others contacts with govt officials..etc...I professionally give a 'due process warning' that judges have ruled You do not have access to the facts in files, data and judges orders as not posted....and to ask me for the facts by ruling of judges at US Dept of Labor and one by one...ALL IGNORE THIS AND MAKE NO EFFORT TO OBTAIN THEM DIRECTLY OR REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO POST THEM WHICH ALL PAPERS COMING IN IS TO BE FROM WHATEVER SOURCE TO THEIR FACILITY IN LONDON KY... as they are not judges, or deciders of facts of a case for initial or appeals and are TO POST ALL..... AND TO TREAT ME DISPARATELY and allow them to get by with it....PUT THE DISCRIMINATING AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME EVEN WORSE ….when they then put a letter, with no appeal rights...or try to make a decision intentionally manipulated by the contractors deciding what the truth is and withholding even judges orders that long ago affirms by ongoing right to benefits....and constantly informed as the judges ruled rumor and gossip is spewed out as truth and DOL officials then PUT THEIR SIGNATURE ON LIES...AND MAKES THAT THE AUTHORITY from one legally in charge of my rights and health care to follow the initial order of the high level DOL official Horace m Cooper who told me and repeated later one....as the policy now of the DOL to discriminate vs me and 'let her die' THE ULTIMATE HARM TO ONE...DEATH...
And now our class of those with similar disabilities is said to number 25 million.....in the USA with no safe meds..and no meds at all med for us...to take tot sustain life as authority is to alter records of lung patient on others data bases such as the federally funded HHS one that all of us are in since 2010 and those with a health plan since 1999 WITH NO PROTECTION OF THOSE RECORDS... and then go forward and make all COPD patients whose medical needs are not the same....and often violently harmful....
AND AS WE WATCH BUILDINGS BURN THAT CREATE TOXINS IN THE AIR IN WILDFIRES IN CALIFORNIA... MORE IN OUR DISABILITY CATEGORIES ARE EXPECTED TO BE ADDED.... OF VARYING SEVERITIES and few are aware of the real dangers...and dust masks do not filter out toxic fumes...for acid gases as even a painters mask only gets organic vapors... All I can add to the officials warnings GET OUT and stay away until the fires go out...as what burns is not wood in modern buildings.....and the beginning of progressive diseases..that used to be able to be slowed down....with medications and diagnostic testing IS NOT ALLOWED NOW AS WHAT ONE GETS ALL GET AND NONE ARE GETTING THE STANDARD OF CARE...THAT EXISTS and has existed for decades now....and a real propaganda war is going on that some like me are aware of involved as a discrimination victim...to suppress it of the INSTITERIUM as a full body organ...ETC. of which the mucous membrane is the top layer...and exposure can damage and a badly needed study to confirm that the initial healing is fast...but when treatment is sought..one ends up with a second injury with that destroys even that initial healing attempt by our bodies in one of the most deadly places for one like me...an emergency room of a hospital with open air...and every bedded patient having an over load of common chemicals being used.....and for years a real harassment of what got you? when what got us secondarily was the same common chemicals we all have used for our entire lives everywhere to clean and disinfect our surroundings and selves....And since 1/10/89 can now no longer tolerate at even parts per trillion is he latest...info....(its DNA or cellular level inflammation )

For me and my family members who have Medicare cards on my FEHB plan the over payments created vs me and our heirs is over 200 million or more and this is TAKING THE ORDERS FROM US DEPT OF LABOR... and altering even the official US Dept of Labor post as registered employer that is an OFFICIAL GOVT POSTING AND ILLEGAL TO ALTER.... and states that for me and those family members with cards or other govt plans that pay last....our heirs will inherit these over payments as over at SSA the same issues is that easy to get waivers of liability can be filed without giving any personal financial info and approved with the phrase 'against equity and good conscience" when the govt itself is not allowed to stop the crimes..." and worse when they can get a high level official duped or part of the illegal scam to sign a letter of false facts giving them written authority to alter records, destroy records and alter even diagnoses etc....so that health care and medications are NOT EVEN MADE TO SUSTAIN LIFE FOR MILLIONS ...AND BY THE TIME THE WILDFIRES END ALL OVER....IT MAY BE ANOTHER 10 MILLION ADDED as even those who homes are not burned the air is being seem from space on fire...… and PART 5 of MEDICAL REGIMEN..lists he gas mask cartridges needed....and not the cheaper ones either....and with the inflammation over the last two years from not fully being able to neutralize the violent inflamer in the theophylline allowed by FDA AS US DEPT OF LABOR.....and over at DOD also for military....have not gotten to FDA and informed them not to rely on what they get for data and info or only part of med watches from the cabal of contractors and make this right for us...under their direct responsibility as mine is approved medicines of theophylline and pirbeuterol….and older meds in safe form as used to be....and my own doctor has prescribed....and has ideas. also...etc...as the pirbuterol used to be a water soluble pill 45 years ago...so why not compound as done with two other inhalers no longer made and preservatives free drops put in the distilled water bubble cup attached to my liquid oxygen tank....which 9INJURED WORKERS GETTING BLOCKED FROM LIQUID OXYGEN SUPPLIERS EVEN FOR NON WORKERS COMP SOURCES now over the same cabal in control of all workers comp in USA as well as EVERY PART OF HEALTH CARE...one may not even be aware of from systems to managing every part of it...and much is federally funded and NO GOVT IN CHARGE AT ALL.....not even to stop crimes….AND
When a high level official decides to forgo responsibility and check out verbal info as fact before signing lies over their signature...that all these illegal atrocities can occur by thousands and thousands....all over in govt and non govt then use that letter to cause undue harm in civil rights violations as well as crimes against all of us....and humanity itself... And thanks to an EEO person at US Dept of labor who got an admission from one that the letter sent out last year...was based on no files or data and now admits there is a FECA case....but no corrective letter sent out to all who acted on it....and got to my own doctors via the chain of people and systems to cause me and them harms also....and daily 2 times injured to stay alive...and no rescue inhaler anymore. making me basically bedfast just to not exert....and real help needed from family for things used to be able to do in short spurts of energy can not do...as even though use perfume free products. etc...ITS IMPOSSIBLE APART FROM A LABORATORY purified air chamber to live in 24/7 but was able to sustain a pretty good quality of life if something got into my air and the rescue inhaler Maxair (pirbuterol)that my stash gotten ahead also ran out earlier this year....and had been using a prescribed 4 to 6 times a day puffs but had gone to 1 or 2 as it seems the discrimination against our minority class of chemically induced asthmatics/pneumonitis (Institerium)....was not going to stop...as only a couple of years ago did the COPD AND OTHERS TYPES WHO HAVE MEDS....FINALLY HAD SOME WARNINGS NOT FOR ASTHMA'S..... and now few ads even out... and as long as false letters go our from govt officials. even to members of Congress for constituents like me....CONGRESS THINKS ALL IS WELL AND ITS NOT its a deadly discriminatory horror... MEDICARE IS NOT TO EVER GET A CLAIM ON ME due to 1988 law for anything and thus could never have stolen one penny by creating one false Medicare claim number let alone 17.....and this justification to alter my records...led to authority to do so for a trillion dollars worth from insiders at one contractors who was allowed to documents all and now..the cabal manages this and since 10/6/16 when the new system was turned off and bogus one sold for big money to medical community in USA.....no one has seen anyone workers comp listed at all...and since 1/1/06 the system has been illegal as ones injury case had to be the day one got Part A Medicare or later.....and most would be 2 1/2 years earlier and mine was more than that as tried to work and the older case at SSA is still pending unworked...with judges remand orders over there as shared online in other civil rights violations.... and one false letter that ignores judges of own agencies and does it anyway if not part the ricco case of organized crime ring that since 2002 cannot be investigated inside a contractors but for DOD but still can for govt employees. as referred to by US Attorneys office of mine a few years ago as described... (and saw online that if they had gotten into production. They were to add in the worse inflamers and would not be safe at all to take...worse than Alembic with only one....and its too much....but online help found some help to neutralize...as POISON CONTROL IS MSSING HUNDERDS OF MILLINOS OF DOLLARS TO GET NEWER SUBSTANCES INTO A DATA BASE....and they are decades out of date on this...and retaliated for me pleading with them for help and going to an ER already inflamed and NO MEDS MADE TO TAKE EVEN....MY FAMILY WATCHED OVER ME. as if had taken the two pills would not be alive....but tried to use one...and it was a violent reaction....but was prepared to go if need be....but began drinking purified water but it also allowed me to understand how it reacted....and when one heats up the solution the crushed pill is soaked it as it is like a volcano erupting as its an inflaming alcohol gas ether...and that can be reduced n the microwave up to 2 minutes and watch or it will foam all over...(go to MEDICAL REGIMEN) ... and I made it through and began to search for answers. and its not just probiotics or acidophilus the main one...but the one for the liver and salivarious for the respiratory... and it takes 3 per solution and its not cheap...for one like me and no reimbursement.. and that's 6 a day...plus the organic...Tumeric and nutmeg another alcohol hangover remedy...And for organic watch for those passing California laws...as some saying USDA certified for anything can still be treated with a chemical...and thanks to the doctor who warned me about that....

There is a large class affected like me...BUT I MAY BE A CLASS OF ONE...if the only surviving medical precedent...and very difficult for another to exist when even diagnostic testing is blocked as since 8/5/19 the tests tried to get done....and those in included in the background that is also background for all subsequent dates up to now and until things are made right and whole and life ending harms not stopped....or my heir have to continue...and pray not as should have had a good number of years..to live...as even my doctors early one said with medical care could live a long life....and I have had relatives live often into their 90's and some over 100.... and that is getting gravely shortened...
And appealing to those deciding to go ahead and discriminate...their own sense of value of their own lives should they get injured like me...is a lack of sense of will to live...'we are all going to die sometime" and in my faith book when another intentionally causes one to die before they should...its usually called murder... and if careless actions done that causes the harm, then we have legal categories for that of negligence.... and this mocks my faith....that even some doing this surely adhere to also...of LIFE IS A PRECIOUS GIFT....and none should be shortening it....and Christ said heal the sick and feed the hungry or we get hell and not heaven....and He taught us a prayer to pray for heaven on EARTH..TO EXIST..... and if some object to my faith......its also the foundations of the very laws that protect our rights to life...but for a few convicted murderers our laws legally allow to be terminated from this existence... and this humble civil servant who just went to work one day 1/10/89 at her HHS-SSA job at 2 Journal Square 9TH FL JERSEY City NJ and about 1:30 PM a toxic cloud she was unaware of accumulating finally found its way to her area and enveloped here and the gas detectors did not go off...as they were not on...and the FIRE DEPT HAD ALREADY CITED THE OWNERS HARTZ MOUNTAIN INDUSTRIES THAT ONE MORE TIME and the brand new building would be condemned if building defects in ventilation etc.were not fixed.....
and after public enemy number one deceased by seal team in 2010 had been in to pick up his 1988 HHS w-2 FROM three weeks of work in 7/88 and not even a US Citizen….etc. (read Daily Recap Added 9/11/16) and he existed down a stairwell usually kept locked n center of office...on others side...and soon toxic fumes began to rise...and build up....
and no good reason any in my areas or any of us should have been over come....and we had no idea the real danger we were in with a new building that could not legally have passed CITY, STATE OR FEDERAL INSPECTION for any of us to even work in from 7/88 on....and even the fixes were not sufficient for one like me...when tried to work the first time and sent home on FECA.... others who go turned away from medical care back then....got left behind without those key tests run at the beginning....and I DID RETURN TO WORK in 7/90 AND A FORGERY DONE NEVER SIGNED BY ANYONE AT FECA OR ANY DOCTOR OF MINE..FECA'S OR OTHERWISE......but orders from one promoted who did the hiring in 1988 sent me a letter ordering return....and ignoring that in step three of a union grievance has the right to report to any other like office under that manager now promoted to over all teleservice centers in NY region...and drove 75 miles one way for a few months and ending up in ER's getting oxygen fixes....and finally a transfer closer but still too far. as the fire doors to the office were more than 10lbs to push open..(sounds ludicrous. But its been a deadly ludicrousness ask the survivors of 9/11/ victims and families of our fallen soldiers since then..)
....as no oxygen...or accommodation and through the whole EEO PROCESS as never allowed to work with regional handicap coordinator as became clear in 1993 that. real crimes got me back into the modern office environment...that FECA had already said could not work in and HHS PROMISED TO ACCOMMODATE AND DID NOTHING.....
THE DISCRIMINATION HAS TO CEASE and those who are not part of criminal activity...realize that its real....and many being harmed by these kinds of tactics....even to overturning a presidential election if they wish to do it....And this is not meant to be a political statement of preference for one candidate over another,...at all.... GOSSIP AND FALSE INFO cannot be used for justifying govt actions...even in a signed letter...that has the full power of the govt behind it...to follow...as that is made part of the file available as judges have not been intentionally not been...
And if some need to be under criminal investigation...its our legal system needing to find out and clear them or grant immunity deals to flip against the worse of ones in charge... And the victims need to be made whole for the reprisals and civil rights violated...and life allowed to be sustained as number one.....and the rest of what is asked for is in case number 1 and repeated for each subsequent incident of daily incidents....it just does not stop....and this is voluminous as the investigation is over 30+ years of a struggle for life and rights since 1/10/89 and some indication of earlier....as US Atty Mary Jo White back years ago....alluded to 1985 as a first incident and was stopped by Attorney General Janet Reno would be her boss....and affirmed by CIA AND NSA by me back in the two years before 9/11/01....A Day I slept late and son came in and turned on TV and I saw the twin towers going down and before any words were heard...I SAID : He did it , I failed to stop it....I will never get my workers comp back now as the cover up will be too great...
I had never thought it would be done with airplanes...as had witnessed the obsession with them back in 7/88/ in our office staring at them....and not even aware who Osama Bin Ladin was as few did..and stumbles over saying his name as he said call me Sam.. and Sec Rumsfeld said when being interviewed re his book a few years ago; they created doubles back in 1975 around his persona....and some of the later recordings and videos must be doubles as we had the original but I did see a couple 'doubles?' possibly and there mays still be one or more alive to crawl out of the well in Iran and be the end time leaders for those expecting one to come in that faith group......and worse is the FBI AND OTHERS SPEWING OUT WHEN ANYONE TRIED TO SPEAK UP LATER ONE slandering us with WE WORKED WITH TERRORISTS.. implying we worked for terrorists….and we worked for the US GOVT.... and who bonafided him at the CIA TO BE TRANSFERRED INTO HHS? Delores Bryant??
I quote govt officials who take actions and say they did....and a matter of fact as do not deal with conspiracies and I AND NO OF NO OTHERS IN MY OFFICE WHO WORKED FOR TERRORISTS OR WORKED WITH TERRORISTS AND ITS PAST TIME THAT BE CORRECTED AS SLANDEROUS AND HARMFUL FOR 90 DEDICATED CIVIL SERVANTS...AS FAR AS I KNOW ALL WERE... and an FBI agent after 9/11/01 said to me that the WHOLE FBI KNEW OF THE ATTACK ON JERSEY CITY TELESERVICE CENTERS AND NONE EVER ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE......still being contained...and covered up and the reprisals for me in a protected class....with my approved medical records at FECA makes me subject to horrendous reprisals and discrimination….and need those to follow the laws and judges and make me whole back to 1988 and go back and process all back to a few items still from 1989....and then the slander passed out will be corrected as payments due are received and matters processed... then a fir amount for schedule award should be clear and permanent disability and the third party lawsuit FECA made me file on behalf of the taxpayers of the USA...and I found an attorney who filed it and now we wait for years for FECA to figure up the damages and the govt step in and bring the case....and some 9/11/families and victims still alive might have interest...as ours was filed before a law got passed cutting off a certain nation getting sued...if such is covered in ours that seems to be well constructed...but as most feds find out...few attys in USA will even help.us.
....as these are filed for the govt to be the lead on....and where were they?
And pray that my new boss Sec of Labor Scalia is able to take the lead and clean out the corruptions and cover ups that have got me in such a horror in too many ways.....and for my family also....And I do not know how many others this has happened to...but those transferred on 10/11/94 to the sec of Labor as employer and on FECA....may be the 200 referred to as a million dollars a head...put in a fund for our care....and LYNN Blodgett AS CONTRACTORS FOR FECA WAS SHOWING ON THEIR SYSTEMS THAT A MILLION DOLLAR CHECKS HAD BEEN SENT TO ME....AND none ever sent me an answer to my certified letter and attempts to find out as LOST MY LIQUID OXYGEN SUPPER LINCARE OVER IT....as DOL SAID... 'all' think the contractor is DOL
and its all in medical regimen part 1 now how to stay alive as an injured workers...and contractors of same entity with shell companies all over as sub contractors to insurers also...will never input the claims as it gives one permanent medical and all medical bills covered under 1988 law before any kind of settlement would ever take place and LYNN BLODGETT RAN AROUND HEADS OF AGENCIES IN 2009 FF lying and telling all that I had gotten an workers comp settlement and retired and nothing to do on my cases,,,(judges repeatedly told of a lot to be done...as by that time 39 federal judges in multiple agencies were now exposing the horrors going on in his companies all over he govt...just on my cases alone...and many more pending but he and his will not allow any more hearings....be held...as he controls all over access by preparing and getting the filings and will not and some are at SSA...too with horrors going on and ALL DUE TO US DOL SENDING OUT FALSE INFO ON SIGNED LETTERS AS OBEYING THE WORDS OF ONE...NOT TELLING THE TRUTH...if not personally involved in an embezzlement ring..as the OPM OIG said was suspected but never allowed to investigate of a number passed around as 200...of us...and this could be HHS-SSA cases before 10/11/94....but maybe EEO could find out if this is a special class like me...

Several of my Daily Recaps and others comments are posted just after this...below...So not more can be said but have not changed my thinking on this.....That throughout the Bible there are references to signs of the end times....before we finally over come evil and its cohorts and find our way to Heaven on earth....
PICTURE BIBLE SERIES GOT ME INTO TROUBLE WITH FACE BOOK'S ALGORITHM seems to be the sharing...and its just my opinion and as much in Bible there are multiple meanings for things...but why wouldn't a one time astronomical event in human history taking place above us not have direct and special meaning when its also described in Scripture....and the King of King star did not come down..yet...it did move to the front paws of the Lion called Leo and Jupiter did over 9 months being birthed and right into the dragon's lair and things have been getting stirred up and revealed more and more every day since......in all kinds of areas and all over the world.....and everyone on line is part of that revealing....and in ancient times its said the name of this woman was not Virgo...but BRIDE OF CHRIST...OR DAUGHTER OF ZION... but it also can represent other entities...but for me...at the end of this era...it means US= HUMANITY...as some say the church....as the whole of humanity as created by the DIVINE LOVE AND CHRIST AS PART ALONG WITH HOLY SPIRIT IN SOME MYSTERY YET FULLY UNDERSTOOD..WE CALL THE TRINITY...
Is it the plan of salvation that we, of humanity are the army of heaven along with the 2/3rds of the Angels who did not follow Satan into evil ways of death and destruction? And to do this we have to have been created to have an innate desire for Freedom and have free will.....and learn to make the good choices....and soon Adam and Eve made wrong ones and we got kicked out of the innocence of the Garden of Eden into our present planet....and here we are....learning and not learning as we allow ourselves to get in one mess after another...and we get closer and closer to better understanding that FREEDOM is to be cherished and do those things and think those things that promote goodness for one and all....as to ignore the one...harms all of us in some way eventually...
We are now overcoming all the mistakes of humanity over time...and some actions taken thousands of years ago...never got resolved on earth and among many and here we are on the verge of the final learning phase before Christ returns...and removes evil from among us....even Evil is given one final chance to be saved and do good....and predicted he and his cohorts will still resist.....and then we can have a thousand years with no evil to tempt us ever again..
There is a dominion of the spiritual of evil ..as well as goodness of Christ...Divine Love of the I AM WHO I AM....that often is translated Yahweh....or YHWH.. But, as often happens some deeper meaning can get lost in translation over time....and when the Gospel of John says GOD IS LOVE....then the one writer who lived a long life...has time to think over matters and also had a final meeting wit Christ we read about in the Book of Revelation.....The TIME OF REVEALING....and since 9/23/17 we have had a world riveted with one deep secrets of no good revealed over and over and we are still being riveted daily to our media over all that is coming to light of how evil has entrapped us in so many ways...to do and be evil over time....and before we can have peace on earth...we have the teachings of Christ and his first earthly visit to help us be able to know and guide us to know and over come evil with good..
Some who access this blog, are not Christians and that is respected as faith can never be forced....and after thousands of human history shouldn't we all understand that by now....But when truth is revealed....there is no issue of what is better than other ways of living and being and thinking....As it come from within.....and whatever traditions or ways one worships....the issue is one worshipping and following the Divine Love of good...or has one fallen into evils trap of hatred, death and destruction....
Even as monsters are over come in wars, or taken into our legal systems to prevent them harming anyone ever again....we should be saddened for our failure as humanity to ever have raised such a one to be like that.....Somewhere, those who fail to be over on the better paths....have themselves been failed by early years of not knowing love and being taught to value themselves and others as all life is precious and past time...we all begin to understand that...and we are getting better....and Satan is madder than hell as he wants hell, chaos and horror....and his last chance is near....and that puts more on all the rest of us....to resist the temptation to get embroiled in gossip, slander and any other trickery of really subtle things..that can go on...
BELIEVING IN GOOD OVER EVIL IS NOT EASY WHEN WE ARE BOMBARDED WITH...
DOOM AND GLOOM, WORLD IS ENDING...AND HORRORS...ON HORRORS..... IS BEING PREDICTED AND someone every day can be accessed that even the economy is going to crash....(maybe it will for the thieves who have stolen more than the national debt...and some adjustments will cause some havoc and chaos to transition back to honest free enterprise with a few rules a govt can enforce to keep things fair and just..) We need some govt just to make sure none does harm to the freedoms we are to have and do well with...until the day when we can all be in some way and evil never tricks any into unfairness or unjust ways...
FREE WILL is for each one of us to not let this happen....or not be so bad...How do we handle natural disasters and people in need as right now...we have hundreds of thousand just in the USA...that have been added to the millions of homeless who also are in great need....and we have let ourselves be robbed of trillions and gotten into endless wars in this world....as that is SATAN'S PLAN of horrors and chaos...when we could be and should already be adapting to world climate changes...and more importantly built green cites...and we are doing better but it took us way to long to wake up and begin to make changes....as we let a few steal the free labor of machines and systems from us in a step by step intentional process since 1983 and some say much longer but in 1983, the newer systems were coming and instead of govt hiring their own programmers...they got it contracted out and so did private enterprise and gradually control of our govts slipped into the control of those owners....and finally in 2002 no ownership became law...but since 1994 much in health care had already had oversight suspended by executive type orders....and horrors already under way.......Many things of basic subsistence level in food, energy and health should be free now...and to do this in a nation of freedom....means its using our systems to facilitate real freedom...
Energy...should be pay a small maintenance fee.and the subsistence level of need be free then if one wishes to have bigger homes and more appliances to run....begin paying for that....AND LL BEGGING FOR POVERTY PROGRAMS OVER......everyone gets the minimal....Even at the grocer....systems know so much and can be used to allow first subsistence level of food, be free...then we pay beyond that... and most money for health care is being skimmed, scammed and blatantly stolen from the public treasury for years....and controlled into sicker and more deadly outcomes by the cabal of govt contractors running this with NO GOVT OVERSIGHT ALLOWED AT ALL even when the worse of blatant crimes occur..in what our US ATTY said was being described as the biggest organized crimes or ricco case in USA history....but its world wide....now and bigger than when the Roman empire fell into the same horror and lost all....as they gave up the responsibility of governing fairly and justiley….and we have more democracy and more rights of each of now than ever before in human history and we ignore it and let it slip away from us and in 2002 our own Congress overthrew us into this cabal of no govt of, by and for the people and then proceeded with a gag order rule to cover it up and woe to anyone who tries to speak out....horrors for them and their loved ones....
WE LET THIS HAPPEN...and others nations did also...as in a world of FREEDOM AND FREE WILL each one of us is a ruler and minister to each others....and FREEDOM is free to be in charge of our own lives, and be part of ruling communities states and nations...
And it take 95%+ voting who can vote...to make this happen so we have a real mandate of all of us or majority actually elect anyone to go take care of all our govt business for us...and protect and maintain our personal records the govt has been entrusted to maintain and keep....AND ALL OF THIS WENT AWAY IN 2002 BY AND EARMARK TO A 6000 PAGE BILL THAT SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US BETTER PROTECTIONS AND RIGHTS IN A CYBER AREA......AND THE EARMARK THAT WAS ALLOWED TO BE ADDED WITHOUT NAMING THE MEMBER OF CONGRESS WHO DID IT....
GUTTED THE ENTIRE BILL INTO A HORROR...
As long as evil and his cohorts exist floating around and tempting us to ignore what we need to pay attention to...being rulers and ministers of this world...then we get ourselves in worse and worse horrors and blaming the I AM WHO I AM for all we neglected to do that was the better choices...and helping each other stay on the better paths....its not what we should do....We have to take responsibility for our own actions or IN ACTIONS.(never said I was perfect either)..as not voting accepts and affirms that everything is OK...and even as much is getting better....Satan is rearing his final grasp at control and he is not going to give it up easily....and seems to have no intention of accepting salvation for good for eternity etiher….as he is on a mission of total control of each one of us even to our personal thoughts..as the technology is here.to zap us if we even use the part of our brains to pray and communicate with the Divine Love...we have learned so much....and still learning more....and Satan has his evil plans of what to do with it....when all of creation and knowledge can be used for good things for all of us for eternity...
As for Revelation chapter 12...back from 9/23/17 on through several chapters of Revelation...I shared IN DAILY RECAP about the PICTURE BIBLE IN THE HEAVENS....and before the stars and wandering stars we now call planets....and before writing...we had the prophecies and promises that are in the Bible for the future of humanity up above us that could be told as a Picture Bible and was.....
then came the time of the Tower of Babel and the mystery Babylon religion of human sacrifice....of the curse of blood spilled of one human killing another....and things changed into differing meanings for what was up above...and not all the sky was used and watched.....and since then we have had right down to our times...a BABEL of meanings of the original PICTURE BIBLE IN THE HEAVENS...As well as the new names for things of the Mystery Babylon religion...
There seems to be two basic belief systems in this world...ONE THAT RESPECTS LIFE BASED ON LOVE AND THE OTHER THAT IS HATRED AND DEATH AS WORSHIP MURDER AND DESTRUCTION OF ANYTHING THAT allows freedom to exist...
And we need to be careful with so much political rhetoric..now….AS freedom means we all get to choose what we do individually in our world...as well as doing together in some way those things where we do need to share costs and have some tings in common like road, schools, and health care that can be very costly for those who end up needing something more than the average hurts and diseases that are of brief nature and not so costly.....TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER...MEANS EACH ONE AND NONE SHOULD HAVE LIFE SHORTENED DUE TO NEED FOR WHAT MEDICAL SCIENCE CAN DO... and its that love that leads many to a calling of research and better treatments and even cures...and we are so close and Satan will not have access to steal from huge sums of federal monies..anymore.is we cure all disease and heal injuries back to full health also....and costs go down...as we have better nutrition in our green cities...we added a few trees along the way....and gardens and flowers to have those fresh veggies/fruits that have as wonderful aroma of health and goodness as we pick and bring into our homes to eat... and when we get to being able to get along in this world and not need weapons made that can destroy creation itself....
WE WILL BE READY to move on out to the vast expanding creation and live all over the universe.... and be at peace and not have intergalactic warfare we watch on science fiction shows...
We will be ready to tell evil take a hike somewhere else we are not gong to fall into your evil traps and trickery again...and we will find the ways for FREEDOM AND FREE WILL TO FLOURISH and none among us be harmed in the process....
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus...may we find our way to the better paths of freedom, free will where good is the only real choices...and find Your Unconditional Divine love that we accept and let it shine in us and through us to love for each others in this world...as we celebrate our differences as just more opportunities to find better ways as each unique precious soul...is a respected part of the whole with as many ideas and opinions as the numbers of all of us.....And may those in great need tonight in the USA and others parts of the world...know we care...and may we find ways to help them help themselves rebuild their lives..even if where they live may have to changes in the usual cycles of this planet.. And prayers for our efforts for civil rights and justice for one and all...as we should have safe meds and even meds for 40% of us lung patients forgotten by the cabal as existing and we are here and choose to live...and may you ruling now outside of govt....find your way to salvation of Divine Love and turn this around and do good instead....

MEDICAL REGIMEN..in 5 parts over sections of 9 Daily recaps of what my doctors and I are doing to sustain life...but still too inflamed from the ether alcohol....any suggestions please share then online as millions have been discriminated against..and removed as existing on data bases that are taxpayer funded with NO OVERSIGHT. And Please do not try any medical treatments without your doctor...and some do need prescriptions...and even among us millions some say now is 25 million just in the USA...we have differing health needs of the INSTITERIUM now recognized by the govt as an organ of the entire body affected...now just lungs when toxins and chemicals are inhaled or the digestive when eaten or drunk....of which the top layer is the mucous membrane....I am NOT A DOCTOR....but have been a patient of some of the leaders in the field since injured 1/10/89 and am still here....when many have little life expectancy now and mine shortened with medicines not made or life ending additives added that a solution to try and neutralize the two pills a day...to take or life would not last a week... Older medicines that work well for decades and even 100 years....and take them away and leave us nothing is a horror of evil that is one more thing to BE REVEALED. and stopped from going on....
VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGES 62FF-84 with some in 70's missing as did not use them...as not all going on is being shared right now...trying to use the EEO process as the one way into the cabal said the Justice Dept as well as general counsel for Medicare as few years ago...and blocked by HHS offices from the process as will not even give case number to the complaints and HIPPAA LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO CONTRACTORS... and shocker! since 2010 our health insurers are also govt contractors...NOT accountable....AND OVER AT HHS ITS BEEN A DISASTER OF CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS OF EVEN GIVING ONE ACCESS TO THE PROCESS..WHICH IS NON EXISTENT....as injured as HHS employee but transferred into US Dept of Labor under sec Robert Reich and when he left and Alexis Herman came in...some awful things began to happen.....and never got better... To often those who wish to do what is right....just leave....as do not wish to be part of something not good...but KEEP QUIET and the horrors get done and get worse...
But so far US Dept of Labor seems not aware that FOR INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS THEY HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS TO ME FOR MEDICAL CARE OT LACK OF IT AND SINCE THEY PUT ME ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN FOR LIFE... even if contractors is not inputting claims and wit holing files and judges orders. etc....IT UP TO THEM TO GET PAST THE CABAL CALL CENTERS...AND GET TO FDA AND SAY WE NEED WAIVERS AND REGS AND MEDS MADE FOR US... and so does the military also...SEC OF DEFENSE AND SEC OF LABOR.. need to have a meeting with FDA and tell the whole truth..of what contractors have done..to us..and make it rights...and surely these older meds. can be made in the USA as already approved and in the public domain and find a clean. sterile place and start making them...
Since oxygen is FECA's bill for life on me...the 1988 law kicked in years ago with permanent medical for every medical bill of mine....and that is ignored for most....but these in control that is not govt...by acts like they are and even impersonate they are....does know and have made it impossible for injured workers federal or state regulated to get any kind of oxygen for home....as its longer lives and bills to be paid....by insurers ….but for us FEDS...too often there are third parties liable and some real corruptions exposed as we feds in our office were in a new building in Jersey city at 2 Journal Square that could not have legally passed city, state or federal inspection for us even to be working in it...HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?? and already warnings not heeded by the govt at all..
While things get better in many ways. al lot of revealing still to get us all back to being rulers and ministers of this world, nation, communities and ourselves... VOTE AND BE PART OF THE SOLUTION

PICTURE BIBLE SERIES GOT ME INTO TROUBLE WITH FACE BOOK'S ALGORITHM seems to be the sharing...and its just my opinion and as much in Bible there are multiple meanings for things...but why wouldn't a one time astronomical event in human history taking place above us not have direct and special meaning when its also described in Scripture....and the King of King star did not come down..yet...it did move to the front paws of the Lion called Leo and Jupiter did over 9 months being birthed and right into the dragon's lair and things have been getting stirred up and revealed more and more every day since......in all kinds of areas and all over the world.....and everyone on line is part of that revealing....and in ancient times its said the name of this woman was not Virgo...but BRIDE OF CHRIST...OR DAUGHTER OF ZION... but it also can represent other entities...but for me...at the end of this era...it means US= HUMANITY...as some say the church....as the whole of humanity as created by the DIVINE LOVE AND CHRIST AS PART ALONG WITH HOLY SPIRIT IN SOME MYSTERY YET FULLY UNDERSTOOD..WE CALL THE TRINITY...
Is it the plan of salvation that we, of humanity are the army of heaven along with the 2/3rds of the Angels who did not follow Satan into evil ways of death and destruction? And to do this we have to have been created to have an innate desire for Freedom and have free will.....and learn to make the good choices....and soon Adam and Eve made wrong ones and we got kicked out of the innocence of the Garden of Eden into our present planet....and here we are....learning and not learning as we allow ourselves to get in one mess after another...and we get closer and closer to better understanding that FREEDOM is to be cherished and do those things and think those things that promote goodness for one and all....as to ignore the one...harms all of us in some way eventually...
We are now overcoming all the mistakes of humanity over time...and some actions taken thousands of years ago...never got resolved on earth and among many and here we are on the verge of the final learning phase before Christ returns...and removes evil from among us....even Evil is given one final chance to be saved and do good....and predicted he and his cohorts will still resist.....and then we can have a thousand years with no evil to tempt us ever again..
There is a dominion of the spiritual of evil ..as well as goodness of Christ...Divine Love of the I AM WHO I AM....that often is translated Yahweh....or YHWH.. But, as often happens some deeper meaning can get lost in translation over time....and when the Gospel of John says GOD IS LOVE....then the one writer who lived a long life...has time to think over matters and also had a final meeting wit Christ we read about in the Book of Revelation.....The TIME OF REVEALING....and since 9/23/17 we have had a world riveted with one deep secrets of no good revealed over and over and we are still being riveted daily to our media over all that is coming to light of how evil has entrapped us in so many ways...to do and be evil over time....and before we can have peace on earth...we have the teachings of Christ and his first earthly visit to help us be able to know and guide us to know and over come evil with good..
Some who access this blog, are not Christians and that is respected as faith can never be forced....and after thousands of human history shouldn't we all understand that by now....But when truth is revealed....there is no issue of what is better than other ways of living and being and thinking....As it come from within.....and whatever traditions or ways one worships....the issue is one worshipping and following the Divine Love of good...or has one fallen into evils trap of hatred, death and destruction....
Even as monsters are over come in wars, or taken into our legal systems to prevent them harming anyone ever again....we should be saddened for our failure as humanity to ever have raised such a one to be like that.....Somewhere, those who fail to be over on the better paths....have themselves been failed by early years of not knowing love and being taught to value themselves and others as all life is precious and past time...we all begin to understand that...and we are getting better....and Satan is madder than hell as he wants hell, chaos and horror....and his last chance is near....and that puts more on all the rest of us....to resist the temptation to get embroiled in gossip, slander and any other trickery of really subtle things..that can go on...
BELIEVING IN GOOD OVER EVIL IS NOT EASY WHEN WE ARE BOMBARDED WITH...
DOOM AND GLOOM, WORLD IS ENDING...AND HORRORS...ON HORRORS..... IS BEING PREDICTED AND someone every day can be accessed that even the economy is going to crash....(maybe it will for the thieves who have stolen more than the national debt...and some adjustments will cause some havoc and chaos to transition back to honest free enterprise with a few rules a govt can enforce to keep things fair and just..) We need some govt just to make sure none does harm to the freedoms we are to have and do well with...until the day when we can all be in some way and evil never tricks any into unfairness or unjust ways...
FREE WILL is for each one of us to not let this happen....or not be so bad...How do we handle natural disasters and people in need as right now...we have hundreds of thousand just in the USA...that have been added to the millions of homeless who also are in great need....and we have let ourselves be robbed of trillions and gotten into endless wars in this world....as that is SATAN'S PLAN of horrors and chaos...when we could be and should already be adapting to world climate changes...and more importantly built green cites...and we are doing better but it took us way to long to wake up and begin to make changes....as we let a few steal the free labor of machines and systems from us in a step by step intentional process since 1983 and some say much longer but in 1983, the newer systems were coming and instead of govt hiring their own programmers...they got it contracted out and so did private enterprise and gradually control of our govts slipped into the control of those owners....and finally in 2002 no ownership became law...but since 1994 much in health care had already had oversight suspended by executive type orders....and horrors already under way.......Many things of basic subsistence level in food, energy and health should be free now...and to do this in a nation of freedom....means its using our systems to facilitate real freedom...
Energy...should be pay a small maintenance fee.and the subsistence level of need be free then if one wishes to have bigger homes and more appliances to run....begin paying for that....AND LL BEGGING FOR POVERTY PROGRAMS OVER......everyone gets the minimal....Even at the grocer....systems know so much and can be used to allow first subsistence level of food, be free...then we pay beyond that... and most money for health care is being skimmed, scammed and blatantly stolen from the public treasury for years....and controlled into sicker and more deadly outcomes by the cabal of govt contractors running this with NO GOVT OVERSIGHT ALLOWED AT ALL even when the worse of blatant crimes occur..in what our US ATTY said was being described as the biggest organized crimes or ricco case in USA history....but its world wide....now and bigger than when the Roman empire fell into the same horror and lost all....as they gave up the responsibility of governing fairly and justiley….and we have more democracy and more rights of each of now than ever before in human history and we ignore it and let it slip away from us and in 2002 our own Congress overthrew us into this cabal of no govt of, by and for the people and then proceeded with a gag order rule to cover it up and woe to anyone who tries to speak out....horrors for them and their loved ones....
WE LET THIS HAPPEN...and others nations did also...as in a world of FREEDOM AND FREE WILL each one of us is a ruler and minister to each others....and FREEDOM is free to be in charge of our own lives, and be part of ruling communities states and nations...
And it take 95%+ voting who can vote...to make this happen so we have a real mandate of all of us or majority actually elect anyone to go take care of all our govt business for us...and protect and maintain our personal records the govt has been entrusted to maintain and keep....AND ALL OF THIS WENT AWAY IN 2002 BY AND EARMARK TO A 6000 PAGE BILL THAT SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US BETTER PROTECTIONS AND RIGHTS IN A CYBER AREA......AND THE EARMARK THAT WAS ALLOWED TO BE ADDED WITHOUT NAMING THE MEMBER OF CONGRESS WHO DID IT....
GUTTED THE ENTIRE BILL INTO A HORROR...
As long as evil and his cohorts exist floating around and tempting us to ignore what we need to pay attention to...being rulers and ministers of this world...then we get ourselves in worse and worse horrors and blaming the I AM WHO I AM for all we neglected to do that was the better choices...and helping each other stay on the better paths....its not what we should do....We have to take responsibility for our own actions or IN ACTIONS.(never said I was perfect either)..as not voting accepts and affirms that everything is OK...and even as much is getting better....Satan is rearing his final grasp at control and he is not going to give it up easily....and seems to have no intention of accepting salvation for good for eternity etiher….as he is on a mission of total control of each one of us even to our personal thoughts..as the technology is here.to zap us if we even use the part of our brains to pray and communicate with the Divine Love...we have learned so much....and still learning more....and Satan has his evil plans of what to do with it....when all of creation and knowledge can be used for good things for all of us for eternity...
As for Revelation chapter 12...back from 9/23/17 on through several chapters of Revelation...I shared IN DAILY RECAP about the PICTURE BIBLE IN THE HEAVENS....and before the stars and wandering stars we now call planets....and before writing...we had the prophecies and promises that are in the Bible for the future of humanity up above us that could be told as a Picture Bible and was.....
then came the time of the Tower of Babel and the mystery Babylon religion of human sacrifice....of the curse of blood spilled of one human killing another....and things changed into differing meanings for what was up above...and not all the sky was used and watched.....and since then we have had right down to our times...a BABEL of meanings of the original PICTURE BIBLE IN THE HEAVENS...As well as the new names for things of the Mystery Babylon religion...
There seems to be two basic belief systems in this world...ONE THAT RESPECTS LIFE BASED ON LOVE AND THE OTHER THAT IS HATRED AND DEATH AS WORSHIP MURDER AND DESTRUCTION OF ANYTHING THAT allows freedom to exist...
And we need to be careful with so much political rhetoric..now….AS freedom means we all get to choose what we do individually in our world...as well as doing together in some way those things where we do need to share costs and have some tings in common like road, schools, and health care that can be very costly for those who end up needing something more than the average hurts and diseases that are of brief nature and not so costly.....TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER...MEANS EACH ONE AND NONE SHOULD HAVE LIFE SHORTENED DUE TO NEED FOR WHAT MEDICAL SCIENCE CAN DO... and its that love that leads many to a calling of research and better treatments and even cures...and we are so close and Satan will not have access to steal from huge sums of federal monies..anymore.is we cure all disease and heal injuries back to full health also....and costs go down...as we have better nutrition in our green cities...we added a few trees along the way....and gardens and flowers to have those fresh veggies/fruits that have as wonderful aroma of health and goodness as we pick and bring into our homes to eat... and when we get to being able to get along in this world and not need weapons made that can destroy creation itself....
WE WILL BE READY to move on out to the vast expanding creation and live all over the universe.... and be at peace and not have intergalactic warfare we watch on science fiction shows...
We will be ready to tell evil take a hike somewhere else we are not gong to fall into your evil traps and trickery again...and we will find the ways for FREEDOM AND FREE WILL TO FLOURISH and none among us be harmed in the process....
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus...may we find our way to the better paths of freedom, free will where good is the only real choices...and find Your Unconditional Divine love that we accept and let it shine in us and through us to love for each others in this world...as we celebrate our differences as just more opportunities to find better ways as each unique precious soul...is a respected part of the whole with as many ideas and opinions as the numbers of all of us.....And may those in great need tonight in the USA and others parts of the world...know we care...and may we find ways to help them help themselves rebuild their lives..even if where they live may have to changes in the usual cycles of this planet.. And prayers for our efforts for civil rights and justice for one and all...as we should have safe meds and even meds for 40% of us lung patients forgotten by the cabal as existing and we are here and choose to live...and may you ruling now outside of govt....find your way to salvation of Divine Love and turn this around and do good instead....

MEDICAL REGIMEN..in 5 parts over sections of 9 Daily recaps of what my doctors and I are doing to sustain life...but still too inflamed from the ether alcohol....any suggestions please share then online as millions have been discriminated against..and removed as existing on data bases that are taxpayer funded with NO OVERSIGHT. TO STOP illegal MESSING WITH THEM... And Please do not try any medical treatments without your doctor...and some do need prescriptions...and even among us millions some say now is 25 million just in the USA...we have differing health needs of the INSTITERIUM now recognized by the govt as an organ of the entire body affected...now just lungs when toxins and chemicals are inhaled or the digestive when eaten or drunk....of which the top layer is the mucous membrane....I am NOT A DOCTOR....but have been a patient of some of the leaders in the field since injured 1/10/89 and am still here....when many have little life expectancy now and mine shortened with medicines not made or life ending additives added that a solution to try and neutralize the two pills a day...to take or life would not last a week... Older medicines that work well for decades and even 100 years....and take them away and leave us nothing is a horror of evil that is one more thing to BE REVEALED. and stopped from going on....
VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGES 62FF-84 with some in 70's missing as did not use them...as not all going on is being shared right now...trying to use the EEO process as the one way into the cabal said the Justice Dept as well as general counsel for Medicare as few years ago...and blocked by HHS offices from the process as will not even give case number to the complaints and HIPPAA LAWS DO NOT APPLY TO CONTRACTORS... and shocker! since 2010 our health insurers are also govt contractors...NOT accountable....AND OVER AT HHS ITS BEEN A DISASTER OF CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS OF EVEN GIVING ONE ACCESS TO THE PROCESS..WHICH IS NON EXISTENT....as injured as HHS employee but transferred into US Dept of Labor under sec Robert Reich and when he left and Alexis Herman came in...some awful things began to happen.....and never got better... To often those who wish to do what is right....just leave....as do not wish to be part of something not good...but KEEP QUIET and the horrors get done and get worse...
But so far US Dept of Labor seems not aware that FOR INJURED FEDERAL WORKERS THEY HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENS TO ME FOR MEDICAL CARE OT LACK OF IT AND SINCE THEY PUT ME ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN FOR LIFE... even if contractors is not inputting claims and wit holing files and judges orders. etc....IT UP TO THEM TO GET PAST THE CABAL CALL CENTERS...AND GET TO FDA AND SAY WE NEED WAIVERS AND REGS AND MEDS MADE FOR US... and so does the military also...SEC OF DEFENSE AND SEC OF LABOR.. need to have a meeting with FDA and tell the whole truth..of what contractors have done..to us..and make it rights...and surely these older meds. can be made in the USA as already approved and in the public domain and find a clean. sterile place and start making them...
Since oxygen is FECA's bill for life on me...the 1988 law kicked in years ago with permanent medical for every medical bill of mine....and that is ignored for most....but these in control that is not govt...by acts like they are and even impersonate they are....does know and have made it impossible for injured workers federal or state regulated to get any kind of oxygen for home....as its longer lives and bills to be paid....by insurers ….but for us FEDS...too often there are third parties liable and some real corruptions exposed as we feds in our office were in a new building in Jersey city at 2 Journal Square that could not have legally passed city, state or federal inspection for us even to be working in it...HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?? and already warnings not heeded by the govt at all..
While things get better in many ways. al lot of revealing still to get us all back to being rulers and ministers of this world, nation, communities and ourselves... VOTE AND BE PART OF THE SOLUTION
