Cool day. Had t turn on heat part of day. But its expected t warm into the 70's in a few days and last chance to do a few things in the garden.
Learned of a person who had had a student loan waived permanently by US Dept of ED and now some old computer file is resurrected and collections being done by govt contractor,Affiliated Computer Service's company. ACS is whom I'm dealing with as monies &files go missing at SSA, US dept of Labor and others.. Part of the documented cabal that met in Dallas in 1983 which platted a systematic looting of the public monies and coup d'etat of this nation. as explained in online postings listed as Violations of Civil Rights pages 1-41 and others. Federal law enforcement can't do anything as laws passed of criminal immunity and no internal audits controls any more.Federal reserve audits are so vital to access the data trail to expose who is dong this diversion of funds whether at highest levels of govt agencies or inside the Fed, itself. Imperative to document whom to prosecute.No wonder so many don't want this to happen in Congress if they have taken ;bribes' form those stealing. I asked ow much real money does one have? Most only have digital money which is what the plastic cards represent. Its ;digital money being stolen from the public treasury since laws started being passed in the late 80's to make it easier for high level officials to divert monies and lower rung civil servants have no idea its occurring. Its complicated, and that's why its been too easy to get by with it..
One needs to keep their paper receipts and any important documents OR filings need to be done certified mail. And if one doesn't get green cards back as receipts, then get a print out of the transaction and delivery date, as it appears those ' green czrds' are going to be obsolete In a couple of years. Its become nearly impossible to function in this world with out the Internet. What if it crashes or is hacked into which is already happening in govt systems now?
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; I've written since 7/26/12 about my Dad saving 80 acres of wheat in the middle of the dust bowl in Eastern Colorado because he knew the right techniques an had the big plows to till and furrow so the wind did not blow  soil as much. No one would listen  and his neighbors gave up and wouldn't even borrow equipment to save their own crops and land. and My Dad spoke often that it took FDR three years to get the govt out their with he big plows and do it after so many had lost everything.
There seems to have been and are a number of 'whistleblower' types inside my extended family. I think its mind set of understanding the Biblical principle that one is their 'brother's keeper.' An understanding of dire consequences when the elite of the nation forgets that basic principle and even more when the average person forget that in trying to always looking for  a Messiah to wave a magic wand and make things perfect.
Dad always preached that that would take away humans'free will' We have are given a brain with ability to save ourselves if we just follow a few basic Divine teachings our Creator has given us.
Dad was always telling  how farmers would get a mortgage on a piece of land and farm it to death and by the time the mortgage was paid off, the land wouldn't produce any more with top soil all depleted as they had  paid no attention to conserving the land.
In 1954, when the Soil Conservation ACT WAS PASSED IN THIS COUNTRY THAT PERMITTED THE GOVT TO SUBSIDIZE FARMERS AT 50% FOR DOING THINGS TO CONSERVE THE SOIL. HE PREDICTED  A TIME WOULD COME WHEN FARMERS COULD BE REQUIRED TO USE CONSERVING MEASURES OR HAVE LAND CONFISCATED.. HE ALSO DIDN'T WANT ANY FEDERAL LOANS ON A PROPERTY AS HE WAS FORESEEING A DAY , WHEN THE GOVT WOULD BE GETTING PEOPLE OUT OF CITIES WHERE THEY WERE OFTEN 'WAREHOUSED' AND PUT THEM ON PUBLIC LANDS AND LANDS THAT HAD BEEN FORECLOSED ON.
What has occurred so far is  the ' elite'seem  to have confiscated so much leaving the farmers and others without any property of their own. A return to medieval 'serfdom.?'
He was always preaching that farmers had to take care of the land so they could continue to provide food for the people.
My parents didn't care much for FDR because of  some of the bad farm policies that occurred. He saw starving people  in some areas, and in others the gvt mass slaughtering of pigs dumped into trenches and buried when most of the hungry had no faith that prohibited the eating of pork.
My folks had a herd of purebred Guernseys that a crooked govt official stole claiming some disease they did not have and later learned they had been sold for lots of money and were fine. The day they were to come it rained so hard they couldn't;t come and did later but Mom had saved lots of milk and etc. Little any one could do to fight back in those years, nor now, again as no one will support those fighting back and just 'give up.' Its a  problem when the people lose control of their own destiny which is what happens when they become impoverished and cannot raise the monies to fight back.  Or the masses become so deceived they don't support the ones who are legally trying to fight  corruption.This hurt my family and led to the desperation  to save a few acres of wheat to get out, but with something to come back to.
we have not learned  our lessons about soil conservation and land is 'blowing' again is some ares, and dead underbrush is not cleaned out and left as kindling for too many wild fires to burn. Dad always preached that Humans are here to manage the resources of this world. He did not agree with some  radical views  that were getting started when he died in 1989. Manage  means a realistic approach to conserve the water and top soil and use all parts of what is produced. One can take the manure from the livestock and spread it on the crop land for crops to grow. rather than  chemical fertilizers. when  their livestock produced it. He would have a big pile outside the barn that would be decomposing and so that the wind blew it away from the buildings. Then at the right times of the year used it.
Crops rotated so that alfalfa that put nitrogen in the soil would be one place for the seven years and then rotate it with wheat. This produces a wheat with a high level of protein something most don't talk about any more, nutritional value of the  food that is grown. Wheat and other corps nutritional value is only as good as how it is produced. The more its done naturally, the better. But  he didn't see himself an organic farmer as sometimes he did use some unnatural things to aid.
He was the first one to receive award for Soil Conservation for his successful effort to save the top soil from washing onto Hwy 4 near Dove,KS and later  an award for Range management as he would not permit over grazing of  pasture land.
