     For decades a Bible is opened at random and chapter read and some part always has special meanings as well as reflects the world around us....And sometimes, like today....inspiration comes as to what is the positive thing to do...

    NEW SERIES.....A TRAINING MANUAL FOR HOW GOVT WORKS WHEN IT WORKS FOR THE PEOPLE...

       CHAPTER 1 WHAT IS A PRECEDENT CASE.? JUSTICE GAINED BY ONE GETS IT FOR ALL LIKE THE ONE...Injustice removed for one...removes it for all like the one...

    ( as one whose lower level decision have been upheld even by the US Supreme court as they made it through the challenges...and others part of the civil code still...it was just part of the job...as laws get made more fair and just...in a process that begins with that key position in each agency...with limits of decisions with more to sign off above is positive for change...I only had one decision ever overturned...and wonder if it had been questioned further by the claimant if it would have held...and that was with the more accepted of equal right for a common law widower using the wife's last name...in society and being able to obtain acceptance for benefits...in a state that recognized it...

  But my mission is staying alive....and .

  How can  I get 39 federal agency judges obeyed when not all illegally refuse to obey them as some seem to now even know the process and whom to believe and unwilling to truthfully state...that they have no way to get the judges ruling directly if the contractors refuses to provide them....and THAT IS A POLICY OF PROCEDURE THE SECRETARY OF LABOR COULD CHANGE WITH A ONE PAGE LETTER....ASK FOR IT...FROM THE JUDGES OFFICE...BE SENT TO LOCAL OFFICE AS USED TO BE...AND THEN NO ISSUE THAT A PHONE CALL OR NEED FOR TREATMENT APPROVED ETC...WOULD KEEP ON ENDANGERING LIVES.........and even be able to talk to those who are to be processing my claims in multiple agencies.... so am starting a new series...and some might write a book and make money...but my life might be ended before that ever occurred...and still would not save my life or others....and prayers and good thoughts are needed to do what has to be for us to have a US CONSTITUTION  and have the rights afforded by it for one and all and freedom that depends on equality of those rights....and when none in govt knows what in the world this means....as we were well trained to know and carry them out back  in 1968 when I graduated from college...and was put in 17 weeks of intensive training to know how to be fair and just in a key position as our govt is to have and once did..in every area of govt...and the principle of precedent case was a basic...as changes occur daily in policies, laws and regulations and judges in courts...rulings to be followed from a certain date onward...until another change...is made...

  and above them is management to keep things going....and a support staff for the effort of that key position....in the middle...that is trained to take a set of facts...apply the laws and regulations and policies of the agency...to that and make a decision with appeal rights...and also to know WHAT WAS CONGRESSIONAL INTENT...from minutes of hearings in congress and the laws passed as a result...(what did congress intend to happen with the law when applies to the people and nation..) And the debacle of such a massive change as health care affecting everyone... WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SO BAD...AS WE HAVE HAD....as those key positions...would be trained and ready for the appeals to come in and often no delays getting up to the US SUPREME COURT....as someone always would be able to present data and facts that THIS IS NOT FAIR....and all this info would be applied....and since most laws are a basic outline that the agencies fill in under the president....many times policies would be changed..or regulations...to make things more fair and just....And other times a conflict was created with another law or regulations....NONE OR VERY FEW HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT I AM EVEN TALKING ABOUT....and often deal with those whose job STILL IS TO KNOW and do it...and have no idea....as the contractor is doing the initial appeals...AND THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO EVEN GET INTO SUCH ISSUES THAT WOULD CHANGE POLICIES., INTERPRETATION OF LAWS...OR REGULATIONS...

   IN health care...this is too often life and death  issues...that once would have been taken care of fairly soon....and now the issues cannot even get to the real govt...and then where is any who know what to do with it....as processes and procedures...are not in place...when one of those appeals. at the first level...is shown to be unconstitutional  AND NO NEED TO  END UP ON THE US SUPREMEN COURT DOCKET...

      This also means Congress needs to have a better understanding of how the government is to work and once did work in writing laws....and having lobbyists do it for them..or others special interests...is not going to end well for any just and fair and constitutional outcome...no matters what ones political views of government big or small etc...

    Compound that with having to put complex laws into computer software.....and the first thing is that all our laws, regulations and policies...and procedures that rarely is not public right to know of...is being put in a format where a search engine like Google can take a word or phrase or topic one wishes to know what the laws of the land are for that....and search..TOO MUCH IS IN PDF FORMAT...and we end up with 50 year back log of freedom of information requests...and crucial ones wait...when much, to me..would never be filed if one could find the answers for themselves...

   Plus, the organizing of how the law is written....and processes...etc...congress needs to know some basics.to make it easier to get into systems and work well with the same intended outcome for the people and nation..

   Pdf is good for those matters that only non public should have access to or personal info  on entities. or persons...that are confidential ..And when illegal acts take place to alter diagnosis for some illegal agenda...THAT IS WHERE WE HAVE TO HAVE OVERSIGHT to stop it and apply justice system to the offender....and certainly not let a close relative set up a shell company and then do even worse retaliations and offenses of illegal acts that can cost millions to lose their lives long before they naturally or medically should....GOVT HAS TO BE IMPARTIAL AND RIGHTS OF LIFE AND OTHERS RIGHTS NOT SKIRTED BY SOME WISHING PROFITS AND POWER... and have their deep state facilitators in the govt...to keep the horror going into a hell on earth that can bring down all the good efforts of good intentions of our elected officials...of programs and laws..to help promote having a more heaven on earth outcome..

   After yesterday, when one who processes claims...and makes decisions...in the govt...and then a manager...HAD NO IDEA what I was talking about....some may be intentionally sold out to the cabal....but overall THEY HAD NO IDEA...ABOUT WHAT THEIR JOB WAS OR HOW TO DO IT...and this has been getting worse for a generation....as I learned before I got to high school these basic constitutional principles...and rare would someone in my generation ( age 74) have not gotten out of high school and not understood these basics either.....and these key positions in agencies of the initial decision makes are college graduates or years of experience in the agency in a supporting role.to know by the work done supporting those who were that key position…

  ONE HAS TO KNOW HOW TO BE THE GOVT...OR WE ARE IN A DIASTER THAT CAN BRING US ALL DOWN..AND END LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS...ALONG WITH OUR FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS..TO BE FAIR AND JUST TO ONE AND ALL....

   As its these initial appeals on a new law...that parts that are unfair..and not the intent...could be and would be even have a law passed...to amend an fix it... and much of the job was where to look something up....and again the format is not good... AS EACH DAY...WHEN WE ARRIVED AT WORK...the first thing was to get the changes from the former day and at that time insert them into our line of manuals on our desks...of laws, regulations and procedures...etc...as every time a congress acted...we had to act to carry out the new change..and when it was a court case...then we could have differing outcomes depending on what court and what jurisdiction we were in...plus decisions made by the agency personnel and hearing judges...especially could alter what we did on a claim....and depending on the date..it changed...often in the past at some time...go back and get cases and afford the right of change with more appeal rights....and we did this with out computers at the beginning except in the programs centers where we had the older ones with tapes...

   We had libraries in our offices of cases...and regionally one could call about any decision made on this issues...and they would find the PRECEDENT CASE and send it out...etc... and in the USA...when its a matter like medical it can cross agency lines to the whole nation..then apply rules of severity to the inner regulations of each law and program and agency...

              For example the new recognition by the govt of the INSTITERUUM....any one dealing with medical claims...such as getting some kind of disability benefit....AGENCIES WOULD ALREADY BE ASKING AS SOON AS THE RECOGNITION OCCURRED FOR ANY CLAIMS FILE LISING THAT  be sent to one place...as they would become the PRECIDENT FOR THE AGENCY....to apply the rules to....and across the board of agencies...with some variations of rule...like the US Dept of education on student loans...has one of the most severe disability rules...of not even able to do to school...to train for other work...etc...and be consistent in getting the work to get training done..then be able to go to work every day doing the new kind of work...

   By now, several agencies. might have had my file in that one office as first or PRECEDENT CASES for the agency and across the board...etc...as most disability's uses some criteria similar to social security's but not all...and some real heartaches can occur...when these differ for getting some private disabilities..etc. and fairness is for these new accepted conditions..to be across the board...and info out even on the web....to know  AND I HAD TO READ AND READ WAITING FOR SOME GOVT PUBLICATION TO RECOGNIZE THE ORGAN..which has been real medical suppression that the entire lymphatic system gets inflamed not just the lungs from chemicals when the top layer of it the mucous membrane is damages...which that has been accepted as the filtering system since a former doctor of mine who headed up the research for the National Institute of health published her research and was peer accepted back in 1992? as I recall...Some where in tubs I have it..

and me and millions I became a precedent case for along with a few others originally who seem to no longer be living...And the frustration of some...that causes unrest from injustice....like veterans being told they are going to get their benefits one day....and later on nothing happens and none has any idea....that some 'precedent case' was either overturned by the legal system...thus none could be approved whether veterans or civilians n the USA...or maybe just in one federal court jurisdiction...and others still can.....

   Then you have the horror of illegal actions to make cases ' go away' by destroying files and records...or parts of them....and the case goes away for years as a few deep staters and govt contractors since 2002 law...can get by with continual criminal activity to suppress that there is a case that is approved and established but kept illegally hidden going in circles for the one person being sent in constant legal circles.to reconstruct files....get another favorable remand orders....and more illegal felony disappearances and the contractors who many also manage the companies or parties that wish this case to not exist to get out of paying damage suits for what they did....like the chemical companies and in my case..DOW CHEMICAL got sued by others coming home from the first Gulf War....and six cases in the USA...HAD TO BE GOTTEN RID OF ...illegally or those newly injured would be paid...with similar type injuries...now proven by science and the patients body and medical records etc. they should get benefits under their own benefit programs also...

   My social security disability claim has been suppressed since 1989...for the first time home....and this has been intentional and the second time...the PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION who was in the same clinic AS ONE OF MY OWN DOCTORS... set my file up medically to be a medical precedent back in 1994....that is the horrible outcome of illegal suppression by those who wish to continue using products etc..and making them that harm....and lives lost before they should for 26 years....THE ALMIGHTY IS JUDGING US FOR WHAT WE HAVE ALLOWED TO BE DONE TO US....

   And those at SSA had no idea what in the world I was talking about...when its still the laws of the land...and the whole US Constitution is based on Christ's teaching which is also our Civil Rights laws that designate minatory groups that must be afforded a little extra protection as mob ruler mentality can cause them to be discriminated against and refused equal rights and protections...from harms... and why some now think one is just being 'religious' when we say our US Constitution as amended is based on Judeo Christian values... and even the basic reason for the  ELECTORIAL COLLEGE that many are trying to get enough delegates from each state to be a presidential nominees and then win enough...of them next November...IT TO PREVENT MOB RULE...that can take over...and one be harmed....as injustice to one...means that get rid of a precedent case...then  another has to win the battle for rights all over....and get it so all can have the same rights as the one....AND WE HAVE NO MEDS MADE FOR 25 MILLION + AND OTHERS NOT IN SAFE FORM NOW as the rights of one or a few have been illegally suppressed...and hidden as existing so millions are not harmed in a judgement of human making...and one day those who have not been brought to justice by human legal systems for this...surely will be asked about it when the books of their lives are opened at the FINAL DIVINE JUDGEMENT....AND ASKED ABOUT IT AND JUDGED AND MAY MERCY BE GIVEN OR THE VOID OF HELL MAY BE YOUR ETERNITY...

  and AS James...says in this chapter...and whether one is a Christian or not...the common wisdom of human behavior and outcomes of ones actions or inactions...is to be considered and it has given us the freedom of the best model of govt the world has ever known so far...and we have let it languish by hiring smart people in the govt who ae well able to learn....how to be the govt in a fair and just system....and are being prevented from doing it...by not being trained and NONE DOING THE JOB....AS CONTRACTORS DO NOT HAVE GOVT AUTHORITY TO DO SUCH...as some need to have more then one level approved or deny  a change or application. Of the laws to the facts....and some apply the facts and set it up for the hearing judge...to apply 'judgement ' which is another level of decision making above the level of that key position in the agency....and now we have judges backlogged and I have some over 10 years old waiting... AND PRES Trump was reported as considering having the units preparing the cases to go to the first judges...become federal employees...as the reason our are so old..IS IT WILL BE MORE JUDGES EXPOSING THE CORRUPTION GOING ON...AND NOT SOMEONE MISAPPLYING THE LAW...

   And the real tax nightmare of so many unethically calling an employee a contractors all over and loss of rights for the employee...in this...as these are not being done as any agency with stake in taxes to be paid...like  SSA and Medicare ones...could start the first decision when something comes along...and does not look right and apply a criteria...to make the decision....and one of the last ones done...by me..before going out on federal workers comp the last time...is still being referred to as 'WHO CAN FIRE THE PREACHERS  as to are they an independent contractor or employee of the non profit corporation…  and a delay of only a couple of years.on a case...found its way to my desk and found out none had any training on how to do them in the New York region. Which was already doing much differently than the rest of the nation...and should not have...as this is a major problem now...for taxes not getting paid...when should be....as well as easy for one with no work permit to work as a contractor and no employer be responsible...when the work as done by the criteria is an employment relationship... and it takes 4 signatures two at SSA and two at IRS and along the way might go to the Solicitor general of the US also for legal review.. and 2 years after I went out on workers comp...I was in a meeting at seminary for the new tax code for clergy.....led by a couple at IRS and they looked over at me and grinned as they passed out the pages...and read my initial ruling as verbatim part of the civil code of the USA..... And the some  fared a little better than the others  due to the corporate structure....as a horror by the Clinton Administration of harassment of clergy was bout to happen and warnings posted around seminary even....to get records in order....for travel etc....as the intent was everyone was expected to be mass audited....as none knew  the criteria???

 and one day....a case came to me languishing and trained since 1968 and found the manual....and followed the criteria  and the conclusion as all facts being equal on the rest was who can fire? and as far as I know it still is as some clergy on tv a couple of years ago...said the words of fire the preacher...as basis...about taxes...and how the back taxes due by some were handled as when a case gets old than all those in the same situation...it goes back..unless some kind of administrative waiver is done as a policy  over all and fairness would be to do this...since the delay was none trained to do their job already in 1994 in the New York Region...and the rest of the nation do not know......and DID ANYONE EVEN KNOW TO DO THAT ANYMORE AT THE TOP OF THE AGENCIES..??

   Almost seems as if the lack of knowing was intentional to over throw our constitutional form of govt and the honorable profession of civil servant...And servant being the lost part...to the people...and nation... Most decisions are not different that others done thousands of times...but this one was going to be horrendous for clergy in the USA and a violation of separation of church and state as bad as the Vietnam era...when the draft boards got into churches doctrines to allow conscientious objections for going to armed service over non armed of civilian  work FORGETTING THAT EVEN AN AETHIST CAN HAVE A CONSCIENCE ONJECTION.. and that was because none came back to me to explain the words coined by me in  1948 OF PEACE CORP to EVERETT DIRKSEN MEMBER OF CONGRESS  which was not what they do...but that it would count for service when drafted....and the streets erupted...that was another part of the horror.. (article about me in Readers digest in early 1950's) ( do word search at the top for when I wrote about this along with Head Start a year later coined by me to the one that went and founded it...)

     Things have been so illegally and outright harassment and defamatory in the Dallas regional office of US Dept of Labor as well as HHS....and after talking to some in DC and the New York Region where my file should never have been sent out..of…..and that policy of moving around as the injured federal worker does...makes no sense. and my death is getting too close...from the out right obstruction of medical care with the same entity of cabal of a 1000 + corporate names...able to defy and skirt the rules that and more than once and not just that affects me personally...is  the one thing the govt is able to do is not renew the contract of a bad actor.....

     But even if this file got transferred...then here I am teaching a new person what their job is and I have not the physical strength to talk that much...as still not recovered from yesterdays pleading for my rights and life...after a phone call from the Dallas mgr and no intent to question the contractor...and let them withhold judges orders and files....and begged her not to send out another letter of misinformation on me...that can cost me my right to live even more...Tell the truth as only one has there a couple before.... YOU ONLY HAVE WHAT THE CONTRACORS GAVE OR GIVES YOU.....and none in that office knew what was online that Lynn Blodgett lost the contract and now Bill Blodgett got it back with another corporate name*...and some still think that US DEPT OF LABOT IN LONDON KY...is a federal office they are talking to getting intentional misinformation from to spew out in letters that harm me and others as precedent case for millions with same kind of medical situations….needing the same meds...etc...

    The day after I linked the corporate website  ANY MENTION OF BROTHER BILL is gone...and finding out any corporate leaders is 'bleached" and the training is so bad...( and some few do not care or in bed with the horror maybe/)  they do not even realize they should never be sending out letters others would make decisions on...acting as if they had the files and judges orders even....when the JUDGES OPRDERED THIS TO BE SOTPPED...AS THEY RULED THEY DO NOT KNOW...AND TO ASK MS ADAMS FOR THE FACTS AND RECONSTUCT FILES USING MY RECORDS...AND THEY HAVE IGNORED THIS...even when I sent a copy to the local office....as they are not allowed to have files and data as federal employees with stellar backgrounds checked...are not trustworthy to keep security on files...there in a federal office and they contracted out to an entity that is a shell of others with 30 trillion or more,missing? and deadly mess when its in areas of govt that lives depend on what happens with the data and files...third leading cause of death. and already major in 2007 congressional study and not sure what this 90% cause of death by cabal contractors is Bloomsberg's campaign mentioned of XEROX IT and they have been part of and not part of...etc...since the 1980's....and some of my research in this blog does use his site...he and his would know as the  SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE IS LOST ON THIS BEAST OF A SYSTEM WITH NO GOVT OVERSIGHT RULING NATIONS NOW.. as govt contractors cannot be audited as budget cannot be spend says the House since 2002...and law....and all those running for president either in office then or since...did you offer and amendment to every law to put it back...I only am aware of Sen Sanders did it for a few VA ones as the gag order rule is harsh retaliations to even mention this is the rulers of the land now but for the DOD ones still under the govt..oversight and cabinet of the president.. and when the VA contractors as only one allowed to be called..to testify...was for some housing allowance mess ups  (MONEY MISSING CABAL? ) Booze Hamilton 'had no idea what was gong on as they sub contracted out and that is pattern....and the US Supreme court case of 1/16 is that You are liable...if the law was amended to oversee and  one cannot sub contract out and not have to be liable... and why in health care our medical providers are facing some hard times..with having to go around congress as bank accounts of medical professionals can be pulled by contractor for overpayments and most are in denial that their id was stolen and that claims were turned into multiples nd they and their patients heirs even are overpaid forever...to be collected...as since they disappeared the money not due...to be paid by Medicare….trillions  owed back....the thieves can collect from the medical providers and patients and heirs who usually has no idea has occurred...and the process by one contractor no longer in existence now..to document this resulted in a contract not renewed and the costs went down a trillion dollars at Medicare 50% down....and then a new system came in and as of 10/6/16 worse than ever   as with the generic numbers...now...I may be 100 people and not just 17 anymore...and Medicare is not even primary….but the entire medical profession is being sold a bogus one and Genera dynamics now managed by cabal as super said Lynn Blodgett was....also in Dallas...and the fraud reports not getting done as contract violated and not done and sent in as 1-800 Medicare is the only source who can see this....and have not been well enough to check this out as its horrific...to interrogate and find out..as one can go back to DAILY RECAPS ON MEDICARE MELTDOWN  10/25/16  and continues until the main mediocre nearly killed me with the toxic binder that was cellulose distilled into an alcohol ether gas and fighting to stay alive with the solution made..and not getting it all as none allowed to help me....and FECA IS LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE AS ITS AN APPROVED AND PAID FOR AND STILL IS TO BE BY THEM... and the active duty vets testified last summer and another med..not made as NO TREATMENT FOR USFOR LEFT VENTRICLE HEART FAILURE...ETC...  US DOL could not understand how me how one denied all denied..... this is everyone in USA whether they file for a benefit ot not...all of us denied our rights of even life.. as for others nations...? same cabal...as Lynn Blodgett and Jeff hold Canadian contracts now...and horror stories coming out...

    THIS IS NOT A WORLD GOVT OF BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE.. this is not govt...in control that is a law unto itself and who is hidden deep in the pit in control of all of it...If the last name is even Blodgett...they seem to only be the 'worker bees' of something more pervasive. And evil..of death and destruction... AND IT WS HIS COMPNAY THAT POISONED

THE WATER IN FLINT MICHIGAN AND NONE CAN ARREST GOVT CONTRACTORS THANKS TO 2002 LAW..

   The health commissioner is in legal trouble as govt employee for not telling the public there was legionnaire's disease in the water....so how many will die before they should or already dead??

who will not audit trillions missing at contractor of this cabal same as ones on workers comp at federal as well as all over the country as sub contractors of insurers for 9 years...and claims never processed as rights non existent...oxygen claims the big one as it gives one permeant and total medical care when approved for life by workers comp under 1988 labor law...and those processing or suppose to be on my claims DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE LAWS OR ACCESS TO LOOK  UP as cabal 'forgot/ to put them on the website now of the laws...and they decide what the laws available to use are when all of them are to be??)

this....but if they mean starting and causing wars in this world...and bio engineered viruses....then maybe so...But I found that comment a little too vague for 90% but maybe it is worse than I even realize....as we have had people die in our community...that' seem to be part of this horror and the only ones who win...is the malpractice insurers raising premium rates on every medical professional in the country...far more than most survivors probably even get..as the cover up by the cabal managers is ruthless and why the letters of misinformation without even appeal rights..as fact.....

 And when Lynn Blodgett ran around to various agency heads lying and saying I had gotten a workers comp settlement and nothing to do on my cases....when 15 Dept of labor judges had said the opposite and more at others agencies....and then had records destroyed by govt officials of a felony action....based on his verbal word as if he is god giving divine instruction....and MY DIVINE...WOULD NEVER DO SUCH AS CHRIST IS THE FOUNDATION OF THE GOVT WE LIVE UNDER OF RIGHTS OF LIFE AND LOVE AND FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE....AND HE TURNED THE TABLES OVER IN THE TEMPLE FOR CHEATING THE PEOPLE IN CHANGING ROMAN COINAGE INTO THE TEMPLE ONES...AND  some sources say...maybe the same dover or animal was sacrificed..for more than one offering to atone for their sins...REAL CRIMES...IN A PLACE OF HOLINESS...WHERE THE TENANTS OF THE FAITH WERE TO DO THIS OFFERING AND HAVE REDEMPTION FOR THE SINS THEY COMMITTED... and then go and never do them again....

    How can one even figure out a budget for the nation when one cannot even audit to know what the real expenses are once the thefts are stopped...??

                  TOMORROW CHAPTER 2: IN THE BEGINING - THE DECLINE..

                                   CHANGING THE CIVIL SERVICE TEST UNDER NIXON FOR A GENERATION NOT ABLE TO GOVERN...FOR FIRST TIME SINCE ANCIENT ROME'S SAME PATTERN...THAT FAILED THE HONORABLE PROFESSION SINCE ANCIENT CHINA FOUNDED IT...AND  WE HAVE FREEDOMs WE HAVE LOST WITH NO GOVT IN CHARGE ...SINCE 2002 AND NO GOVT TO BE IN CHARGE TO EVEN TRAIN TO BE ..

   Its why some scandals by those taking advantage in the name of religion...in scam rip offs are considered one of the most heinous of theft cases...in our land yet...playing on the most sacred vulnerability of an individual trying to make their way to heaven for their soul...whether one agrees with the understanding or not...its very serious to scam one trying to save their soul...And may we never lose that thinking of it being such a heinous crime....just as for a clergy to mistreat children in the most heinous ways...is even worse when its one who has religious authority....goes to the heart and soul of ones faith...that can be lost when by one in position of such a sacred place and should be trusted to care....as well as the illegal and emotional scars that are left...

                    

  James , the son of Mary , mother of Christ and her husband Joseph...became a leader in the early church and the main message is faith without works is not....not that we do good works to get into heaven....but that faith cannot be passive...and silent....we are called to carry out our faith in some way and often unique to each one.....and in our system of government  WITHOUT ONE ACTION....WE HAVE NO GOVT THAT IS, OF,BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE....WHO ARE THE RULERS AS WE WERE CREATED TO BE OF THIS WORLD...AT THE BALLOT BOX..

    I  linked and articles earlier  by Political of only 50% voting...and that means we have 1/2 a govt and 1/2 our rights of even life if that much....as it takes 95%+ voting to even have a mandate or majority to have the political pressure and standing so those elected know they serve us.....and when we vote in every election..they know they will be judges by us..to keep their job another term at the BALLOT BOX...

              In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus..may the rich young rulers or older ones who have gained power and wealth by ill gotten and illegal means..repent  and pay it back and then be fair and process and pay and obey the judges even if the govt is  not allowed to bring you to our justice system...so one day...before You Christ he may be saved....and may my hurting and suffering not turn to hatred but rejoice when he does repent and make me whole even if my health was made worse...but still could have a few more years of living and much would still like to do....as we have a new generation that obviously has no idea how to run a government and could just as well as any of us did and before me for thousands of years but for those times it got bad like this when You first came and even those in the Holy place of the temple had become cheaters of the people's sincere wish to be forgiven of their sins in the way of faith..

   Forgive me my own short comings and sins...and thanks for the inspiration to turn some real anger to some who caused me to talk so much yesterday and still hurting...from it.....but glad I did...as the response from one lady was a wake up call to me...THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO PROCESS MY CLAIM SHOULD THEY HAVE IT....AND PRAY THEY DO NOT SEND OUT ANY MORE MISLEADING LETTERS...WHEN THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE MY FILES OR JUDGES ORDERS THEY COULD QUOTE AND OBEY.... and I am not being paid to be a trainer for he govt...at all..just wish to be treated fairly and justly as my ordeal started with  a felony rifling of my clams file in the Dallas regional office of US Dept of labor after transferred from Philly who made real effort to have real security on it...and save me from dying on the job...as doctors said would be really ready to happen...

   Pray for those in Dallas whom many seem to be good people caught in a horrible organized crime ring as one us attorney's said...and no member of congress willing to act but rare one since 2002 and leadership of both parties as when You wrote as assume it was you with a hand on the wall of being wanting to King of Babylon desecrating the temple utensils in a drunken orgy as they usually were its written in history....and that night judgement came and the empire was overthrown.....and may all support the efforts of those elected who want to make this right again and have a heaven on earth for alas You taught us to pray for....and may it be so and we all get our act together as You know we can do this as You made us able to do this.....and may it be so....and pray for those who can help me and mine...as its rough for us....and although we have a home and food and more than most in this world we could help others more rather than others having to help us and bless those who do help..as will bear witness if need be one day to You but You already know all ...so thank You....IN YOUR HOLY NAME AMEN!

    PRECEDENT CASE POWERFUL ENTITIES WISH GONE..?? and no protection of person or files or data...and all I did is go to work one day...A CRIME LORD TURNING STATES EVIDENCE  against less organized crime would surely have some protection..?? ALL I HAVE IS THE ALMIGHTY  and what has been thrown at me and mine and others and even President that could have us in WWIII over...has to be stopped congress and its up to you to put back the govt to do its job of, by and for the people...and we need to vote and do our part to support our elected officials..even if its constructive criticism and that is not the hatreds being spewed out far more than some comic jabs...in the political arena...

A civil damage case the party would be named and known but although more powerful as a federal case...its not known unless shared and maybe we need govt put back in schools so all can know how our govt is to work and based on do not harm the least among us...what is done to one...is done to all..like them...Its our legal system of equal justice that can turn into wholesale injustice and even topple a nation and president if allowed to continue...and its all about justice to one...me at the rank and file civil servant level or President at the top  office of the nation....and when allowed to permeate the world...only dictators seem to know not to relinquish power to it so far...
