                                                       1/10/89 Date of Injury
Established federal workers compensation case for Inhalations of Toxic fumes with bronchiospasms, occupational   asthma, ( that' the bad one) mucous membrane burned off entire body with resultant chemical sensitivity traumatic  injury with resultant occupational  asthma, chemically induced pneumonia's. Many usual long teem medical conditions  includes Diastolic heart failure, side effects of long term cortisone steroid effects include brittle cataracts, steroid induced Diabetes and the list goes on . as this is a full body disease that is progressive and usually is the cause of one death but modern medicine can delay it for years. from what was the prognosis on 1/10/89 was a 5 year life expectancy. but the treatment for long term life has been pulled in recent years, with no substitute for upwards of 3 million like me the USA who have had similar exposures including those from  9/11 01 of good estimates of 2 million in new York City from the toxic fires which were covered up by fraudulently altered EPA air studies No one goes to jail as the cover up techniques were well perfected back in Jersey City in 1989. . 
I am not a doctor but over the last 24 + years have learned a lot from some of  the leading doctors and researchers in the field. I choose to live and will do what is needed to figure out some way to survive.What I share medically one should always check with their own doctors before trying or accepting as true for themselves.
    The  asthma inhalers  which came out in 1989 were pulled as they contained cfc's'and the environment must be saved and the FDA has done nothing to see that  safe substitutes are available for us. What's out there is for those with the opposite kinds of asthma's; from allergic type reactions. and with this kind of injury, there is no allergy response. , Its just the opposite and an anti histamine, is dangerously harmful,especially if one is already in breathing difficulty. We are 3 million collateral damage now and FDA says we don't officially exist, yet. But the medical community knows very well how to treat us and is often  not allowed to do so.
       I met one former co workers in my pulmonologist's office a few years later and she was in total denial of how on 1/10/89 she went from pretty good health to now needing medical care. Some just can't face those they worked  for did this to them and still acted friendly and as if they were so concerned. when they have been documented committing felonies that got them injured in the first place. The reaction to pure evil is too often denial and that's how evil continues its winning destruction.
    All my past experiences knowing pure evil first hand had brought me to 1/10/89 and in no way was any one to keep me from surviving as long as possible until some kind of Justice is done to stop the evil that has permeated our society.  But people have to wake up and quit dissing those that are truly trying to stop it legally and in  peaceable manner. We have law enforcement and others  hired and its about time they decide to stop covering up for high and mighty and do their job and Congress needs to come down hard on any one that intimidates or harms in any way of life livelihood of an eye witness who has testimony to give.

                                          What Happened on 1/10/89
 As I said yesterday usually went home for lunch.
 During the morning, we saw the Building manager from Hartz Mountain Industries in the office./The day was very cold and employees had been complaining about needing more heat and it had been turned up.
But not abnormally high All the Hartz Mountain Industres manager did was make a cursory walk through the office.
There was no inspecting of the inner hallway where the fumes had come up later in the prior day when Osama Bin Ladin had come in to pick up his HHS W- 2 and used the photocopy machine near our area but we had gone to lunch. The employee who had sat nearest the stairwell was in the hospital but reports  later were she was overcome emotionally from the encounter with Him from  a date which had gone very badly back in 7/88 during the training class. The cover up was already under way and we weren't even aware she was in the hospital in most of the office.
 What I was not aware of is that the air was not good in the center part of the office, but I didn't notice any problems in my area.  The fight to breathe can be deceiving and all any one wanted was warm air, when what was needed was safe air to breathe. A later air study with dye, did show that if air was circulating at all, fumes were being drawn away from our area.  We were unaware of a major problem on the roof; we had no incoming air.
The ventilation 'hose ' was disconnected. but that was discovered a couple of days later   when Tom McDevitt, our mananger an injured himself, and a lady from the city health dept got up on  the roof  themselves But it hadn't been fixed even a month  later  according to a report I got and was still being ordered to fix it. and over the next couple of weeks there were re occurrences of toxic fumes. yet everything covered up. No one filed for workers comp as no one was given the forms. I had asked fo them  and was ignored. So many people were off work, that they had brought in volunteers to work from all over the tri State area to answer the phones. No one was being told the truth and those in charge in higher offices later claimed they had been lied to also. by some in the New York region and in our office. Its the system. The local management is the final authority on what is going on. .
 If one reads the "violators of civil rights pages 1 trough 42"  posted online, I've written a lot about the on going  cover up and obstruction of justice and the badly broken system that's leading this world in to WWIII.  and what had occurred. We were badly injured and those that were supposed to be 'friends' were causing physical injury and more harm intentionally. No one was allowed to really investigate as a federal office s a kingdom unto itself and others only come in by invitation.
OSHA  came back in after all the calls from everyone and Geraldine Brown  tried to get her bosses in the New York region to get a court order as Hartz Mountain was denying  access to the rest of the building  as they were busy destroying evidence a felony' and she wanted to check the furnace. Denied to even try to ask the judge for one, as the fix was in.
We had  no rights of life or livelihood to cover up what we later found out from Linda Tripp  was considered a "matter of "national security" from day one. at the white house level. It was not considered just some building owner;s negligence at all.   We still didn't have any idea who Osama Bin Ladin was as we only  news we heard , even about the  '93 bombing  attack  never heard his name mentioned. When the  new President George H W Bush  took office in late 1/89, he had said we were all to have  the' benefit of the  doubt' on our workers comp clams and full investigation was ordered.. No one from the white House ever talked to any of the injured I was aware of to find out if the order was carried out. IT WAS NOT!
She bought the tape recorder on the way home from talking with our  son Michael after he  had tried to locate someone who had worked in the Bush and  Clinton white houses and met Monica Lewinsky who went and got her. . By the mid 90's we had learned the white house had been involved early on in this and didn't know that.
The  next phase of our history got started  as a result of the gate of corruption opened to 9/11/01 back in 1988 in Jersey City SSA  and turned  into a blue drees and a pornographic report and the real security issues of this nation being trashed  and ignored and good work in Congress came to a halt to over haul the entire system so we would have a govt that worked to stop entrenched corruption. .
Michael is  the cute guy at MacDonald's trying to help his mother on the Linda Tripp tapes.  Ken Starr never talked  with him even though he found out better info then some of the others that got their 15 minutes of fame in the matter. Real corruption really wasn't going to be investigated at all.
Was the impeachment over a blue dress and a lie in a civil case nothing but a smoke screen to cover up what was about to become exposed int he congressional hearings Congressman Dan Burton was going to hold and they  had my case as a prime example of how the system was broken and where to fix it. by new laws.?
 President of  the USA was ignored and who is in charge if he  can't give an order and have it followed when he is  asking for laws to be up held.
 But when the authority is the first line management, who had already done  illegal acts in the first place and been promoted for it plus given awards for it.;they are the ones believed  and none else is allowed to be asked anything.  we're to be dead nd dying and collateral damage and I had slipped through and my blood had documented they were all a bunch of lying murderers. All because   someone got ;confused; and put down the wrong employer on my initial hospital  chart. and doctors were allowed to do what they do, take care of me because they didn't think I belonged with the  group left to die.because first line officials were lying and full well knew it and still not investigated even though some have died and shouldn't that be a felony murder charge?.  .
                                               INJURED 1:30 PM, 1/10/89
 I got off the elevator on the first floor and turned to go out the side door nearest to where we lived. Out side I noticed a man with a waxer/buffer on the side walk leading away for the building. It  looked as if he was shellacking the sidewalk. And the sidewalk looked wet. He wore no protective gear or any kind of special  eye glasses.  It appeared he was to make the sidewalk look pretty and shiny.  I thought what about snow and ice? woudl it be slick. So I did not walk near the sidewalk he was doing but turned and went around the builidng on the sidewalk that went to the ATM machine for the bank on the first floor and then went around to the sidewalk on the front of the building. Nothing seemed  wrong with what was going on at all.The sidewalk I walked on was not wet and had not be touched. at all.
 I went on home and had lunch and came back before 1 PM. I didn't notice him there at that time.
What I was not aware of until  a long time afterward is that this man was using sulphuric acid to polish stone. and whether he is alive, or in good health Ive never been able to find out.  But I had no exposure of it as the wind was blowing any possible  fumes away from where I had walked.  down a different sidewalk that encircled  the building.Later it was said by experts that the fumes were getting sucked into the ventilation system from the bottom and coming up to the top floor.
Soon after I got back to work, Delores Bryant came in with a package and handed it to Dave Howe, my Supervisor for him to put a new cartridge in the photo copy machine. I thought is was very odd, for several  reasons. Why didn't she do it? But she was his supervisor so she could delegate the duty. She let him take it out of the sack and open the cartridge and put it in the machine. I thought it was odd as had not heard any one say there was any lack of ink on photocopies. etc.Plus she stayed right beside him all the time.
 This machine also used a liquid toner, I've been told is carbon tetrachloride also and there was a danger  label on that piece. (One of the first things that occurred after 1/10/89 is a new machine was bought  in and the old one disappeared. )
What was also odd, is that we had cartridges supplied by the company who took care of the machine.
 I noticed that after Dave Howe put the catridge in the machine she had him put the box in the sack and she took the sack. with her instead of just tossing it in the wastepaper basket near the machine which is what usually one did  if they changed anything on the machine.
 Within 30 minutes my lungs were burning as now and again someone came and used the machine. . The sun was not shining through the windows. and  the wall was  a light blue. One couldn't see for some time that we had a fine blueish purple dust building up. in the whole area like a very fine mist.
Delores Bryant was dressed in a very expensive looking silk dress and said she  had to take her child to the doctor and left. the office. .
 In the meantime over near the stairwell the fumes had increased dramatically coming up the stairwell and people were starting to throw up  and unknown to us, the ventilation system for the building wasn't installed quite right and  was informed later that the sulphuric acid had come into the building. The top floor had no ventilation at all and we were in a toxic chemical pool. And everyone got convinced there was welding going on below  us, but that was denied by the company who said they had left their equipment behind. is all.
             Unknown to us, rules had changed and management was not allowed to call 911 for but some employees  t did and apparently many in the office were calling all kinds of people asking for help Tom McDevitt stayed in his office and when the air study was done later, I could  see from it that the closed offices were not as baldy affected, but he was over come too. Every one was, but, this is the type of exposure that one just gets sensation that some fresh air will be all that's needed an one will be fine.Its  the kind of injury that can  really fool one and some are in complete denial that they are that badly injured. It makes those who want to get out of  paying damage claims able to take advantage of the injured very easily  at the beginning when documentation is crucial for ones liability  claim.
           By the time ambulances and cars and any other mode of transportation available was obtained and many employees were headed to local hospitals, we had no idea that word had already been given to the hospitals to not treat and  not run tests as its was all an emotional hysteria.  From  the highest levels of the govt and the Peer review for the area axiom notified all the hospitals in the area to basically refuse treatment. Even in defiance a New Jersey state law that in case of toxic exposure blood tests and skin samples were to be taken and sent out to the state health labeled and there was mechanisms to insure privacy and to get the results actually took a court order from the patient. This would protect any one from such things being in the blood as alcohol. or illicit drugs or the Aids Virus and so ones employer or any one else would know of anything other than a public health risk of toxic exposures. Over the next weeks I had multiple tests that said no drugs, alcohol or even caffeine detected.
But if  one  did not get the initial testing, no diagnosis of a toxic exposure would be made for those tests to be done and sent off. Those in the hugest levels were 'defying the system' to do a real cover up. Why? for CNA not to have to pay some damage claims and anyone doing  corruption to be cover up including the building had safety violations and even the lights had been installed  over the vents we did have which did not  meet specifications any way. And then there was that  disconnected  intake air valve on the roof,that the Hartz Mountain building manager  never bothered to find not connected, either.
The hospitals in the area knew we were coming and instead of sending their emergency room and lab and  x-ray technicians home at 3 pm, they had them stay so there would be a double shift of medical personnel to take care of patients coming in. I was the only one that got through any of those waiting and some had waited for hours before I got to them.
All but me got turned away.  NJ has a lot of heavy industry especially in the northern area and they do  know what to do and if one gets quick care, common sense would say the end prognosis might still be bad but not as much so.
I was the last one registered in at Christ Hospital  and I had collapsed and could barely breathe and got rolled past some who had been signed in first and were waiting in  the  waiting room  to be seen and  they didn't look in very good shape either. someone else  got the info from my purse on insurance, etc. and a major mix up occurred that insured I got the initial tests and diagnosis that was denied the others.
 The emergency room clerk put down I worked for Port Authority and that I had Union Labor insurance. I had had AFGE union insurance but had just switched to mail handlers. but old card still in my purse.  We all had some kind of health insurance.
 But their charts said they worked for SSA HHS and mine didn't They were to be turned way and I started getting tests run and the ER doctor yelled across the ER not to give me oxygen until they got the Arterial blood gas test blood drawn. I leaned my first real info on this kind of injury. Others of our group were given some oxygen, some not and none go the right tests done.
 A blood gas can be messed up if one  is given oxygen first. That got done right and when the results came back from another hospital they had to send it out to be analyzed  to  the diagnosis for toxic exposure was made. Then the ER doctor came over to fill out the report for the state health dept and found out I worked for SSA. They had prepared  me for admission to the hospital for treatment and I was almost blue black from the ingestion and not breathing well  and my insides burned like an open fires , like a hot iron and the struggle to breathe was only partially  helped by the oxygen.
     I was a healthy person in her early 40's and was  now near death with the mucous membrane burned off but the highest officials in the govt who had not seen me nor talked to me said I should not have medical care.
 Instead of any treatment at all including for the ingested particles whch is now diagnosis a granules etc., I  was sent home to drink fruit juice and take Tylenol and the be home for a couple of days and she even wrote the note.
 This is the real federal system health care insurance  every one gets next year for your health care.Its not a good one is it?
 AND WE HAD BEEN CONVINCED THAT THIS WAS ONLY A TEMPORARY  INJURY AND WE WOULD ALL BE FINE IN A FEW DAYS.

Since that day, I've not taken a breath without pain and only with oxygen is there not a feeling of suffocation.
 but Ive read a lot on this and talked with doctors and other., There is sense of denial of our own preservation to try and breathe and ignore it thinking it will get better and instead one is on the progression toward death, just a matter of how long unitl then . Medical. treatment can prolong life and one may live for years with medical care that;s now well known what to do.
 We all forgot about Osama Bin Ladin being in the office and the welders got blamed for causing the whole thing even though they denied vehemently that they were even there. One party that did look down the stairwell saw the welding equipment..
The union got  a little newspaper coverage, but on of my facebook friends tried to access it and she couldn't locate it so did it disappear out of the database along with the deaths of the three murdered in Topeka  Kansas 52 years ago, one of  which  is the 99% sure  Dad of the president.?
I have these articles.Lynn Blodgett CEO of ACS had them multiple times and he threw them away as govt contractors  don't have to obey judges or the law at all now
                                                   BACK TO THE HOSPITAL TO LIVE
 So I go home and then the fight for life began in earnest over the next few days. Admitted to one hospital by ambulance only to have the highest levels of the govt make them discharge me over the objection of the doctor assigned and I had yet to see a pulmonologist  but more tests run,  They ordered a shot of anabolic steroid to make me feel strong enough to leave and with my lungs and insides buring like a hot iron in terrible pain I was kicked out as the govt says no one has the right of life if your under the Federal plan like what every one gets for health ins next year.
Then I started sneezing up blood and  was hospitalized  for 8 days  fighting for my very life . and finally got some anitbiotic. and other things. But as soon as the oxygen was taken away I began the suffocation feeling and organ damage progresses more rapidly is what medically happens.
          Now doctors say that even then it was known that from 1/10/89 , I was supposed to be an oxygen patient and to deny that, only meant more organ damage and faster progression.
 But in the mean times. I layed in bed at home . I was discharged as soon as my collapsed lung opened back up part way.I still was being led to think I would be fine in about 6 months. Its now 24 1/2 years and too many have died and WWIII is imminent and those in leadership still can;t comprehend there is evil in this world and they will come into the USA and not be our friends at all.
So by the late 1990's I learned who Osama Bin Ladin really was and started trying to stop 9'11/01 which I thought he was going to bomb New York City as now I understood what hiss expressions meant when he looked out the window so near my desk for those two weeks. If he was ever our friend, he had changed some where along the way. I've never doubted he did it, or led it done. Others have made millions off of books and movies when they know very little of what really happened  at the beginning of this?.  No one wants to know our own internal corruption let this happen , not even the 911 Commission , congressional hearings stopped to do an impeachment and if we get close to having this again, will Congress stoop doing some good work and try another impeachment when the results  will not solve the entrenched problems whoever sits in the oval office.?
