Their subsidiary get s a copy of this daily recap as each day as the ones to complain to  of  new instances of wrongs being done  by several of  of their subsidiarys' clients. I complain to their subsidiary about Lynn Blodgett, SSA's, US DEPT OF LABOR, LINCARE, et al  contractor Affiliated computer services and of course they have some Medicare contracts as they sign up the  doctors. manage them and many hospitals and state medical schools and their treating staff.
   Next year these are the folks you will complain to if your are struggling for your health care rights and life .The track record is awful and I have multiple entities they take the complaints for  and are suppose to do something about them ( file 13 must be filled with mine)and the conflicts among the ones I complain about shows  the system is nothing but a cover up of criminal  activity and how the govt and congress and past presidents as well a the current one allows this to continue means we have no govt of , by and for the people for over 20 to 30 years in this country.
Was it all an illusion ? Did we ever?
 Yes,! It was not perfect, but before the computer age took over and the programing and maintaining got so technical that all the services and related activities got contracted out, it was much better.
 I remember when Congress did a study and sent folks into Social Security offices to make sure any one hungry was referred for food stamps or the local food bank.
And appeals were taken and answered and now they are never answered and ones Hearing file disappears inside Lynn Blodgett;s company ACS-Xerox which has control of Nations; now if they don't want to answer or allow a hearing to be held. Getting in front of a judge who can subpoena records means the 'gig' might be up. And it almost was for him when the appellate three judge panel at Us dept of Labor legally said don't listen to him, listen to me and allow  my file to be reconstructed so it can be worked and items paid.
 In 2/09 THEY SAID )(In legal terms)  GET RID OF THIS CROOKED CONTRACTOR!
Those orders went to Lynn Blodgett for his company to post on a file which he has refused to set up and lied as to why. to Christina Starke the regional manager of the Dallas Federal Workers compt office telling her that there was nothing to do on my file. She had nothing to counter him with as all she had   was a computer file not updated since 1998 and then she believed his lies and acted on it and nothing was done and Lynn Blodgett went ahead and got another  5 year renewal of the contract. Even judges orders can't be seen by ones claims examiner if he doesn't want it seen.
   Ms Carter has not called me back as she has no clue what has happened in the past 25 years, she doesn't even have my ls at  certified mail written response to her from 9/12 and that was a follow up of my response to one from a year earlier and has no idea why when claims are sent in by me I get a response referring to the missing million dollars and no oxygen claims are  input since they took over and we've had to get creative to prove they do have them and they have over a decade of them pending , never processed as THEY WOULD BE PAID AND then they'd have to pay all my bills. Its why years ago when they  put  me on home oxygen its one of the things in the law that triggers permanent medical benefits so one DOES NOT DIE! Lynn Blodgett's own manager said  and repeated the generally known order still in effect to LET HER DIE! referring to me) She is to let me die as the order and several others said the past OPM director: ordered it  and none have rescinded it.and we are getitng  a political strategist for Pres Obama put in now; Ms Archuleta who's  being referred to the US Senate for confirmation..What will she do? with 300 million of us under her next year as she is over all the health insurance for all next year? Read the law, that Congress didn't bother reading..
Ms Carter and Ms Starke  don't even know I have permanent medical benefits. The don't get to see the  posting of the US Dept of Labor inside ACS. Yet it posts   to the Medicare computer and its locked in with an unbreakable security lock according to their IT dept. The 1988 law was clear. No more causing injured workers to die and get by with  it. But with the govt contractor, they can get by with it again. Felony murder is all too  common in the Federal system. and no one is even investigated. but she can't have it  as Lynn Blodgett gets it.and his records show a million dollars went missing several years ago. for set aside monies for the medical care and where it is it Mr Blodgett? You never ansered my certified letters.
 I  know this all started long before you became  CEO ut were you brought in to correct things or to cover them up and obstruct the continuation of the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal which the Media reported as your company was involved  with as  the problems persist  from what was done and he is not correcting what happened.
 Nothing to do? , when I have permanent medical benefits and medical care includes home oxygen which his company was ordered to not input the claims s they would be paid and I am to die. So this man has and is carrying out a 'contract for murder.' And  all the other things left undone including reconstructing the file so current benefits can be paid as the judges said I returned to work in 1990 and should have them.And that all occurred with a felony destruction of records before ACS took over in the Dallas regional before and the policy in the USA is to not have any security for paper or digital files in any federal office or for any one. I have that from multiple OIG Directors on this. No ones records are secure in this country is the policy.
       And where is he gettting his information. Who is telling him to do this to me. I realize he is only a Hired hand as CEO.  Are we dealing with people so powerful they have no semblance of conscience any more?
 And he hires a subsidiary of Goldman,- Sachs to complain. to. They used to be called Global Compliance but have recently changed their name. Was that because I started writing about who they were. Did others begin to find out?
They don't hide it, as its available through their own sites.
So I have case numbers of complaints and send them this daily recap which is a new daily notice to them and they do nothing about it.
The only oxygen supplier in my area of liquid oxygen which I require as the concentrators give off ozone.
 One doctor told me that the official record for using liquid or compressed air versus a concentrator is a physical need for the compressed air liquid. This makes no sense as one can turn up the liter flow to a higher one.
FDA doesn't recognize that ozone irritates the lungs and causes inflammation in even parts for billion for one like me and upwards of 10 million others. now.  And that can cause death if not eliminated from the person's  air. breathed. 
But my civil rights complaints filed over the last 5 years with HHS Regional office manager Ralph Rouse in Dallas have never been answered along with all the other well documented  issues. They have disappeared, unread and unanswered . and he called and had me in tears after I filed the first one. So the next complaint named him as anther offending party along with all the others who had been and continue  committing civil  wrongs as well as criminal wrongs.
 FDA says that over 3 million people do not exist in the USA. And a more recent study now indicates it may be 10 million. who suffer form some level of chemical sensitivity. This is the opposite reaction from an allergic one.
When it involves the lungs and internal organs and tissues which is what occurs when the mucous membrane was damaged as mine was burned off according to doctors on my whole body, then one does not have a 'protective layer' to filter out some of the toxins and chemicals prevalent in our society today. even in the small amounts which are considered safe for most.it s an invisible disability that those who do not have it often really don't understand what the problem is. and how it can be life threatening.
        If aspartane is put in  milk; it  will be dealyd for me  as it will cause internal bleeding. as it breaks down into formaldehyde in the body.  Why do this? Makes no sense unless they really are trying to kill us all off.
One becomes chemically sensitive one of two ways. Some get that way and it can affect one or more parts of the body , by either a gradual exposure of small amount over a long period  of time; or as happened at work fro me in 1/10/89 a one time horrendous toxic exposure that did the damage in a short period of time in one afternoon.
       All because the gas detectors were turned off in the building as Hartz Mountain Industries did not want to have to fix some basic construction flaws that   could not have passed city, state or federal inspection for any of us, including federal employees to be in the area on 9Th Floor, 2 Journal Square, Jersey City NJ.
No one has go en to jail nor one has been investigated and indications are that Osama Bin Ladin took advantaged of gov and their corruption to add in his 'mixtures' when he was in the atair well when he slipped in to pick up his 1088 HHS W-2. .
After 9/11/01, an FBI agent told me that every FBI agent in the country knew about our  office and none was ever allowed to investigate.  So to cover up  we start wars? Or was that the intent in the first place? or were we just  90 milion to embezzle at a million dollars a head?
                                    REMEMBERING THINGS 50 YEARS BACK


ITS NOT EASY GOING BACK 52 YEARS TO REMEMBER THING WHEN THE BIRTH OF THE PRESIDENT WAS ONLY A PORTION  OF MY WHOLE LIFE AND  OTHER THAN ONE BRIEF MEETING IN 1/71, AND A COUPLE OF OTHER BRIEF ENCOUNTERS WITH NO CONVERSATION  WAS NOT PART OF MY LIFE AND NO ONE EVER TALKED ABOUT IT EXCEPT FOR ISOLATED COMMENTS OVER THE YEARS.
What had  happened  over the  last several years, makes it very difficult for any eyewitnesses to come forward. I know quite a bit first hand and yet look at some of the derision I've had thrown at me and there are still three dead with no justice. from 3/61. one of which is the president;'s 99% sure Dad.
It gets more convoluted as we know there were two Stanley Armour Dunhams, the original and the one who took the id and went to war at age 14, my cousin Daniel Wayne Pope who is the president's grandfather. But research indicates that there ae other 'doubles' in this. The grandmother whom the family called Marilyn with  a nickname Tut and whom Aunt Helen said was a local girl that moved into the area. and  they knew little of her family or past. and soon ended up married to a mid teenage soldier. Then when their child was born, she get the name of the older one? And  in  pictures shared are generally similar but just are not  her in many of the ones which has her older or some of the pornographic ones as the one in those pictures is thinner built.
This all adds to confusion for any who might remember her from Capper Jr HS or Topeka HS where she was for a few months and others around the city who might have known her, then look things up and see pictures and different info as if she is older.
 Then there is another double in all this. This is not intentional at all. but an extended family, as it appears, giving two baby boys born with in a year or so of each other similar first names. using a more formal one for one and an abbreviated nick name for the other and it  has caused confusion now and then for many.
The older one died in 1999 and I noticed comments made on a memorial for Topeka HS, has some confusing the two in the comments. Others were confused at the time. And unless one knew them very well and associated with them or had classes with them, one could become thoroughly confused as who died and who remained alive to live many years and have a career. And if one gets the confusion out into the comments or explanation of what they now, then one needs to be sensitive about this and respectfully ask questions of which one they are remembering. The confusion may be 52 years old. In the current political climate, and hatred that is spewing out from some that goes beyond just hatred of the politics of the President, it can cause many not to speak at all.
Its why I started out on 7.26/12 and started with what I first remembered and went from there. as one reviews old pictures and talks with others,  additl info is remembered.
But the name of the deceased 'Dad' is burned in my memory and some other things. I remember when the bunch form Westboro Baptist tried to harrass and imtimidate him from not even singing with the Boys Glee club, there were some girls from Highland Park HS present who heard it all and asked me what was going one.? Who knows,  they might rm ember that small part and not realize that the after that incident  three bodies washing up on  a sand bar and one with a rope around his neck was from three murders in after 3/17/61 and before 4/2/61 and not connect it in 5/62 when the bodies washed up after the attack on his parents. .
 They  say the mind is like a computer and all the things we know are stored in there somewhere. To me that means every injustice that is not confronted and dealt with in some manner to permit closure in some legal manner means its part of us, our cultures and why ancient peoples. called it a curse. and modern experts say its part of our environment that forms who we are. We need to confront evil and do what needs to be done to have some real closures so we will overcome such things and never do them again. That means a real investigation and whatever else can be done 52 years late to have some real closure on this. Its a part of every one that every knew the three even in the most short of  time. In our' stored computers' is something that is telling us, that evil is condoned by society and when bad things happen to us we are to accept it, lay down and roll over and die. No THANKS! I choose to live and want every one else to have the rights of life. liberty and the pursuit of happiness which some say said property in the original.
     So overcome any inhibitions if one gets the 'four doubles mixed up in 'all of this and just tell what you know and  tell those hecklers that they are the cause of the worlds woes and need to accept that all the eyewitnesses info needs to be put together and sorted out and put the whole together so justice can be done. If one does not have justice than none of us really has it, either. You err,  accept it and go on, but your eye witness account does not mean its any less real or valuable. to the whole of the investigation. In many ways, it makes it even more valid and real.
There are some who have written books, and made movies from a fake bio of the President and now are being faced with the fact that he was not born in Kenya nor in Hawaii but Topeka Ks.   Some they have big money invested in all the books and movies plus reputations. I have neither depending on this..
 That's part of the problem- they went out and made money from a few pieces of  info and got themselves ensnared. The Devil is a trickster. and some very good and sincere people did this.  David Mariness admitted he was 'had' and wants to rewrite, but what of others?.( 8/12 on Hardball)
      I make no money from this., In fact, I am flabbergasted this was not all over last Fall and the Truth out and by now some Kansas or federal grand jury might have the case on the three dead to sort through what can be determined at this late date. Instead, those of us who really are after truth and u justice have become the criminal investigators and not just the searchers of the truth of the president's. bio. Why hasn't the govt done all this.?
So , I come along let  to the mix and start in saying no it didn't happen that way, and who am I? No  one, just an eye witness trying to sort out what I know and remember and what can be gleaned and am no where near Kansas to search trough old records, which some a seem to be missing and any library or archive that has some of  the 61 an 62 records missing need to file a theft report as its part of the cover up of three murders.As well as whoever  did what else with the bio of the President which he may or may not know the truth of to this day.  Only DNA will convince most in this scientific age, but getitng there means a lot of other info has to be put together first. .
Don't give up the struggle for Truth and Justice even if one gets one or more of the four 'doubles. confused. You remember what you do know  and others can help sort it all out.
