                        PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES

           Today the Bible opened to  Ezra Chapter 8/ Non Christians are welcome to ponder the general wisdom of the words.
 First thing besides the offcial permission to return to Jerusalem and rebuild the Temple is that among those readdy and willing to go , the priesthood   wasn't present and had to be 'invited' to come. Also, notice the inclusion of some Babylonian names among the list of of those going including Daniel which shows the influence of being in Babylon for the 70 years. That'a a long time to have a cultural impact on each  other's cultures and things get changed for good or ill when this occurs.
 The following phrases seemed to have special meaning for the day and times.
 verse 15. "Now I gathered them by the river that flows  to Ahava, and we caped there three days......none of the sons of Levi there..."
verse  23." So we fasted and entreated our God ( Yahuah, Yahusha, Ruah) for the, and He answered our prayers."
verse  32. So we came to JJerusalem and stayed there three days."
verse  34. "...all the weight was written down at that time."
verse 35. "...offered burnt offering.."
verse  36. " And the delivered the kings's orders.../they gave support to the people and the house of God."
  When we are called to go and do something, we are to follow the call for His work."
