                                           1/9/1989 Back From Vacation          
   On Monday Morning I came back to work from my extended vacation.           
Some of the employees mentioned what good time was had at the 'Holdiay" part y and wanted to do it again i February, have some sort of fun time.     It was cold , but sun shiny day. I had started soon after we had moved to the new building back in 7/88 of going home for lunch. We had 45 minutes and when I'd walked the short block, I would get the mail, read the morning paper , The Jersey Journal and was actually able to watch  part of  The Young and the Restless and even  lay down for a rest, but not to go to sleep.
If I needed to make any phone calls about personal business, I could. take care of that also when most people had business hours.
 Just before noon, I went to the beak room where my coat was hanging and put it on. As I left I noticed someone across the way at the photo copy machine which was near my section of the office ,but only saw his back and it didn't register who it might be.
Later the next day as we were struggling to live, I was told that Osama Bin Ladin  had come in on the lunch hour to pick up his w-2, and had exited down one of the locked stairwells on the 9Th floor, one of which was inside our office. They had all supposed  to be locked as not even for the mandatory fire drill back in 10/88 could we be in the stairwells as ADP wouldn't allow it for their security  for records? it was open but some one  said there was some kind of work going on in the stairwell and assumed it was OK for it to be unlocked.
I came back to work and ended the day not realizing that in part of this large office where not all sections were visible to others, things had begun to happen over near the stairwell.
The young woman 'SAM' ( Osama Bin ladin)  had gone on the date with back in 7/88 and had gone "very badly"  sat near the door to the stairwell. Her sister also worked in the office. We had several members of same families that did work there..A couple of husband and wives and the two sisters. the only rules were one couldn't supervise the relative and usually family members were not put  under the same supervisor.
 Later on the sister had told me that when he left and went down the stairwell, he had walked over to her very friendly  as if they were close and friendly. She had become very upset over it after he left and by the end of the day. fumes were coming up the stairwell and some of the employees even put some cloths under the door at the bottom where there were cracks.
 When we came to work on 1/10/89, ( no one was told this) she had been admitted to a local hospital and what I later found out, was, instead of being tested for a toxic exposure, the treatment was zeroing on her being 'upset.' Multiple parties" said she died several  years ago of her injuries. The denial of medical care had started before any of the rest of us was going to really need it.
No one had done anything to find out what had occurred and her initial reports were filed as noxious fumes.
 What else would there be since the gas detectors hadn't  gone off to tell the fire dept  there was a toxic build  up in the building. But then how would they be notified of anything toxic, THEY HAD BEEN TURNED OFF TO AVOID ANY MORE CITATIONS OR HAVING THE BUILDING CONDEMNED FOR HUMAN HABITATION UNTIL PROBLEMS WERE CORRECTED.FELONIES AND MAJOR CORRUPTION= 9/11/01 and WWIII on the way and the gates are open and the detectors are turned off.
 Whatever was going on wasn't being  investigated or stopped. and of course no one was allowed down below,according to ADP. That's what Delores Bryant  had told the other supervisors and I heard her say it. back in 10/88.
 Sometime during  fire prevention week, all federal offices had the drill and we would keep our coats at our desks so we would not have to walk out into the cold and wait until everyone was out to come back in.
 Only the enemy terrorist of the USA was allowed to roam free in the building, in the world and in the USA.
                                            EYEWITNESSES SAID
Here is the scenario that had occurred in the office. according to numerous eye witnesses. Remember the FBI was never allowed in. We, the rank and file had to do the only real  investigation  ( others would come and do a lttle and then not allowed to continue) and with the guidance of an attorney whom I had obtained  when OWCP said we had to file a third party law suit as it was the law and not many will get involved when its federal workers compensation or federal employment. There is too much corruption and lack of constitutional rights. It  makes it difficult for any attorney unless they have unlimited resources behind them and then most of us can't afford them.on our federal salaries. He said let the union do its job and help you and did give mentoring as to how to proceed and that meant in putting my workers compensation claim together, I did a lot of  Freedoms of Information requests and had little trouble in getting informaiton, but records had already started going missing in multiple agencies. But OIG in multiple agencies could care less that felonies were occurring and basically said let the terrorists run the nation and collapse this naiton and start WWIII.  Their authority on what I was reporting to them? Delores Bryant. Who within weeks had been made the Manager and Tom McDevitt was promoted to being over all Teleservice Centers in the region.
This is the routine way things are still  done in law enforcement at the federal level. The immediate manager, becomes the authority and if that person  has done something wrong, she or he can stop the investigation even if it leads to 9/11/01 or wars or even  WWIII.
Thi s has got to be fixed, Congress!
I got information from many witnesses and  what I could from the OSHA file that had still survived by then over the next few months. . Most of the others had hired attorney Springer and he was promising his clients the 'world' and not having them do what my attorney was asking me to do and get. All my years of experience with taking disability claims, had taught me one thing from being aware of what an  injured person goes through in our legal system with the liability insurance industry.;. Beware an attorney who promises you the sky!  Most lawsuits are hard fought and not easily won and most never come out ahead financially when injured up against powerful entities . I couldn't believe the shoddy; legal work they were getting and later was told most of them got very little in return and the two attorneys were to share the work and he had promised mine he would do what I was doing and when it came up to the deadline under the two years to file, he botched it for his clients and they ended up with basically nothing.
Ours is still pending waiting for  US Dept of Labor to figure up the damages which they deify 15 agency appellate judges and two hearing officers  and now have contracted all  out to  CEO Lynn Blodgett  of Affiliated Computer Service A xerox company --world com... et al . Its why I started this news letter to track the mergers and acquisitions of all the entities of the world into one giant international cabal of financially interlocked companies who have almost total control of our very right of life and next year they will through the  Affordable Care Act which had its beginning behind closed doors in 1993 with Hillary Clinton and the insurance  leaders in a step by step process that culminates in 2014..  Mr Blodgett  has Congressional immunity and no one can make him do anything  he legally is to do as he can't even be internally audited according to Congress.
   IF THIS IS NOT A COUP D'ETAT?  what is? it doesn't matter if you like Pres Obama or not; he has no control of carrying out the laws of the  nation as Congress gave up our rights to this international cabal along time ago. as we fought over who can get married and whether  the president  was having an affair  or not with an intern.
.Our attorney  added in the spouse and springer didn't even bother for his clients.. The two legal filings: ours looks like its  from an experienced and competent attorney and theirs from some first year law clerk.I had no choice but to file as  the US Dept  of Labor required it unless wanted to go home and pay my own medical  care and living expenses for the rest of ones life and for my  family. 
The system is horrific. And the chance to get it all corrected back in the late 1990's ended when the entire Congress stopped a lot of good work and hiked  off to impeach Pres Clinton and drag the world through a pornographic report and nothing came of it.  Censorship would have been better and we would have gotten some good laws passed to turn the path way to a better world. 
I, a humble l rank  and file civil servant of the US govt was to take on a Goliath of an insurance industry  and get my medical  care and living expenses reimbursed back to the federal tax payer. And the officials in  the highest levels of the govt are supposed to be on the taxpayer's side, , but instead had already gotten into a bed of corruption with the ones we had to sue as they caused it. AND  remember, if this felony a and that  felony had not occurred in the first place and the gas detectors  had been on, etc. would any have been injured? at least as severely as they were? Every law and regulation to secure the lives of Americans ignored
.
I also tried to piece together what little testing had been done and the gradually toxic build up of a toxic pool as chemicals gradually  mixed with each other over the following hours and into the next day.
Unit six, where I sat actually was the last section  that was adversely affected but by the time it got there, it began interacting with  chemicals in the photocopy machine according to Izzeletta Sanchez, the manger of the OSHA office in Parsnippany, NJ. ( before she was 'gagged' into silence) when she had been the first compliance officer to come and got lied to about any injuries occurring. 
Back in 1/89; n one , including me, seemed to grasp the connection between Osama Bin ladin and the toxic exposures. We didn't understand who he was in 1988 or 1989. Or that someone could just mass murder dozens of people. That kind of evil  hadn't existed in most people's personal experiences. He could have easily murdered me in the hallway and no one would have ever caught him so I didn't connect his being that dangerous. Doyle mentioned to me in recent years, that he did not murder me then, was because it would have caused an investigation by the state officials (police)  since I was in a private building in their  hallway and not in a federal office although we had use of the hallway to get to the only restrooms available for us and those are mandatory to be provided for federal employees. When I visited in 1990, I found that none could go to the restroom with out picking up a key from a supervisor and it made employees feel like 'school children needing to ask permission to go."
 But back to 1/9/1989.
 Criminal complaints had been filed, and  the one coming in to pick up his W-2 was a suspect in theft of federal property and had gained access to a federal office and  the building  where he was not to be. But eye witnesses have no meaning in the legal system in this country  inside the federal government do they?
Otherwise Kansas would have been forced to give up the real birth certificate of the President of the USA, a long time ago.
 I wonder how many more have to die  and be injured for life and prematurely die of those injuries in this country and in the world before the rank and file common people start being listened to as to what they know and have witnessed?
 The W-2 had been put in an envelope and had his name on it. so there was plenty of time for him to be met with someone  from  the office of inspector general and questioned. Of course to do that would have exposed the biggest security breach in the  history of this nation; citizens financial records back in 7/88.cover ups and felonies were opening the gate to destruction and 9/11/01 already. Cover up one  felony and it never ends.
The alleged person who prepared the W-2 for pick up was none other than the Asst manager Delores Bryant.
This is  not the first time I have named her publicly and constantly to all the appropriate  law enforcement over the years. No one has ever disputed my testimony as it seemed to only be a more and better recommendation for her to have promotions and awards. The secretary of HHS, really did seem to like her a lot?
She's the authority on me and the one you would ask about me. I can't understand her mind or motivations and not sure where she currently is. One report was she had died but others said no she had gotten another promotion.
She is a relative of Kobe Bryant is what had been told by several in the office before this all happened and he had moved to Philadelphia to play High school basketball there so he could get better experience.
 A relative of hers another Bryant was the manager of the District office in Jersey City, down the street.
She grew  up in Harlem is what I'd been told. Many in the office had had some major problems with her before I'd even arrived. I did notice that when I had shipped my things out from the office where I had transferred form in the mid west,  she had opened each one and inspected what I had shipped.
 Legally she could, but I'd never known this kind of thing to occur any other place I'd worked.
I'd  had some in the mid west say it was not a good office to transfer to, but I had personal family reasons for transferring and not much choice in the matter having so many years in with the agency and the hiring freezes made it almost impossible to transfer regions or even within regions even though the laws and regulations allowed for personal hardships. Some long term employees who had to move had had to leave  Federal employment around the country over this in order to move with their families.
I understood  she was married but he had a different name he used and when our carpet tiles later had the glue dissipate, he was the one that came from his company The Carpet Baggers and supervised their gluing.So if he had the contract for that, that would have been a possible ethics violation if not illegal in itself.
So wintesses said he picked up the W-2 and then went to the copy machine to make copies for his tax return.
 Wait a minute, our W-2's come with several copies, for each kind of return and one for our records, so exactly what was he doing at the machine  making copies or wat was he doing? Our  whole unit that was near where the machine was had left for lunch , so he was pretty much alone in the area? which is what I saw, but at the moment heading out for lunch, I made the assumption it was someone in to repair the machine which was having problems since social security  had contracted to rent used copy machines from a company that rebuilt then rented them out to agency and once the person who came  appeared to be the boss,  i thought looked like  the  daughter of another high ranking official in the agency.. Another illegal contract?  Just one  more of all those Freedom of Information requests I had to  ask for. revealed some of this. .For the last decade, not one FOIA request has been answered at all. They just ignore them as if the laws  no longer ever have to be obeyed again. and they seem to be getting by with it as Congress does nothing to see the laws are upheld.
So 1/10/89 we come to work and in our area, nothing seemed amiss.  And Osama  Bin ladin was roaming free with total access to the building, the nation and the world.and no one was stopping him. Those who  needed to so something didn't know, and we assumed there was things being done that should legally have and weren't. But we weer not gong to know any of this, until too late as most will die earlier than they should from their injures and some have already. But the govt will not admit security  fo this nation has been compromised for 25 years, because the system is so broken  those who commit wrongs and crimes are permitted to stop investigations without question  and continue the cover up and diss and degrade any witness as well as destroy govt files and computer records all over the place and the 'official' policy in this nation inside the executive  branch of the govt which is all the civil service is be no investigations  of any breaches of security of computer files or paper  for 25 years.. Source: multiple directors of offices of inspector generals whom I've personally begged for help on the constant and ongoing  pattern of  disappearance of my personal federal  and claims  files in multiple agencies in a continuous  pattern of felonies and nothing is done. This is  any one's records if it happens to them., too. And its been said it has with others.. 
89 Federal l employees who came to work and did their jobs in a dedicated manner,became collateral damage to cover up how terrorists duped the highest elite of the nation and our elected leaders?.
