Daily Recap 5/11/13: Osama Bin ladin Doesn't murder Linda Joy Adams 12/88: President Obama Born In Topeka KS.

I've been sharing my eye witness account and documented injuries of the pathway of internal corruption that led us to 9/11/01 and WWIII. The system failed us and is continuing to fail us as the high level entrenched corruption makes high level officials not  accountable to any one, not even when its an act of treason as the intent was the over throw of the USA. by an adhoc group of the CIA called AL Queda that somewhere along the way since the incorporation of them in the mid 1970's either turned rogue against the USA or never intended to be helping us but themselves all along. Millions and billions have been spent on fixing a broken system when the system itself needs over hauled.A system where the one committing the felony is allowed to stop any investigations and cover up their actions and the felonies start getting compounded until there are deaths and there is  9/11/01. Evil just gets compounded. when  no one stops it that is in positrons to make sure it is stopped.
Congress has not addressed the problems, even when a few laws are passed then never carried out, Congress doesn't; see to it they are carried out. The priorities seem to be to get reelected to what a country that has collapsed under the corrupting influences?

     After Osama Bin Ladin quit the training class, eventually all got out on the floor and things seemed to return to some kind of normalcy. We all went to sleep thinking every one who had things to do , had done them. But there were things many of us were not aware, of including me.
 Like the citations by the fire dept and that when all those sirens go off, it wasn't a mistake, to ignore it as we were told. They meant there was   a dangerous build up of halogen gasses in the building and no one ever told  us the fire dept actually had come as we didn't see them from our windows.When the sirens  eventually stopped ringing or good, we assumed whatever the malfunction was in the system, had been fixed.
 We had no idea that Hartz Mountain Industries  had illegally turned them off and we had no warning  available if something really bad did occur. Unknown to us, the fire dept et al was on the verge of having to declare the  building unsafe until problems in the initial construction were corrected.We were in potential  real danger even if we didn't have a 'terroist' running around the building , too."
As I'd mentioned before over the next couple of months there were lots of changes in my life as Doyle arrived form the mid west and we found a place to rent a block from the office, first floor of a house. When I first went out to NJ had stayed with our son in Bensonhurst  in Brooklyn and had ridden the subway and path trains through the world trade center twice a day. but he had gotten into a reasonable rent and until we all got resettled it worked for awhile.  Our son,  moved to NJ and  found a place to live. Of course rent was high, but that's the best we could do. at the moment and another family member was in a treatment program.
On a Sunday afternoon, Doyle interviewed for a teaching job at Holy Cross Catholic School and Monday morning was in class teaching second grade as school had already started. A retired Nun had been filling in until they could get someone hired.
The pay was not what a public school paid, but Doyle enjoyed it very much and he was planning on getting his masters and I to go to graduate school also,  which  was possible in the New York City area with a lot of night schools available. The rest of the country hadn't quite caught up to people getting their degrees at night and working , too. There seemed to be a good future  for  all of.us.
I did miss the green grass of the country, but there is a lot of things going on in the city and educational opportunities. But the warring signs were present in the office that something was not quite right.  Employees would come to work in the morning and find crumbs on their desk as if someone had been sitting at their desk over the night.  we never heard any more from our call to the OIG about the security breach so as far as we knew everything was ok.
No one had any inkling who Osama Bin Ladin really was until years later and he became well known after declaring war on the USA  formally. Maybe that was part of the problem with him.
 He came to  the US  as a famous person in his part of the world and entered into a society that had never heard of him and couldn't even pronounce his name to the extent he just said call me SAM..
Many had conversations with him but to this day no law enforcement, no investigative agency has ever wanted to know anything about Him or what he did. The higher ups just created their own 'fake bio' of his actions. . As far as 89 Social Security  employees of Health and Human Services which we were a part of until 1994, we were just collateral damage and not worthy of life or  of any importance.
As I'd mentioned before there were all kinds o  hush hush things going on in the building and in 10/88 we were not allowed to have the mandatory fire drill where every one has to walk done all the stairs so we would know what to do in case of fire. ADP woudl not permit us to be int he stairwells and I understood they had wide open spaces below and they didn't want someone seeing some wall street investing going on and do some inside trading. That violation, along, meant we coudln;t legally be in the work site. We were asleep. and relying on others to do their jobs.
Yet the building was actually wide open and they didn't know either? We assumed the locks had been changed and taken care of.
                               TENSION STOPS HOLIDAY FESTIVITIES
WHEN THERE IS ON GOING TENSION IN A WORK SITE, ITS NOT CONDUCIVE FOR PERSONS  BEING AWARE OF THINGS THAT SHOULD BE DONE FOR OVER ALL SAFETY.
 In years past,  there had been a day  in December of holiday celebration .with food and soft drinks ( Federal offices don't allow alchohol ) and there was general fun throughout the day, even while work was going on.
This had stopped a couple of years before I had transferred in.. The group I usually had break and lunch with.  decided  to have some punch and cookies and do something. and invite any one else that wished to participate to do so.
 I printed up some general secular  type winter and Holiday songs and brought over my keyboard and also got punch and others brought in cookies and other type goodies. and set up a table. During break and lunch we shared and sang in the break room and had a really good time and some even danced the hat dance, etc. and one perosn who played the key board sat done and took off. not ever one participated but most did stop by and had some goodies. etc.
 After the day was over we had had such a good time, that they wanted to do it again. The manager Tom Mc Devitt came and thanked me for getting it off the ground. but I couldn't have done it without the cooperation and support of the others.
In hind sight we needed the spiritual up lift as soon disaster was going to strike and we had no idea within a couple of weeks we'd be in a fight for life and the nation would be spiraling down to 9/11/01 and WWIII. That we were going to be collateral damask and even the right to initial medical care was going to be denied from the highest levels of the govt to cover up what they had birthed and never should have as we keep getting our noses into the business of every other Nation in this world because our powerful and wealthy want the USA to help  them make some more money somewhere in the world.
At Holy Cross, Doyle was able to use his fine arts abilities and especially in drama and music directing  students and there was going to be a big Christmas pageant and Doyle had written a script and I had played some music and taped it for the kids to sing to.
A  few days before Christmas one  evening all the parents and Friends and relatives were going to be there for the program and  there was lots of excitement and Doyle was very busy.
 It was early afternoon of that day at work and I was going to actually take a three week vacation for the first time in years so we could spend  time with family while school was out for the holidays.
          It  was  about 2 pm  I went to the rest room. The men's and women's rest rooms were  in the hallways and shared by all offices on the top floor. Basically it was us and that other office, which we understood was some part of the federal reserve and I figured they were the ones  who made sure the social security checks actually got out to  all those receiving benefits we authorized at SSA. We had a main fame computer tied in to Headquarters in Baltimore and below us at ADP was their mian frame tied in to wall street.
 What many still don't understand is that no federal monies are sent out by any agency or by the US Treasury Dept directly. If one processed something that said 'Jane Doe' should get  a check for $500 this month, one input that to the system and that is a only a authorization that goes to the Federal Reserve , a private govt contract - biggest one ever in history. They decide if the check goes out. Of course  usually not individually although they could for each party. If the govt doesn't have the money, our system might show the check issued, but it might not be if the Fed has not gone ahead and seen it went. They actually do the final OK for it and all monies sent to any entity or person by the US Govt.
 A very powerful and sensitive office where security  should have been prime concern si what we understood and the people who worked there never socialized with others and never spoke  of general things either. Only a wall board separated the offices.
 So I head out for the restroom and as I walk out the office  door into the hallway, I see Osama Bin ladin coming out of the men's restroom holding Marty Reis's  stolen keys heading for the locked door to the stairwell where all those highly sensitive ADP wall street records were and whatever else was below us including bank vaults for the bank on the first floor and who knows what else was in that building as much was hushed up and no one was allowed to get off any floor but their own as guards were there at the elevators doors. yet it was fake security with keys to the stairwell out..
 I saw his hands and over every finger tip he had clear plastic glued. .Instead of wearing clear gloves, he had  just the finger tips glued on .He didn't see, me. And he was wearing long hair and  a long shirt over his pants.It was a split second before he saw me,
 When he turned he immediately  reached for the golden sabre under his shirt, looked like the one that years later I would see on a TV documentary about him  as it said he always carried it.
I knew I had to act quick when I saw him as obviously I had walked into a burglary in process at the very least.
Just as he turned I raised my hand and kind of waved and said , like a dumb, dimwitted woman, Hi! I see you got a job in the building. Picking up from our last conversation of the day he last worked and we had discussed his future employment. He hesitated and  as he finished unlocking the door to the stairwell I quickly went on  into the rest room and locked the door and literally collapsed against the wall.in total shock and scared to death.\
 After a few moments, I did what I needed to do and washed my face and went back on into the office and went directly to Marty Reis. Although he was not my supervisor, he was one and I didn't see mine around at the moment. I was still in shock and filed the report with Marty and said That Man who worked her last Summer has your stolen  keys and explained what had occurred.
Marty and  I went into the manager's office and told Tom Mc Devitt and the first thing out of his mouth was I thought Delores had changed the locks.
I went back to work and when I got home, Doyle ws busy getting ready for the pageant  that night and our son came over as he was going to go with us. and we went.
My life has been like that over and over , shocking things happen but life goes on and no time to stop and recuperate from a trauma. And I was going on leave for three weeks over the holidays. I had the seniority to get the time and had taken it and with all the activities of visiting and with family members etc. and Christmas shopping ets, and at Church  I was singing with in a quartet with others  from the  New York  City Light Opera who were in the Church and other things gong on it was a busy time and I just put all this aside. Plus at the Christmas Eve service , one soloist didn't get there  in a semi cantata piece and I actually stepped in and was performing in front  of a thousand people sight reading the solo.
None called me to ask any more questions, but they knew who had the keys and again I assumed that everyone whose job it was would be doing their job and investigating.This would  have been the OIG for HHS, again. which  had already said it was ok to breach the security for every one's financial records who had an SSN , so  beaching all the wall street investments records of ADP and the records of the federal reserve, etc. was just  of little importance, too. .
 The system was so corrupted and broken that it mattered little we had more nuclear arsenal than any other Nation on Earth. We were being taken down by our own lack of attention to the most basic of security  and concerns for it.
Some say there is 23 trillion dollars missing from the govt over the last couple of decades and I wonder how much it has gone missing due to  no system in place to stop the thieves from getting access with some skilled know how and selling some keys and on one even bothering to follow up and do anything. Then cast us all aside to cover up their incompetence or even worse their own corruption in the matter.
 No wonder the 9/11 Commission did not want to address this. and decided to ignore the root causes of why we are at war and thousands of our citizens dead and solders dying and  I read we are now back on the same side as Al qeuda. Why ? because  Osama Bin Ladin's is dead? Is he the real one that was in Jersey City or a double Sec Rumsfeld told about on TV? And we see in films over the years of different ones in the pictures.? Any one really know who's still among the  leadership in this country who may  know? Will they admit it and subject themselves to prison or worse?
And in the meantime  89 federal employees who went to work and helped people with their Social Security and Medicare and Supplemental Security  income benefits and also helping refer persons for help form our dialed information as where they could  go for the help from shelters to food banks, etc. were considered collateral damage.And we had much more responsibility to assist and solve real problems than most do now as we had access to all kinds of computer files and records and could take those actions that really GOT SOMETHING DONE.
I was scheduled to return to work on 1/9/89 on a Monday from vacation and had signed up for my second semester in computer science.

 THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES  ARTICLE IV  SECTION 1 (phrase by phrase analysis)
"and he congress  may be general Laws perscribe the Manner in which such Acts, records and Proceedings  shall be proved, and the Effect therof."
Its up to Congress to see the states respect each other's sovereign rights and set up the systems and mechanisms for this to occur.
