One clarification, On the insurance papers for the 1946 Pick up in 1952 bill  there was no Vin number, will keep looking for the one on  the Chevy but doesn't appear it was asked for then.,
And the miracle of my sister carol living from a car  accident that left the car smashed with barely room for her to be pulled from, only had some cuts on her arm and those occurred in getting her out of the car. Divine miracles do happen and He is present and does help or send His angels to help when its badly needed.
How can one not believe when the miracles have been seen over and over.
                                          THIRD WEEK WORKING WITH A TERRORIST
    That's how bad the govt can get things twisted around when they don't want to believe that a CIA ad hoc group had turned rogue as far back as 1988 and infiltrated the USA and took control of the personal financial records of every one with an SSN at the time and much of the wall street investments records were accessed at ADP as well as whatever else was in the building which some say  there was a branch of the Federal reserve and 89 Federal employees became collateral damage for those colluding and covering up and not wanting to pay a few damage claims when injured not even to allow treatment to be given which was known by that time how best to  do it with new medications just coming out
The system was badly broken and its not any better now  and Congress just will not wake up and do something about it and we have gone  through 5 president's now and it doesn't seem to matter who sits in the oval office.
    By week three suspicions were rampant among those who had some training in security matters and many in the office didn't seem to know much having worked in the New York region where emphasis was not as great as in other areas of the country,
One of the things that is routine at the time was to have the employees fill out a duplicate of the civil service application for a job as the original went to Office of Personnel Management and one would be needed for the personnel file.
4 employees in the  class peeked at the form he filled out under his real name and not ( SAM) as every one called him and he put his birth date down as 2/4/62,' Soon I was told about the date Only a couple of months before some of us had had a discussion about Jeanne Dixon and opinions about her at lunch and I had read her book where she had the vision of the middle eastern woman giving birth and being murdered soon afterwards on 2/4/62 and that some in esoteric circles think that will be the birthdate of the end time False Prophet. Some even say the Anti Christ. Some at lunch had known of this also.  I was stunned but didn't take any action. what could one do, when many people in this world share the same birthdate. are all of them going to be bad? of course not.
There was a very diverse group in the office. several were muslim women who  during Ramadan wore scarves with their coats. Some were red and white and others black and white hounds tooth type checkered. scarves but none wore any head dress. Then there were some Johaovah's Witnesses and their big Temple for the whole area was across the street with gold deorations on the outside.
This alone had different sections separated and often by religion at lunch and break. But no one was impolite except many had had terrible problems with the asst manager Delores Bryant and there was constant union grievances being filed and didn't seem to go any where with them.
 One should focus on what one can really prove as otherwise one just creates more hostility and lack of cooperation among groups with little in common when there really is a major problem affecting ones life and livelihood.
When the biggest  breach of security in the history of this nation with regard to financial records of each of us occurred, the atmosphere wasn't conducive to taking the kind of action we should have. as a unified group as too many were polarized into separate groups over different things.( sounds familiar?)
I've always been pretty good at being able to sense when someone is lying to me. but of course wouldn't; hold up in a court of law, but it makes one pause and wonder.
Several things happened that last week.\
One thing was that Osama Bin Ladin went on a date  with one of the young women in the class and it had gone very badly, I found out later very badly. I understand she has succumbed to her injuries several years ago.
Then on a Thursday, Delores Bryant appeared at the training room door and she was standing partially outside and many of us heard her say that the security officer of the region had called and all the class was to go out and find a desk with a phone and computer terminal and they  would all be logged on.
 That meant 22 people, we did not know who they were; were going to get full access to everyone in the world with an ssn and all their private and financial info if they went on in and accessed it. There were not the safeguards even in place  that we had later. No way to who did what as no individual pin to track.  No one was to be on there, not even to this day has things changed until one got their own pin number and that  was after all the seuciurty clearances are done. we knew they had not been.
Not  even the fingerprinting had  occurred yet. about 30 of us gasped and we blew it big time as we let one person call the office of Inspector General for HHS who dd nothing to stop it.All of us should have called,but the system was so broken, it might not have done any good.
 We were asleep and she had said the security officer told her to do it. She, had an obligation to say no, also. The call volumes weren't that backed up to have them sit with one of us and be monitored while logged on with our pins. Things were wide open and if something happened , no way to know which of the 22 did what.
Later and currently when HHS OIG dissed us for trying to stop the trillion dollar theft fo Medicare. all we got was the director f OIG going in to Congress and praising the thieves for doing a good job. and now with the new law to help stop this ,HR 1063, signed by President Obama on 1/11/13 nothing has been done as of a few days ago to implement it as the Constitution requires to  make sure the ongoing thefts are stopped. I've written about this extensively.\
So when Congress does do something right, where is the carrying out of the laws of congress as the executive branch of govt is required to do by the constitution. Guess they found out that the govt contractors which  have been the prime offenders on this, are covered under it. Millions should  have been collected already since 1/11/13 for what is going on.

The next day, Friday; we were verbally chastised saying someone had left their terminal logged on over night. They would have known if it was one with a PIN. and supervisors routinely checked their units terminals  before leaving for the day, just in case someone had forgotten.
This meant any one could have sat there and accessed things.  and we didn't know until later that the locks had not been changed and the keys were out an later  would learn Osama Bin ladin was the one who did have them.
we had someone in charge that was doing everything against any kind of security measures put in place and others not aware she wasn't taking care of things.. I'm only saying these things as they are well established and it only got her promotions and awards.
Since none was ever arrested, she couldn't;t have turned states  evidence on any one? and then there was the lying to OSHA also.
 Soon it was known all over the office that Osama Bin Ladin was quitting and I had seen him walk past my desk many times and stand and look out the window, but never had a real conversation with him do to  his aversion to talking to women. But I decided to say something and so later in the day as he was going back to the training room  I said I hear you are leaving? we really do need employees here  trying to be polite and our eyes met. Which isn't something he favored. He them came and stood toward my back and to the side of me to talk.
He said he liked to work outside and I said you mean construction work? I had no idea the Bin Ladin family was into building things all over the middle east and quite wealthy although he just didn't seem the type for manual labor.I also noticed he spoke with no accent as his English was flawless. I assumed part of the CIA training. Most all of us have an accent from whatever part of the USA we originate from.
 He them went on his way after my attempt to be nice and try to get to know him a little better.I had not gossiped about him with the others but many had said things to me about him. One reason I wanted to do my own personal assessment and not second hand witnesses.
Little did I know that in 12/88 picking up the last conversation was going to be enough to avert being murdered in the hallway when I witnessed a  crime in progress by him and had a split second to get away .
 I'd also noticed over that couple of weeks he wore boots often with heels to make himself appear taller and in some films he has seems to have clogs on in the film with his brothers and sisters.
Also, I pointed him out to Doyle one day as we were driving by and he was just leaving the building.
Sec of Defense Rumsfeld said he had doubles and if one looks closely at all that's out there; they are not the same person. The walk is different then the earlier films of him. One that is really supposed to be him are not of one that is 6'6" tall  but maybe 6'3" or so. But what he often did is walk with the group and near to one I the class that was almost 8" tall. Yes the former Jersey City Policeman was that tall. And if one walked near him its hard to tell ones height.
Later on when trying to stop 9/11/01  the FBI had another picture and birthdate and height on the wanted poster which I had never seen and got reality ridiculed  by the FBI.  They didn't have a clue as to what was going on and there was no one in the whole country really did know? And Janet Reno was in total control of him.
Recently the NSA's being blamed for what happened and I found them wanting to do something and completely frustrated with AG  Reno as when she put in him on the  10 most wanted list she had legal control of CIA, NSA and every intelligence and law enforcement agency. I've often wondered if the reason Pres Bill Clinton did not allow him to be shot when the CIA had him in sights is it was the wrong one, one of the doubles and not him? There's a a lot of questions yet and no real investigations allowed and the 9/11 Commission was never permitted to go back before 1995, so nothing has been done and we are sitting ducks and have no idea who is friendly and who is not in our foreign affairs, its seems to me.

Each states laws and legal decisions are to be respected by all the others. Only when there is a Federal law or decision that affects all equally is this not true.
