1. Employer: SEC OF LABOR SINCE 10/11/94 AND HHS BEFORE THAT as that was date of first pay period  SSA BECAME INDEPENDENT OF HHS....and may have something to do with liability of  monies to be paid under FECA.... and I DID RETURN TO WORK AND OVER DOZEN judges at DOL said I did  and records show it and nearly died on the job many times. for ignoring removal of chemical barriers and non exertional job promised and ignored by HHS....with EEOC SANCTIONS VS HHS FOR ME... and that has not stopped harms there under some of the main same parties..who work for DOL also.... and appeals to save my life took years to get through to judges and remanded etc..and one cannot go to work on oxygen as it makes an invisible disability visible...and I was under some in the hierarchy under criminal  investigation for us getting overcome with a toxic cloud in the first place...and my medical records were evidence of what happened as all but me ordered turned away from medical care.and only due to a mix up as to employer was the crucial tests done on me....and DAILY RECAP ADDED 9/11/16 RECAPS MUCH OF WHAT HAPPENED AND ELSEWHERE ONLINE HERE... as I now know I was one of many trying to stop 9/11/01 and being rebuffed and ignored...and in my cases real slander and other illegal acts going on that some was not made aware of for years...

     As stated verbally and in writing and documents  will follow but need our son to help lift tubs to get all needed:

    SF-50' s which are the official documents for any personnel actions in the US Govt …

      As of 10/11/94 was transferred to US Dept of Labor and entered into the in house system at Office of Secretary which would have been Robert Reich at the time....and maintained there...and no change since then but for 1/97 another SF-50 that transferred my FEHB  family primary health insurance to the Dallas region when moved to Texas first....and for the reason that a different Blue Cross Blue Shield company would be our health insurer...

   Since then only a couple of times was any personnel matters sent to me in any form of employee rights...and even the yearly info of ethics...or other rights....that each federal employee is to have yearly training on or info sent to on in some form....

    Many over the years, have tried to speculate and some act as if they knew my status....and some even had me convinced I was retired (no routine employee info sent to me as others get online or n their offices and even training..yearly for some of these rights of what can and cannot do as a fed..) when in 2002 the Blues company changed to Illinois Blues in OK and TX and began to make Medicare pay first for any bills deemed not to be workers comp....which their management company hired to take care of the Federal Division...now know to be a part of the Blodgett cabal....and Stacy Johnson named many times as the info giver to Emblem health...formerly Group health...'s Medicare Coordination of benefits office to illegally alter the bi weekly post from the Office of Sec of labor which showed me still employed as legally am  as found out later on.....and later on learned all this....had them alter what is illegal to alter....an official posting registered with Medicare...as employer that showed Medicare as last payer on me....and secondary for any family on my FEHB POLICY ….and every two weeks this has gone on....with fraud committed in our names...and collusion by those who work for US DOL AND HHS...BOTH....

          GRAVE OBSTRUCTION OF HEALTH CARE TO SUSTAIN LIFE...and bills dumped onto Medicare that are to be collected back from Blues for family and FECA for me....and some collection letters did go out to US Dept of Labor but the Blodgetts companies...Lynn first and now Bill.. never posted or shown to any at US Dept of Labor to this day....and requires by law a response from US Dept of labor....and I have sent them to FECA and the Blodgett's after learning from Ms Whipple General counsel for OPM who had my missing personnel file or copy of it...none anywhere else has...that FECA LAW OVERRIDES ALL OTHERS AND CAN NEVER RETIRE UNTIL  WORKERS COMP  processes request for schedule award and permanent disability which has been obstructed by crimes committed in FECA office in Dallas*( answer was no security in a federal office and to hire AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES TO SECURE OUR RECORDS...AND WORSE THAN EVER WAS THE RESULT) and never made whole after my files were one rifled and thefts to manipulate outcomes...and ignore even judges orders and other decisions made in Philly FECA office....and my case is really a NY FECA case...where they have claims from my co workers and a general understanding of what happened back in 1/89 when injured 1/10/89  and all this is in background prior VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS..Page 1-71...

           And even spoke to those in Office of Sec of labor...under Elaine Chao whose staff made arrangements for my missing FECABlodgett's company as prohibitive cost to do so otherwise...and judges orders again...disappears along with reconstruction…..and another one later.....and the essence is...

   One set of parties who work for US Dept of Labor also work for OPM< HHS And SSA....AND every two weeks Sec of Labor says I am still employed...but none others has records on me tht need them...but for the hidden Medicare system which is hidden but for the summer of 2016 and then on  10/6/16 a bogus one posted after Homeland security stopped monitoring for a Russian or China hacker....and no billing person has seen anyone's workers comp shown as mine was as open...and me as employed with FEHB Blues as primary employer plan.....and only 1-800 Medicare...General dynamics can see the real and bogus system  and  verified in over several years tracking the illegal activity on this when on 2/1/08 found out using phony Medicare claim numbers altering suffixes to circumvent the real system and illegally pay claims and then 8/08 became 17 and a massive regional theft by one who works for HHS -CMS   as all in the violations of civil rights...and these will be sent...via e mail and signed etc

                 I am in serious physical trouble for pursuing EEO and talking for 2 hours yesterday....and few even in govt understand the serious situation this nation is in with NO GOVT IN CHARGE  at all and those who work for the govt...now of nearly all one cabal of interlocked and shell companies....and massive thefts and real harms done to even loss of life...its massive....and appears only a few inside the civil service are involved in facilitating this and the rest dedicated and ethical civil servants are helpless and some are down right scared..to stand up to real corruption that most have no idea how bad it is  and the massive thefts etc and no safe meds made for millions like me now due to more alterations of records that are illegal to alter....and by law no audits or prosecutions to even stop what gets worse...in many areas...and real retaliations and my readership goes up as this is not for money  but to help others know things to save their lives and livelihoods...and politically its not a party or side...but some among ethical persons. with no support to stop corruption...of all political sides.....

           And this may be another legal issue of laws, rules and regulations....that have been left murky over the years since OPM and the current form of Civil Service became law in 1979? and no court case, legal clarification arbitration case...etc...ever done as it often takes one..like me...to bring the issue forward....and even FECA TO THIS CURRENT TIME..CANNOT GET THE NAME OF MY EMPLOYER CORRECT....and the current system for FECA under Bill Blodgett now does not even show the legal category and will not allow posts of an older case...and even older than mine surely has current bills needing processed on injured workers...etc...and may have something to do with the missing millions at a million dollar a head...that was to have been in a kind of set aside with our FEHB company to process our claims...under FECA...and NONE OF US WERE SENT MILLION DOLLAR CHECKS.... and where is that money?? for our life sustaining medical care? that opm/OIG SAID WAS A SUSPECTED EMBEZZLEMENT RING...AND NO DIRECTOR OF OPM ALLOWED AN INVESTIGATION....which in 2014 Michael Horowitz explained to me that the law of 2002 would not allow any audits or investigations of those who work for an agency under a contract..but at DOD WHICH WAS THE ONE  GOVT ENTITY NOT COVERED  IN THAT 6000 PAGE e -governing bill of 2002...and the whole bill was gutted by and earmark...that forbid even existing budget to be used for the badly needed oversight... My certified letter for a copy of the million dollar check has never been answered and disappeared inside the Blodgetts former and current companies to this day and not aware anyone at US DEPT of labor ever got it and surely would have answered it...and missing monies found... AND NO SUCH LAW KNOWN BY any to just send every one of us older cases a million dollars to use for medical care...at all...and why current system is discriminatory...as one might be injured at age 20 and live for 80 years and still having bills paid as they come in...

 AND EVERY LAW OR BILL THAT DOES NOT HAVE THAT OVERSIGHT PUT BACK IN IT...THEN EVERY LAW SINCE...HAS NO OVERSIGHT  and only isolated bills have gotten through with it added back in....and this is more than just cyber records and data..affected...IT WAS A COUP OF THE USA...of who is really in control and an unconstitutional law...never formally questioned to date...I am aware of to remove the authority of the President and Executive Branch of govt to carry out the laws of Congress.... AND THEY ARE NOT AND  even polices and regulations along with laws...are ignored...or altered as those who work for the govt as they choose to illegally do so and none to stop them....and when those inside the govt...send out letters to congress stating they do know this or that...THEY DO NOT..as none can verify and verbal words are not verified when parties pleading for their civil rights...even present evidence  and even JUDGES ORDERS FROM THEIR OWN AGENCIES. ARE WITHHELD from those rank and file civil servants to do the work on a case as ordered by them... all part of an intentional premeditated genocide is my assertion...but for me personally has been stated multiple times a real order being followed to LET HER DIE on me....and almost at the point my life will end years before it medically should....with medical care not even manufactured...or allowed by any of three health plans available to me....but  FECA BY 1988 IS TO BE PAYING ALL MY CARE...DUE TO BEING PUT ON OXYGEN BY FECA FOR LIFE...AND AFFIRMED BY  Medicare judges...as their bills....as under threat of subpoena they got the US DEPT OF LABOR OFFICIAL POST from SEC OF LABOR'S OFFICE AND MY LAST ATTEMPT TO SEC OF LABOR ACOSTA  ended with Regional commissioner Woodard calling me 9'30pm on a Sunday night...and a letter of ignoring me as attitude was get rid of me....and did inform him of judges order from DOL to ask me for facts as he did not have them available...at all as judges said and well aware that gossip and rumor WAS RUNNING AMOK  and none knew...and he sent a damaging to sustaining life and much harm...done to my civil rights...that nothing to do on my case when years of back log to be done...and even formal requests from HHS-CMS to refund...monies....and to be treated with disdain for being and old disabled Christian woman (4 protected EEO CLASSES + RETALIATION FOR PRIOR EEO ACTIVITY VS PARTIES NAMED CURRENTLY )as if I was nothing and he was responsible legally for my civil rights....when already in a real battle for life...as NO SAFE ,MEDS MADE AND IN MY KITCHEN  TRYING TO NEUTRALIZE A LIFE ENDING SUBSTANCE ADDED TO A MAIN MED TO KEEP ME ALIVE... and one phone call to FDA could have started the process to waiver a regulation and allow the theophylline powder to be sold to me...and take the prescribed dosage and recently another District director 50 sent another letter of false info and where got info unknown and could have done the same....not caring that me....and even active duty military testifying in congress of same needs for same meds in safe form...to take for their toxic and chemical injures..

and then pirbeuterol get made and my own pulmonologist along with others have some ideas how to compound that if made even as once was made as water soluble pill and these two main ones for all of us...NOT MADE AS OUR RECORDS IN CONTROL OF DOL WORKERS...HIRED...AS SAME IN OTHER AREAS ARE LEGALLY  RESPONSIBLE FOR ME.....AND I HAD A STASH THAT I USED SPARINGLY OVER THE LAST DECADE AND ONLY RAN OUT A FEW MONTHS AGO...AND NOW NO WAY TO  SUSTAIN LIFE WITHOUT THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ACCESS TO CARE  do it...which is FECA at US Dept of Labor and throwing away my files and judges orders does not alter my awarded benefits...even if not processed to 'LET HER DIE" as ordered and being carried out as if my life has no meaning ...to me or others and defies my religious faith that all life is precious..even those doing me harm...

     I am not an attorney with access to all laws, court cases etc and surely the govt has access to get to whatever exists and this may be the case and others in that same data at Sec of Labor..as employees but not being given any of the info and others notices all federal employees are to have as due process to know from Hatch act current restrictions..etc...and OPM systems do not have my category in it...and a circus goes on when anyone of them look at the system from the same Blodgett over there that owns it...and try to find any transaction date that would be a retirement data and impossible...as cannot occur until FECA CLAIMS EXAMINER IS ALLOWED TO PROCESS MY CLAIM AND GET IT DONE...AS ORDERED BY JUDGES TO DO THE WORK AND IF THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW IT...THE LAWS AND COURT CASES STATE ALL OVER....MANUALLY HAS TO BE DONE.... and a prior attempt should not have been stopped and them file shredded before a former manager retired....and  dol/oig did nothing...as the worker for DOL did it in the federal office AND NOT THE EMPLOYED WORKER..DID IT..

    To not take this seriously as a real issue that has been skirted for decades...on me and contact with unions is not isolated....and  STOP TRYING TO DO AWAY WITH AN AWARDED CASE... done at the judges level back over 25 years ago...and remanded...a non controverted case and deaths already and most expected to contribute to our deaths from our 1/89 injuries. 1/10/89.. and why the policy to separate our cases all over the country is a disparate treatments in itself...
