I pray these are being made ready for our own refugees in case of west coast disasters or  Yellow stone blows. Or every day, some group from somewhere is in real tragedy of nature or human made wars.  For we will do the humane thing and take care of each other. And having a place ready is not a bad thing.......but ITS ALL WHO WE ELECT AS TO WHETHER WE BECOME MONSTERS OR BECOME HUMANE CARING PEOPLE AS A NATION. I  Pray it is being better people than the warning given in this article. Katrina  taught us to 'BE PREPARED' as scouts are taught to do and I taught my cub scouts so many years ago as a Den Mother.  But those towers do look a little formidable and prison camp like. Who will be in charge? persons of faith groups, whose non profit statuses are being held up by IRS+ contractors? or  private government contractors, the same ones? who have a past record of unethical behavior?   VOTE AS THIS IS A CRUCIAL ELECTION AND NOT JUST FOR PRESIDENT. At least  a President Bernie would know  how to run a commune where everyone is 'happy,' and growing lots of organic food, etc. and social councils of self government..
