SSA HAS NOT PROCESSED ONE SINGLE WAIVER REQUEST SINCE 2005 AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE BEING SENT TO THE 'ALLEGED THIEF" TO PROCESS WHO NOW GETS TO GO COLLECT THE DEBT,LAND EVEN AFTER ONES WILL IS PROBATED.
The law is being used against those who did nothing illegal by the ones who broke the law and stole the money and then deny all their constitutional rights to waiver it or cooperate with a prosecution of the thieves.
2002 MADE LEGAL BY CONGRESS and every agency needs to make sure they have a specific line item in their budget for internal audits and their office of inspector generals to investigate and prosecute crimes inside their government contractors. And that audit has to include systems which ARE NOT SECURE AND NOT DESIGNED TO BE IN ORDER TO KEEP ON STEALING. A general budget will not suffice if the agency does not wish to have control of their contractors to cover up possible collusion that well may be going on.
And the victim is not notified they are hacked.
Ones own doctor can be in all kind of trouble if his or her records were accessed and you not notified your medical records were accessed. . And they take lots of very expensive precautions. BUT THE HIPPAA LAW IS NOT OVER THE GOVT CONTRACTORS AND NOTHING IS SECURE AND HAS NOT BEEN SINCE OWNERSHIP WAS TURNED OVER TO A GOVT CONTRACTOR IN 1999.
THE LAST LAND GRAB IS ON THE BOOKS OF THE NATION AND SOME INSIDERS SAY ITS A TRILLION DOLLARS AT MEDICARE ALONE.
AND THE PATIENTS DOES NOT EVEN KNOW IT. NOR HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE THEFT. AND THOSE LIKE ME WHO FIND OUT ARE RETALIATED AGAINST FOR TRYING TO STOP IT AT ALL LEVELS. So corruption seems to have become very wide spread in some areas where there is a lot of money to tempt a lot of people with.
I have been try8ing to get this stopped since 2002 when I knew illegal things were going on as I have conducted Medicare fraud investigations, etc. and at one time we did real internal audits to make sure the contractors had all the right info and policies and laws being followed and upholding every ones constitutional due process rights on things. Most, very nice people who work for them have no idea they are breaking the laws of the land at all. as they are 'managed and handled; to not know.
NO ONE LISTENS UNTIL THEY COME FOR YOUR LAND YOU INHERITED AND FIND OUT YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN HELPING ELECT THOSE WHO WILL CORRECT THIS BY SIMPLE CHANGES IN THE LAW TO MAKE THEM BE AS THEY USED TO BE.
