What a roller coaster day.and EEOC needs to get their process known as civil rights being delayed for wrong actions .that led me to delays of saving even my life with twice daily injury of no safe meds...and not fully getting the horrific binder neutralized in a main med needed to sustain life...and breath... and HHS CIVIL RIGHTS OFFICE IN DALLAS DISREGARDING FOLLOWINGT THE PROCESS IN PLACE FOR YEARS ALSO...horrendously doing so...where the worst is being allowed to go on...for the whole nation...all of us under this cabal that has virtual control of our health in the USA now...
Over at the EEOC: and none at HHS CIVIL RIGHTS OFFICE never answering one civil rights complaint since 1/08 and worse...do not even know in Dallas about needing to put me with a peer EEO counselor at all since 1/08 and still have not even though near daily e mails sent to one assigned as if HIPPAA AND EEO AS EMPLOYEE OR FORMER EMPLOYEE WITH CONTINUING reprisals for having gotten EEOC SANCTIONS VS HHS..of the most near deadly of discriminations….
then dumped into DOL as of 10/11/94 and only in last year aware of the deadly collusion to end my medical precedent so HHS-FDA could approve these chemical binders in our meds that many have adverse reactions to and NO WARNING LABELS for those like me......and no treatment for toxic and chemical injuries..whether on the job as fed or private industry employee or even active duty military or VA etc... with similar injures and all of us needing similar meds made in safe form....Plus the ongoing retaliations and correct term is reprisals....
I live in St Louis region for EEOC and I did not find the right website and when I contacted EEOC in Dallas...got an investigator assigned and told I had sanctions vs HHS as employee and continued issues..of reprisals....and was to have phone meeting with investigator last Monday and sent e mail info to him...after initial contact....AND ALL IGNORED I WAS STILL FEDERAL AND HAS BEEN FEDERAL WITH HHS....and phone meeting - never called and I e mails him and no answer.....and this affected what was transpiring at DOL...also...
and when the same entity with many corporate hats and even more sub crowns with contracts in many agencies.....( a beast of a system and most times when one calls any part of govt...from local to federal one is dealing with one entity of 1000+ corporate names and conflicts of interest rampant etc....and things can really get messed up ..often not by the nice people they hire one initially speaks to....but higher up and intentional confusion and dead ending and being sent to wrong place..)
So here I am assigned an EEOC investigator.....and HHS Civil rights office has never , ever given me proper paperwork or assigned me to an informal counselor there...ignoring the formal complaint forms filed there and repeated e mails...etc....and I have to go through them to even get to EEOC.....so first thing I told the one spoken to initially was HHS CIVIL RIGHTS OFFICE WILL NOT EVEN GIVE ME A CASE NUMBER.....AND when got to correct website updated since 7/19......the process is same and why not tell me need a formal decision re arbitration with HHS or certificate to go on to EEOC is that is route chosen
AND ALL THESE CONTACTS SINCE....AND STILL ME AS FEDERAL EMPLOYEE STILL BUT DUMPED INTO DOL...never recognized...NONE LISTEN TO AN OLD DISABLED CHRISTIAN WOMAN EVEN AT THE EEOC and many e mails and one phone contact and still ignored that have not gotten the certificate from HHS to even get to EEOC....or already there since EEOC sanctions vs HHS being ignored as reprisals still going on to discriminate vs me and no safe meds for me....( others also...but not for me)
Today, while on phone with DOL peer counselor...the mail was brought in.....and DOL did not have info needed that was faxed to DOL civil rights of questionnaires needed done....and many e mails to their peer counselor....and more confusion...to even get on same page....and phone cut out at end of day there and no idea where we are....but need to get more documents....
ONE THING got put together.....those HHS and then SSA employees of those up above me at SSA after 10/11/94 home on administrative leave for 20 years and got ended....back under Pres Obama....It ended with the announced death of Osama Bin Ladin….and criminal trials pending...all this time no longer needed as he was supposedly dead now....SO IF TRUE...then I want the evidence back of mines of my blood and skin samples from 1/10/89 ff when injured when he came in to pick up his HHS w-2 and was not met by US Marshalls and arrested for having the stolen keys to our building stairwells and office...of HHS's SSA teleservice center at 2 Journal Square 9th floor jersey city NJ where he worked for 3 weeks in July 1988 but first week over at our former address at 30 Montgomery....
But, there were doubles created....and who came in for W-2 and then exited down one of the locked stairwells in center of office..that was unlocked and soon toxic fumes began to rise...? Doubles is what Sec Rumsfeld said....and was there 3 or 4 and are all of them dead now? I have reason to believe that at least one is not...dead yet and still around to rise up from the well in Iran and be worshipped by those in areas in Middle East...
Those who were the genesis of 9/11/01 when the whole 1975 intelligence scheme went rogue vs USA and then formal announcement on USA in late 1990's and I began to try and stop 9/11/01 and severe reprisals besides the other reprisals that Gulf war vets not wanted to be paid by private industry parties with their toxic bug sprays and whatever else they were exposed to that was not from the enemy...or was some of both? And we medical precedent cases still alive in 1998 has to be eliminated...so additives to our meds as binders..would not have a warning label.....and why am I still here?
I have taken what I was born with,,,worked and earned my way along with my spouse....and did the best I could.....and let the glory of light of Christ and His divine love come into me....and I shine that love from Christ to others....not always perfectly...but never lost sight of His love for me.....and love for others...even when now I am facing just how awful and cruel...things have been done to me....and my own family and loved ones caught in many reprisals also...for being my loved ones and standing with me all my life...even when every horror has been done to defame, discredit...and eliminate us from creation....
And I respect other faiths.....except for those who carry out illegal acts of death and destruction....and what may well be and seems to be is a small cult like sect that may call them selves a branch of ISLAM but like Christian cults have done horrors in the name of Christ even in the USA over time like the KKK....and its hooded death squads of old and pray none like that now.....as murder is still illegal in USA...unless we OK born babies to be slaughtered....and this old Christian woman even considers all life as precious....and pray for the day....only abortions that are medically necessary for life of mother...and even then...many mothers choose to suffer and even have given up own rights of survival to save an unborn child to live until viable for life.. but self defense is legal yet..
And we have to apply medical science and even life grown outside the womb now.....along with no longer is medical choices for any medical treatments or procedure just between patient and doctor...as doctor is under this cabal if they wish to be paid by any kind of health plan or use medical facilities under this cabal's control which is NOT AUDITED BY GOVT even when taxpayer funds used...SINCE 2002 AND MUCH SUSPENDED OF OVERSIGHT SINCE 1994.....
And what was Pres Clinton to be impeached over? an affair and a perjury about an affair.....that few would consider a HIGH CRIME....when murder of millions and theft of trillions was being allowed to be set up inside the real govt of the USA and leaving us with a small cult sect to overthrow the USA....AND THAT IS MY OPINION.... and not every faith group has freedom to overthrow the USA..... AND WHAT FAITH GROUP HAS THAT PRIME DIRECTIVE....none of the major or minor religions of this world....only A SMALL CULT LIKE SECT DOES.....and we are heading for a small group or caliphate that in no way reflects the wider group of many Muslim sects who respect our laws...and uphold them and have caring for others....and follow the teachings of Christ...even if we differ on His divinity....
And many Muslims will say...this small group does NOT represent them...at all...as they accept Christ as a prophet and a prophet's teachings and the words of Christ are to be followed of caring and love and respect for each other....even if all of us do not believe or worship the same...as FAITH CAN NOT BE FORCED.....and we find a small group murdering and stealing and caring little about others even in their own bigger label of a faith group....But just as in Christianity...small cult sects who commit atrocities in name of Chirst….do not reflect what nearly all of Christianity considers one to be and act like as a Christian.....and I have had many doctors and others of the greater Muslim faith who have treated me will and did the best they could for me as a patients.....and the same with those of others faiths or none....DOES ONE CARE ABOUT OTHERS AND THEIR RIGHTS OF EVEN LIFE TO BE PRESERVED OR ARE ALL OF US DECLARED AS unworthy of caring and respect by a few who have hijacked this or that religion label and declared war on any who are not like them or follow their own ideas of submission to some one earthly master....still here leading a cult like Jim Jones into mass suicide as if that is love.....and pure evil instead..
The teachings of Christ are the foundation of FREEDOM, FREE WILL AND DEMOCRACY FOR ALL PEOPLE...WITH HUMAN RIGHTS AND OUR CIVIL RIGHTS REINFORCE THE TEACHINGS TO NOT FORGET THE MINORITY GROUPS AMONG US THAT mob rule mentality of ones in power or majority group can over ride and take away their rights of even existence...
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus....may we not label every one who professes to be of this religion or that s all the same in how they treat others and live their live...and may Your teachings grow and shine brighter than ever.....and for those who someday...if not already find the Divine Love of the I AM WHO I AM...from which You came....may be accepting of Your Divine love that in some mysterious way we all go through to find eternal life for ever for us..each one..a personal act of faith....we do not fully understand even now...
And may this mass confusion taking place of records not with this or that person...be brought together and give me the strength to pull out and find in years of records....this or that documents needed to go forward....and may all those dealing with Civil rights...take a moment to reflect on how vital this is to at least try to informally resolve disputes and rights violated....so what can be resolved peacefully and wrongs made right be done....without more formal hearings needed.....allowing that process to deal with the more severe violations...by some whose hearts have become hardened to treating others with respect for their rights..while on the job...and not carry disputes outside the work sites to continue harms..done...or doing...as has occurred vs me and too many others... even illegal acts toward the highest level of our boss as feds the US President Trump still under attack and where are the high crimes..alleged to have done? Pray for our leaders, those whose jobs are to facilitate employee rights and human and civil rights....and not forget...You will be there to defend those for what is done on earth each one....and how many of us...will have hardened hearts...arrogantly think that justice and caring is the good thing..to be and have for one and all...and even reject Your laying down Your earthly life..to be our Divine lawyer at the final court of judgment one day...all of us appear before....Help me find my way through a path of confusion and chaos and thanks for helping me find the right website...and get to the right parties to try and be made whole for what was illegally taken from me and mine...and others and may safe meds be made for millions who only did the jobs we were hired to do as employees of the govt. or our military who followed the lead of the nation's leaders and all of us and others in the USA cast off by some small group grabbing power for all the good intended who forgot to be prepared for what might be coming....and did not keep evil away from us...to rule over us....and cast it out from affecting us and our nation, and world....so that no more military ever needed as we live in peace with each others and love and care for one another as You taught us to pray for heaven on earth....and not create a hell instead that has been creeping in and we not keeping our lights lit to expose it and bind it away from any of us....IN Your Holy Name AMEN!

Please do not forget your state and local elections so crucial to be the check and balance on federal govt that has given up governing much of all since law of 2002 and executive type orders long before as we get sidetracked by matters of the flesh that are wrongs for those affected. and must be stopped.for harming those affected.........but greater wrongs affecting all of us allowed to fester and over take nations and the world...now... and a small deep state taken control of the USA as one entity of contractors ingoing the laws of our land and our human and civil rights..to the horror of suffering and losses of even life..as well as livelihoods and thefts referred to all over of our public treasury of more than the national debt as when we do not have at least 95% voting then we have those elected to be in power....with no sense of serving us...the real rulers as we have given up being the rulers and pure evil has been allowed to creep in and rule over us..and it only takes a few when we do not keep our lights lit of truth being revealed of the deepest parts of corruptions that should never even been allowed to get started...
Now to get the EEOC in good order so that one phone call gets one into the right and legal process now delayed for weeks there...and at HHS CIVIL RIGHTS OFFICE DELAYED FOR YEARS AS IGNORED...AND NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN KNOW THE PROCESS WHEN LEGALLY FILED AND MANY E MAILS. ETC ignored as rights of even life ignored as reprisals for EEO former activity? I see that the clock went past midnight....but this is 10/11/19's post
I bear no disrespect for any one's religious faith....But when a small group of any faith takes the name of a faith...and uses it for cover...to break the laws of the land they live in and are citizens of....then we are not to allow the breaking of our laws to create a hell on earth for us as individuals or communities or nation...and our legal systems exist to not let these continue.....and they surely have for me and too many others..
