       You are seared on some crucial committees to save this nation from a cabal of contractors that has total control and stealing from the people and nation... Since  the DOD kept the oversight, you may not be fully aware as most have not been of what is really been going on.. as there is no one from the real government to do a real audit  nor find out and no way to stop the crimes going on inside the contractor. since the COUP OF 2002. Michael Horowitz of the US Justice Dept can better explain it to you but its  basic.

       NO EXISTING BUDGET CAN BE SPENT FOR INTERNAL AUDITS OF NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS  AND PROSECUTIONS OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR  FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL LEVEL AND THAT IS EVERYTHING IN OUR DAILY LIVES WE ARE  UNDER THIS REGULATIONS RUN BY THEM  AND OFTEN LAWS AND REGS ARE ALTERED AS THE CHOOSE TO DO .. 

    AND HIGH LEVEL  OFFICIALS IN WRITING AND OTHERS  HAVE NAMED LYNN BLODGETT AS THE ONE RUNNING THE USA AND ITS A VIRTUAL TOTAL  IN HEALTH CARE  

   In order to even discuss and debate this, CONGRESS  has to get rid of your unconstitutional gag order rule that forbids  you to mention, contact  or have a contractor  testify .. as YOU CANNOT FIX HEALTH CARE OR ANY OTHER PART OF GOVERNMENT UNTIL YOU ARE able  TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON  NOR  HELP MOST OF YOUR CONSTITUENTS ...AS ITS USUALLY WHERE THE ISSUE IS.. 

      Attached in the Daily Recap of today and the severe weakness in the bill that appears to take away the right of the states now trying to get this cabal out of their states. and one of these is CALIFORNIA  AND OTHERS.  BOTH RED AND BLUE AND PURPLE,   FROM REAL ILLEGAL HARMS DONE

       Also attached is the Daily Recap  of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS.. AS WELL AS A REDACTED COPY OF THE 17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS ON ME PROVING THE INSECURITY  OF THE SYSTEM.. Our own  Congressional delegation has an unredacted copy with our pending privacy  releases and like most , cannot help us as the issues are with the contracts all over ... and some real lying coming out of them as they are in defiance of 38 federal agency judges on my cases alone and his companies  will not docket any more hearing for years as others by pass us I line  as it would mean more rulings against him he will not obey in multiple agencies.   Its this defiance that led me to find out who was ruling the USA.  and its not any one we elected at any time.. Agency Judges. have no way to get their orders obeyed as he contract gets them and often will not even lit the agency know they exist..

       I am in this as this is a life and death struggle that 11 million or more have now joined me. in our group  and over at HHS CIVIL RIGHTS LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT DOCKET  IN ONE COMPLAINT TO BE ANSWERED THAT WOULD ADDRESS THIS AND COULD HAVE MADE SOME  POSITIVE CHANGES A LONG TIME AND AGO AND LIVES AND HEALTH AND  LIVELIHOODS SPARED.

   HIPPAA  does not apply to government  contractors as there is  NO PROTECTION AT ALL  ON OUR MEDICAL RECORDS AND THAT NATIONAL  DATA BASE USED ESPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY ROOM IS A REAL DEADLY MESS OF CO MINGLED RECORD,TYPOS, ERRORS AND NO WAY TO GET IT CORRECTED AND THE ONES WHOSE LIFE COULD BE LOST CANNOT EVEN GET A COPY OF IT..LET ALONG ANYWAY TO CORRECT IT     which our insurers also unaccountable government  contractors now.. a... Don Berwick MD should have been confirmed eve if not pro life as many lives could have been saved. OR WAS HIS GOING TO TAKE ON THIS CABAL  THE REAL REASON?? . and that is pro life also    as he was going to address these basic issues before the whole nations health care came under the ACA and collapsed as you did not know the whole truth of what was really going on . at all  .   

    WE, THE PEOPLE WANT to HELP AND NEED YOUR GUIDANCE as to what we need to do  like getting our own files form inside the contractor  which you nor the agencies can access.   TO HAVE A POSITIVE OUTCOME..

       WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY GOVERNMENT  RUN HEALTH CARE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002...  AND THOSE WHO WANT A FREE MARKET SYSTEM CANNOT  HAVE A FAIR ONE EITHER WITH NO GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL FOLLOW  THE LAWS.  AND DO NOT CHEAT.  Since most of them are now managed by this cabal its all the same  dealing with either or a combo of all of this  for best health care.. as any law passed by Congress is only obeyed if this cabal wishes it done. 

       WE HAVE TO GET THIS FIXED FOR OUR OWN SURVIVAL  AND TO EVEN KNOW WHAT A BUDGET SHOULD BE.. WHEN THE ONGOING THEFTS GET STOPPED. INSIDE THE CABAL CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE DIRECT ACCESS WITH NO ONE TO STOP THEM TO THE PUBLIC TREASURY.
