 This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when the contracted out Medicare sysr4m was found hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002  that had been hacked all along to make Medicare  primary for those primary payers  who did not wish to pay their bills, THE COORDINATION AND RECOVERY UNIT CONTRACTOR HAD ONE GROUP BEING OBSTRUCTED FROM DOING THE CONTRACTED WORK  WHILE THEIR CORPORATE IN NY   HACKED AND  MADE ILLEGAL  DEALS TO STEAL.....

       You are seated on some crucial committees to save the USA. and the people  and hope you will do your best to get the job done.  THE REAL GOVERNMENT  IS NOT IN CONTROL OF MUCH OF ANYTHING IN THE USA NOW AS  back in 2002  E GOVERNING BUDGET BILL A LAW GOT PASSED THAT TOOK AWAY THE RIGHT OF A NON DOD AGENCY FROM USING EVEN ITS EXISTING BUDGET FOR AN INTERNAL AUDIT, OR A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION OF A GOVERNMENT  CONTRACTOR    as the whole government began to be contracted out from local to federal and no one to make sure all were obeying the laws and not stealing and we have had collapses   of the nation  all over and deadly outcomes all over due to it a swell as loss of our basic constitutional rights as our cases show with 38 federal agency judges being defied .

    .. .   HEALTH CARE IN 2010- WAS PASSED ON FALSE INFO AS  DATA WAS UNVERIFIABLE AS ITS IS NOW..  THT IS WHAT WAS WRONG AND YOU HAD SOME FROM HHS WHO DID NOT TESTIFY FULLY OF WHAT THE WHOLE TRUTH WAS..  AND COULD HAVE EVEN IF THE GAG ORDER PREVENTED IT.. AND OTHER AGENCIES ALSO .   

    Neither can a FREE MARKET SYSTEM EXIST EITHER IF THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT  ALLOWED TO MAKE SURE ALL PLAY FAIR and that is how we ended up with one now named as a dictator or the USA accountable to none, .Lynn Blodgett and I still do not know who his boss is.. as its not you , the people or the president. s he has to have your OK to spend budget to drain the swamp. and CONGRESS HAS HAD THE GATE LOCKED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. WHEN MOST DID NOT KNOW THE BILL HAD BEEN ALTERED TO DO THIS.

     You may wish to contact Michael Horowitz of the US Justice Dept as it was he who informed me which bill it was done in and how I understand it, unless every bill since  has this oversight put back in it. then the COUP OF 2002 STANDS  and states have been on their own dealing with him and his hundreds of companies cabal for years and on their own have been trying to get out of the contracts  and have to do it without federal help they used to count on... as much of the money is federal..  used

    .  THE US SENATE BILL NOT ONLY HAS HE OVER SIGHT OUT.. IT SEEMS TO SAY THAT THE STATES WILL HAVE TO STOP TRYING  TO GET OUT OT THE CONTRACTS  AND LET HIM KEEP ON DOING ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL THINGS..

     The health care bill has to be dealt with in the short term in  some way to keep all able to get needed medial care...  BUT IN THE LONG RUN WE ARE PAYING FOR CARE THAT IS A DECADES OUT OF DATE MODEL AND MAYBE ITS TIME FOR THE SURGEON GENERAL TO SIT DOWN WITH THE DOCTORS  ON THE FRONT LINE OF CARE AND FIND  OUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND WHAT IS REALLY NEEDED AND NO GAG ORDERS OR THEY WILL  NOT FIND OUT..

   ALL ARE GOING THROUGH BEING EXTORTED T PAY FOR SHUFFLING OF DATA ON  antiquated systems  and now being framed and the patients  heirs inherit overpayment and SSA UNDER HIM AND HIS WILL NOT PROCESS ONE EASY WAIVER EITHER.  ITS UTTER ANARCHY AND  THEY ARE LOOTING THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND THAT HAS TO GET STOPPED NOW.   to even know   what to do ....

           I was around when government  worked because government  was allowed to work and do the job the laws of the land said we were to do. whether  doing the work itself; or overseeing that the contractor got the job done correctly, legally and upholding  the constitutional  rights of all in doing it.   

        WORSE IS THAT CONGRESS CANNOT HAVE AN OPEN AND HONEST DEBATE OF WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE DONE. IN THE 21ST CENTURY HEALTH CARE AS THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER THAT SAYS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR  TESTIFY MEANS YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO  VERIFY IF ANY FACTS OR REAL OR NOT OR WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON  AND HHS HAS NOT ALWAYS LET CONGRESS KNOW THEY HAVE LOST CONTROL AND DID NOT GIVE YOU A FULLY TRUTHFUL  REPLY  EITHER. AND THAT IS NOT THE ONLY AGENCY THAT HAS DONE THIS. 

       You site mentions  you can help constituents  with federal agencies but this does little good when much of the work   and issues re inside the contractors.. as ours are  horrifically ..    and your rule says you  are not allowed to go after their records and find out what is really going on when your privacy release should allow you to do so wherever the records or data are.   .. due to that gag order rule.... All agencies now is what they are told and at Medicare and Social Security  are denied access to the system to find out what is really gong on all over.

     Attached is the Daily Recap linked above and also the DAILY RECAP OF  5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  ALSO . attached is a redacted copy of the 17 Medicare numbers active on me as there is  on many others.. and stealing in multiples by the owners of the system under this cabal's direction.     Our own Congressional delegation has an unredacted copy with our privacy releases pending for some time as

 THEY CANNOT HELP DUE TO THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE.  as MEMBERS OF Congress ARE TO HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH ON THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS AND HOW CAN ANY ONE DEAL WITH THE HORRIFIC MESS THIS NATION HAS GOTTEN  INTO OVER THE LAST FEW DECADES WHEN YOU CANNOT EVEN TALK ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON .. ?? THEN COME TO SOME KIND OF CONSENSUS OF THE BEST WAY TO GO FORWARD WHICH HOPEFULLY BY THE END OF THE YEAR A BRAND NEW WAY OF GETTING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY  AND PATIENTS TOGETHER TO GET THE NEEDED CARE  AND FAIR PAY IN THE MOST EFFICIENT  WAY CAN BE FOUND...   

   MANY INSIDE ARE SAYING PART A MEDICARE ITSELF IS OUT OF DATE AND NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PART B OR ANOTHER  SECTION FOR THE TIMES. AS FEW GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND STAY THERE FOR  A COUPLE OF WEEKS ANYMORE..  AND SOME ARE SAYING THAT HEALTH CARE SHOULD NOT BE FOR PROFIT, BUT SOMETHING BETWEEN PROFIT AND NON PROFIT. ETC.     

     I HAVE HAD 5 EXCELLENT DOCTORS RETIRE IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANY OF THEM TO HELP ADVISE ON THIS..  I AM FROM THE INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT SINE 6/68  AS WELL AS BEING A PATIENTS AND HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATING  FOR MY AND OUR ON SURVIVAL  SINCE 2002 WHEN THIS MESS GOT STATED WITH NO GOVERNMENT AT ALL IN CHARGE. AND   WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME GOVERNMENT TO MAKE SURE THE THIEVES DO NOT TAKE OVER.   IN ANY AREA.. IN ANY NATION OR ENTITY ...   GREED ETC .STILL DOES EXIST IN THIS WORLD.
