AND CONGRESS VOTED TO NOT LET ONE PENNY OF EXISTING BUDGET BE SPENT TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF NON DOD CONTRACTORS AS TOO MANY HAVE LOST LIVE,S, HEALTH ND LIVELIHOODS AS BLATANT THEFT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND OTHER CRIMES HAVE BEEN AND ON GOING OF THE NATION... each separate bill has to put the over sight in it or it reverts back to the COUP OF 2002 LAW. make sure is in every bill that existing budget can be used..
FEW KNOW OF THE NAME OF THE HEAD OF THE USA, LYNN BLODGETT WHOM EVEN CABINET OFFICIALS DEFIED BY HIM as has occurred on my cases. .. IN HEALTH CARE ITS BEEN A DEADLY MESS AS THE MEDICAL PROFESSION IS SQUASHED UNDER THIS AND MILLIONS CANNOT GET HEALTH CARE WHO EVEN HAVE INSURANCE AS MANY DISEASES AND INJURIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE TREATED THAT MIGHT UPSET THE CABAL EVEN THOUGHT THE TREATMENT STANDARDS EXIST.
.. LIKE THE 11 MILLION PLUS, LIKE ME WITH NON ALLERGIC DISEASES FROM TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURIES.. which has gone from life expectancy of 1 to 5 years to decades of a long life.. to back to the dark ages of modern medicine again.

And the medical profession which is managed from every conflicting end by this cabal has them framed to have their bank accounts taken for the multiples sent and received at the bank which were diverted? but the system shows they got it He and his is the ones who signs them up and also get to audit themselves and collect the monies and he is the orderer of the ongoing hacking ..
Since 2002 when any primary insurer under his management to now and they are also unaccountable government contractors since 2010 ... if they doe not wish to pay can make an illegal deal with the BCRC COORDINATION AND RECOVERY CONTRACTOR OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY. CONTRACTED TO PROTECT AND RECOVER MONIES FROM PRIMARY PAYERS.
BUT HAS DONE THE OPPOSITE IN THEIR CORPORATE OFFICES TO HACK AND OBSTRUCT THE CONTRACTED WORK THAT SOME OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE TRYING TO DO .. AND HACK AND ILLEGALLY DUMP THE BILLS ON TO MEDICARE... when its been illegal to alter an employer bi weekly post since 1994 for good reason... and in our cases, three Medicare judges have ruled posts are accurate and to get the monies back and stop hacking as MEDICARE is not primary for self and those on my employer post with Medicare cards but they do it anyway violating their contract to report as judges do not have to be obeyed anymore.
, But since no internal audits allowed by Congress since the COUP OF 2002 THE THEFTS GO ON AND GETTING MUCH WORSE OF A LOOTING OF THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND THAT SOME IN SIDE HAS SAID A SPIKE IN OUTFLOW OF A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY. OVER AND ABOVE THE NORM AND ITS PLAUSIBLE FROM WHAT I HAVE DOCUMENT SINCE 10/16 AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED OT SHUT IT DOWN FOR 9 MONTHS.
FAR MORE THAN A FEW BILLS FROM ME AND MINE.
THE WORSE THING ABOUT THE CURRENT US SENATE HEALTH CARE PLAN IS THAT IT DOES NOT PUT BACK THIS CRUCIAL OVERSIGHT THAT ANY GOVERNMENT HAS TO HAVE TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC MONIES AND PUBLIC AND NATION AND STATES WHO HAVE BEEN IN LITIGATION TO GET OUT OF THE CONTRACTS OF MEDICAID AND OTHER PROGRAMS WITH THIS CABAL SEEM TO BE TOLD THAT THEY MUST ALLOW THEM TO BE GRANDFATHERED IN AND STOP TRYING TO STOP THE THEFTS OF MEDICAID. ETC he is to be in charge... .

Others know and want to change things but are gagged by their gag rule to not talk about it.. SO HOW CAN WE GET ANY GOOD LAWS PASSED WHEN THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK AND DISCUSS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND FIND OUT THE REAL FACTS AND DATA. AS THAT IS NOT Available even to the agencies now. On my own social security number I have the following 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA.. Since they re using n off lines ancient system with no security on it there is no cross checking for any official category since they went to creating the off line but still merged in some way to the cyber cloud of a second bogus screen to sell to the medical community and all the other in the USA that need access to the billing system to get all paid ....
I am surmising it connected to trick it to get the money out of the trust fund at all. THEN DO THE BIG LAND GRAB AT SOME TIME IN THE FUTURE WHEN OUR HEIRS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WHEN THEY DO
An illegal bogus screen is ..what the medical community pays big bucks for fraudulent bogus mess that allows those with Medicare primary to create the multiples and steal in their names but also hides the primary insurer and workers comp as about 75% of all workers Comp a[proved medical bills are being illegally paid by Medicare in the last few years as Lynn Blodgett , which now has the sub contractor with the insurers to pay the claims. etc. AS HIS COMPANY HAS TOTAL CONTROL OF FECA SINCE 2002 AND 'STOLEN' A HUGE SUM OF MONEY FOR OUR CARE AND DUMPED US ON TO MEDICARE AND ORDERED THE BI WEEKLY HACKING ON A SYSTEM THAT IS NOT WHAT THE TAXPAYER PAID FOR SINCE THEM.. AND NOT NOW EITHER
But with the modern cyber cloud the real info is in there open , not terminated and in a meltdown trying to correct the bogus screen . all the time. but its ancient and has some limits of 17 to a page as I recall fro, using it 30 years ago . and seems to be why its only 17 numbers max for each one. as they steal all eh id info on us and claims info for each number .
. Those at 1-800 Medicare( General Dynamics ) say they are seeing it on others.. but some real lying going on to a lot of nice people there... for their training and its horrific for them to see this and know they are being lied to by their own management company at GENERAL DYNAMICS as it them at another company WHICH the head OWNS THE SYSTEM AND IS HAVING THEM VIOLATE THEIR CONTRACT WITH CMS AND NOT REPORT THE SECURITY BREACHES AND THEFTS. and this was not true with owned by Vangent a few years ago and got the more localized major theft like this stopped then with their evidence getting one contract in in one region not renewed, IT WAS WHEN WE ALL FOUND OUT ABOUT THE COUP OF 2002 ND NO ONE WAS ALLOWED TO INVESTIGATE AND STOP THE CRIMES. The phone menu at most of the t call centers at 1-800 Medicare can verify the phony number is active and verify a claim was paid on it.. and a customer service person can order evidence for you of a TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTER. to use to prove you are being criminally violated. on this bogus screen creating the phony numbers.'' THEY ARE BEING TOLD THEY WILL NOT COME OUT AS A FEW WEEKS AGO THEY TRIED TO COVER UP THEIR CRIMES WITH THEM AND PUT THE REAL NUMBER ON THE SCREEN BESIDE IT BUT NOT REALLY IN THE SYSTEM AT ALL .. BUT ITS A SHAME AS NOT IN THE SYSTEM TO BLOCK IT . as I got letters today on the phony numbers AND ITS NOT STOPPED SINCE THE EMPLOYER POST WAS HACKED TUESDAY AM AFTER THE BI WEEKLY POST FROM ALL EMPLOYERS IN THE USA NOT JUST GOVERNMENT ONES . . Issued a couple of days ago from Little ROCK Arkansas benefits services. is the return address on the letter.

I got sidetracked with other calls to day and did not get them called. but it will be another couple of weeks before the bi weekly employer post and this CABAL WILL NOT STOP HACKING AND STEALING UNTIL CONGRESS ACTS TO STOP IT.. But this is not just on those who are still legally employer but has occurred on anyone ,, but the most lucrative for the hackers is if they can get one with a spouse social security number to steal..(THEY HAVE CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM AT SSA AND WILL NOT POT FILES. AND HAVE HACKED AND WILL SHARE MORE BELOW YOU ARE NEVER NOTIFIED AND MANY HAVE OVERPAYMENT THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF .. AND IT OCCURRED BEFORE IN THE DALLAS AND ATLANTA REGIONS WITH ONE CLAIMS PAYING COMPANY BUT THIS IS FAR MORE THAN LOCALIZED THIS time as my own records document.
This Daily Recap is sent out to a list and with OIG'S in it.including SSA which last year was one of the last agencies that was contracted out to take the fraud complaints and screen the initial reports.. AND OF COURSE THEY ARE COVERING UP THEIR OWN CABAL . yes the fox is in the hen house as a last act last year.. at SSA.. and that is what the result of the official writing to Congress nearly 4 years ago when they know it was being hacked and were denied access by Lynn Blodgett's cabal and CONGRESS ALLOWED THIS TO BE CONTRACTED OUT TO THE CABAL HACKING AND STEALING.???? So I got woke up early and the woman on the phone with a phone number I did not recognize as the ID saying that she was from FRAUD HOT LINE AT SSA AND I HAD CONTACTED THEM.
this is not the scammers out there as have gotten those calls already, too. . I have no doubt it was this new contractor. at SSA. of the cabal covering up for the cabal? and some push from the attention out there had the cover up continued. maybe someone at SSA really asked for the record and where are the real ones??as even my personnel file is missing for a decade since LYNN BLODGETT LIED TO THE FORMER COMMISSIONER OF SSA AND SAID I HAD GOTTEN A WORKER COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASE WHICH IS NOT TRUE FOR WHEN I DO RETIRE I HAVE SOME BACK RESTORED LEAVE TO BE PAID YET THAT ALL THE PAPER WORK WAS IN AND OKAYED AND THAT DID NOT GET PAID BY THEM YET. doesn't any one know the laws to come back to this but he is the boss , not the President with the civil service under him.

So I get this phone call and she does not give me any ID or badge number as a professional would do and once would have done. .and a call back would have come form a real investigator.. a I know as I have been on their side inside .. .. I ASKED HER WHAT COMPANY SHE WORKED FOR AND GOT THE USUAL 'worked for' the fraud hot line'.. and asked if she had civil service pension money taken out of her paycheck and no answer as all would say yes finally would not Say I mentioned OIG DIRECTOR PATRICK O'CARROLL WHO WAS ONE OF THE ONES WHO WROTE TO CONGRESS A FEW YEARS AGO AND LINKED HERE THEN... I had said I would like to file a report. but no one ever took one.. but they have the 17 numbers etc. and all the rest from the past .. from me so why call now?? probably filed a defamatory report on me to cover up the crimes of their partners?
I got hung up on .. when I said they were breaking the law when they would not identify their corporate name. I then called the local office for SSA AND FOLLOWED UP ON THE 2/2011 REMAND ORDER FORM THE APPELLATE JUDGE TO GET ALL MY MATTERS WORKED AND VERIFIED THAT HE BOXES OF MY PAPER FILE (about the 9th reconstruction of the felony destructions over the years.) ARE STILL IN THE MANAGER'S OFFICE AND NOT POSTED ON MY HACKED SYSTEM RECORDS THERE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 ALSO... HACKING ORDERED BY LYNN BLODGETT TO BE WORKED AND ALSO AT THE STATE AGENCY WHICH HAS BEEN HACKED
AS THE STATE AGENCY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A RECORD THEY EVER HAD MY CASE UNDER MY NUMBER OR SPOUSE'S EITHER.. and they said and talking do more than one that they have all of every case back decades on any claim they have had and the paper shows it was there but not processed with any of my records as not gotten etc. and got stopped by the former Acting Commission of SSA.. who is implicated in the first terrorist attack .
Even the consultant exam done before he stopped it with a board certified pulmonologist was disappeared before I got a copy or my doctor as it seemed consistent with all the rest of mine as the number came out on the screen and I copied them down and he did check for pulmonary hypertension also . AND STATE HAS ALSO BEEN HACKED AS MOST STATES ARE CONTROLLED /CONTRACTED WITH HIM NOW ALSO. no one knew is they are still real state employees processing disability cases yet or not.as some are not in the USA now

I also called and left a message Senator Lankford's office as they have never gotten back to me about the maters pending at SSA for years on the privacy release for SSA to be contacted either. Maybe they can find out what even judges remand orders are in a box not processed. along with other matters on a 28 year old claim YES ITS BEEN THAT BAD EVEN BEFORE THE CONTRACTOR TOOK OVER TO COVER UP THE BEGINNING OF 9/11/01 AND OFFICIALS WHO COULD BE IN JAIL FOR IT.
BUT THE REMAND ORDERS FROM THE JUDGES WAS BACK IN FEBRUARY OF 2011 AND MANY FOLLOW UPS SINCE. AS THOSE LETTERS ARE POSTED HER IN THIS BLOG This is contacting a federal agency not a contractor. but what has been said is they will get the info that LYNN BLODGETT GAVE THE ORDER TO NOT PROCESS MATTERS IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT ALSO
