This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the unaccountable govern contractor owned Medicare billing system hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002 WHEN CONGRESS VOTED TO LET THE USA BE OVERTHROWN INTO THE VIRTUAL CONTROL ON AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL BY SIMPLY REMOVING THE RESTRAINT OF LAW .. BY FORBIDDING A NON DOD AGENCY FROM SPENDING ONE PENNY FOR AN INTERNAL AUDIT LET ALONE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AND PROSECUTION OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR. and with no way to know who owned who due to that.. soon one entity ended any fair market competition and with one CABAL OWNING USA RECORDS, DATA AND MASSIVE THEFTS AND DENIAL OF RIGHTS AND FLAGRANT DEFIANCE OF JUDGES AND LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND AGENCY POLICIES BEGAN. as the nation got robbed and no one could stop it.. a FEW INSIDE FROM A DEEP STATE WHO WORSHIPS?? IS NOT WHAT I CAN FIND OUT AS A PATIENT.. I JUST KNOW WHO DID WHAT AND HAVE SOME SUSPECTS NAMED INSIDE ALSO BUT IT TAKE A WITNESS FROM THE CABAL TO TESTIFY AGAINST A CROOKED GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL ALSO.. AND ONE CAN NOT JUST GET ONE SIDE WAS IT TAKES TWO FOR A BRIBE
Even worse is CONGRESS GAGGED ITSELF TO NOT MENTION , CONTRACT HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY so they continued on making laws based on unverifiable data and the whole nation began to collapsed around us with massive harms and deaths due to what was going on .. and I and mine were put in a Life and death struggle due to their being no government to enforce it's laws, judges orders and proving that WE WERE UNDER A DICTATORSHIP THAT FEW EVEN KNEW EXISTED, AND FEW KNEW THE NAME OF THE ONE RUNNING THE USA .
LYNN BLODGETT AS NAMED BY HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS AS THE ONE THEY HAVE TO OBEY AND ALL THEY KNOW IS WHAT HE TELLS THEM,, AS HE HAD THE DATA AND RECORDS AND EVEN THE JUDGES ORDERS HE WITHHOLDS IS HE DECIDES TO DO SO . YET THEY LIE TO CONGRESS AS IF THEY REALLY DO KNOW.. AND OUR HEALTH SYSTEM COLLAPSED THEY PASSED DUE TO BASED ON LIES NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS REALLY ALREADY GOING ON. ..
AS RUMOR ND GOSSIP RAN THE USA AND PLENTY OF FAKE FACTS NOT JUST FAKE NEWS BECOME RAMPANT AS THEIR GAG ORDER WENT INTO THE MEDIA WHO RARELY EVER SAY THE NAME OF THE CONTRACTOR THAT DID SOME ATROCITY AND CANNOT BE INVESTIGATED OR ARRESTED.
AND THIS WENT ON TO NOW from local to federal as states have had to relied on the federal government for oversight and now was left to their own trying to get rid of this cabal from doing the same to their states. Often no one knew why there was no investigation as evidence began to mount up from all kinds of sources getting proof and yet nothing until a few years ago
IT GOT SO DEADLY FOR TOO MANY AND BAD FOR THE REST OF US AND 23 TRILLION DOLLARS MISSING A DECADE AGO ALREADY THAT FINALLY SOME BEGAN TO SPEAK AND ADMIT THERE WAS NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE IN THE USA. OF MUCH OF ANYTHING..
In health care the former Director Maria Travennor publicly sent out a memo THAT STATES WERE ON THEIR OWN BEFORE SHE RESIGNED.. AND THEY BEGAN TO TAKE ACTION BUT WITHOUT THE COOPERATION OF THE FEDS, LITTLE COULD BE DONE AS THEIR ATTEMPTS OFTEN FAILED UP AGAINST THIS CABAL THAT HAS our money to use against us..
THERE HAS BEEN NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. AND NO FREE MARKET SYSTEM EITHER.
AS ALL ARE UNDER THE CONTROL OF ONE CONVOLUTED ENTITY NOW INTERLOCKED AND CONGRESS FORBIDS EVEN MAKING SURE THE FREE MARKET SYSTEM IS FAIR AS NO ONE TO ENFORCE THE LAWS WHEN THEY CHEAT. created by the owner of the system as sub contractors of the contractor that is to over see and make sure that MEDICARE ONLY PAYS FOR ITS LEGAL OBLIGATIONS AND RECOVERS FROM PRIMARY PAYERS WHO WILL NOT PAY... While the nice people they hire are being obstructed from doing the contracted out work . as their corporate headquarters in NY at the former Group Health Inc. makes illegal deals to steal with the cabal under the cabal orders and hack and alter the system to make Medicare primary when employer post that its not and that altering has been illegal since 1994 and in our case three Medicare judges have ruled that the employer post is accurate but they go illegally hack every 2 weeks after the post as Lynn Blodgett's management companies at my other two health plans that are the primaries of FECA AND FEHB BLUES IS UNDER HIS CONTROL LOCALLY AND IN DC AT OPM. he just got the back ground check contract back, under another company last year ,but see that President Trump may be trying to renegotiate that contract ; but without the budget allowed to be spent from Congress.. I pray for his success.

CREATED ON AN ANCIENT SYSTEM WITH NO SECURITY AND NO CROSS CHECKING WITH ANY OFFICIAL RECORDS AT SSA which they have that system now and hacked and officials wrote to CONGESS NEARLY 4 YEARS AGO PLEADING FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO DO THEIR JOB AND STOP THE CRIMES THERE.
BLODGETT WILL NOT LET ONE BE PROCESSED THERE AT ALL AND HE GETS TO ALSO COLLECT THE MONIES FROM YOU AND YOUR HEIRS AS WELL AS TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR DOCTOR ETC. BANK ACCOUNT AS HE IS THE ONE, NOT ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE THAT SIGNS THEM UP AND HE HAS A SYSTEM RECORD SAYING THEY ARE OVERPAID AND THE MONEY WAS DIVERTED TO ???? he frames and then gets to collect from the victims??

On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A.M.T.TA CREATED BY THE MEDICARE HACKERS WHO RUN ALL OF HEALTH CARE NOW.. and on my husband's social security number of B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6... This ancient system has a limit of 17 then its like creating a new page.. and its said to be a billion dollars a day being stolen and its not Just in the DALLAS AND ATLANTA REGION AND IN ONE CLAIMS PAYING CONTRACTOR AS WAS DONE A FEW YEARS AGO .. and $4 million stolen in my name before it was stopped in 11/12// but this time in 10/16 they sent back to 12/12 and paid all those clams in multiples that had not been a years ago when I checked and they had all 17 numbers Cross refereed to block any multiples but still being hacked bi weekly to have Medicare illegally pay first .
AS NOW ABOUT 75 % OF ALL APPROVED MEDICAL BILLS FOR ALL WORKERS COMP IN THE USA IS ILLEGALLY BEING DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE TO PAY AS LYNN BLODGETT SET UP A HOST OF SHELL COMPANIES A FEW YEARS AGO AND HAS HE CONTRACTS WITH THE INSURES. AND DID WHAT HE GOT AWAY WITH FOR US FEDS SINCE 2002

(US DOL thinks our bills are being paid out of hundreds of millions he was given to pay our bills from and an insider has said this cabal is paying 50% of the co pay is all. from some fund...and the only one any one knows of is the one of a million dollars a head for those like me with already permanent medical but this cabal took over before the permanent disability got processed. and later judges have affirmed my benefits and ordered my file posed and get all processed and paid and LYNN BLODGETT TOSSED THOSE ORDERS AND BEGAN TO 'OUT' HIMSELF A MANY BEGAN TO KNOW WHO WAS RUNNING THE USA AND WENT FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY AND LIED AND SAID THAT I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASES.
WITH YEARS OF BACK LOGS ARE THERE TO BE PAID ON BILLS AND OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE THAT BANKRUPTED US THAT WERE APPROVED TO BE PAID AND SAME WAS PAID SPORADICALLY AS ALL NEVER GOT PROCESSES AND STILL LEGALLY PENDING FOR YEARS WITH NO GOVERNMENT TO MAKE SURE ONES RIGHTS WERE UPHELD OR ANY JUDGES ORDERS OBEYED.
OVER A DOZEN JUDGES SAID TO GET IT DONE AND IN THE TRASH CAN THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE WENT ALONG WITH THE JUDGES. WHO ARE NOT OBEYED AT ALL NOW. . WHEN THERE IS NO PROVISION IN FEDERAL LAW EVER TO GIVE ME MONEY TO PAY OUR OWN MEDICAL AT ALL IN THE FUTURE.
They have a dummy offline system set up there and its been hacked several times for past payment of oxygen to hide that I am in a life and death struggle as HE HAS ORDERED 'LET HER DIE ; ON ME.. AS HIS DEFAMATION IS HIGH LEVEL AND WIDER THAN WHAT I CAN COMBAT WITH THE FACTS AND JUDGES ETC FROM MY LEVEL.. THIS IS HOW BAD IT IS AND TOO MANY HAVE LOST THE EARTHLY BATTLE OVER THIS
. And I have plenty of insurance. so that is not the issue.. ALL HAVE TO OBEY HIM NOT ANY ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT AS THEY ARE NOT IN CHARGE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002. BY ACT OF CONGRESS WHICH MOST DID NOT KNOW THE 6000 PAGE BUDGET BILL HAD BEEN ALTERED. and every bill since then has to put back that oversight taken AWAY OR IT HOLDS AS THE LAW, AND FEW HAVE KNOWN TO EVEN PUT IT IN .ITS NOT IN THE CURRENT SENATE BILL AT ALL
The current health care law. is horrific as it does not have the oversight put back and worse the states who are in litigation to get him off the Medicaid and other programs all over are going to have him grandfathered in and they will be stuck with him by federal law.. USURPING OF STATES RIGHTS is in the bill The budgeted amount might be enough if there was not thievery going on by the contractor and common sense things could be fug erred out by the States for delivery of the care.... I NAME THIS ENTITY AS SO MUCH IS LEGALLY IN COURT AND ELSEWHERE BY OFFICIAL SOURCES AND MY OWN WELL DOCUMENTED DEADLY CRIMES DONE TO ME AND MINE , ....
. But all over.. and those at 1-800 Medicare owned by GENERAL DYNAMICS HAVE SAID ITS BEING SEEN ON OTHERS.. BUT THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF THE CABAL IS MAKING THEM BREAK THEIR CONTRACT WITH CMS AND NOT GETTING THE HARD COPIES AND FILING FRAUD REPORTS with the intake of the cabal over at HHS , SO THAT AT LEAST CMS KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON . as occurred before when VANGENT OWNE THEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO ALLOW CMS NOT TO RENEW THE CONTRACT , THE ONE THING THAT CAN STILL BE DONE.. BUT EVIDENCE IS NEEDED AS IT STILL WENT ON FOR 18 MONTHS AS THE THEFTS WENT ON TO NOT RENEW IT. BEFORE AND GOT IT STOPPED AND ALL 18 NUMBERS CROSS REFERRED AND THEN ONLY ONE PAYMENT GOT ILLEGALLY PAID PER CLAIM

I did not get calls made today but another clams showed up on mymediare.gov illegally paid as the cabal will not let the medical community file a conditional payment which is the legal way and no one overpaid and then it goes to recovery and the government is to get the money back from the primary that is to pay and for me its FECA and for my family members with cards, its FEHB Blues . .. as they all have to have billing service taking their orders an info direct from Lynn Blodgett et al and HE IS THE LAW OF THE LAND NOT WHAT CONGRESS NOR THE PRESIDENT OR THE COURTS SAY.
This claim just paid illegally in multiples was an office visit from last week and not time enough to even check with the two primary payers, which THEY ARE PAYING BIG BUCKS AND GETTING THE BOGUS SCREEN ONLY AND I TURNED IN AND FILLED OUT THE PAPERS BUT THOSE ARE NOT WANTED FROM THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY BY THESE LARGE BILLING SERVICES ALL CONTROLLED BY THIS CABAL NOW THEY HAVE TO USE NOW TO SURVIVE FINANCIALLY AS CONTRACTORS OF THIS CABAL ARE USED TO SHUFFLE DATA AROUND AND HACK WHEN IT SHOULD ALL BE DONE BEFORE THE PATIENT LEAVES THE OFFICE.. AND PAID BY THE TIME ONE CHECKS OUT.
SO THE DOCTOR'S CHARGE FOR JUST THE VISIT PAID 17 IS NEARLY $3000 and some tests were taken and sent out to be read and in one hour with one patient and I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THAT MAY BE YET AND ITS COULD BE WELL OVER $5000 or more stolen from Medicare in multiples of 17 and its FECA'S BILL.
AND THE DOCTOR IS NOT GETTING ALL THIS MONEY I HAVE ANY INDICATION OF. and no recovery can be done or is allowed to be don't by the contractors that is stealing and is to also recover from themselves at FECA AS ALL RUN ALL PARTS OF HEALTH CARE NOW AS MY THREE MEDIAL PLANS ARE ALL MANAGED BY THEM AND HAS TO OBEY HIM AN HIS..NOT CMS AT ALL.
AND DOCTOR;S ETC ARE NO LONGER IN CHARGE OF HEALTH CARE IN ANY WAY NOW... AS I HAVE FOUND OUT WHEN DIAGNOSIS CODES ARE EVEN ALTERED AFTER THE DOCTOR SENDS IN THE NOTES AND THEY ARE NOT WHAT END UP BEING CHARGED For.. pulling out some symptom and making it the main and only one. and this is deadly when it ends up in the national data Base not under HIPPAA and is used for treatment all over now. and other purposes few of us can fathom for medical research skewed to snooping by other contractors and our personal records are for sale on the open market with this cabal.. but thee ones in our doctors office have to be protected and they can be fined if they are not.. and Lynn Blodgett gets to audit also to find out if they are ..... CONFLICTS OF INTEREST ARE RAMPANT AND FAIRNESS IS GONE.
. THIS DEADLY DATA BASE IS USED especially in emergency rooms and Congress did a study on wrongful death malpractice suits a decade ago and this deadly data base owned by GROUP HEALTH SINCE 1999 WAS INDICATED AS THE CULPRIT MUCH OF THE TIME AS DOCTOR RELIED ON IT AND IT WAS WRONG they are now EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL AS THIS CABAL S WORLDWIDE AND MANY NATIONS ARE DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUES NOW. ... with typos , errors and co mingles records of other patient and in the last few years this of claims from what the doctor out down in their own records was done.. by this cabal to play a money game.
YOU COULD DIE BECAUSE OF IT AND CANNOT GET A COPY AND NO WAY FOR ANY ONE TO GET THE DEADLY MESS CORRECTED AND CONGRESS KNEW THIS 10 YEARS AGO BUT ARE GAGGED TO STOP IT? WHO DID THIS EVIL AND WHY DO THEY LET THIS HAPPEN TO THEM?? ACTING DIRECTOR DON BERWICK MD in 2009 wanted to and some other oversight controls to end this robbing and HE WAS NOT CONFIRMED and I do not think it was about abortion either as a pro choice president had been elected .
So if I had no insurance then I would be charged for what was actually done once but since I have it and a Medicare hacker in control to make primary .. they can caused millions of dollars to be stolen from stealing my ID AND ANOTHER FOR OF MISUSE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER FOR THEFT.. and this it the CMS CONTRACTOR AND SUB CONTRACT TAKING THEIR ORDERED FROM LYNN BLODGETT WHO ALSO MANAGE THE OWNER OF THE SYSTEM NOW.. AND ITS PLAUSIBLE THAT ITS IS TRUE THAT A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY IS BEING STOLEN FORM MEDICARE SINCE 10/7/16 and CONGRESS WILL NOT ACT FOR STOP IT..
And leaves there unconstitutional gag order on themselves to NOT DISCUSS OR DEBATE IT OR HAVE ANY OF HIS CABAL TESTIFY AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON .. LET ALONE TURN THEN OVER TO OUR LEGAL SYSTEM WHICH THEY VOTED TO FORBID. and then GAG THEMSELVES NOT TO DISCUSS OR DEBATE IT TO GET LAWS PASSED TO STOP IT AND GET OUR MONEY BACK FOR US AND THE NATION,, AND THIS IS JUST ONE PROGRAM THIS HAPPENING IN AND INFO RISES THAT IS SIMILAR ALL OVER IN OTHER PROGRAMS ALSO.
WE ARE BEING ROBBED AND THERE IS NO 911 TO CALL.....
There are a lot of bank robbers, etc. in jail now who would like equal treatment as the government contractor gets. and go free. to keep on robbing
And considering he high cost of prescription drugs Medicare is also paying for now times 17 assumed also as LYNN Blodgett pays all for all the insurers as a sub contracts. and no one seems to have the totals to even look up , not even the insurance companies do . THEN WHAT IS THE TOTAL PER DAY FOR 62 MILLION MEDICARE CARD HOLDERS, ? even if only 10% get something paid for health care in one day . times 17? even 4 times.. and many have much higher costs than me.. WHERE IS ALL THIS MONEY GOING??? its about time we the people through our elected representatives are allowed to know !!!!.

( WE ARE BEING ROBBED AND WE HAVE DONE NOTHING TO DESERVE THIS BUT WE ARE THEN GONG TO HAVE TO MAKE SURE ALL IS RESTORED. That is the issue, WE DID NOTHING AND NEITHER DID OUR ELECTED LEADERS AS IT GOT WORSE AND WORSE. and that is why we elected some to Congress and other positions to see to it that all is restored.. what is stolen and even contracts let to restore and GIVEN TO THE THIEVES... is beyond comprehension that we have allowed this to get so far hidden in a murky swamp of corruption. as there are always a few evil among us and we have to be smarter to not let them keep on stealing and we have a justice system that has to work for us. or we have no society at all. no nation ad no rights of each either. )
