This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the contractor owned MEDICARE billing system hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002.. When Congress voted to permit the overthrow of the USA into the virtual control of an international cabal of entities by REMOVING THE RESTRAINER of law so that the real government of the USA could not longer spend one penny to do an internal audits (check systems also) or a criminal investigation of a non DOD contractor and massive illegal activity began and not has been said by insiders of BILLION DOLLARS A DAY THEFT OF MEDICARE which is plausible for what has been discovered AND ITS NOT JUST ON MY RECORDS nor in one region or with one claims paying contractor as occurred a few years ago . and when I and others high up in the OIG and FBI found out what only a few in the higher levels of the USA knew .
. THAT THERE CAN BE NO STOPPING OF THE MASSIVE THEFTS DIRECT FROM THE US TREASURY NO MATTER HOW WELL DOCUMENTED AS ONCE WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IMMEDIATELY WITH THE FULL FORCE OF THE GOVERNMENT SHUTTING IT DOWN. BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002.
And I began blogging trying to warn all of the coming collapse of the USA with NO RULE OF LAW AND NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS as there was no real government allowed to act to uphold the laws of the land with the ones now in control the contractors WHICH WITH NO REAL GOVERNMENT TO REFEREE A FREE MARKET COMPETITION THAT WAS KEPT FAIR... soon one entity got control of the whole of the USA from local to federal as nearly every where one turns in our daily lives there is federally funded programs regulating... all but since the COUP of 2002no government is in charge of much of any of that ....
No one in control has to obey any rule, or law and can steal and if their illegal acts cause deaths, there is no one allowed to be prosecuted for it.
IN health care, these massive controls even to management what the medical profession is even allowed to do ... has had massive deadly outcomes. and others are doomed to early deaths with no health care even allowed ... EVEN IF ONE HAS HEALTH INSURANCE TO WELL PAY FOR IT.
As that is all managed by the same entity under the one named by high level officials as LYNN BLODGETT and who his boss is.. is still THE MOST SECRET INFO IN THE USA.. so secret, that CONGRESS HAS PUT AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER ON THEMSELVES NOT TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY so that they have no way of verifying any data or records as accurate before basing laws on the too often false info and we have collapse of our nation and 23 trillion dollars missing and that was a decade ago figure from when a partial audit of the Federal Reserve was done as they are they only ones who know where diverted monies finally ended up..
How much more is missing now and no one knows where it went to . WE DON'T AND NEITHER DO THEY AS THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO FIND OUT and DO THE JOB WE ALL ELECTED THEM TO DO FOR US.
But at Medicare patients and the medical profession are at legal risk of over payments all over.. Patients and heirs inherit over payments when claims are paid that are not Medicare's bills an not labeled as a conditional payment to be recovered..(the government's job). and the medical community can have their bank accounts taken by the cabal that is the ones who sign then up to accept the monies.. as they have a system record that frames them as if they got all the multiples now. AND NOW ITS IN MULTIPLES OF ONE CLAIM USING PHONY MEDICARE NUMBERS ON AN ANCIENT SYSTEM MERGED INTO A MODERN CYBER CLOUD THAT HAS A RECORD OF EVERY OVERPAYMENT AND ILLEGAL ACT.
AND THE CABAL IN CONTROL NOW OWNS THAT BILLING SYSTEM.. through companies they have bought into, another of the defense contractor as they are INSIDER= THEM BUT THE DOMESTIC PROGRAMS THEY ARE NOW GETTING THE CONTROL OF TO RUN ARE STILL NOT UNDER ANY LEGAL OVERSIGHT AS THE DEFENSE CONTRACTS ARE AS UNDER THE COUP OF 2002 VOTED IN BY CONGRESS. WITH MOST VOTING NOT AWARE THAT THE E- GOVERNING BUDGET BILL OF 2002 HAD BEEN ALTERED BEFORE THEY VOTED ON IT.

And you and your heirs owe money you have no idea of as your ID and claims info was stolen by the owner of the system and hacked to get you and heirs overpaid and over at SSA any request of an easy waiver. where you give no personal financial info as you state its "against equity and good cause'" for the government not to keep your personal data and info protected from even their own contractors as legally they can audit, but cannot spend any money to do so and that is impossible as the auditors have to be paid or they are not on duty and that is existing budget being spent.
IF EVERY LAW PASSED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 DOES NOT SPECIFICALLY PUT BACK THIS OVERSIGHT THEN THE COUP OF 2002 IS OVER THE LAW... UNTIL CONGRESS VOTES TO OVERTURN THE COUP OF 2002 ITSELF ...
... WILL NOT BE PROCESSED AS THE CABAL IS NOW IN CONTROL AT SSA AND THOSE OFFICIALS DENIED ACCESS TO AUDIT WHEN PROOF EXISTS OF THE HACKING THERE.. AND WROTE TO CONGRESS NEARLY 4 YEARS AGO PLEADING FOR THE LAWS TO BE CHANGED AND NOTHING DONE/

AS THE WHOLE OIG COUNCIL OF ALL AGENCIES HAD A HEARING A FEW MONTHS AGO AND PLEADING FOR THE SAME TO DO THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO TO PROTECT THE USA , PUBLIC TREASURY AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE ENTIRE USA RECORDS, DATA AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL. TO NOT BE ROBBED AND LIVES ENDANGERED AND LOST ALONG WITH LIVELIHOODS ALSO ,,,,AND ALL.

On my own social security number there is the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA. BUT AS A SPOUSE ON MY HUSBAND;S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER 13 MORE.
THIS IS AN OLD UNSECURED SYSTEM AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SSA AS NOT CROSS CHECKED FOR ANY LEGAL BENEFITS ONE HAS THERE.
AND AS I RECALL FROM 30 YEARS THERE IS A LIMIT OF 17 TO A PAGE AND THEN ITS LIKE SETTING UP A NEW SITE.. I never programmed them. but all of us were trained to be the security and report anomalies that might be seen.
So I have the following suffixes as a spouse. of B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.
Dozens of possible suffixes exist for a spouse and other kinds of categories .. why they even bother? make it look legit if some one should see the info and it looks legit. THIS IS NO SECURITY AND THIS OFFLINE INSECURE SYSTEM IS JUST A GLORIFIED CHECK WRITING MACHINE RIGHT OUT OF THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND AND THE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS GOING OUT ON EACH NUMBER STEALING YOUR CLAIMS INFO is gone out and received at the bank and diverted elsewhere, as none of my doctors etc. has seen? the multiples post. and the one pay they are getting is not labeled as a conditional payment and that is an overpayment also.
Medicare has never been primary for me and mine and my employer posts bi weekly that its not and the CONTRACTOR THAT IS TO BE UPHOLDING THE LAW AND MAKING SURE THIS IS NOT GOING ON HAS BEEN THE HACKERS MAKING ILLEGAL DEALS WITH PRIMARY PAYERS SINCE 2002 AND ITS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO ALTER AN EMPLOYER POST.
BUT THE CORPORATE IN NY HAS BEEN DOING SO SINCE 2002 AND THEY SUB CONTRACT THE SYSTEM AND THAT IS NOW DOING THE MULTIPLES ... AND WHERE IS THE MONEY THAT HAS FRAMED THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ALSO?

This is the day of the bi weekly post and some info was still showing on the system after the hacking done ..... and then THE DEFAMATION TRAINING WAS ABSURD,, but horrendous
as will share what happened. and found out today. ( I am posting this dated the day after the events )
I thank the person who answered the phone to day and took a long time but we got all the info and he verified that all 17 numbers are still active and ordered the TEMPORARY ENTITLEMENT LETTERS FORM THE ILLEGAL OFF LINES SYSTEM AND IT TOOK AND SHOULD BE GETTING THEM. FOR A NEW SET TO SEND TO ALL .. OIG HAS THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACT ON THEM DUE TO THE COUP OF 2002 VOTED IN BY CONGRESS. AND NOT CHANGED TO DATE. so we continue to be robbed as Congress will not pass one simple law to overturn that deadly law of THE COUP OF 2002./ putting the right of the agencies to use existing budget to do internal audits of contract as well as criminal investigations and prosecution of law breakers. and that would then cancel the contract of the illegal actors but first Congress has to get rid of their unconstitutional gag order rule to discuss and debate this.. AND THAT IS WHY WE HAVE NO DEBATE AS ONE HAS TO TALK ABOUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO DO SO .
. The US Constitution gives all members of Congress the full FREEDOM OF SPEECH ON THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS AND THEY GAVE IT UP .
to share with congress who let them know they HAVE TO ACT TO SHUT THIS CORRUPTION AND OVERTHROW OF THE USA FOR THE SURVIVAL OF THE PEOPLE AND THE USA.. As this is similar to what is going on all over in other programs using this ancient systems merged into the cyber clouds.. and its causing a melt down as the secured posts from our employers keeps trying to correct the illegal unsecured systems.

I came in on a phony number and the phone menu verified that the phony number was active and that a claim got paid on it also.. Then the customer service person ordered a temporary entitlement letter on that phony number as that is from the illegal hacked system. and verified the info on their of my id and info on the bogus screen all are given to use to trick all into the illegal billing and the bogus is then sold to the medical community by the contractor for big bucks to even access to bill and used to be free as the taxpayers have already paid for it.. .but not for the bogus screen.. at all he later . ordered and verified on all the 17 numbers. Still hacked so for another 2 weeks will need to call and verify the thefts and crimes against me. or until CONGRESS DECIDES TO STOP THE ROBBING OF THE USA
The employer post and the system now shows three open primary payers and a real Blues and a fake supplement and Medicare primary and secondary and a melt down on going.
FECA IS ON THERE AND SO IS THE FEHB BLUE and posted into the field of Working Aged as of the month I turned 65 and that is the real one for the primary employer group health plan which 3 Medicare judges ruled that its legal and it is and my post does not come from private industry sources a most are. but from the US DEPT OF LABOR AS WHEN I WENT OUT ON FECA we are given formal transfer duty papers to them to take care of personnel mattes. and I CANNOT BE LEGALLY RETIRED UNTIL LYNN BLOGGETT POSTS MY FILE AS EVEN THOSE JUDGES HAVE NOW ORDERED HIM TO DO SO AFFIRMING MY BENEFITS AND HE THEN OUTED HIMSELF AND ALL BEGAN TO FIND OUT HE IS THE RULER OF HE USA NOW.
AND HE WENT ALL OVER THE GOVERNMENT LYING SAYING I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES WHERE ALL OVER THERE ARE 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES ORDERS FOR HIM TO DO THINGS . AND HE IGNORES ALL AND WITHHOLDS THEIR OFFICIAL COPY OF THE ORDERS FROM THEM.
SO THAT THE PERMANENT DISABILITY PAPERS CAN'T BE PROCESSED WITH THOSE AND THE WHOLE FILE WITHHELD AND MISSING MULTIPLE TIMES NOT BEING ABLE TO BE HAD BY THE AGENCY TO ACT ON
I already have permanent medical for 23 years now.. and its 100% for all bills based on an obscure 1988 labor law due to it occur when FECA PUT ME ON HOME LIQUID OXYGEN THEN FOR LIFE AND THAT LOCKED ME IF TO SAVE MY LIFE AND OTHERS .. BUT WHO KNEW IN 1988 THAT IN 2002 Congress would vote to overthrow the USA into the control of a cabal with no accountability to any entity but themselves.
This is a family plan and have others on that policy with Medicare cards also getting overpaid
Its due to this hacking of the employer posts that led me to even begin to question and discover the multiple numbers. as most , who are retired and only have Medicare and a real supplement MAY NEVER KNOW THEY HAVE BEEN ROBBED OF ID THEFT AND OVER PAYMENTS MADE IN THEIR NAME STEALING THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND.. But the liability is there in the law and does not go way as heirs inherit.. A wavier should be easily granted at SSA as you are not the thief. but LYNN BLODGETT WHO IS OVER THIS WILL NOT LET ONE BE PROCESSED THERE.
Those who have a real spouse claim number is the most vulnerable as its too easy to create those multiples as so many benefits categories and those suffixes' can keep adding numbers for multiple spouses. . etc.
IF A POLYGAMIST SHOWS UP AT SSA WITH 50+ WIVES WE CAN TAKE CLAIMS FROM ALL TO PROTECT ALL THEIR RIGHTS AND THEN FIGURE OUT WHO CAN LEGALLY GET BENEFITS DENYING WITH APPEAL RIGHTS ALL THE OTHERS
.. BUT THE CLAIM NUMBERS CAN EXIST as to why these can be legal categories even if no one is getting benefits on the claim numbers. With the changes coming NOT USING AN SSN ...ITS GOING TO BE EASIER THEN EVER FOR THIS CABAL TO STEAL AND NOT BE DETECTED WITH RANDOM NUMBERS. AS THEY CAN JUST MAKE UP SOME AS LONG AS THEY ARE THE RIGHT NUMBER OF CHARACTERS.. others inside have similar concerns that his may stop others from seeing the SSN on the card.. but its not gong to stop the major thefts at all. as we have learned so far. unless CONGRESS OVERTHROWS THE COUP OF 2002. .

The customer service person first got the bogus screen on the bogus number I had come in on . and it showed Medicare primary on the bogus screen they are all given first to trick them and do the double speak training made famous in the 1984 book. .. and then he did not balk when I said what happened to the employer post from the AM. and he gave the info .. BUT HE ALSO VOLUNTEERED SOME OTHER INFO SAYING THERE WAS A SELF REPORTING TO DELETED. AND then I DID GET THE SPECIFICS FROM HIM.
With the open , not terminated for the two primary payers.. was also A "Y" and a word confirmed and that has been on there in the past for the hearing. and means its real and confirmed as real by THE EMPLOYER POST. ITS THE INDICATOR THAT IT IS AN EMPLOYER POST. NOT FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE. and its not to be altered is the law of the land.. that is now back ...!!?? but the bogus system is still there and so the MEDICARE HACKERS APPEASED SOMEONE TO TRICK THEM INTO THINKING THEY HAVE STOPPED THEIR HACKING.. its did not happen !!
But the words of self reporting is not from the real system and added notes... IS DEFAMATION AGAINST ME..
There is notes added by someone other then the official post.. that says I HAVE BEEN REPORTING THIS AND I AM THE SOURCE OF THE BI WEEKLY EMPLOYER POST TO JUSTIFY WHEN THEY'RE ARE DELETING IT BUT CANNOT DELETE AS ITS SECURED.
and they have been told that the "D" means deleted and some told it means updated and all show usually the date of 10/6/16 when an ILLEGAL DOUBLE BOGUS SCREEN WAS CREATED.. THAT IS WHAT I SAY IT MEANS.. an illegal system created to steal with

I thank the person for letting me go through the 17 numbers to prove that this is a systems breach to steal with and he did .. but this company's management firm which is about their direct supervisor id not deny they work for LYNN Blodgett is not allowing them to fie the fraud reports and have given all kinds of deceptive training to basically good people they have hired.
And they can only see the non prescription drug claims all paid by Lynn Blodgett's company for all the insurers. and no reason not to believe all of those are being paid in multiples of 17 also . THE INSURERS HAVE NO ACCESS TO FIND OUT WHAT THEIR SUB CONTRACTORS IS DOING IN THEIR NAMES EITHER.. IS THAT WHY THEY ARE BROKE AND CANNOT INSURE PATIENTS ALL OVER UNDER OBAMACARE.??? T

The fake Blues supplement of the identified 27 created by the MEDICARE HACKERS TO MAKE ALL LOOK LEGIT AND SOME INSURERS NOT GET 17 REQUESTS FOR CO PAYS AND FIND OUT AND CONVINCE CONGRESS TO ACT. is today the one of BCBS OF OK FEP B ONLY , FEP A ONLY AND NOTHING FOR D AND A BOGUS POLICY NUMBER OF OFEPO1O2
An impossible policy mixing state and federal polices info together and not even a real category either. And if billing does not catch this is a fake Blues policy and sends it through NO CO PAY IS DONE.
In the mail today I got some EOB'S FROM FED BLUES. MANAGED BY LYNN BLODGETT's COMPANY AS IS FECA SINCE 2002 AND IN THE LAST FEW YEARS ALL WORKERS COMP IN THE USA UNDER HIM WITH ABOUT 75% of all approved medical for workers comp in the USA now being paid illegally by Medicare.
Congress DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT THE TRILLIONS? BEING STOLEN AND THE FIGURES COMING OUT MAY BE MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR ALL IF THE THEFTS WERE NOT GOING ON..
BUT CONGRESS HAS TO UNGAG THEMSELVES AND PASS THE LAW TO ALLOW OUR REAL GOVERNMENT TO GET THE THEFTS BY THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS STOPPED.. . and try and find the missing monies and if some go to jail.. isn't that where thieves usually end up when the legal system deals with them??
AND THAT MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND OTHERS OF HIS INVOLVED ALL OVER FRO ONE TO ANOTHER AS THEY PASS ON FAKE INFO TO ACT ON. IS THE ONES WHO MADE THE ILLEGAL SECRET DEAL WITH THE BCRC OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH OF NY TO HACK THEIR SYSTEM AND MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002... just paid some co pays for a loved one on my policy from last summer. so that providers did not catch it was a bogus policy number and no pay came AND DID STATE OF OK PAY THE CO PAY UNDER MEDICAID... AS THAT PERSON HAS THAT THIRD PAYER. ??? which would rarely ever have to pay for any medical care.. for that person.
Sate of Illinois sued him a few years ago and got 25 million dollars back for this kind of illegal hacking going on. of dumping clear on to MEDICAID and this is why THE NEW HEALTH CARE BILL MAY HAVE THE RIGHT AMOUNT FOR MEDICAID FOR BILLS IF THE THEFTS GOT STOPPED.. maybe enough to increase care and payments amounts. for the poor.

has been in congress as its most senior member now.. and sits on some crucial committees to end this COUP OF 2002. not all know about this as even the best among them got tricked. but its tome to make this right for the nation and people. I do believe that many are in Congress for idealistic reasons to wish to serve.. and pray that this ultimate service be done for us.. so that open and honest debate can again occur to solve our most crucial problems as we can do this and we have the people to HELP AS WE WANT TO HELP AND WHAT DO YOU NEED US TO DO to help??
