Before you get bogged in money amounts and who gets what...... look for the internal audits )systems too) of all the monies to be spent and law enforcement over those monies and action by anyone who will be spending the money from local to federal levels.. THERE STILL WILL BE NONE. and worse for the sates is that contractors in place will be waived in when many are in litigation ete., to cancel them or not renew them by many states like CALIFORNIA.. In no way can they get the new monies for new programs and than set up new contracts. Or hire some unemployed veterans or others as state employees and run things at all if they chose that option.
What is referred to as an audits, it NOT A REAL ONE.. as currently there are audits and that is getting reports from the cabal and looking for an anomaly and accepting it as truth without the right to go in and find out and verify if its a truthful report. Congressman Ken Brady' s staff affirmed this to me that they will know there are not real audits.. GOING ON and I have verified it also by speaking to the auditors who sign off on reports and audits and they only review what they are sent.. and we know that is too often not truthful... as the bottom line of the monies does not add up.....
Worse is that the new block grants to the states come with all kinds of federal rules AND THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENEGOTIATED NEW CONTRACTS WITH NEW ENTITIES WHO WOULD UPHOLD THE LAWS AND MOT CONTINUE STEALING AS MOST STATES HAVE TIRED TO GET LYNN BLODGETT ET ALL OUT AND DO NOT HAVE THE WHERE WITH ALL TO DO SO WITHOUT THE FEDERAL HELP AND ITS NOT ALLOWED TO HELP BY THE COUP OF 2002 LAWS.
The law of 2002 overrides and if its not specially removed in each and every bill. , they it stays in place... SO ITS NOT IN THE PLAN TO RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW OVER THE CONTRACTORS AT ALL ,,, ITS SO THAT THE MEDICARE HACKERS CABAL WILL CONTINUE TO RUN THINGS AS THEY ARE NOW.. AND HAVE MORE MONIES TO SKIM AND SCAM AND STEAL AS THE FEDS ARE NOT GIVING REAL BLOCK GRANTS WITHOUT STRINGS... THEY ARE ORDERED TO LEAVE THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS IN PLACE... What does this do to those states now in litigation etc. trying to get rid of this cabal .... THEY LOSE??? AND WAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER CONTRACTORS BREAKING ALL KINDS OF LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND STEALING IN ALL KINDS OF WAYS FROM DIRECT HEALTH CARE.. WHILE LOOTING MEDICARE AND SOCIAL SECURITY ALONG THE WAY.

All the rules and specifics are meaningless if unprotected and no one has to obey them..
ITS NOT THE PLAN ITS WHO IS IN CHARGE. AND WHETHER CROOKS IN CONTROL AS CONTRACTORS CAN BE INVESTIGATED AND PROSECUTED AND STOPPED.. and nothing in these 142 pages indicates. ,to me that the same THEFT OF THE USA WILL CONTINUE.. and they do not have to obey any law or rule either nor uphold the human and civil or constitutional rights of all either..
The news is debating what is will pay for,, and ignoring that the law does not even have to be obeyed at all or monies and rights protected under it...

Personally, I do not think Medicaid should never have been passed as its a sub standard unequal care program and too many cannot afford to take it in the Medical community... ORIGINALLY IT WAS TO BE MEDICARE FOR THOSE WHO NOW GET IT AND AS A SAFETY NET PROGRAM TO BUY INTO FOR OTHERS WITHOUT A HEALTH CARE PLAN...
For the poor, WITH THE STATES PICKING UP THE CO PAYS AND OTHER SERVICES LIKE DENTAL AND NEGOTIATED PRICES FOR DRUGS FOR THOSE OF THE POOR AND FOR THE REST WHO COULD NOT GET A POLICY THROUGH WORK OR PRIVATE POLICIES WHICH AT FIRST EVEN THOSE OVER 65 COULD BY A PRIVATE POLICY IF THEY HAD THE MONEY TO BUY ONE. , THOSE WHO BOUGHT INTO Medicare WOULD THEN BE ABLE TO GET SOME KIND OF MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT... AS A DEAL WITH THE INSURERS TO HAVE A PART IN THE WHOLE.
CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA WHAT A REAL HEALTH CARE BUDGET SHOULD BE SINCE WE HAVE BEEN GETTING ROBBED BY THIS CABAL SINCE THE COUP OF 2002... A business being robbed would be hiring store detectives to catch the thieves but Congress left the gate to the swamp locked for them to hide in .. and keep on stealing from inside the murky mire.
I could discuss the merits of the plan.. but ITS MEANINGLESS AS ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN IF THE CABAL IS ALLOWS TO ALTER AND STEAL AT WILL.. And where is anything in this bill to address updating the delivery f health care as it is needed in the 21st century as monies are going in to out of date models not where the needs are now...
Its time to ask the doctors and I have 5 excellent ones in several specialties who have retired and would recommend any one of them to be an advisor to work with our SURGEON GENERAL TO GET MEDICAL CARE INTO THE 21ST CENTURY AND BE A LIVING DOCUMENT THAT CAN BE UPDATED AS NEW TREATMENTS AND CURES ARE FOUND AND SHOULD BE PAID FOR AS SOON AS THE PEERS SAY ITS OK...... When local stand alone compounding pharmacies in you area are running commercials that they will compound a lot must be getting prescribe now... .. then we know its not just me with no safe medications and inhalers until its mixed at the pharmacy... and generic theophylline has to be compounded as the one out they make in India have inflamer's in it for 11 million + who would take it.... and some how TEVA CANNOT FIND A PLACE TO MAKE IT... until next year is the estimated time..

On my own social security number, I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders ) of A,M,T,TA/ but as a spouse dozens of possible categories and since there is no security and no cross check with SSA they are just letters to make it look legit when they steal your ID and claims and steal in your name and frame your Doctor ,etc. as multiples went out and not returned and diverted??. SO I have as a spouse B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.
An agent can order a temporary entitlement letter on those numbers to prove the thefts and breach of security and I have gotten some this week and the phone menu for most of the call centers at General Dynamics 1-800- Medicare can verify they exist on other suffixes.. and then the proof is the letter issued from this illegal system.. to give to ANYONE YOU WISH TO stop the crimes against you and your heirs and the nation as its a crime even if CONGRESS WILL NOT LET IT GET STOPPED

I came in on one of the phony Medicare numbers and the phone menu verified it was still active and verified a recent claim pod on it as its has been on all 17 hundreds have now verified and the agency got on the defensive right away as the info goes through with the call .. and got no info except the real primary payers are not there to be seen on the screen he was seeing the first one. .. but we know they are... and indicated that they were not allowed to say much ...etc.. I asked for a temporary letter to be sent on the phony number for proof of the crimes.. and do not know if it got done.. as he did not deny that the real primary payers of FECA permanent medical for 23 years AND FEHB BLUES WAS ON THERE IN THE CYBER CLOUD OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT that the bogus offline illegal insecure screen was the one to use and trick all into billing MEDICARE and then allows them TO HACK AND PAY THE CLAIMS IN MULTIPLES AND DIVERT THE MONIES.. AS none of my doctors has said they have gotten the multiples yet as they are all being framed.

\ THUS NONE OF US CAN BE A WITNESS OR A VICTIM. AND RECEIVE ANY KIND OF HELP FOR OUR OWN PROTECTION OF LIFE AND RIGHTS FOR OUR LOVED ONES , NEIGHBORS OR OTHERS OF THE HUMAN FAMILY IN THE USA AND THIS CABAL IS ALL OVER THE WORLD NOW IN MANY AREAS .... AND HOW DID THOSE IN CHARGE LET THIS HAPPEN??.
Please LET US HELP CONGRESS as its our lives, and those of our loved ones and nation at risk now and WE ARE ALL ON TEAM USA NOW... AND NEED TO WORK TOGETHER AS WE CAN DO THIS AS WE HAVE THOSE WHO KNOW WHAT IS NEEDED TO MAKE IT WORK IN SOME WAY AND THE BETTERS WAYS..

PSALM 60; VERSES 1 b-3.. "Oh restore us again! You have made the earth tremble; You have broken it; Heal its breaches, for it is shaking. You have shown your people hard things; You have made us drink the wine of confusion."
Those of faith have been given Divine guidance of what we should be doing and we have not done it and get into terrible situations but we can restore all as we believed HE can ,, but we are created with free will and we can do it.. can't we?? and we can follow the teachings of our faiths and DIVINE GUIDANCE IS HERE FOR THOSE WHO BELIEVE ALSO. for the good for each and all.. THE PROMISE IS WE CAN DO IT IF WE US OUR FREE WILL CHOICE TO DO IT..

In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may we follow the teaching of live and compassion and goodness and mercy for each and all.. And may our elected leaders put together something that puts heath care back in charge of saving lives and health and restoring the rule of law so that the precious monies are not stolen and lives not be lost by those stealing from us.
May our elected leaders not be tricked to selling out to the thieves who take advantage of the good intent.. Prayers for President Trump as he deals with all kinds of matters as well as the GATE TO THE SWAMP STILL LOCKED TO CLEANSE IT FROM THE CORRUPTION THAT HAS OVERTHROWN US FOR YEARS. NOW TO OUR DEMISE. WE MUST NOT LET CONTINUE... AND IF DIVINE INTERVENTION IS NEEDED TO HELP US . THEN WE PRAY FOR THAT ALSO.. AMEN!
