And those at 1-800 Medicare contractor have said its not just me with 17 active Medicare numbers and reasonable to believe it really is A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY BEING STOLEN and the Medicare trust fund being looted since 10/16 when the Medicare community is being sold access to the bogus illegal offline unsecured system by his sub contractors controlled billing service and info to clearing houses also and everywhere he is holding the control and contracts etc. under Lynn Blodgett hidden secret head and finally named by high level officials and others as the one running the USA all have to obey .. who is now the ruler of the USA by act of Congress in 2002 as no government oversight is allowed to audit or criminal investigations as no budget can be spent on it as we have been robbed of trillions of dollars and most of Congress is not even aware they are not making the laws of the land to be obeyed and much info they get is unverifiable data and facts as ALL THEY KNOW IS WHAT LYNN BLODGETT ET AL LETS THEM KNOW AND OFTEN IS NOT TRUTHFUL...

And most cannot help their constituents as the issues are usually with the contractor who is allowed to say they are the government and are not. and even some government officials do not know they are not.. Most government phone numbers have no one from the real government answering those phones and are ordered to illegally NOT GIVE THEIR CORPORATE NAME AND ADDRESS and lie an say they are the government and are not..
OBAMACARE COLLAPSED AS IT WAS BASED ON THE LIE THAT INSURERS WERE PAYING THEIR BILLS AND HAD NOT BEEN SINCE 2002 WITH ILLEGAL DEALS WITH THE CONTRACTORS MANAGEMENT THE INSURERS AND OTHERS WHO WERE TO PAY PRIMARY AND DEFYING EVEN MEDICARE JUDGES ON US. ALSO WHO RULED THE EMPLOYER POST IS ACCURATE AND THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO ALTER IT BY THEIR CONTRACT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO OBEY THE TERMS OF SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. AND RECOVER THE MONEY AND ITS BEEN ILLEGAL TO ALTER THAT BI WEEKLY EMPLOYER POST SINCE 1994 AS MANY PARTIES ARE LEGALLY AFFECTED IN MANY LEGAL WAYS TO ALTER ONES EMPLOYER BENEFITS WITHOUT LOTS OF DUE PROCESS. ETC .
A USA CONTRACTOR CAN DO AS THEY ILLEGALLY PLEASE BY ACT OF CONGRESS. AND THEM LIE AND GET A HEALTH PLAN PASSED THAT WAS GOING TO COLLAPSE AS BASED ON A LIE. AND A HEARING ON MEDICARE FRAUD IN 2010 HAD THE OIG DIRECTOR OF HHS NOT TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH IN CONGRESSIONAL HEARING AND THAT NAILED THE COFFIN FOR IT SHUT.. AND CONGRESS HAD A GAG ORDER NOT TO PRESS FOR THE TRUTH AND IT GOT PASSED AND AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED AND WORKED. MANY PLANS WOULD WORK , IF THERE IS LEGAL OVERSIGHT AND ALL PLAY FAIR. AND ARE CONSTITUTIONAL OBEDIENT.
TO HACK THE SYSTEM AND MAKE MEDICARE PRIMARY AND NOW ALMOST 75% OF APPROVED WORKERS COMP MEDICAL IS ILLEGALLY BEING PAID BY MEDICARE AND NO RECOVERY BEING DONE AS THE CONTRACTOR GETS WHAT RECOVERY LETTERS DO GET OUT AND CANNOT BE MADE TO ANSWER.. AND NO GOVERNMENT TO MAKE THEM.
LYNN BLODGETT IS IN DEFIANCE OF 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES ON MY CASES ALONE .. AND THE ONLY REASON ITS NOT 138 IS DUE TO HIS COMPANIES REFUSING TO PREPARE AND DOCKET THE FILES FOR MULTIPLE AGENCY JUDGES TO RULE DIRECTLY AGAINST HIS ET AL ILLEGAL ACTS SOME MORE... Every scandal that has erupted and the media says the government did it. is usually found to be the unaccountable contractor and CONGRESS ALLOWING IT TO GO ON.. as routine audits would have caught the illegal acts in years past. as least the people would have been listened too with some evidence.. shared.

Social Security now under this entity virtual control has been hacked and their officials wrote to Congress over there years ago as they were denied access to what they legally should have for an audit of the records.. mine have been hacked but others may have fake people getting checks. . and these two big funds can easily be looted with illegal old systems that can be used as a glorified check writing machine and is being done ... and not just there as there are more schemes and cons going one and rip offs all over. On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA as a spouse their are dozens of possible categories and since this has no security ad no cross check with SSA its just a matter of making it look legit when they steal if any should see a post or records on the way through ... to steal So as a souse I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6....
Paying in multiples are going out on every charge and received at the bank and not returned and yet the money is being diverted ... to where??? audits needed by the real government that cannot be allowed by act of CONGRESS. TO SHUT THIS ILLEGAL MESS DOWN .. and it should have been investigated a few years ago .. when it occurred in one region and one claims paying company and this is across those. this time .
Then it took 18 months to not renew the contract. that could have cancelled as soon as it was discovered soon after it got started and gotten someone else to process claims legally arrested the thieves and tried to find the missing billions it was said was stolen then leaving many in the Dallas region with overpayments their heirs inherit they have no idea exist on them as no one was notified. as no audit.. done on the whole. ad the money is still missing .
A year after Highmark got the contract and stopped the thefts, but not the hacking of the bi weekly post as that is not them but the cabal would not let them do a conditional payment and get the one pay back either. so it did not solve the whole. .. the expenditures at Medicare went done a trillion dollars and CONGRSS GOT DUPED INTO THINKING IT WAS SOMETHING THEY DID TO CUT COSTS..
A BLATANT THEFT RING GOT STOPPED .
THERE IS NO RECOVERY GOING ON AS THE SYSTEM WIILL NOT ALLOW IT NOW. AS THE REAL EMPLOYER POST IS HACKED AND HIDDEN FOR THOSE WHO HAVE OTHER PAYERS AS PRIMARY .... and this old system merged in to a 21st century cyber cloud goes into a 'meltdown' trying to correct itself as the real info is in their open not terminated and the bogus screen with Medicare primary is being put forward as the real indo and its a BIG RICCO MESS AND NO ONE TO STOP IT.. ...and to day I verified its still hacked.. and the pharmacy could not get the correct info to get a prescription filled.

THE MEDICARE HACKERS WHO RUN THE USA AND ALL OF HEALTH CARE HAVE 11 MILLION NOW SOME SAY 20 MILLION WHO CANNOT GET THE MEDICAL CARE THEY NEED AS ITS NOT ALLOWED OR AVAILABLE EVEN WITH HEALTH INSURANCE OR PLANS.. AND MEDICAL PROFESSION TREATMENT STANDARDS SAY ITS TO BE DONE AND NON EXISTENT FOR US..
NO SAFE ASTHMA INHALES AND WE HAVE HAD TO GO TO COMPOUNDING AS ONE CAN ONLY HAVE TREATEMENT AVAILABLE IF ITS AN ALLERGIC REACTION.. AND WE ARE THE OPPOSITE , AND INFLAMES. ETC. JUST AS LIFE THREATENING.. AND WE JUST WANT EQUAL RIGHT TO TREATMENT ..
Doctors have had to go to compounding, supplements , etc for treating and all kinds of interactions going on and our doctors cannot even find out what is in a pill that is inert or added ingredients and can be life threatening and in recent years the patient cannot get an answer from the pharmaceutical company either... as once I could call and list the chemicals I had to avoid and they would professionally and courteously said yes or no.
I HAVE A SERIOUS MEDICAL SITUATION THAT APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THIS CABAL NOT WISHING 11 MILLIN TO BE TREATED AND ITS ALL THEM THAT IS BEING ALLOWED TO LIE AND COVER UP WHAT IS NEEDED FOR US.. ??
SOME HORMONAL INTEREACTOONS AND ONE MED IS WORKING AGAINST ANOTHER??. AND NO WARNINGS ON IT.. as once one could have from FDA.
FDA SAYS THAT TOXINS AND CHEMICALS DO NOT HURT PEOPLE IN THE USA. AND HAVE PULLED THE MEDS THAT HAVE WORKED WELL TO SAVE THE OZONE LAYER AND NO SUBSTITUTES FOR US. AS WE ARE STLL BEING EXCLUDED FROM THE CLINCAL TRIALS AS AFFIRMED BY A MED WATCH EMPLOYEE A FEW MONTHS AGO .
FIVE OF MY GOOD DOCOGRS HAVE RETIRED IN THIS MESS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND I STILL HAVE NO REPLACED ALL AND ALL RECORDS GOT TO ALL AND ETC. AND ITS A MESS. AND AM PAST DUE ON SOME CHECK UPS TRYING TO FIND NEW DOCTORS. ETC. Good doctors have replaced others but my medical needs used to be more rare than they are now.. and we all have to trust each other in a climate of lawsuits all over etc.. and I have ben able to have trust to know we are in a great experiment on this and have been since injured 1/10/89 but never so alone are the patients and doctors with no government to turn to with what is going on against us by this cabal ....
I AM NOT SEEING AS MANY PATIENTS IN THE SPECIALISTS OFFICES IN RECENT MONTHS. AND THAT IS AN INDICATION THAT MANY ARE NOT GETTING THE SPECIALIZED CARE AS THEY MUST SEE THEM TO GET SOME TREATMENTS APPROVED. .
SO I SPENT AN AFTERNOON PLAYING PHONE TAG WITH AETNA AND NURSES AT DOCTORS AND PHARMACIES ETC. AND MORE CALLS AS THE ONLY SAFE THEOPJYLLINE MAY NOT BE MADE UNTIL NEXT YEAR BY TEVA AND THAT IS A CRUCIAL MED AND OLD GENERIC AND NO SAFE REPLACEMENT OUT THERE AS THE ONE FROM INDIA CAUSES INTERNAL BLEEDING AND FLUID ON THE LUNGS AND IT WAS BAD.. WHY DOES A PILL HAVE TO HAVE AN ANTISEPTIC IN IT????.
AND NO WAY TO FIND OUT FOR SURE WHAT WAS REALLY IN THE PILL AHEAD OF TIME AS NO PHONE NUMBER ANSWERED IN INDIA WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THERE. RUNED IN AND THEY HAVE NO WAY TO KNOW THIS. THYE HAVE NEVER SEEN A RECOVERY LETTER FROM MEDCIAREA AND SHOULD BE THE ONES TO GET IT AT THE PERSONNEL OFFICE. WHCH MAKES THE BI WEEKLY POST AS THEY KEEP TRACK OF THE LEGAL STATUS AND MEDCIAL IS ALREADY PEROMENT FOR LOIFE.. AD THAT IS THAT . AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA THER IS SUCH.. AND NO ONE CAN FIND OUT IF THOSE ARE ALSO BEING PAID 17 TIMES BUT HAVE NO REASON THINK THEY AREN'T SINCE ITS THE SAME ENTITY IN CONTROL THERE. and its the same company that is to be paying under FECA.and defies the judges orders to get my files posted from my records and to ask me for the facts of the case as THEY SAID "RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUN AMOK AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING" ON ... and they will not even let the agency see their own judges orders to know as he gets it and can withhold any records he choose.. and HOLDS THE POWER OVER THE USA. what a illegal conflicts of interests going on ..
