      You are sitting on some crucial committees to save the USA from what we have allowed to happen to ourselves.   First is the unconstitutional  gag order rule that stops Congress from even debating the whole truth of matters.

       And then the COUP OF 2002 HAS TO BE OVERTHROWN TO PUT THE USA BACK UNDER OUR OWN GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE OF THE USA.   SO THAT  OUT AND OUT ROBBING BY THE ONES NOW IN CONTROL OF THE UNACCOUNTABLE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS CAN BE STOPPED..NOW UNDER ONE HEAD FOR ALL AND ONE ENTITY INTERWOVEN IN A REAL ILLEGAL MAZE.  

      And the states, in the health  Care bill can't  get out  from under the bad actor contractor to be grandfathered in  and many are in litigation  trying  to cancel or not renew them..   as the bill seems to prevent them from continuing to do so.

       Thus  ITS MEANINGLESS TO  GIVE MONEY TO THE STATE AND  NOT LET THEM FIGURE OUT THE BEST AND MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO GET HEALTH CARE TO THE PATIENTS NEEDING IT FROM MEDICARE  FOR ALL IN CALIFORNIA TO SOMETHING ELSE IN OTHER STATES AND WHO WOULD BE RUNNING IT.. WHICH SHOULD ALWAYS BE THE DOCTORS. NOT AN INTERNATIONAL  CABAL OF FOR PROFIT CONTRACTORS .  IN THE FIRST PLACE.

       Attached is a copy of today's; DAILY RECAP WHICH LINKS BACK ON LINE TO THOSE TO 10/25/16  of ongoing  documentation..   of what is going on and this whole blog was begun back in 12/08 when the first major thefts occurred and three OIG's FBI CYBER CRIMES AND I FOUND OUT THAT CONGRESS FORBID THEM TO SHUT THAT MAJOR THEFT DOWN AS DONE BY A CONTRACTOR IN ONE REGION.. 

    I have been doing a criminal investigations best as possible as trained to do .. myself since 2002 when the hacking of individual records  began and that is said to be billions if not a trillion or two  also .. owed back by illegally altering the employers bi weekly post of ones primary payers.at the contractor who owns he system and is to coordinate and recovery and their corporate level  does the opposite since THE COUP OF 2002.    

          But   back in 2008 through 11/12 when it finally got stopped from 1/06 through 11/12 of these multiplies stolen then and only in one region and some in one other  , did help document  it at 1-800 ,Medicare unlike what is going on now.

       and forbidding their  call center people from doing so as they are seeing it and cannot do so as their own contractor managers from this cabal they did not deny they were there,, says they are not  to do so .    Their  prior efforts and mine  resulted in a non renewal of one contract but the same company now holds more and  has other Nationwide and the head of thee cabal now the real ruler of the USA accountable to no one.  all must obey even if illegal as no government to stop them or his..  is now over all system is now under the same as all are now.. and not just in health care. 

     This began 10/7/16 and even the Sec of HHS has referred to the billion dollars a day spike in outflow and its plausible for what has been detected so far as shared in these DAILY RECAPS.. and YES HHS OIG HAS THEM BUT ARE WAITING FOR CONGRESS TO ALLOW THEM TO ACT.     I am from inside the government as well as being a patient  and victim and the named by high level officials as  head of the cabal l outed himself when I began to get even appellate level agency   Judges ordering his obedience  and he defied 38 to this day and not more not 138 as his companies  will not prepare  and docket for years as other go past us in line for   any more hearings to be held which surely would have the same orders over and over.     with new illegal twists and turns on matters   in multiple agencies.

      So he went and 'outed' himself and began a real dissemination of lies and false info as he WITHHELD JUDGES ORDER FROM THE JUDGES AT THEIR  OWN AGENCIES.. AND CMS BELIEVED HIS LIES AND PASSED ON THE FALSE VERBAL INFO AND HAD NO ACCESS TO THE OFFICIAL COPY OF THE JUDGES ORDERS.  as the also lied TO CONGRESS TOO   AND WHY THE GAG ORDER RULE OF CONGRESS MEANS LIES AND FALSE DATA ARE BEING USED TO WRITE LAWS THAT SOUND GOOD AND ARE A DISASTER FOR LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD and THE  USA.   

       Also attached is the  DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS  and also  a redacted copy of the 17 Medicare numbers on me form the illegal offline  unsecure system all are being sold to us and all are to see and the whole cyber could in a meltdown with this illegal mess being merged into it  that hides ones primary payers as mine are FECAFEHB BLUES which he has control of also  from several conflicting ends  .. and we feds were among those who  got illegally affected first and now the whole nation under  his cabal .

   Our Congressional delegation has the unredacted copy with our privacy releases which they cannot help as they cannot help most as he issue are with the control is and the real government is not being allowed to know the whole truth as its illegal acts    

     I pray you will be able to speak out and share and ask the real questions  that your  gag order rule has stopped you  from  doing   as the survival of the USA and us depends on this freedom of speech restored to CONGRESS AND OVER SIGHT RETURNED TO THE REAL GOVERNMENT  TO FIND OUR WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON ...  and where is the money missing from the  US TREASURY. This is not a partisan  matter. as once we all  know what money we have, and what is going on then laws can be made based on the real truth of matters that work for us.. even if all do not agree on every detail  the medical care and the patients can get together and fair payment be made for it .    .
