This is the flaw in the US SENATE HEALTH CARE BILL........??
Many are complaining , of budget cuts to Medicaid.. but the money amount to be given to the sates MAY BE ENOUGH IS WE DID NOT HAVE THE CABAL RUNNING THE PROGRAM AND HELPING THEMSELVES TO AN ILLEGAL AND INFLATED CUT. and paying claims illegally as the info is coming out there also in multiples of non existent real charges. has surfaced.. .
The money will go to the states, but the STATES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DECIDE THE BEST WAY TO SPEND IT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT NOW.. as they are locked into contracts with the same international entity cabal that has RUN THE USA SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 WHEN CONGRESS VOTED TO REMOVE HE RESTRAINER OF LAW.. from those who would be getting OUR money from the US TREASURY ... to spend with the real government having no right to know what is going on and no right to stop real crimes and thefts of it by the government contractor who would not have total control
All that had to be done to overthrow the USA is to put in the bill that no existing budget could be spent for internal audits of a contractors nor a criminal investigation and prosecution.. and soon one entity began to get all control and fair competition was gone as those who had and still have illegal secret deals could underbid and get the control ta s they had in place DEALS TO STEAL
TELL THE TRUTH THOSE REPUBLICANS WHO OPPOSE THE BILL.. YOU ARE NOT SPEAKING ABOUT CUTTING THE MEDICAL CARE BUT CUTTING THE CABAL OUT THAT IS RUNNING IT AND LETTING THE STATES DO WHAT IS BEST WITHOUT THIS ENTITY ALLOWED TO STEAL AND SCAM ANYMORE ..MEDIA YOU HAVE IT UPSIDE DOWN AND BACK WARD ALL OVER..
States have relied on the federal government to do those audits and criminal investigations for all the federally funded state programs and soon they became under the control of the one now named by the few at the top who do know what is going on as LYNN Blodgett. AND WHO HIS REAL BOSS IS ,,,, STILL TOP SECRET.. unless he now has risen out of the swamp to be the real head..... but indications are he still may not be... IF THE STATES ARE TO HAVE TO DO THE ENFORCING THEN THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO NOT HIRE THOSE WITH A CROOKED PAST...
A more REPUBLICAN PHILOSOPHY WOULD BE TO GIVE MONIES TO THE STATES AND HAVE SOME SIMPLE GUIDELINES OF THE MINIMAL CARE THAT MUST BE GIVEN TO ALL WHO CANNOT AFFORD IT OR HAVE ACCESS TO IT OTHERWISE.
Medicaid used to be like this.. as here was the minimal and maximum they could spend it on..
But one size does not fit all. and states could then decided hot to get all this done.. whoever through clinics around the state connected to the state medical schools, or just a card and bills paid for services and stop shuffling data on old systems just to get more contracts in this modern era. .. and that is where this cabal has gotten control as they manage, pay , decide, sign up the medical community and that is not just money for the administrative costs. BUT THIS CABAL HAS A LONG TRACK RECORD OF UN ETHICAL SKIMS AND SCAMS AND OUT RIGHT THIEVERY AND WORSE.. ALTERING DIAGNOSES CODES AND MANAGING THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY OF EVEN WHAT THEY CAN TREAT FOR... instead of following the medical treatment standards our good doctors , etc. have accepted through their peer review organizations..
Plus extorting the medical profession having to pay them for all kinds of access, services?. audits. etc. they the cabal is not even subject to. . THERE IS GOOD REASON THAT ONE STATE AFTER ANOTHER IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACTS AS THEY KNOW HOW ILLEGALLY AND UNCONSTITUTIONALLY BAD IT IS AND THEY ARE NOT PREPARED TO TAKE ON AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL OF COMPANIES UNDER ONE ENTITY THEMSELVES .. its why the federal government has the authority and did it in the past to do this as its all involved with federal monies OUR MONIES we all pay taxes, directly or indirectly and send them off to DC AND then get back in ways that affect all of us in our daily lives.
So while the politicians complain about the bill as not enough money ..... MAYBE THEY SHOULD LOOK AT THE REAL ISSUES THAT THE MONEY THAT IS TO BE SENT WILL STILL BE UNDER THIS CABAL AND THERE IS "A DEVIL IN THE DETAILS" OF NO OVERSIGHT REINSTATED FOR INTERNAL AUDITS NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF THE CABAL THAT THIS BILLS SAYS THE CABAL WILL BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN IN CONTROL .
Even though there would be chances with new kinds of ways to use the money ,, the states must keep the current contractors.. and that ends all the litigation going on all over the country to get out from under the the control of this cabal? To stop the money being ripped off now.. by the cabal .. and states will have less to get ripped off and even less for the ones in need of medical care.
HILLARY CLINTON IS WRONG. AS THIS MESS OF A DEATH PARTY BEGAN UNDER YOU.. AND ITS YOUR CULMINATION THAT HAS RESULTED IN SUCH A HORROR.. The Democratic party is more of a tradition to have government run programs AND WE HAVE NOT HAD A GOVERNMENT RUN PROGRAM SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND YOU VOTED FOR THIS OVERTHROW ALSO.. and no one speaks out and still have not.

And since the 2002 law is still in place, each bill has to specifically put the right of oversight back in it over the contractors and now the sub contractors also .. We have some of the biggest pots of the people's monies unprotected for this cabal to access directly and spend as they please. using unsecured systems that have no cross checking to see if the monies spent are even going to real people or they have multiples created from one to steal. etc. as is going on at Medicare created multiple people out of one and their bills used to access multiple times from the Medicare trust fund AND NO ON FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO AUDIT OR ACCESS TO AUDIT which is the legal right as a routine audits that used to be done. as a routine matter of oversight.. ALL HAVE BEGGED CONGRESS FOR ACCESS FROM SSA ETC AND NO ONE LISTENS TO THE GOOD PEOPLE INSIDE THE REAL GOVERNMENT WHO HAVE GOOD EVIDENCE ENOUGH TO GET SEARCH WARRANTS AND CONGRESS LEAVES US AN OCCUPIED NATION AND OVERTHROWN.
AND MOST STILL DO NOT KNOW OF THIS.
The evidence of just one phony Medicare number being able to exist let alone get a payment out on even one is enough to know. Before the COUP OF 2002 THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN INSIDE AND SHUTTING THE WHOLE MESS DOWN AND SOME IN JAIL AND GONE AFTER THE STOLEN MONEY FROM THE CABAL IS STILL IN THE USA. This occurred a few years ago in the Dallas region and some in the Atlanta one was well documented by those at 1-800 Medicare, then owned by Vangent... now owned by General Dynamics they are not allowing their call centers to file fraud reports , even though nothing can be done to stop the crimes. they at least can get the info .. the real government still has the right to cancel or not renew a contract BUT WITHOUT THE EVIDENCE OF HORRIFIC CRIMES NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO .. WORSE ON MEDICAID THROUGH THE STATES AS NO ONE GETS A EOB OR SUMMARY NOTICE TO EVEN QUESTION AS A PATIENT.
AS IT WAS DONE A FEW YEARS AGO AND STOPPED THE MULTIPLES AT MEDICARE WITH VANGENT'S HELP.
BUT NOW ITS GONE NATIONWIDE IS THE WORD FROM INSIDE THE CALL CENTERS AND NOT ALLOWED TO REPORT BUT PATIENTS CAN STILL GET THE LETTERS AND VERIFY FOR THEIR OWN RECORDS AND IF THIS IS WHAT IS NEEDED we the people to get our own records share with CONGRESS AND CMS, AS I AM DOING THEM LET US KNOW WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP AND STOP JUST PROTESTING AS THAT GETS LITTLE DONE TO STOP IT AS EVIDENCE IS NEEDED.. and while you are protesting get on your phones and get the evidence sent ... you can line out all of the ssn but the last couple of digits and the suffixes to show its not the same clams numbers in your name... and SHARE THE PROOF OF THE THEFT OF THE USA PASSED BY CONGRESS BACK IN 2002 AND NOT ALLOWING IT TO BE STOPPED. .

(prefixes for railroaders_ On my own social security number I have the 4 possible of A, M, T, TA but as a spouse on my husband's number anoher13 is used of the dozens of categories at SSA. which this has nothing to do with what you have over there. as its not legal at all , only reason is to make it look legit?? hold anyone see it and not realize its a multiple.. So I have the following : B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TD,W,W6. The phone menu at most of the call centers for 1-800 Medicare can verify a phone is active and then verify if a real claim has been paid on that number also and a customer service person can order a temporary entitlement letter on the phony numbers and THAT IS THE WRITTEN EVIDENCE THAT ONE CAN STILL GET AND ALL NEED IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD THEY BE ABLE TO ACT WHEN CONGRESS SAYS THEY CAN stop the documented thefts and law breaking.. .
Those in Congress with a Medicare card. do you HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS.?? OR OTHERS DO YOUR LOVED ONES WHO HAVE A CARD??? AND YOU WILL INHERIT THEIR OVER PAYMENTS ??
HIDING THE NUMBERS ON THE NEW CARDS IS NOT Going TO STOP THIS.. AND MAY MAKE IT HARDER TO DOCUMENT. AS EVEN MORE MONEY IS STOLEN....

We have the legal system, but CONGRESS WILL NOT LET THEM DO THEIR JOB TO STOP REAL HORRIFIC CRIMES BEING DONE AGAINST THE PEOPLE AND HE NATION JUST BY TAKING AWAY THE RIGHT OF NON DOD AGENCIES TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS AND THAT IS NOW SYSTEMS AS WELL AS TURN OVER LAW BREAKERS TO THE LEGAL SYSTEM TO DEAL WITH .. our founders knew history and their faith books well and learned the lessons from both of how to do things better. and since COUP OF 2002 have bound this nation behind the locked gate of a real swamp SPEAK OUT AND TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH OF WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON WITH THE CABAL RUN COUNTY .. )

In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus, may the whole truth of matters be revealed and all stop hiding it.. Pray for our elected leaders in Congress to open the locked gate of the swamp and let the light of truth shine and cleanse the corruption that has been allowed to over throw us .. Pray for President Trump who is he third President unable to deal with this cabal in charge of the nation and not those whom we elected to be. who are not even allowed to talk about it...we need DIVINE HELP ! to guide us all out of this human made horror...
