         Welcome to Congress where you should be able to have a positive influence with all of your varied background. But you may not be aware of the serious underlying causes of  issues going on with regard to the NON DOD AGENCIES WHO HAVE ALWAYS HAD OVERSIGHT OF CONTRACTORS EVEN THOUGH AT TIMES IT SEEMS IT MAY NOT BE ENOUGH.

     MOST OF THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL DO NOT HAVE OVERSIGHT OF INTERNAL AUDITS NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS ALLOWED TO BE DONE IN THE E GOVERNING BUDGET  BILLS OF 2002 WHEN THE RIGHT OF AN AGENCY TO SPEND EXSISING BUDGET WAS REMOVED BEFORE IT WAS VOTED ON  AND MANY DID NOT KNOW IT.... and any law since has to put it back in  and rarely is being done. BASICALLY NO OVERSIGHT AT ALL IS THE USUAL....  Most of our  domestic programs and health care in a collapse as CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS REALLY GONG ON AT ALL

   Plus  congress NEEDS TO TAKE BACK YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH TO BE ABLE TO MENTION A CONTRACTOR , CONTACT ONE OR HAVE ONE Testify as they are the only ones who usually knows what is going on  and if they are acting illegally then they are not about to be truthful and have not been  Courtesy is not allowing the rights and monies of the people of the USA be stolen alone with lives and livelihoods.

      I began this blog in 12/08 when a major theft in the Dallas region could not be criminally investigated and many have overpayments or heirs  inherited and do not even know.. with  SSA under the same control not allowing a simple waiver to be processed either.. nor allowed to recover  the monies  as the recovery  contractor is  stealing and facilitating the thefts. ITS THAT BAD! ..

 BUT THE CYBER CLOUD KNOWS ALL AS MONIES  GOING OUT AND DISAPPEARING...

        Attached ins a copy of the linked Daily Recap[ as well as the DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS And a redacted coy of the 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS CREATED ON ME BY THE MEDICARE  HACKERS WHICH IS HOW A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY CAN BE STOLEN.. AND SEEMS A VALID REPORT... 

    Our own congressional delegation has an unredacted copy to put with our privacy releases. but THEY cannot help as the issues are with the contractor now running the USA AND IS ALSO A DEFENSE CONTACTORS  IN OVER 200 COMPANY NAMES AND INSIDE As management  FOR MANY DEFENSE   COMPANIES ALSO.NOW OVER INTO DOMESTIC PROGRAMS AND WHERE NOT ACCOUNTABLE AT ALL..AS SUCH. .

     Even private  industry has been forced to hire to deal with his unethical  and too often illegally acting government contractors '   A COLLAPSE OF HT RULE OF LAW HAS OCCURRED AND  THIS IS THE WORLD YOU HAVE NOW ENTERED INTO AND PRAY FOR YOUR EFFORTS  TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND BETTER.

   Then  debates and disagreement are based on   real facts and data. as to how to get things done the best way possible of  the people and nation.. and a budget might be created with the thefts stopped.

    WE THE PEOPLE WANT TO HELP AND NOT BE DIVIDED  and let us know what we can do .. as this is not going to be stopped until CONGRESS ACTS TO ALLOW THE OIGS AND JUSTICE DEPT TO GET IT STOPPED.  The OIG COUNCIL WENT TO CONGRESS FOR A HEARING SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND ITS TRUE THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO SUBPOENA THE RECORDS OF THEIR OWN AGENCIES RECORDS.. WHEN THEY HAVE HE LEGAL RIGHT TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT AS A ROUTINE MATTER. BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002 WHEN THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEND ONE PENNY TO GET IT DONE 

     GOOD LUCK ! and may we get a good outcome.. as this is not the CONGRESS YOUR DAD SERVED IN WHEN OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES COULD HELP CONSTITUENTS  AS THEY HAD RIGHT OF ACCESS TO THEIR RECORDS WITH THEIR SIGNED RELEASE AND NOW CANNOT  FOR MOST OF US.  ... as like us, all the issues are with the head of this cabal now in control of the USA.. and government cannot turn the nation and rights of the people over to an unaccountable  usually for profit cabal with no first loyalty to either...
