This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system in worse hacked shape then before. since the COUP OF 2002. Even though since then the real government and over seer of Medicare, CMS has no authority by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002 and do internal audits or criminal investigation.. THEY WILL NOT NOTIFY THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY THAT THE BILLING SYSTEM ACCESS IS BOGUS AND ALLOW PAPER CLAIMS TO BE DONE AS THE ONLY LEGAL WAY TO FILE WHEN ITS BEEN HACKED AND HIDING PRIMARY PAYERS AND THEN ISSUING MULTIPLE PAYMENTS FOR ONE AND DIVERTING THE MONIES.
The evidence is overwhelming but not allowed to know and the witnesses are not being allowed to report either and when the government is not allowed to act to protect the medical community and patients. then at least CMS CAN APPROVE PAPER CLAIMS AS CONDITIONAL PAYMANEGS UNTI THIS ILLEGAL HORROR IS SHUT DOWN AND THAT IS UP TO CONGRESS TO GET THE JOB DONE
WE HAVE HOT HAD A SYSTEM TO BILL LEGALLY ELECTRONICALLY SINCE 1/06 FOR A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND ITS ABOUT TIME THE TAX PAYER GETS WHAT THEY PAID FOR .
THN THE BCRC CORPORATE OF GHI OF NY OF THE Medicare hackers who own the BCRC contractor to coordination and recovery need to be removed to let the good people there be able to the job they have been unable to do for years and obstructed by their own corporate heads stealing instead . and not at all since 10\/16 as when the primary payers are hidden in the cloud and not seen by the ones needing to use the system; the letters cannot get system generated./ And then the recovery letters are going to the MEDICARE HACKERS ADDRESSES RATHER THAN TO THE ONES WHO ARE TO PAY AND HIRE THEM AS THEIR CONTRACTORS.
CMS , HAS AN OBLIGATION TO THE NATION TO CONVINCE CONGRESS TO ACT AND TO AT LEAST SAY DO PAPER CLAIMS UNTIL THIS BILLION DOLLAR A DAY (INSIDE REPORTS SAY) OF THEFT OF MEDICARE
Get the oversight passed by Congress to override the 2002 law that says none can be done as no money can be spent to do them and then do the criminal investigations also and get that right back as until you do so we ARE LOSING ALL HEALTH CARE IN THE USA AND THE MONIES recovered from wherever they went.
MEDICARE IS NOT TO BE PAYING THE BILLS OF EVERY ONE WITH A CARD OR AS PRIMARY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ANOTHER LEGAL ONE WHICH IS TO PAY AND THAT IS WHAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO GO ON SINCE THE COUP OF 2002...AND Illegal DEALS MADE TO HACK BY THE CONTRACTOR HIRED BY CMS TO PROTECT THE SYSTEM NOT HACK AND STEAL
NO internal audit to know THE GOVERNMENT CAN NOT STOP IT UNTIL CONGRESS ACTS TO ALLOW THE EXISTING BUDGETT TO BE USED AND THEN GET RID OF THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE TO NOT MENTION ,CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY TO KNOW WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON.

I VERIFIED TODAY THAT NOTHING HAS CHANGED AND THE THEFTS GO ON .. AND A BILLING SERVICE WHO BILLED AS THE SYSTEM LOOKED OK AND DISREGARDED ALL THAT I HAD TURNED IN ... HAD BEEN INSTRUCTED BY THE MEDICARE HACKERS CALL CENTERS TO USE THE SYSTEM AS IS AS THEY GOT LIED TO AND TOLD ALL CORRECTED NOW AND RUMOR AND GOSSIP RUNS THE USA NOW INITITIATED BY THE MEDIARE HACKERS .. and one office visit got paid in multiples as stolen and id stolen to do it by the Medicare hackers.
I told her to call 1-800 Medicare and find out what happened to the monies sent out on 17 numbers and show received and maybe they need to find out what happened to the money that Lynn Blodgett could just take back from their corporate hank account.. at will as he hold the contracts and doctor's employer did not get the monies? , but one and that is an overpayment as it had to legally be done as a conditional payment and they denied they got the info I turned in when I went for the medical care... this is one of the larger ones in the USA now.. and its the trend.. AS WE LOST THE PERSONAL INDEPENDENT MEDICAL PRACTICES OF A FEW YEARS AGO AS THEY CANNOT SURVIVE UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S CABAL .
AND ALL ARE AFRAID OF A GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED MEDICAL CARE.. WHICH WE DO NOT HAVE AT ALL.??

On my own social security number I have the following 4 possible. suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA but on my husband's ssn there are dozens possible but to do more than 17 means setting up something like another web site as I recall from 30 years ago and that is what is going on using a GLORIFIED CHECK WRITING MACHINE WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND AND THEN TRY TO MERGE IT INTO A 21ST CYBER CLOUD AND ITS GOES INTO MELTDOWN WITH THREE PRIMARY PAYERS AND MEDICARE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY AND A FAKE BLUES SUPPLEMENT MIXED IN WITH THE REAL ONE THAT S PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP FAMILY PLAN AND THE WHOLE IS CONSTANTLY TRYING TO CORRECT ITSELF.
AS THE SECURITY ON THE EMPLOYER BI WEEKLY POSTS IS VERY SECURE AND NONE ON THE SYSTEM BEING SOLD TO THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY FOR BIG BUCKS AND COMPLETELY BOGUS.

The management firm of the MEDICARE HACKERS IS NOW IN CONTROL AT GENERAL DYNAMICS AS ONE DID NOT DENY IT AND ARE HAVING THEM AT 1-800 MEDICARE violate their contract and NOT LET CMS KNOW OF THE SECURITY BREACH AND LOSS OF MEDICARE AND HOW THE MONIES ARE BEING STOLEN THAT AFFECTS EVERY ONE IN MANY WAYS. I made one call and thanks to the ones who got me through today ... to get the info to let all know we are losing Medicare through blatant thefts and CONGRESS FORBIDDING IT TO BE STOPPED.
