This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when congress voted to turn over the virtual control of the entire USA to an international cabal and cover it up with an unconstitutional gag order rule. as the people suffer with loss of life, health and livelihoods as its gotten worse and worse and even their own studies show the holocaust that has been created even a decade ago already.. now budget cuts for care to make up the theft losses that Congress will not let get stopped?
We now have the third president unable to do what is right and just in any way due to the GATE TO THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION LOCKED BY MOST OF BOTH PARTIES. and few at the top are the only ones aware that NO MONEY CAN BE SPENT TO O AN INTERNAL AUDIT OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR LET ALONE A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.. as the trend has nearly been completed to not have a civil service of government employer who do the work as loyal accountable well trained citizens who put the nation and people first.. BUT TO CONTRACT OUT TO FOR PROFIT ENTITIES WHOSE FIRST LOYALTY IS NOT TO THE PEOPLE OR THE NATION. BY ACT OF CONGRESS. WITH NO OVERSIGHT TO MAKE SURE THEY ACT LEGALLY AND JUSTLY.. AND INCREASINGLY ARE NOT
Since federally funded programs exist from local to federal levels, this is an occupation at all levels.
THIS IS A WAR OF INFORMATION. AND THE REAL GOVERNMENT AND CONGRESS HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE TRUTH OF WHAT IS GOING ON TO BASE GOOD LAWS AND POLICIES ON WHICH WOULD NOT BE OBEYED ANYWAY UNTIL THE COUP OF 2002 IS OVERTHROW BACK TO THE GOVERNMENT BEING IN CHARGE OF THE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT.

AND THEFTS OF MILLIONS AGAINST YOU AND YOUR HEIRS ? with the same Medicare hackers in control at SSA REFUSING TO GIVE YOU AND EASY WAIVER FOR THEFT OF YOUR ID AND CLAIMS INFO TO STEAL FROM THE USA. WITH ?
Using and old system with no security to create them and steal with and no cross checking with anything legal in any system as BCRC of the former Group health Inc of NY dong an on gong hacking since 2002 as CMS contractors owning the system and to be the coordination and recovery unity and their corporate offices being the conduit and ordering the hacking of the employer bi weekly posts since 2002 for any primary which does not wish to pay their bills. and its been illegal since 1994 to alter that employer post... And block every attempt by their recovery unit to get the monies back.. by system not being what the taxpayer paid for and can't get the letters through the system to go out...
In defiance of 3 Medicare justices who verified and ruled on this and tossed those orders. to recovery and go after LYNN BLODGETT THE ONE WHO IS THE NAMED BY HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS AS THE USA HEAD AND have to accept his verbal word and act on it as the real government has no access to its own records to know.. anything. AS HE HAS CONTROL AND IS ALSO THROUGH HIS PARTNERED AND OWN COMPANIES ETC. HAS CONTROL OF THE SYSTEM FOR SSA AND MEDICARE A SUB CONTRACTOR NOW. AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO STOP WHAT IS GOING ON AS CONGRESS WILL NO ALLOW THE STOPPING OF THE ROBBING OF THE USA.
Instead of a law being put back to do so ,, after the OIG council heads had a hearing a few months ago the Chairmen of GOVERNMENT REFORM IS RESIGNING.. and the one who may be the new head has even held Benghazi hearings and obeyed the unconstitutional gag order rule and Lynn Blodgett never testified about that and why his international security force what not present there to protect our USA officials and ambassadorship post. May the murders of his two investigators from Congress be the impetus to take back the USA FOR OF AND BY THE PEOPLE AGAIN. AND JUSTICE BE DENIED NO ONE. as denied one does deny it to all of us.
On my own Social Security number I have the four possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA but there are dozens possible on a spouse's number and I have :B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6...
This old system has a limit of 17 on a page and then ital. like setting up another web site.. THIS IS NOT JUST ME. AND THOSE AT 1-800 MEDICARE HAVE SEEN IT ON OTHERS.. BUT NO ONE CAN KNOW OF OTHERS BUT CMS AUDITORS AND SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 NONE ALLOWED BY CONGRESS..
1-800 Medicare can order you a temporary entitlement letter that proves the phony numbers are active in the system which is a major breach of security and THE HEAD OF THE CABAL IS NOT ALLOWING THEM TO FILE A FRAUD REPORTS DIRECT WITH CMS. TO MAKE SURE THEY CANNOT CONVINCE CONGRESS TO LET IT GET STOPPED .. even if life sustaining medical care is denied to millions of people and many die as a result of it like the huge numbers Congress has already had studied who have died due to illegal/horrific acts of his cabal already .

Thanks to those who get me through as you are doing the job the people are paying you to do . and all I am doing is document the denial of my civil rights. and crimes being committed against me and mine and in turn the theft of the people's monies. as the head is obstructing life sustaining medical care. with orders to many who have repeated to me.. 'LET HER DIE" ON ME. FROM HIM THE HEAD OF THE USA. NO ONE ELECTED AND FEW KNOW HIS NAME.
I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE ,,,,, BUT ONE OF TOO MANY ALL OVER.. and who is his boss?? he is willing to do all these terrible things for???
I came in on one of the phony numbers and verified it was active in the system to day through the phone menu and checking on a recent claims that was paid multiple times. which the system shows was paid all these times and received but the medical community has only gotten one.. and then a delay from the date shown receive art their back and actually in the account.. ??
She ordered a temporary letter on the phony number. and did not see 17 numbers cross referred which would block more than one pay getting out and in my case even one is an overpayment as my employer bi weekly posts FECA AND FEHB BLUES As THE PRIMARIES AND MEDICARE SECONDARY AS THE MEDICARE JUDGES ALSO RULED AND GO GET THE MONEY BACK AND THE MEDICARE HACKERS ARE TO RECOVER MILLIONS FROM THEMSELVES WHO STOLE THE FUND FOR MANY OF US AT A MILLION DOLLARS A HEAD .. BACK IN THE COUP OF 2002 ..
I got that they were posted on the system but deleted or hidden so that the medical community is buying only the bogus info on my and all others with such.. from the illegal offline unsecured system as the cyber cloud has the real primary payers open and not terminated.. she was starting to give me more info and I heard some kind of shuffle ? in the back ground and not the first time and the phone hung up .. and got no more info .. THEFT OF MEDICARE IS ALIVE AND WE ARE BEING ROBBED AND NO FRAUD REPORTS ALLOWED TO BE FILED IF THEY ARE TO KEEP THEIR JOBS? EVEN THOUGH THERE CONTRACT WITH CMS SAYS TO FILE IT DIRECTLY WITH THEM..

I had asked how to get this mess corrected and NO ONE KNOWS WHO MAINTAINS THIS AND MINE IS A MANUALLY HACKED MESS. WITH FOUR FAKE BLUES POLICES AND MY REAL ONE NOT EVEN ON THERE.. and the recovery work done in the past all deleted under Lynn Blodgett's direct orders a few years ago . and they have left one claim on there to be collected back that is under the threshold limit.. when they have millions to recover and many have sent in the clams besides me as CMS has no control of their contractors and is aware even if not official and have sent out memos to do an OOPS and hen fax in the clams for recovery as they 'discover" it was to be a conditional payment.. and then the letters do not get out as the system is rigged to block it by their own corporate offices as that would expose the illegal acts going on and get their whole contract canceled which is the one thing the US GOVERNMENT can still do but THEY NEED EVIDENCE AND ONLY THE PATIENT CAN PROVIDE IT NOW AS EVEN THE BILLING SERVICES UNDER THE INFO CONTROL OR OWNED BY THIS HAD OF HE CABAL IS NOT ALLOWING LEGAL FILINGS OF A PAPER CLAIMS.. AND CMS REGIONAL OFFICE IS BASICALLY MAKING MEDICAL COMMUNITY BEING COMPLICIT AND ORDERING FROM THEIR MISINFORMATION THEY GET FROM LYNN BLODGETT THEIR ONLY SOURCE OF INFO TO FILE FRAUDULENT CLAIMS IF THEY WISH TO GET ANY KIND OF PAYMENT..AS THEY DO NOT ADMIT HAVING EVEN ANY CMS TRAINING OR INFO OR LAWS OR RULES TO GO BY.. AND THIS IS BEYOND THE PALE. AS ANY ONE GET THIS ONLINE AS I DO AND ALL CAN GET. THUS THE TUBS OF CLAMS TO BE RECOVERED ON ME AND MY FAMILY AS THE JUDGES HAVE ORDERED AND IGNORED AS 38 ARE IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES BY THIS CABAL IN CHARGE .. as I have my self and others on my policy which Medicare cards and all of us affected as my primary employer family plan is the primary also
This is now patient number 5 mixed in with my personal medical records on the national data base. ALSO OWNED BY THE MEDICARE HACKERS AT BCRC OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY SINCE 1999 AND NEVER UNDER ANY HIPPAA OR PROTECTION OR PRIMARY LAWS AND NO WAY TO GET ERRORS CORRECTED. AND YET A CONGRESSIONAL STUDY OF A DECADE AGO POINTED TO IT AND THE MAIN REASON FOR SO MANY DEADLY ERRORS. ESPECIALLY IN EMERGENCY ROOMS I have had two close calls from it and how I found out that the data base we were all told was for medical research .. and how accurate can that be like there ?? is now what is used for medical treated when not at ones own doctor and found that under the current laws. Some of my own doctor got others records mixed in on their system with mine.. all coming from the info giver of Lynn Blodgett's . AND THIS IS LIFE THREATENING FOR ANY ONE GETTING MEDICAL CARE IN THE USA. AS EVERY ONE IS IN THAT DATA BASE. AND NO ONE ALLOWED TO GET A COPY. AND NO WAY TO GET IT CORRECTED ON THE NATIONAL ONE.
THE STRUGGLE TO STAY ALIVE IS VERY REAL FOR EVERY ONE NOW. AS WHO KNOWS WHAT IS IN YOUR DATA FILES.. AND COULD END YOUR LIFE OR HARM YOU?
And no one knows if prescriptions drugs is being paid 17 times each either under Part D. s those are paid for by one of Lynn Blodgett's first company he owned but not the first of the initial cabal .. FOR ALL INSURERS.. and not even CMS knew he was paying all the claims until I found out a few years ago .. and we lost another CMS directors who resigned soon after getting into checking out what I share an have shared here since 12/08 when I first learned there was no government in charge of the government at all of rhe ones running the USA. this cabal of international companies linked and partnered and merged into one cabal etc. as unaccountable to no one but itself government contractors of this same 'beast system" from local to federal and that is not just health care. .And primary industry has been forced to hire them to deal with their government contractors. so ANY POLITICAL SAYING HE OR SHE WANTS A FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM AND LETS THIS COUP OF 2002 CONTINUE IS NOT BEING TRUTHFUL AS THIS IS NOT A FREE AND FAIR COMPETITIVE SYSTEM IN PLACE AT ALL
I called Aetna my own part D plan and Doyle has Humana whose prescriptions are mixed up on my own mymedicare.gov site. NOT all are on there as they once were.. and its a set up for a real life threatening situation for both of us. is mines are on his records And some he does not take anymore as they had adverse affects and he now has others that do better. WHO IS DOING THIS HACKING OF OUR RECORDS TO DO PHYSICAL HARM THAT COULD END LIFE??
I had trouble getting through to thee right people as the number on the back of my card is not the one to be calling anymore. and when I got through to the company SHE HAD NO INFO..AND THEN I GOT TRANSFERRED ON TO ANOTHER AND would not say who they worked for... ???? and she had no more info that I had Medicare.. part D. and no info about any Medicare numbers at all nor my application which explained the DANGEROUS SITUATION and last time I called they had it.. just my card number... MY FOUNDED SUSPICION IS THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE HEAD OF THE CABAL NOW IN MORE CONTROL ANSWERING THE PHONE FOR AETNA's sub contractor? and no one knew how they got to pay the claims form them at all.. and seem to think they had no choice who did it. AND ASSUME ITS THE SAME AS OTHER INSURERS OTHERS..AS I BEGAN TO SPEAK ABOUT ACS AND NAMED THE HEAD ETC.AND WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME.. AND WOULD NOT ANSWER HOW OR WHAT WAS GOING ON AT ALL SHE SEEMED TO KNOW WHO I WAS REFERRING TO ???
CMS OR HHS HAS LESS INFO THEM THEY DO .. am I the only one who has any idea how bad it is inside and no one knows that is to be in charge of what is going on ??? Only one of the generation who had to know as an employee of HHS??? NO ONE HAS A GOVERNMENT TO GO TO WHEN CRIMES ARE BEING SO BLATANTLY BEING DONE AND TO AFFECT LIVES BEING LOST AS WELL AS OTHER ATROCITIES GOING ON . ???? And media does not cover the real issues of this at all and why as they are under this deadly mess also that could end their health , life and livelihoods?? CONGRESS OF ALL PARTIES OR NONE WAKE UP! AS THIS IS YOUR HEALTH CARE ALSO! ..
