This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP OF 2002. when congress voted to overthrown the USA into the virtual control of an international cabal whom has gained near control o the USA as government contractors who cannot be audited nor criminally investigated due to the removal of the right of an agency to use existing budget to do the needed oversight to stop the out right blatant thievery that is and has been going on ... which cannot be stopped..
Compounding the problem is the unconstitutional gag order rule that Congress has imposed on itself to not mention, contact or have a contractors testify in a hearing. SO CONGRESS PASSES LAWS AND BUDGETS THAT DO NOT WORK BASED ON UNVERIFIED DATA AND FACTS. AS NO ONE KNOWS OFFICIALLY WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON'
It is not a 'courtesy ; to be unable to locate a constituents government files and data when illegally being withheld from the agency and in my case 38 federal agency Judges being defied. and putting lives and livelihood at risk and for to many victims of these horrific crimes the battle for survival has been lost..
Yet, one cannot even get victim's services as there is no 'prosecutable crimes; as CONGRESS HAS FORBIDDEN THE STOPPING OF THE STEALING OF THE USA AND PUBLIC TREASURY AS OFF LIMITS TO SPENDING ONE PENNY TO INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE AND TERMINATE CONTRACTS OF THOSE BREAKING OUR LAWS .
IT IS THAT BAD... AND THOSE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WHO WERE IN OFFICE IN 2002 , MOST DID NOT KNOW THE BUDGET BILL HAD BEEN ALTERED AND FEW SINCE THEN KNOW IT WAS AND EVEN LESS UNDERSTAND THE IMPERATIVE OF A MEMBER OF CONGRESS TO NOT BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO BASE GOOD LAWS AND BUDGETS ON.... source is Michael Horowitz who also testified in a hearing to get authority back three months ago.
Plus most seem terrific of their own constituents now as THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO HELP MOST OF US AS THE ISSUES ARE INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS THEY HAVE GAGGED THEMSELVES FROM ACCESS TO THEIR RECORDS.. WHICH OUR SIGNED PRIVACY RELEASE IS TO GIVE THEM FULL ACCESS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET WHATEVER ISSUE IS PENDING WITH THE GOVERNMENT MOVING FORWARD TO A LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL JUST AND FAIR END.
In my cases, ALL THAT THE MEMBERS OF CONGRESS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET SINCE THE COUP OF 2002, is what the named head of the USA , Lynn Blodgett tells them or officials from his as my file, and data are hacked and withheld and thy are not even allowed to have THE JUDGES REMAND ORDERS FROM THEIR OWN AGENCY AS THEY INDICATE THE ILLEGAL ACTS GOING ON BY HIS COMPANIES AND ONES PARTNERS, MANAGERS OR IS IN VIRTUAL CONTROL OF .
Instead of members of Congress and the people working together to take back control of the USA by , of and for us and our elected offices and the real government being able to do their jobs as they are to do under the US Constitution , they have shirked their duty to and for us and the nation.. even as many do not even know they have.... This is not a political issue!
And since most of the data and records unavailable to them are under privacy laws of various kinds the only way Congress can get the records, or even the agencies is for the individual to get what they can and share them with them.. ITS UP TO US TO SAVE OURSELVES FROM OURSELVES UNTIL CONGRESS ACTS TO UNLOCK THE GATE TO THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION THAT HAS OVERTHROWN AND OCCUPIED US
Most assume that laws passed are being obeyed and often they are not as they only have to obey what they chose and alter the rest to sit themselves ..
It took several years to find out what was really going on and only after judge after judges orders were disappeared and defied and my efforts for life itself kept going up and up the hierarchy until in writing and verbally I began to get the truthful responses from the real government officials THAT THEY HAD NO ACCESS TO MY RECORDS OR ANY ONES RECORDS UNLESS THEY WERE VOLUNTARILY SHARED BY THE CABAL CONTRACTOR. Who is in control? NOT THE REAL GOVERNMENT AT ANY LEVEL
And the medical community is being extorted from every conflicting side and CONGRESS CANNOT SEEM TO FIGURE OUR WHY HEALTH CARE COSTS ARE SO HIGH.. skims and scams and ancient systems being used to allow blatant thievery to go on is why .. AND SINCE 10/16 THE MEDICAL community is being sold for big monies a worse hacked bogus screen o info for the billing system that is not designed as the taxpayer paid for in one update after another since the COUP OF 2002.. WHAT DO THEY DO WHEN THEY ARE BEING ORDERED TO COMMIT FRAUD BY THEIR OWN GOVERNMENT IN ORDER TO GET ANY PAY AT ALL ??
Its been illegal since 1994 to alter an employer post, yet this has been going on by the contractor that is to coordinate and recover monies at their corporate level since the COUP OF 2002 while the nice people they hired in their call centers and recovery units are blocked from doing their contracted jobs. as the system will not even allow them to get a recovery letter out.. and then they go to this head's cabal and no one at the real US DEPARTMENT of Labor has ever seen one as they think our bills are being paid by FECA.. out of the million dollars a head that disappeared and he took over... as reported in Forbes magazine
THEY NEED TYPEWRITERS. ITS SO BAD. as now no one has seem a workers comp case info being given on that screen of bogus info that this head of the cabal provides to the clearing house and being sold to the medical community since the huge major hack going on dally since 10/16..
AND THEY CANNOT LEGALLY FILE A CLAIM ELECTRONICALLY AS A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WHEN THE LEGALLY LIABLE PRIMARY PAYERS WILL NOT PAY SINCE 1/06 AS THE REAL DATE OF INJURY IS NOT USED BUT THE DATE ONE GOT PART A MEDICARE. '
They regional offices of CMS has no official idea what is going on and to often just passes on the bogus info and blatant lies that Lynn Blodgett et al passes on to them as facts.. AND IN MY CASE IT IS LIES AS HE HAS THE JUDGES ORDER IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES AS HE 'OUTED' HIMSELF AS HE WENT FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY AND LIED AND SAID I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND HAD NOT HAPPENED AND
FEDERAL WORKERS COMP ALREADY IS PERMANENT MEDICAL THAT DOES NOT END UNTIL DEATH. AND IN HEAVEN ITS PROMISED WE WILL NOT NEED MEDICAL CARE ANY MORE . AND NO PROVISION TO GIVE ONE A MILLION DOLLARS AS HIS PEOPLE WERE SAYING ABOUT ME AND OTHERS TO ALL WE HAD BEEN SENT.. AT ALL
He has not set up my system File AND THE dummy ONE SET UP HAS BEEN HACKED SEVERAL TIMES ALSO IN THE LAST YEAR and has not processed one oxygen claim since then AND oxygen is WHY I HAVE THE Permanent medical already for 23+ years but not permanent disability as that was pending when he took over and never is able to be processed as claims examines it not being permitted to have access to process it or anything else UNDER AN OBSCURE 1988 LABOR LAW. HIDDEN ALSO ..
And WHY THE US DEPT OF LABOR PERSONNEL OFFICE POSTS BI WEEKLY AS CANNOT BE RETIRED.. AS NOT HAD A SCHEDULE AWARD OR IT PROCESSED .
But he has about 75% of all workers comp in the USA paid by Medicare now illegally as its the laws he and his has created... so Medicare pays as the primary for all other plans illegally as system hacked by the owner and NOW THE INFO CAN BE HIDDEN AND SEND OUT THE BOGUS ILLEGALLY OFFLINE UNSECURED SYSTEM TO BE USED BY ALL AND STEAL IN MULTIPLES AND DIVERT AND FRAME OUR GOOD DOCTORS AND OTHERS IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AS WE ALL STRUGGLE FOR LIVES AND LIVELIHOODS
In 10/16 not only was the cyber cloud hacked to hide the real primary payers, but a bogus screen set up with no security on it and 17 Medicare numbers used to steal id and claims of patients and turn them into multiples and frame the medical community to having their bank accounts emptied by this cabal who holds the contracts to do so id overpaid and they are being framed as if they are. and are for one pay as no way to be allowed to get a waiver to do a paper claims now and make it a legal conditional payment to go to recovery . Many have no idea that they are impersonating they are CMS and are only the contractor whose really in control of the whole in the COUP of 2002.
Even private industry has to hire his companies and cabal to deal with his government contractors not obeying the laws of the land either and suspects in other major crimes and thefts, I am not privy to document as I am on my own records but he and his is suspect in some fake tax returns filed for 2014 as has been shared her in this blog back them as only his cabal contractors could have done what was done.. as IRS did not process the bogus one as we had already filed ours and processed ours and they never processed the fake one so how did SSA get the info to cause trouble still from it.?? nor access to the massive numbers used then?? most are only a few for each thief??
Yesterday I published and faxed a letter to Senator Richard Shelby of the US Senate Rules Committee and to day this is being sent to Congressman Pete Sessions who is over the rules committee in the US House as the first step to saving ourselves seems to be getting rid of that unconstitutional gag order so that Congress can do it job as once they were able to do and the people be more pleased with their members of Congress as they are able to help them as they once were able to do ..
And one of the best ways to know what is needed to be done legislatively used to be learned as they find out what occurs on individual cases as to where laws need to be changed or amended or budget bills need to emphasize other areas and not as much in current ones/ etc.
ITS OUR COUNTRY AND WE NEED TO BE ON THE SAME SIDE. AND GET THIS NATION BACK TO BETTER THAN EVER FOR , OF AND BY US
Then Congress can go back to debating how to spend our money and the best way to solve the nations and people ,issues and problems and make this nation, and the world a better place for each and every one ... Its is in the spirit of a plea for all to be unified in having the ideal of the US Constitution and mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation" work for us better than it ever has before...

paid illegally multiple times as the CMS office is not allowing them to file a paper claims and do it legally and this is illegal for them to act like this. OF COURSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA OFFICIALLY WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AND LYNN BLODGETT ET AL TELLS THEM WHAT TO DO AND THEY OBEY HIM AND NOT JUDGES FROM MEDICARE WHO HAVE RULED THE BI WEEKLY POST IS ACCURATE AND GO GET THE RECOVERY DONE AND GET TO THE MONEY BACK AND AS SUB CONTRACT HE CONTROLS NOW OF BCRC HACKERS TO HIDE THE REAL INFO TURNING INTO MILLIONS STOLEN PER PATIENT AS HEIRS INHERIT OVERPAYMENTS THEY HAVE NO IDEA EVEN EXIST AGAINST THEM .
AND OVER AT SSA HE IN CONTROL THERE THOUGH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WILL NOT ALLOW AN EASY WAIVER AND SSA DENIED ACCESS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND MY RECORDS HAVE BEEN HACKED AND OTHERS..
Their published letter to Congress over three years ago goes unanswered and the OIG COUNCIL WHO HAD A HEARING THREE MONTHS AGO TO GET THE RIGHT TO SUBPOENA THEIR OWN AGENCY RECORDS IN THE CONTROL OF THE CONTRACTORS in all agencies HAS NOT BEEN PASSED EITHER...
Any one getting SSA benefits on their own work records, can find out if they have fake ex spouses or fake children getting paid on their records.. as this is also an overpayment liability to them and has occurred in the past even when the agency had control ..... AND NOW NONE AND THEY CONTRACTOR IS THE LAW BREAKER AS HAS BEEN WELL DOCUMENTED BUT NOT OFFICIALLY AS CONGRESS WILL NOT ALLOW IT. who is Lynn Blodgett's boss is still not documented and that is mystery unless he has risen to the top by now , instead??

Phone lines are still blocked as they do not wish the documentation to get out and patients know they are being robbed of id and claims and rights. etc. AND THEIR OWN CABAL CALL CENTERS FIND OUT THEY ARE ARE BEING INTENTIONALLY MISTRAINED TO PASS ON BOGUS INFO AND ARE RECEIVING BOGUS INFO AS TO WHOM IS TO BE BILLED
Thanks to those who are getting me through as you are doing your jobs so I can get the info and share is with anyone who is able to change this for us and protect the integrity of the nation and treasury.
It took two calls and a third pass on with three personal to get the info today .. and thanks to the last one who did his job and pray he is allowed to get a printout and send it to CMS, but their management company of ?? is not allowing them to uphold their contract and reports direct to CMS since 10/16.. as they did a few years ago when they got the contact with one claims payer in this area not renewed but it was 6 years of 17 pays per claims on my and others that did not get stopped until 11/12 and this round went back to then and continued for 7 months now until there may not be nay Medicare left as even budget hearing and insiders are saying its a billion dollars a day spike in out flow and my own records show how its being done. TOO EASILY BY HACKING THE HACKING AND HIDING THE REAL INFO AND ENTRAPPING AND FRAMING THE MEDICAL PROFESSION TO HAVE THEIR MONIES TAKEN AWAY BY THE SAME CABAL STEALING THE MONEY
As I and monies struggle for medical care to stay alive .. with plenty of insurance ,, but obstructed as Lynn Blodgett has ordered "let her die on me" repeated by one after another over the years as if its OK to take a life when one has never been even arrested nor intends to eve do harm to another. alone with DO NOT INPUT AN OXYGEN CAMS AS IT WILL BE PAID AND THE GIG WILL BE UP MY LIFE IS NOT A GIG AND STEALING FROM THE USA is not either ?? and my case is more the norm now in the USA than most understand.. as few understand how our system has collapsed around us as government is not in charge any more to do the business of government and uphold the laws of the land and treat each and all fairly and justly ..
Call 1. I came in on one of the 16 phony claim numbers and the system verified it is active and the new claim paid on it I got the agent and she said verified that not even the real number was cross referred now as they did that a month ago as a sham and did not stop the multiple pays.
THE ATTEMPT TO COVER UP THE THEFTS AND MULTIPLES HAD BEEN CHANGED with the updates this weekend .(any one can sign up and get all this info from CMS ) ABOUT A MONTH AGO THEY HAD TAKEN EACH NUMBER AND MADE IT LOOK AS IF THE SYSTEM WAS CROSS REFEREED TO THE REAL ONE AND IT WAS A SHAM... AND DID NOT BLOCK MULTIPLES GETTING PAID OUT.
. THIS IS CROSS REFERRING IS NOW TAKEN AWAY AND THE BLATANT THEFTS GO ON
But I got a bad reception and was told to call the regional office and talk to the one who got his info from Lynn Blodgett as to what to do and I SAID HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SEEING AND IF HE DID MAYBE HE WOULD GET AN ATTORNEY AND GO TO THE US ATTY AND TURN STATES EVIDENCE ..IF HE IS JUST AN EMPLOYEE OF A LARGER INTERNATIONAL ENTITY??
IF CONGRESS WOULD ALLOW THE THEFTS TO BE STOPPED All I got was that the bi weekly post from my employer was again hidden and the bogus screen of Medicare primary will be sold to the medical community and seen by all who need access to the info for another 2 weeks again. and thefts continue unfettered by Congress She would not tell me what happened to my FECA and FEJB Blues primary posts... I kept saying open and not terminated but what is the deletion date or update on their to hide it and would not say as if ordered to withhold the info from my own records which affects my right to life as well as being overpaid and defying Medicare judges they have no respect nor the laws of the land either
Its been illegal to alter an employer post since 1994 I did get that there was one of the fake 27 blues supplements created by the hackers to insert and block any insurer getting 17 pays for co pays on the same claim and be found out etc. by their own managers with them and it was shown effective 8/1/2004 which is the date that one of his management company personnel from Ill blues made the call to BCRC corporate who got the info from another of his companies at OPM and not what the real records show either there. as it all RUMOR AND GOSSIP PASSED ON VERBALLY AND ON OLD SYSTEMS THAT DOES NOT DETECT FRAUD INSIDE IT. of the former Group heath of NY which owns the system and all of our records.. to make an illegal deal and hack so they did not have to pay primary and he has FECA also .. and will not post my file and a million dollars a head went missing on a suspected embezzlement per the OIG' s that the OIG's can't go find for our care for about 200 of us like me due to the COUP of 2002.
I was transferred to a higher claims person and after a long wait. I ended up treated horrifically and hung up on.... as if the patient has no rights at all to docent and try to stop the crimes against our own records data and lives and heirs they also own the deadly mess of typos and errors and co mingled with other patients medical records and some worse hacking done too that often is used for treatment especially in busy emergency rooms and I have had two close calls with it and its a DANGEROUS MESS RIGHT NOW FOR ME AND OTHERS.. a study done in 2007 by Congress pointed to how bad and deadly it was and yet no HIPPAA law over a government contracts ONLY THE PATIENT AND THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS AT RISK NOW AS ALL THE OTHERS ARE ' CONGRESSIONALLY IMMUNE' GOVNERNMENT CONTRACTORS
AND NO ONE TODAY STILL KNOWS HOW TO VERIFY IF LYNN BLODGETT IS PAYING ALL THE PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUG CLAIMS 17 TIMES ALSO ON ALL OF US AS HE AS SUB CONTRACTOR OF THE INSURERS AND THEY KNOW NOTHING OF HOW TO DO A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND GET IT TO RECOVERY .
CALL 2. Thank you for your professional courtesy to day. The bi weekly post from my employer is in there open not terminated for FECA and FEHB BLUES but deleted as of 10/6/16 as the hacking on 5/30/17 is not shown as hacking is not going to be as its illegal.
The Fake Blues supplement that goes through 27 now identified variations melts down as the system keeps trying to post the real one in there and its too secure.. He showed that today it had the one of HCSC-BCBS OF OK AND THE FAKE ID is he one with three zeroes added before the real id and the last two digits of it deleted. and done on 8/1/2004 but all done today . about 7"05 Am CST is the time BCRC corporate runs their illegal software system to hack to alter and make Medicare primary under the order of Lynn Blodgett is the source all get the "gossip and rumor that is passed on so that no one really knows what is going on " a quote from the US Department of Labor appellate judges who affirmed my benefits and remanded and ordered him to get my file posted/worked etc. and to ask me for the facts of the case, etc. AND THEN OUTED HIS SECRET RULERSHIP OF THE USA AND SPEWED OUT THE OPPOSITE LIES as witnesses said to me all over. in he real government and his own employees and companies as he would not let them have access to their official copy from the judges.
I had come in on another phony number and he ordered a letter on that one sent to me..
to PROVE HE BREACH OF NO SECURITY ON 60 MILLION PATIENTS RECORDS!.

On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders)of A,M,T,TA. On my husband's number there is dozens of possible suffixes but this is an old system and it has a limit 17 over page and then its like setting up another web site.. and never has any at 1-800 Medicare found more than 17 per patient created WE USED IT 30 YEARS AGO. and why is it being used now and shuffle data around and steal with ??
So as a spouse I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE, W,W6..
Congress please en the overthrown of the USA and take back the USA for us and each one of us . so justice for all exists.
