Please see attached cover letter from Daily Recap 5/27/17 and the link above is to today's Daily Recap which includes contacts with your office personnel ... but not with you... and for the good of the nation the privacy releases on file with your office can be used for good as was intended in the first place... This has and is a real struggle for survival and the reason this blog was started was and is to share what is really going on as even you seemed to have been thwarted to even try to help me just to get the laws and judges obeyed.. HELP US HELP YOU REPRESENT US. is my plea and wish .
Also attached are two copies of the 17 active Medicare numbers created by the ones your rules of Congress forbid you to contact and why your staff got no truthful answers about our cases. one set has the full SSN's redacted for public consumption should you wish to use them as evidence of how bad things are . And the other set is to go with the pending privacy releases... for more confidential and official purposes.
Please be assured I am NOT THE LINDA ADAMS FROM CALIFORNIA WITH A FELONY CONVICTION FOR COUNTERFEITING I have never even been arrested for a misdemeanor in my life. and have no intent to do harm or break laws nor ever have done anything to warrant what occurred that your carry over staff seemed to have a preconceived notion of.. GOSSIP IS CONSIDERED A SIN AND THAT IS WHAT HAS LED THIS NATION FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS AND ALL OF US HAVE BEEN BADLY HARMED BY IT AND NOT GETTING ANY BETTER. The congressional rules not not mention, contact or have a contractor of the government testify has cause unverifiable facts and data to be all you have to base laws and budgets on that that is am impossible situation for any nation of people to have continue. and in my case IT IS THE MAIN ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED TO EVEN BEGIN TO GET THE CASES WORKED as legally and constitutionally are to be. and my right to even breath is denied, .
Why agency officials are not being honest with members of Congress when they full well know they do not have the files and data. is something that Congress needs to look into and must.
It is past time FOR SOME FEW TO END UP IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM FOR MASSIVE CRIMES ALREADY COMMITTED AGAINST ME AND MINE AND THE NATION AS A WHOLE and the legal system will have to figure out the harm they are to have..
I still have nothing done and am in an ongoing obstruction of medical care that has only gotten worse over time. .and monies awarded not paid.. and overpaying for even the care we do get. And we are not the only ones with overpayment liabilities against us and our heirs in Oklahoma from what occurred as few years go and reactivated now in more than one Medicare intermediary paying claims
NO one was notified then or now and most have no idea this may have happened and or is happening to them now.. and all our good doctors and others in the medical profession who are at the mercy of what is going on now and being extorted at every turn by this cabal allowed to be put in virtual control of the USA long before you were elected to office.
SSA judges remanded my case there in 2011 and still not posted or worked yet.. and others are similar all over. .multiple agencies the same. IT DOCUMENTS HOW BAD THE DC SWAMP REALLY IS AND WHO IS HIDDEN IN IT WITH CONGRESS LOCKING THE GATE FOR ANY ONE TO GET IN FROM THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO CLEANSE IT OF THE CORRUPTION THAT HAS AFFECTED ME AND US SO ADVERSELY ALREADY .
