                            Attached is a copy of the above posting that mentions you. it is linked to a series of Daily recaps back to 10/25/16 that well shows how the 'gag; order rule of the US Senate being removed it the first step to restoring the rule of law so that our elected leaders can figure our where we are and what is really going on and get accurate verifiable  data and facts to base laws and budgets  on full info to have ones that work with what we have and can help each and all of us.. to have the basics of life and livelihoods to sustain and survive individually and as a nation.  And then put back what was taken away in the COUP of 2002 forbidding an agency to use its existing budget to do real internal audits  of contractors  or criminal investigations  which is now and needed to for a long time ; blatantly  have to be done  in many areas.

        HEALTH CARE IS A LIFE AND DEATH MATTER AND  THERE IS A VIRTUAL  HOLOCAUST GOING ON FOR PATIENT AND THEIR GOOD DOCTORS  AND OTHERS IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY BEING ABLE FOR EITHER TO SURVIVE . 

    As one who once chaired the  Rules Committee  for a short time back in 1999-2001, you should be able to know better how to accomplish giving free speech rights back to the members of Congress to be able to again find out the  facts and help the constituents who often are  dealing with the contractors  not  the local offices in the issues they are having problems with   and no one is being allowed to know what is going on in the real government   unless its offered voluntarily  and then unverifiable as truth.   They are not truthful when its not in their interest to be so ....  and the government  of the USA loses control of the nation that way and has. And your leadership as Majority leader puts up in a position to help get this whole straightened out so we can survive as a nation and each one individually ... And  WE WISH TO HELP !

   So much of the info in the domestic programs are bound by privacy laws and that means individuals and entities are the only one who can access their own info and share it with you now..   THE OIG COUNCIL IS RIGHT AS THEY TESTIFIED TO IN THEIR HEARING A FEW MONTHS AGO IN THE HOUSE 

     They do need to  be able to subpoena the records of their own agency contractors when it should be allowed as official business to audit the systems and other records  as part of on going regular  audits as once they would have done and did  and stop much of the blatant wrongs going on as once we could. My Medicare records and other files in many agency are not private from real government official when accessed  for official audit purpose  at all .   .AND MY PRIVACY RELEASES WITH MEMBERS OF MY CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO FIND ALL OF MY RECORDS WHERE EVER THEY ARE EVEN IF HIDDEN UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S  DESK IN DALLAS   HE MUST BE SITTING ON A MOUNTAIN AS THERE ARE 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES ORDERS AND YEARS OF BACK LOGS TO WORK THROUGH  SOMEWHERE THAT WERE LAST SEEN AT THE COMPANYS' CONTRACTORS UNDER HIS AUTHORITY . AND OTHER LINKED TO .. THAT GET WRONG INFO PASSED ON AND ON AND ON..  AS THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT SEEMS TO BE RUNNING ON GOSSIP AND RUMOR AND NOT FACTS AND THE WHOLE TRUTH OF MATTERS. 

   And Congress needs real facts and data to straighten out the mess and come up with workable solutions . and my prayers are that with real  verifiable  info , both sides or none can come to some kind of reasonable answers that work for most.  if not every one so that all can have life and livelihood and the free labor of machines works for us and not for a few who have grabbed it from us and not shared that with us.

      Also attached is the LETTER TO MEMBERS OF CONGRESS  of the Daily Recap of 5/27/17 and a redacted set of the 17 active Medicare  numbers created  and being used for theft by the contractor's   sub contract of  CMS. 

    The copy sent you does not show  the full social security numbers of  which my own congressional delegation has an unredacted copy  which you may  review and use for official purposes..

     I do prefer that the unreduced copy be the one share publicly as I have had enough of identity theft at millions of dollars and life threatening  situations already .

    My congressional delegation has the unreduced set to put with  pending privacy releases.

   They cannot help me with  my issues are clearly with the contractors.. except for those in the real government who are unwilling to admit they only know what the contractor says. and they need to stop doing that and let you  in Congress know that they cannot verify anything without being able to do internal audits... 

        The government, as a whole,  is run better in keeping secrets than the intelligence community seems to be these days with  knowing much of anything but one section wishes the other to know.. and that does not work well in domestic programs when Congress needs access to the total in order to take care of the business of the government  for one individual or entity or the total of the agency .

        My prayers are that Congress and the people can be on the same side as we should be ,even if we have some political differences..
