In the spirit of cooperation for the good of each and every one and the nation, we are sending you a copy of the Daily Recap of 5/27/19 cover letter to members of congress as well as a copy o today's linked post that mentions you as being in power as one of the most crucial committees in Congress to help restore the USA back to the control of the real government so that the government and you in Congress as our elected representatives can lead us to help in the best way possible to accomplish this. WE WISH TO HELP!!
As there is no authority over what is really going on with most work of the government contracted out from local to federal and no one able to over see if all the laws of the land and constitutional rights of each and all are being upheld and if our public monies are not being blatantly stolen with our monies.
And to help you pass better laws and budgets with access to verifiable data and facts. which has not bee going on since the COUP of 2002 when the budget authority was removed to know. Or stop the most blatant of crimes being committed by them . as no budget authority to be spent on that either
Also attached is a redacted copy of the 17 active Medicare numbers created on me by the Medicare hackers...of the sub contractor oft he contractors' who has been hacking bi weekly illegally altering my employer posts etc. since the COUP of 2002 with illegal secret deals with the primary payers and blocking the contracted job. of recovery and obstructing the conditional payment process to get the monies back to Medicare.. and in our case defying several Medicare judges who ruled the bi weekly post is accurate and its is /.. ... The unredacted copy with full social securely numbers is on file with each member of our Congressional delegation and privacy releases they have but cannot help as it would viola the 'gag order rule of Congress as the issue is with the contractor who does the work and withholds files and refusing to allow all to be processed etc.
That rule is a major cause of so much division among our elected representatives and the people which only allows those stealing and harming us able to keep on .... doing so ..
The medical community is basically being entrapped into having to file and illegal claim and then be framed for their bank accounts be emptied by the hacking and stealing going on l\/
THE SYSTEM IS NOT DESIGNED AS THE TAXPAYER HAS PAID FOR AND THE REGIONAL CMS Office WILL NOT GRANT A WAIVER TO FILE A PAPER CLAIMS AS A CONSTITUTIONAL PAYMENT AND THERE IS NO LEGAL WAY TO GET PAID AND ALL ARE BEING TOLD FROM THE HACKERS/CONTRACTORS THAT THE SYSTEM IS NOW OK AND ITS BEEN HACKED ILLEGALLY AND OVERPAYMENT LIABILITIES REMAIN AS NO ONE TO TURN TO GET IT STOPPED, most in the Dallas region have no idea they have there overpayment or inherit them from the last round which was only the one claims payer then.
Much of the info in domestic program is not accessible to you as they are not allowed budget access to audit and cannot find out and congressional staffs are forbidden by the rule to not contact , mention or have a contractor testify and that includes finding the files and data of the individual constituent to help them with their initial cases As much of the time the issue is with the contractors not the agency as they have no access to the files nor data and should not be passing on rumor and gossip and unverifiable info to you at all.. but often do and thus CONGRESS becomes unpopular. and not able to help as once you were able to do
ONCE THIS GAG ORDER RULE GETS RESCINDED IT SHOULD BE EASIER TO DEBATE AND ARGUE OVER THE BEST LAWS AND BUDGETS TO PASS.. AND COME TO SOME KIND OF AGREEMENT FOR THE GOOD OF ALL WITH NO ONE HARMED BY WHAT IS PASSED.. not all will agree but most can accomplish the better ways is my faith in people once they have all the info and facts is a good one. with only a few among us with other agendas to harm .
You represent a district that has much of the badly treated medical community in it as well as they also live there too... AND WHAT IS GOING ON IS AN ATROCITY ... as I have witnessed personally .. and have shared much in my linked DAILY RECAP SERIES ON MEDICARE MELTDOWN BACK TO 10/25/16. We have some of the best doctors in the nation and world in this area. but 5 of mine have retired in recent years over the inability to be a free to do the best for each patients and our medical community and good doctors and that is our personal loss also . as well as many who work for the contractors who are nice people entrapped in real unethical and illegal mess that has been allowed to be created... with no oversight by the government to protect the integrity of programs and contract work to be done... as has increasingly become corrupted in too often real threats to life and livelihoods...
A divided loyalty occurs when the for profit contractor has a loyalty to others not even in the USA as apposed to the people and nation as the government is to have under the US Constitutional mandate of "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation". the philosophy of the government and business being 'partners' does not fit this at all and its had a horrific outcome ..
Our prayers for you to consider and LET US HELP AND WE ALL NEED HELP FROM YOU WHEN WE HAVE ISSUES WITH CONTRACTORS NOT DOING AS JUDGES AND THE LAW SAYS ON MATTERS WE HAVE PENDING IN VARIOUS AREAS OF THE GOVERNMENT
Government does not work for the nation and people when the government is not allowed to be in charge .of the government. .
