Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 5/16/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN: MEDICARE HACKERS UNSCATHED BY WORLDWIDE HACK TO CONTINUE STEALING FROM MEDICARE
This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files hacked wore than ever since the COUP of 2002. (For meaning of theses terms please do a word or phrase search at the top of this blog or read the linked Daily Recaps as I have lot to share tonight and my sugar levels have spiked.)
Today's title is from three US Department of Labor judges , of the 38 federal agency judges the one in virtual charge of the USA as government contractor with hundreds of companies and as many illegal secret deal partnerships has control by act of Congress in 2002..
When Congress voted to take away the right of non DOD agencies to use their existing budget to do internal audits of government contracts as well as criminal investigations.. AND MOST IN THE USA HAVE NO IDEA THIS HAS OCCURRED BUT THE POLITICAL HEADS OF THE AGENCIES. Too many have lied to Congress , when they themselves have had no access tot the records or data of the agencies themselves an only know what the named head of this cabal as several have named him as Lynn Blodgett as the one they have to get their info from ... yet they pass n the unverified info as facts to Congress and we get laws passed that fail us from it.
Too many billing services accept anything they are told by the contractors under his info control and often THEY HAVE NO IDEA THEY ARE NOT SPEAKING TO ANYONE WHO WORKS FOR THE REAL GOVERNMENT AT ALL. An all get the same false info from hacked systems , hacked under the head's orders.
ITS TOO HARD FOR THEM TO ACCEPT THAT THEY ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM. AND HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THIS CABAL TO NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENTS AND DO NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE INFO FROM THEM AS THEY ARE TO USE THE SYSTEM MAS IF, EVEN IF ITS BEEN ILLEGALLY HACKED.
this is not one billing service but its the general instructions being passed around by this cabal SO THAT RUMOR AND GOSSIP RUNS THE WORLD INSTEAD OF FACTS, TRUTH AND LAWS OF THE LAND; so that the cabal can skim and scam and steal from us. AND TRICK CONGRESS WITH MORE GOSSIP AND RUMOR THAT STARTS WITH THEM INTO PASSING BAD LAWS OR THE PEOPLE AND NATION.. BUT GOOD ONES FOR THE THIEVES. ETC.
Every one who has GONE ALONG TO GET ALONG is guilty of letting this occur in a nation where we, the people are to be the ultimate rulers and do not follow the always and rules ourselves. and allow a beast system overthrow us and ideals of freedom and rights of each to have.
When anyone does this, they 'worship' the idol who IS THE ONE WHO HAS CAPTURED THE POWER AND ROBBED IT FROM THE PEOPLE.. they one who holds the rest of us hostage to its every whim and wish... even when its harmful to each and all .
We have regional and more local and state government who have been mesmerized to go along to get along and believe anything they are told by this cabal as THEY HAVE NO OTHER ACCESS TO KNOW THE TRUTH as even judges orders are withheld from them by the ones in control of who gets access to what info .. AND ARE CONTROLLING THEM.. at the lower levels of government whom most. of us deal with IF ANY ONE EVER GETS TO DEAL WITH THE REAL GOVERNMENT .. since the COUP of 2002 they have been allowed by Congress to illegally impersonate they are the government when they are not and are to identify themselves by corporate name and the agency they have a contract with.. for they are 'virtually' immune under the COUP of 2002 AS THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ARE TO BE UPHOLDING THE LAW AND CAN STILL BE ARRESTED FOR NOT DOING SO .. IF THEY COMMIT CRIMINAL WRONGS
passing ON FALSE INFO BECAUSE THEY WERE LIED TO BY A CONTRACTS DOES NOT SEEM TO FALL INTO THAT CATEGORY and in my case Lynn Blodgett ran around a few years ago and lied to high level officials when their own jugs orders said the opposite and he withheld those from them being seen. and lied and said the opposite and them some of them passed on the false info to all under them.. if Lynn Blodgett had not done that then I might shill not know who was really running the USA. THE ONE IN CONTROL RUNS IT.. AND THAT IS THE ONE WHO HAS THE RECORDS AD DATA OF THE NATION. .with none in the real government allowed to verify if what they get is accurate..
AND NO ONE HAD ANY IDEA WHAT THE TRUTH REALLY WAS AS NO ONE BOTHERED TO CHECK ANYTHING OUT AND FIND OUT... TOO EASY TO JUST LET 'GODDIP AND RUMOR RUN AMOK AND AS THE JUDGES SAID.. "no one has any idea what is gong on an to ask Ms. Adams (me) for the facts of the case.". .disappeared inside the cabal swamp never to be obeyed..
WHY DO THE POLITICAL HEADS OF AGENCIES GET TO KNOW THE TRUTH OR LISTEN TO HIM AND PASS ON HIS LIES AND NOT LET THE ONES IN THE LOCAL OR REGIONAL OFFICES HAVE ACCESS TO THE PATIENTS PERSONAL DATA AND FILES AND JUDGES ORDERS TO BE OBEYED SO THEY CAN OBEY THEM AS ONCE UPON A TIME THEY DID AND REQUIRED TO DO SO? . The extensions of the 'swamp'
WE WORSHIP THE STRENGTH OF ONE WHO CAN OVERTHROW AND COMMIT CRIMES AND FATAL HARMS.. rather than admiring the one who serves others for good and respects the freedom of each to have and their individual rights of privacy, life and caring for one another.. and never wishing harm to be done to anyone. Phone lines to the home still blocked n retaliation for finding out that tens of those and of complaint against the contractors never got docketed in at HHS headquarters... and as far as those at the top, know everything is just great... I all parts of health care ... as we the people know its not.
thanks to the ones who help me get through daily... as YOU ARE DOING YOUR JOB THE TAXPAYERS PAY YOU FOR AND OTHERS WHO ALLOWS ME ACCESS TO PHONE..
It only took one call today and thanks for the info and your time spent as we took one claims recently paid very quickly AND FOUND IT PAID 13 TIMES ON THE PHONY NUMBERS ON MY SPOUSE'S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.. THE ONES ON MY OWN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ARE STILL ACTIVE BUT SOMEONE MUST HAVE GONE IN AND STOPPED THE 4 PAYS FROM GETTING. OUT ON THE FOUR SUFFIXES ON MY OWN.
DO YOU HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS
on my own I have the four possible on my own SSN of A,M,T,TA. but as a spouse there are dozens of possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders ) of B,B2.B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,.W,W6 ..
this ancient offline unsecured system only takes 17 on a web sire and then its like having to set up another web site.. so maybe inactivating payment on the 4 suffixes on my own ssn makes the overpayment I have and my heirs inherit a few millions less if we ever get this stopped which is said totally nationwide to be a billion dollars a day.... since they began this last 10/7/16.
I later called the company that takes care of the billing etc. for that medical providers and who did not get the info to do the conditional payment I had provided and having 17 active numbers is enough proof to regional office to give OK to do a paper conditional payment.. *this is the norm now. not to let the billing service get the info as they have to obey the rules and get caught between those and the cabal call centers and the fake screen of info they pay huge sums for and not realize its all doming for the same head now holing the sub contract of the CMS control who owns the system.and takes their illegal orders from him. and then the regional office will not allow them to do a legal filing as they are also lied to by him in charge who is not any government official
WHERE IS THE MONEY
The billing service for the claim we verified as paid the 13 times and done in a week. has not arrived at the medical provider yet.. NOT EVEN ONE PAYMENT. is the claim going to some off line place and the money divided and the one pay sent on??? VERY ODD. They had not even been notified yet its been paid and I get it as soon as it is.. on mymedicare .gov. which is maintained by this cabal .contractor. IT REALLY DOES TAKE EVERY ONE WORKING TOGETHER TO DOCUMENT ALL OF THIS.. and my own doctor. etc.. are very underpaid as they are suppose to be getting the working rate on my high option Fed blues primary employer group health plan... even those FECA pays all first. but if they pay less than ones employer plan pays there is to be supplemented amount and no one I have spoke to for year is getting that even ...
My own Medicare care is being obstructed and I am being charged a penalty on the premium that is not legally to be (engineered by Lynn Blodgett in retaliation for outing him as the head as he 'outed' himself. by not obeying the judges. as I am still legally employed as Lynn Blodgett will not obey the judges as my request for permanent disability from federal workers comp can be process that was pending when he took total control of us. and then he ran around and said that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and nothing needed to be done on cases of mine in multiple agencies.
Nothing of the sort had occurred as the paper work was never processed and all kinds of parties have to sign off n it he was lying to but heads come and go and none know what went on before they came?? and everyone has to sign and there is money involved. in all of this also due, including back leave to be restored and paid that was ready to be done.. when all the rest of the papers were signed off on .. do e and then their is a third party lawsuit out in NJ in state court waiting to be heard yet that FECA required me to file but their contractor obstructs it waiting on the federal government to figure up the damages to reimburse the taxpayer . which would blow all the 9/11/01 theories into chaos as he truth would be coming out.. of all the corrupt that led us from 1/10/89 to then and before in 1988 at the SSA TSC JERSEY CITY .. 2 Journal Square. 9th floor. where he got toxic fumed " . and to many dead already due to their injuries. and most of us have shortened lives from 1/89. .
But in the COUP of 2002 and a million dollars a head fund disappeared inside this cabal that took total control of FECA for my medical care that seem to be part of the co pay is being paid from and US DEPT OF LABOR THINKS THAT IS ALL OF MY BILLS ???
I think that one of the supervisors or management company of this cabal at 1-800 Medicare made some kind of call and got the multiples stopped on my own SSN.. but the 4 claims numbers fro it are still active. .. and this agent ordered 17 temporary entitlement letters on all 17 and the system took the request..
We did this as mymedicare .gov instruction now say that 1-800 is to be taking fraud reports which they have not been allowed to do since 2009... AND SHE AT FIRST COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS IS FRAUD. OR EVEN A SECURITY Y BREACH.. so we proved it to her and she found not only the meltdown of the system and the bogus screen but the 17 numbers paying claims.. or at least 13 in the last month of claims.
NOW WILL THE FRAUD REPORT BE FILED DIRECTLY WITH HHS AS IS REQUIRED TO DO WHEN ITS AGAINST A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR OR WILL IT GO TO CONTRACTOR OF THIS CABAL OF' BENEFIT SERVICES IN LITTLE ROCK Arkansas'? AND NEVER GET SENT ON .. TO HHS.??/ as occurred before. ???
On the system today .. the bi weekly post form my employer has already been hacked by the time I got up and called. SHE SAID THAT FECA AND PRIMARY BLUES WERE ON THERE OPEN AND NOT TERMINATED BUT SHOWED THAT THERE HAD BEEN AN UPDATE BACK IN 10/6/16... BUT HER FIRST WORDS WERE BOTH OPEN..
But the screen she say first had Medicare primary and that is illogical to artificial intelligent and causes the meltdown of the system.
The fake Blues of the now identified 27 variations today is HSCS- BCBS of OK and a fake id of 000 with all but the last two digits of my real Blues ID number.
THIS IS THE HORROR THAT THE ENTIRE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS LIVING UNDER AND WE PATIENTS ARE ALSO having our health care affected by the good doctors and others medical professionals not allowed to be able to help us as they are well trained to do ..
Today's example is TYPICAL of all and are not those trying to scam the system at all.. THEY ARE CAUGHT IN A BEAST SYSTEM WITH NO GOVERNMENT TO GO TO.
but at least there is now official word getting through that 1-800 -Medicare needs to start filing out fraud forms like they did before and get it done and SEND IT DIRECT TO CMS.. as that is the instructions when its a complaint against a contractor... SOME POSITIVE IS OCCURRING BUT ITS NOT SOLVED MUCH OF ANYTHING YET.
NO WONDER SOME REAL RUMOR AND GOSSIP RUN AMOK IS GOING ON IN DC NOW. AS THE CROOKS DO NOT WISH THE SWAMP DRAINED DO THEY?.. AND THEY ARE SCARED THAT PRESIDENT TRUMP MAY GET A 'TOP COP' WHO WILL GET CONGRESS TO UNLOCK THE GATE TO THE SWAMP AND SOME THIEVES GET STOPPED AND SEEM DESPERATE TO NOT GET CAUGHT AND GOING FROM THE SWAMP TO THE JAILHOUSE. .
But the crooks are not going to go quietly and we are all in a mess. and when this gets done them we may be able to have some kind of health care system that takes care of each and every one of us.. in some way.. that is fair and promote best or good health for each and all. with the medical community fairly paid for services rendered. and not be micromanaged by those obstructing then from providing the best care they are well trained to give.
As we let the free labor of moderns systems take care of tracking and using the best ones not the illegal off line insecure ones to allow thievery to go one by the ones now taken virtual control. of all .
