Being TOLD ABOUT SOMETHING is not eye witness testimoay . all one is witness to is who said it and what they said or if read where was it read. I am not an attorney , but its what is called secondary evidence or hearsay. AND ONE has to go ask the originator of the written or who first said it to know if that source is real One can go to lindajoyadams at disqus and nearly all the comments are on that site. from whatever online article I commented to . I like that one as all ones comments go to that one site from whatever article I commented on and can get hard copy. Face book is not set up that well and sometimes it posts and sometimes not , etc and one has to try and get a hard copy from each site one commented on. This site is such that comments are attached to each article. and I can get a composite list of every one's comments one page.
There are some selling items that do post. And its a free and open Internet and all who read this blog probably are aware these are not connected to any money making by me or endorsed by me.
I try and make it clear that any who ask for donations or wish you to buy something, ITS UP TO YOU and use all caution as one does for any item or solicitation on line. I have not seen any one asking or selling anything obviously illegal like child porn and if I see it , it would be blocked asap. or even porn that is legally sold, I would ban as this is site that all ages should be able to read without being subjected to those things that only adults should access if they choose to do so. I would not recommend it, but its not illegal. And pray that those involved in producing such are not being illegally coerced in making it or wish they would find a better life path.
