DAILY RECAP ADDED 5/28/16 TWO GOVERNMENTS AND MEDIA ONLY THINKS THERE IS ONE?

This whole article misses the bigger issue of where the security issues are and where real horrendous crimes are going on .  it seems a health care provider had a private company  they used and that company would have to get their info and give their info to a government contractor of the  international cabal in order to do business in the USA and get any kind of payment for services. These details of who all is in involved is not in the article and its not always easy to find out.
INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS THAT EVERY ONE CONNECTED WITH HEALTH CARE  HAS TO HIRE ONE OF THEIR COMPANIES
   of the international cabal that has  had control of the real . hidden government since 2002 when congress defunded any internal audit controls so that the REAL GOVERNMENT EVERY ONE THINKS RUNS THINGS  was over thrown by no more control of the data and process and could no longer even find if laws were being obeyed and every ones rights upheld and since NO FUNDING EXISTED ANY MORE FOR CRIMINAL OVER SIGHTS. 
The man in this article got FBI AT HIS DOOR  as he is the only one at legal risk although he was trying to give evidence that the GOVT CONTRACTOR DID THE ILLEGAL  DEED.
     This article does not even mention what the name of that company is as the sec and I and others have compiled lists all connected to the same international cabal that seems to grow every tings some more money can be gotten out of congress or HHS for any shuffling of data.  THAT IS OUR PERSONAL RECORDS THAT ARE SUPPOSED OT BE IN THE CONTROL OF THE US GOVT AND STATES, ETC. But are not since 2002 and the real govt cannot have access if he contractor does not wish them to have them
                Media , one has to try and get the whole facts of things THERE ARE TWO GOVERNMENTS AND ONLY THE REAL ONE CAN ACT AGAINST THE ONES WHO ARE NOT THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS THAT ARE IN CONTROL OF OUR MONEY , OUR DATA AND WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR RIGHTS.
and TPP takes control of our government off shore so even if Congress finally wakes up after 15 years, how does one arrest one in a country that may not even have an extradition treaty . and in health care that is our personal private records the whole world can now snoop through as Government contractors and the government were never put under the HIPPAA laws to protect privacy of our medical records like our personal doctors etc. spend billions on, only to file a claim and all privacy ends as even Insurers are now govt contractors an they contract out management and processing to this cabal also as does all government funded , but contractor run and controlled government plans.
  In heath care , the only ones at risk are the patients and the ones who provide the health care.
