1776 Coalition :: VA has declared thousands of living vets dead, stripped benefits in last five years see my comment   That means thousands of vets have been in Congressional members offices begging for help to be resurrected from the dead!

If the systems contractor declared then dead on one system and diverted monies for them elsewhere , would any one know if no internal audits done since 2002?

Something here  as we are getting it is not the whole ugly story is it?  MEDICARE ILLEGALLY DUMPED ON SOME MORE or state Medicaid as states have no way to get Lynn Blodgett off the programs as no federal budgets for real audits nor criminal prosecutions or ways to get contracts enforced on federally funded state programs. Governor  Jerry Brown of California just another one who has come up short in his efforts as the SEC was defunded and they could not help either. and he is left with them until 2019 and a fine of far less than the harm done and monies squandered and missing.
and Republican Governors have not had any better outcomes and some none at all for their efforts.

Some one has been paying for the medical care for these vets and if its not one budget of the government  its another, isn't it?

This is why real internal audits are so crucial and I understand that Senator Bernie Sanders got some budget for real internal audits of systems contractors and claims payers as well as criminal over sight while he had a chance to have some chairmanship powers in Congress. and Democrats prefer Hillary over him?

When our public monies are stolen, no one benefits do they? but the thieves.,

So Congress have had thousands of dead vets begging them for help for a long time? and  no one said anything or held a hearing on the matter? to find out as the OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT  DID NOT KNOW THOUSANDS WERE DEAD THAT WERE NOT?
OVER SIGHT BUDGETS DO PAY OFF FOLKS   They more than pay for itself and why governments have always done them for thousands of years. by real government civil servants to make sure governments are running as they are to be for all and public monies not  being stolen or wasted.  in real graft.
The last  great empire or nation to do away with the civil service as our nation is doing and actually has done in 2002 was ROME and one cam open their Bibles and see what corrupt government contractors did to the people and led to armies having to be sent in to maintain crowd control from the uprisings against contractors gouging the people and Rome did nothing to stop it. BUT SEND AN ARMY . Governments do not survive when the people are not treated fairly , no matter what form of government one has. The people finally have enough ! and that has been known since the ancient Empire of China that came up with the honorable profession of civil servant to serve the people on behalf of the government in power and do it fairly according to the laws and policies of the ones in authority .
We have a much better form that does not rely on one person to be a good person and always act fairly, and we have peaceful means to remove  a corrupt leader. If we use it.  WE USED TO HAVE PEACEFUL AND LEGAL MEANS TO REMOVE ANY ONE WHO STEALS AND HARMS ANOTHER WHO IS CONTRACTED TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT . and to know if they are doing the job contracted to do fairly and legally  for all parties involved. In 2002, we let our elected official over thrown the government that had means to stop illegal and unconstitutional acts. as THE RESTRAINER OF LAW WAS REMOVED
