Docs and Hospitals Betray HIPPA Privacy Sharing Medical Records With Government | Health SEE my comment to article where one is beginning to wake up to what began in 1993 in the white house with Hillary and Sec of HHS Donna Shalala put in place step by step. and she now owns it as HILLARY CARE   as it was being put in place long before Pres Obama ever got into politics. But like all since and CONGRESSES  no one tried to stoop the inherent abuses in the way it was set up
     Starting next year our good doctors might get paid 5% less for lack of quality of care by not answering ever question they are now forced to ask or suffer for not doing so.
WE NEED SOME BUMPER STICKERS SAYING: SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL DOCTOR, AS WE HAVE HAD FOR SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHERIFF IN THE PAST.
     The system being under the control of this international cabal and the whole world health care system is going to be like this. is terrible. IT UNDERMINES GOOD HEALTH CARE AS MUCH OF HEALTH CARE IS SUBJECTIVE AND  I want my doctors to have the freedom to be able to apply their training, schooling, experience and medical resources to be able to find the best and correct health care for me and all the other patients.   And having a system in place that undermines their very self confidence is not good. and that is exactly what is going on now n many ways as I have shared here since 12/08
    The proposed payment system for doctor next year where they compete  against each other for a mere 5% in increase in payment is ludicrous  ONCE UPON A TIME A DOCTOR, ETC WAS PAID A FAIR RATE FOR DONG BUSINESS BASED ON PREVAILING RATES IN THEIR AREA. WHICH IS NOT GOING TO BE THE SAME FOR ONE AREA OF THE COUNTRY VS ANOTHER.  We have in the official government a GOLDMAN-SACHS former  EXECUTIVE  not even a doctor or nurse  as traditionally has been the case at HHS Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services which many do not realize is over  every ones health care now ,not just those who have those two health care plans .
                  IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE TO BE IN CHARGE AGAIN? to have first hand understanding of medicine and knows what doctors, etc. even have need of? A non doctor cannot even speak the same language of medicine at any level of expertise. I have enough issues with my own records and thanks to the INTERNET CAN FIND OUT MORE OF MY OWN MEDICAL ISSUES TO SAVE THE DOCTORS TIME. once he or she says I have this or that medical issue.
And ask questions if something not clear, etc. to save time and money for the whole process. That makes common sense.  PLEASE DO NOT MISREAD THIS
I am not saying play doctor and start trying to diagnose yourself or others if you are not a doctor.
But on line one can find pictures and other patients who have formed groups etc who share experiences and all kind of info once your doctor says you have been diagnosed with a specific medical condition.  
      When I was diagnosed with a hyperthyroid condition, on one online site HYPERTHYROID MOM many shared what kind of shampoo was helpful. each had found good to use.

     PRESIDENT OBAMA NOMINATED ONE WHO WANTED TO FIX THIS  CORRUPT AND DEADLY MESS AND DID SO IN 2009, BUT CONGRESS WOULD NOT CONFIRM Don Berwick MD as Director of CMS as he was not pro life as if a pro choice president would nominate one who was.
This president did try to do a few things right. even if many do not think so and I have disagreed on much.
     I began serious blogging in 12/08 when 3 agency OIG'S, FBI CYBER CRIMES , US ATTORNEY , AND DOJ AND I ALL FOUND OUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED WITH FEW KNOWING AND COULD NOT STOP WHAT SOME SAID WAS A TRILLION DOLLAR THEFT OF MEDICARE FROM INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS

  AS CONGRESS ALLOWED NO MONEY TO BE SPENT.

     THE ONLY PARTS OF GOVT THAT COULD WAS DOD AS SEC RUMSFELD GOT NOW GOV KAISCH TO COME AND THEY LOCATED 2 1/2 TRILLION MISSING THERE ON 9/10/01 AND THEY HAVE BUDGET  to do internal audits of contractors to find out what they are doing  and budget to arrest criminal wrongdoers. But its not been enough.  and more recently Sen Bernie sanders got some in the VA bill while he was in charge of the Committees and some arrests have been made and scandals being known now that have gone on for years but hidden by no audit controls of the contractors who own and control  the data and records of the government which are often our personal government files of one kind or another. That's even at social security which every one is directly affected by that.
    Conflicts of interest exist though out health care now with one entity being over and in and around it all. SEC WAS DEFUNDED TOO IN 2002  and your doctor may be audited by one of them, who also owned the billing company , the management info  system and clearing houses they are forced to pay for and then the claims themselves paid by the very entity now auditing the doctor and patients seems of little concern in all of this as its money for contracts by this cabal to figure out how much more data they can shuffle around ,more than any file clerk every did in a govt office.
       Now its gotten so bad , people are beginning to realize each one of us is directly affected some way and its now just about whether one has a gun in their home which should never be asked unless there is some reason a patient is a harm to themselves or others? and maybe such a rare  patient should be placed in some sort of secure facility for treatment instead of the gun being removed if the gun is such a danger to be there . Do we have to remove all shoe laces out of our homes  and knives out of kitchens, and it shows how bizarre the question even is ? NO WONDER THE MASSES ARE SUSPICIOUS OF SUCH AN INTRUSION INTO PERSONAL LIVES OF EACH ONE.
    Currently only the patients and doctors ,etc. are at risk in this health care mess under the control of an international cabal and not under our doctors nor even professional boards of doctors of their professional groups
     AND THE GOVERNMENT ONLY KNOWS TO THEN SHARE WITH CONGRESS WHAT THIS CABAL WANTS THEM TO KNOW
     Who is in control? not any one accountable to the people ! not any government !
I do not like guns and have no desire to have one around where tragic accidents can occur as we had church friends who lost a precious 3 year old  in one such tragedy years ago. .

If our town is invaded and people have to form some kind of ad hoc police or sheriffs posse, maybe one can be loaned out. But at age 71, I do not think I would be volunteering nor asked to with oxygen tank in tow. We are within a mile of police and have my phone handy at all times. plus prayers to the ALMIGHTY TO WATCH OVER ME.  and mine. should invaders barge in.

     But others should have the right of the second amendment and only ask them to respect that a gun in ones hand is deadly force and to learn how to care for and shoot one if they have one. Personally a can of mace might be more effective in case of personal danger. is my opinion. Maybe that is the question our good doctors should be required to ask us. How are we prepared to protect ourselves in case of emergency or invaders. Not if we have a gun around. The way this is being done makes the whole thing suspect for the reasons being asked in the first place.
