and when files a grievance or an appeal, no one in the contractor even knows what the laws are and are limited as to what they can even make a decision on . Basically only check the math, etc. Unlike a real govt official who is able to make legal decisions on things and often only subject to dollar amounts involved as to how many up the line have to co sign or multiple sigh off on something.
I posted a press release from DOJ and SSA of the need for more administrative law judges. A big reason so many are needed is do to no real appeals being done by these contractors of applying the law and regulations and agency policies and 'intent of Congress' to an appeal as government officials used to be trained to do and now contracted out and very little is really being done. The first time the law can be dealt with is in that first hearing with a judge and we have 6 years of hearings backed up and then remand orders are still pending on 38 federal agency judges and some are appellate judges being ignored by the government contractors all under Lynn Blodgett. who gets them and will not even let the agencies officially have their own judges orders.
Congress has got to put the restraint of over site of these contractors back as we always used to have.

UNTIL LYNN BLODGETT ET AL COMES ALONE AND IN COHORTS WITH GROUP HEATH INC , Now Emblem Health International starts facilitating across the board theft and all forced to go along with using hacked in illegally altered system or suffer retaliation if they do not as there is no government to go to for protection for even them. They cannot allow Medicare to be the illegal bail out anymore as it has been since 1994, when Hillary and Donna Shalala cooked up not enforcing the conditional payment law of 1980 that made the whole health care industry behave and obey the rules. The more unethical ones began stealing immediately and after 2002 it became a Medicare massacre of the basic plan for all the elderly ad disabled in this nation. WE ALL PAY INTO AS WORKERS AND EMPLOYERS.
There is a simple waiver of overpayment on these when one has no control over stopping it and we have been trying to years and only end up with retaliation for doing so. The patient cannot make the new world order behave by ones self. It's MORE THAN A DAVID AND GOLIATH FIGHT. I DO NOT EVEN 5 STONES TO USE. No one has. No law enforcers and since there is no funding for internal audit controls , THE GOVT AND CONGRESS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AS I HAVE SHARED HER AND FOUND OUT AS A PATIENTS AND LOVED ONE OF PATIENTS. THEN KNOW AS A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL WHO HAS ENFORCED THE LAWS, WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING ON AND IT IS NOT AND NO ONE IN CHARGE ANYMORE.
Of all the possible ways to deliver health care to all, we ended up with a plan that does not work as CONGRESS GOT FALSE DATA from all of this that had gone on for years and still is.
When the Teri Schiavo law was passed by Congress, the federal government took legal responsibility that any one who chose to live would not die if health care provided the right to live. One way, could have to fully funded the medical schools and have clinics to those without insurance could go there and ability to pay would be assessed and payment arrangements made, etc., If Congress needed to study what would be the best way to have plans etc. with accurate data as the data would be real an not represent real theft and not know it.
So we began sending the bi yearly, and yearly round of filings and appeals and today I got a call from the Aetna grievance contractor. Controlled by Lynn Blodgett et al as he is only the hired head; even though she is not aware of it. And had no idea what she was to do. I was just asking for it to be labeled a a conditional payment and send all the claims paid to the Recovery unit. VERY SIMPLE PROCESS FOR EVERY ONE FROM THE BILLING PERSON FOR ONES DOCTOR, LAB, ETC. SUPPLIER OR PHARMACIST TO EASILY CODE OR MARK IT AS SUCH. Medicare can legally pay and no one is over paid or at risk and let the legal process go forward. as there is a whole round of due process procedures that contractor has to follow.
Even if its back to EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL WHO CAUSED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE BY HACKING UNDER LYNN BLODGETT'S ORDERS OF ONE OF HIS 150 OR MORE COMPANIES AND AS MANY SECRET DEAL PARTNERS.
The grievance lady had no idea what a conditional payment is etc. and not long after explained it all to here, I got a call from their New York office and they did not now either. NO ONE IN ANY INSURER KNOWS WHAT THE LAW IS. Yet the Govt office of Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services keeps sending out instructions, rules, press releases of what they are all to be doing AND NONE WHO ARE TO BE DOING THESE KNOW OF THEM. THE DISCONNECT IS A KIND OF ANARCHY. As a few powerful, get more power from blatant theft and usurping of peoples' rights to even health and life.
THE CONTROLLER OF THE NATION IS BETWEEN .And those who do the work have no idea what the work is the government says they are to be doing.
A real government employee would have first been sent to training a long time ago to learn what to do , and then in serous trouble if they did not learn and do the job they were hired to do. Or the duties divided up so it could be better managed to get done.
And if laws were broken there is a police person who can make sure they are in serious legal jeopardy if they do what is going on ever day inside some of these contractors who do know they are ignoring the law and being allowed to get by with it AS NO ONE KNOWS as Congress does not know.
I did get a promise that the CEO et all at that level would be informed that the original response I DID GET THAT THE MATTER WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF was defied just as 38 federal agency judges are being defied by Lynn Blodgett et al. ITS NOT ANARCHY AS THERE IS A CONTROLLER BUT ITS NOT OUR GOVT OF , BY AND FOR THE PEOPLE RUNNING THINGS.
Vote and vote in all elections and for all offices to show the power of the people to have a say in what is going on . Try to find out who is trying inside Congress as some do want to do what is right and legal and need others to vote with them of either party to make the needed changes.
SPEAKER O THE HOUSE PAUL RYAN NEEDS TO BE THE FIRST OF FOUR TO MAKE SURE THIS NATION IS BACK UNDER 'THE RESTRAINER' OF OUR US CONSTITUTION. BACK FROM WHEN THIS NATION WAS OVERTHROWN INTO THE BEAST OF A MURKY NEW WORLD ORDER THAT IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AND NOT ANY ORDER OF GOODNESS AND FAIRNESS AT ALL.
I do not wish to wake up one day and have one health insurer left which got total control through blatant theft. THAT IS NOT FREE AND FAIR MARKET WHERE ALL PLAY BE THE RULES AND SURVIVE BECAUSE THEY DO THE BEST OR BETTER JOB.AETNA NOR ANY OTHER SHOULD BE COERCED TO USE ILLEGALLY HACKED SYSTEMS AND THEM TOLD TO NOT DO THE ONE SIMPLE THING TO PROTECT THEMSELVES , PATIENTS, AND PHARMACISTS, Label as a conditional payment and transmit it to the Recovery unit so Congress has the real truth of what is going on . and then Congress needs to back all of us and our health insurers to have fairness in the business of health care going on. Its not fair to any company , doctor or any one what is going on .
