For the first time in a decade There is someone officially in charge at CMS That's Medicare and the  federally funded state programs of Medicaid.
What has been wrong in Washington Dc that no agreement could be made through two presidents that someone needed to be in charge of an out of control programs with a trillion dollar theft thy continues. and laws not implemented and others not enforced for decades and real death panels on gong inside the programs. I have written about these.
    So the new boss has a lot of work to do and she was confirmed by the US Senate today,. Stopping the ongoing thefts of Medicare by the partners of Medicare is a must and so is the rationing of care by not following medical guidelines in place already  at Medicare. and the list is long. These things are not political at all. They are common sense. So am looking forward to some real actions taking place on my situation which is a microcosm on the whole mess that exists there that one after another of Acting  Directors made stabs at solving but never got it all done.
My prayers go with her for her success as if she succeeds then my situation will be resolved. My families and those who are liable for payments are going to have to start paying the claims they have been illegally allowed to get Medicare  to pay. And even illegally dumping bills clear on to Medicaid in the millions in some instances.
And something will have to be done as the govt contractors have conflicts of interests so grave its going to mean  ona subsidiary of a company fining their parent company. and the one to give the fines, may get fined for what is going on now  and not following the laws and doing ther job as their contract says because they hae been obeying orders  of their parent company instead of the law  judges, orders and even their own contracts terms with the govt.  The stopped  even sending recovery letters to the primary payers; (These will now be real  collection letters) out on us because the parent company was and still is colluding to steal and they were told not to expose the corruption is the essence of the matter. All well documented even with M09-1406 appellate decision from medicare;s highest level judge., being ignored by Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contractor, a subsidiary of Emblem Health International, formerly Group Health. This may get very interesting as the ones to enforce the law arr the biggest offenders through another subsidiary Medicare Coordination of benefits which has facilitated all the thefts for over a decade. Its imperative someone be in charge of such a mess. willing to clean house and preserve the integrity of the program  and the rights of the patients and medical community... .
 Congress has a lot of work to do and it needs to get done as next year this is going to be genocide if  the inherent corruption already in existence is not stopped. That's what needs to be getting voted on. Changes to stop the abuses allowed to go unfettered.
Going in and just trying to repeal Hillary care is not the answer. Our human nature means we all have the right to live and that means health care for each one. BUT there are better ways and its a mess because some thong's are already started and contracts given etc. Just stopping the illegal activity is a start and common sense is a biggie that has to be used. Layers of govt contracts are not really needed in the modern era of IT.

                               WASTED TIME
 GEIR SMITH OF BEFORE ITS NEWS had started a forum at Topix ( in Topeka )  for folks to post info about the biography of the president's birth in Topeka Ks and info re the thee murders one of which was the 99& sure Dad of the president. It regressed immediately into some really bad things said and name calling and I tried to stop it and get some serious intent into the forum but to no avail. Today, I wasted 2 hours trying to post a comment and  chastising the name calling and gross  mess but it was never posted.  So Topeka Ks might as well change its name to Phelpsville, rather than Google. but much of the leaders  of the IT industry have deep root in Topeka Ks although their bios have been pretty well hidden too.
Neither the Famous nor the Infamous want to have it known who they are? Part of their mystique? People just appear on the world stage and have just appeared as they are at the time with no real past but one they have created from bits and parts of reality?
                                                     MUDDY
It was way too muddy to get out and sit in the garden today, but did pick snow peas. and froze them and seem to be no end of the bounty of the crop.
 Usually by this time it is way too warm and they have stopped producing, but so far they are blooming and doing well. Our son said he would help move some of those files and tubs around this weekend and one is blessed when they have family and friends to help out.

                       CIVIL RIGHT MUSEUM FOR TOPEKA
 Maybe the way to go at this is to propose a Civil Right Museum for Topeka Ks. There   was a Linda Brown center stared but I read of on going problems. Her name was on the court case that gave equal rights in education, But many people of all races had a part in the struggle for civil rights and it culminated in the first president of color being born in Topeka Ks and even if one doesn't like his politics the people voted for him twice.
Its now time to  also honor those who gave their lives in the struggle  and one has to start with all those murdered including his 'Dad' just because two teenagers fell in love having skin colors that were not the same and the harassment that truned vicious egged on by those from Westboro Baptist church led some to commit murder and three dead and almost cost the life of the president's mother and he unborn.
 Wen all the trashing of Ann began again last year and  the speculations of who's the daddy, I could not be silent any more. I had posted comment and tried to get some of the birthers with donations to go to Topeka Ks  but no one will.
 Lt Zullo wouldn't as he said the assumed id's of the grandparents was going to be too convoluted so everythng is is just being rehashed in court cases.
      Finally one judge told Orly Taitz bluntly she was in a civil court trying to prosecute a crimirnal matter that hadn't even been investigated by any federal law enforcement yet ( let alone any convictions or indictments.)           
That's  the very broken Office of Inspector General system and some politicizing has come to light just this week. and still won't mention the use of all those govt contractors in the report as if they have no meaning, Yet they are the ones really doing  lots of what is going on that caused complaints in the first place.
Cover up maybe should be the new  name of Washington, Dc for they've been at it for decades and we are all suffering due to ut.
So will close for the night and get some rest and tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning for every one.

 If states want to change ther boundaries , then there is a process to follow and its not something to take lightly. Our founders did think of just about anything possible humans might t decide to do
