                 Over the last few days have been writing about Osama Bin Ladin and the beginnings of 9/11/01 in Jersey City NJ back in 1988-1989 The best hidden story in the USA. A CIA operation  run by the USA spearheaded by the name  sake of the multiple men who posed as OBL, Hopefully Dr. Conspiracy will stop truompig on the graves of dedicated federal employees who did nothing but come to work and try to help people get and maintain their monthly income and Medicare benefits and refer persons in need  to services available in the New York City area. Most of us on duty in 1/89  will eventually die of our injures as OBL roamed through the building unfettered and with obvious aiding an abetting and for the last 25 years those who aided and abetted the real terrorists got promoted and awarded  by the federal govt.
So, have not spent too much time on the mystery of who is President Obama?
 I know who he is and who his  maternal grandmother    and grandfather were and they are not the names in the media at all and he admits he wove a story from what he was told in an interview on c span in 2004 and the main media never confronted hm when they had the information from Topeka KS.
His grandfather;s real name was  Daniel Wayne Pope, my first cousin , son of my Dad's sister Helen ( Hardy Pope and her husband Millard Filmore Pope of Holyoke, Colorado. Faithful Christian's and hardworking ranchers who raised several children. Their family picture is posted on flickr (Linda Joy Adams)  in 1943.
    In 1944, Dan went to work for the summer in Liberal, Kansas and while there took the wallet of Stanley Dunham and went to WWII and served under his name as a career military . Its why President Obama was born at Forbes Air force Base hospital in Topeka Ks as his daughter born in 10/45 was a military dependent who had married Obama Sr in a marriage arranged by her Dad at 7 mouths of pregnancy as the real Dad had been murdered in a racist attack on his parents and he, unborn. And the authorities  would not listen to the eye witness who was able to get away and went for help. Three dead including the 99% sure Dad  of the president of the USA. Source Ann, my mother and common knowledge of the couple.
  So I know who all the parties  are and their correct ages and corret  name's EXCEPT for one;
 The real mystery , yet; and even the media never seemed to unearth anything about it ; who used the name  Madelyn Payne that married  my cousin Dan?
Inside the family she is known as Marilyn and I really don't know what her last name was.
 On facebook several of us have been doing research and some are very good at it. one is a historian and another is a real whiz at searching online info and now and again others are able to add to things.
 Today, Barbara raised a question that made me think very much of a suspicion I've had  and a possible scenario of what may have occurred.
                                         SPECULATION
 I have tried to differentiate between what is my eye witness testimony what others have known first hand and if from a published source where form, etc.(usually  re posted on this site. )
 Most of what is out there is pure speculation, I don't like to speculate but just ask the questions form what is known for sure then  go try to prove or disprove the theory or speculation.
There are multiple stories on line early on as to where Dan and Marilyn  met. but most of them are not about the president's s grandparents . They are the story of the real Stanley Dunham and was his wife Madelyn?
 If so two id's got assumed   and two teenagers take off and he enters the military in 1944, replacing the  real one and she assumes the id of his wife?. Then when thy have their daughter in  Fall of 1945, they give her the same name. Thus the subterfuge is now two generations assuming the id of the real family.
This is the most plausible scenario of all knowing the  other real facts, as I do. .
       In the extended family few knew the facts and my parents who were asked to take gdnshp of a pregnant 15 years old in Topeka Ks, their great niece, got papers showing  her as Dunham ( I saw them)  and didn't  know why it said that until  early 11/1963 when the intelligence community was in an up roar and the fake id very well may be discovered and my cousin Dan be in a lot of serious trouble.( This is surmised in hindsight from what was said and being done.)
Its probable and I've been unable to verify this, yet, that the real Stanley Dunham was a relative of my Uncle Millard Filmore Pope which  would give credence to why a 14 year old  might go a couple hundred of miles from  home for the summer to work.
    He ever came home  for school . My aunt and uncle searched for months to locate him. and what did they find.?They said they couldn't get him back home, he was well in the military. Then married and soon a baby on he way by early 1945..
 This was  a young teenager playing at being an adult. One can see in the 1943 family photo of the Popes it is him as he has a distinctive look. One photo of the young  family appears to have him in his military uniform but another piece of clothing  'dubbed' over it. This dubbing is not new in our family as I've written about and pointed out when I knew it had occurred in the photo on line on my flckr site of my Dad and his sisters about 1910 when he was dubbed in by the family  member photographer in western Nebraska as my Dad  was not in the original  being gone from home at the time. and to make it look as if he was older than the rest when he wasn't and the source is my Aunt Pearl Vallier who had it done. .
                              WHO IS PRESIDENT'S MATERNAL GRANDMOTHER?
 Its the biggest mystery of all. what do we know for sure.
 She is c known as Marilyn in the family with the nick  name of "Tut"
Age is a mystery ands o is her real name.
 Its understood that Mr or Mrs Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist church were relatives of hers and why she sent Ann to live there  to Capper Jr HS in Topeka Ks.
 Fred Phelps doesn't really have a family resemblance to Marilyn  but Mrs Phelps did more so.  Was she related in some way to her.?
And At this point I have no idea where they met  we know it was not in Wichita in 1940 as at that point in time Dan  was age 10 back in Colorado hitting his principal. So some of the info on the two men is mixed together.
My parents had moved to Ks in 1/1944 and were not aware of the problems which had occurred later that year  and little info about Dan.except for  early 1953.
 In 1953, Dan  came to our home in Topeka Ks from Leavenworth where he was stationed in the military  and wanted to talk with my Dad about things and I have no idea what as they went down to the farm over night.
He was married and Ann was my age I was born  3/20/1945. she in Fall of 1945. He was concerned as he was going away a long time somewhere and his wife and daughter were to be left behind. It sounded as if he was going somewhere he would not be able to communicate with his family. Most in military are able to do so.
All very hush , hush as most of his military service was never known of much unlike other family members who served over  they ears and every one was encouraged to write and send gifts, etc.
           According to my Aunt Helen, Dan's mother, Marilyn  kept Dan and Ann isolated from the family and she was into socialism and she was not happy with Ann being raised in that ideology. They were Methodists and had an opposite ideology of political things. . She said this in the early 11/ 1963 as they were under duress trying to make sure the whole extended family had the Hawaii story.
     History tells us that Pres Kennedy was going to reorganize the entire intelligence community and  in hind sight Dan Pope could have been in a lot of real trouble if it was known who he really was?
         Its what I now surmise. At the time, I just assumed since Ann was going off to college she needed a cover story for who her child is. I knew nothing of fake documents . Just a story and I wasn't in agreement but no one ever asked me about anything in the matter. I was the youngest Hardy grandchild and born after my parents moved from Colorado so I really never got to know most of my Dad's family well like my older sisters did.
Does any one really know who she was? other than the mother of  Stanley Ann born in 1945 and married to Dan Pope in late 1944 or early 1945?
In 1/71, she was having problems with her back and in letters my Aunt Helen wrote to my parents in 1972 and 1974, she still had problems and had a back operation .Aunt Helen was relaying that she had worked at a court house and I don't doubt she did work in a bank, too. But has any one ever see her do either? No eye witness stories on line from any co workers? etc. found , yet.
        Several online speculators, say she was a Russian spy? But that's only more speculation.
But she could come out with the most horrific racial tirade as even Pres Obama a has said she could do and I witnessed that also. She used it as a shock technique to stop me from mentioning Topeka Ks to him in 1/71 at Mercer Island, WA. when she arrived with him just from Indonesia and introduced him as Barry Soetoro as he was getting confused as to who he was. apparently no one ever bothered to unconfuse him!

THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES ARTICLE IV SECTION 2 (Phrase by phrase analysis)
" No Person held to Service or labour in one State, under the laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such service or labour may be due."
 Obviously this was changed by later amendments and a violent civil war to abolish any kind of slavery or servitude. One might be sued for a damage claim  for money if one contracts to do a job and its not done or done properly, but ones person is still free from ownership.
