As Congress voted to REMOVE THE RESTRAINER (an end time sign0 of the oversight of law by those in control which has become the govt contractors now of one interlocked international maze with virtual control of most nations and even the UN has them as they impersonal they are the govt and in the USA ITS ILLEGAL TO DO THAT AS A CONTRACTORS IS TO GIVE CORPORATE NAME AND WHAT AGENCY THEY ARE UNDER.. but AGENCIES ARE NOT ABLE TO SPEND ONE PENNY SINCE 2002 FOR INTERNAL AUDITS OF NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND /OR PROSECUTIONS OF A GOVT CONTRACTOR.

AS BY 2014, THE FORMER DIRECTOR OF CMS (OVER HEALTH CARE NOW _ SEND A MEMO TO THE STATES REVEALING THE DEEP SECRET LAW OF THE COUP OF 2002 AND TELLING STATES THAT THEY HAD TO DO THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTION OF THE MEDICAID CONTRACTORS ON THEIR OWN AS NO FEDERAL AGENCY COULD HELP SHE BLOW THE WHISTLE AND ALSO FOUND OUT THAT ALL PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUGS MEDICARE WAS BEING PAID BY HIM SINCE 1/06 AS A MAJOR FREE FOR ALL AND NOTHING SENT TO RECOVERY SINCE AND NONE YET.. So the first US Senate health care bill HAD IN IT THAT THE STATES WOULD HAVE TO GRANDFATHERS IN THE CONTRACTS ON MEDICAID. states would have to stop trying to get the criminal contractors out of being over the program. Most states had him and his and most finding out it was horrible and criminal and rights on their own with state money to get it stopped and no way able to be as successful as HHS WOULD BE with the FBI AND JUSTICE DEPT HELP a but some had modest success on their won.. once they knew that NO HELP ALLOWED TO PROTECT FEDERAL MONIES USED BY STATES. CO-MINGLED WITH STATE AND LOCAL MONIES AND IN NEARLY EVER PART OF OUR LIVES THIS IS THE NORM NOW
Federal saying what has to be done to get the federal monies to help BUT NO FEDERAL OVERSIGHT OF EVEN THEIR MONIES OR TO STOP CRIMES COMMENTED BY THE CONTRACTORS THAT OFTEN HAVE EVEN BEEN REALISTICALLY FORCED ONTO THE STATES and the federal mandates not even followed as no law or rules have to be.
As many had begged since 2002 for help and none came as the money for the poorest among us was ripped off for their health care. and what was actually paid kept going down so few would even see one with Medicaid.
WHAT DOES A CONGRESS DO WHEN THE PRESIDENT'S HHS SECRETARY IS NOT PUTTING THE OVERSIGHT IN THE WHOLE PROPOSED BUDGET BILL ?/ and he had the position to see it was in there ??

In the budget hearing earlier this year when speaking about the ongoing theft he said was now 80 billion and we now know they went back to 12/12 on us. and paid all claims another 16 times when even in my case one payment is an overpayment as my bi weekly post from my employer is hacked and mine even comes from a federal office a the US Dept of Labor and as of 10/6/16 Lynn Blodgett as controller of he sub contractor which owns the system now under the former GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY - a bogus illegal off line duplicate screen with NO SECURITY ON 60 MILLION CARD HOLDERS is sold for big money to the whole medical community and contract call centers and claims payers to use and then they can created multiple claims numbers steal each claim and pay in multiples diverting the money before its is credited in to the bank account of the one providing treatment all overpaid and the medical COMMUNITY HAS BEEN FRAMED FOR THE OVER PAYMENTS BE PULLED AT ANYTIME BY THE ONE WHO STOLE THE MONEY THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY AND HEIRS OF PATIENTS CAN HAVE PROPERTY AND ASSETS TAKEN BY ANOTHER OF HIS COMPANIES AND OVER AT SSA NONE CAN GET AN EASY WAIVER OF LIABILITY AS THOUGHT ANOTHER COMPANY HE CONTROLS NOW HE WILL NOT MAKE IT AVAILABLE TO BE PROCESSED. its the kind on FORM SSA 632 where you give NO personal financial info as you do need to state its "against equity and good conscience" to hold one liable when the govt cannot stop the crimes and we have proven there is no way to stop it without the full force of the federal govt doing it as LYNN BLODGETT IS IN DEFIANCE OF 39 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES NOW IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES ON ME/US AS THE LAWS OF THE LAND ARE NOT OVER HIM AND HE IS THE LAWGIVER AS EVEN A CABINET SEC HAD TO BOW TO THE BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION YEARS AGO ..

It is highly unusual for one that high up not to stop by and speak to local HHS OFFICIALS AT THE FED BUILDING --COMMON PLACE BUT NOT ONE WORD ANYWHERE?

I HAD GRAVE CONCERNS THAT SEC PRICE, AS FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS WENT TO THE BOSS OF THE USA. LYNN BLODGETT TO HAVE HIM DECIDE WHAT TO DO ?? I am less concerned about private charters in the mess getting thought an airport and to someplace when one is head of a major cabinet level agency needs to get somewhere. for official business . MAYBE THE GOVT NEEDS SOME SMALLER JETS Available THROUGH THE MILITARY for use by our high level officials. as we used to have a GSA MOTOR POOL TO CHECK A CAR OUT FROM ?? DOESN'T THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE HAVE ONE?? and any agency can order one.. as needed for official visits.. since there is no govt audits allowed why would he be able to go see Lynn Blodgett to ask him anything ?? anyway?? so a visit to see Lynn Blodgett could not be OFFICIAL BUSINESS AND MISUSE OF A GOVT PAID CHARTER??

Good people are giving a few REPUBLICAN SENATORS A ROUGH TIME NOW OVER HEALTH CARE.. BUT SEC OF HHS PRICE HAD MORE O DO WITH BAD BILLS TO ALLOW THE PLUNDERING OF THE US TREASURY AND ILLEGAL ACTS TO CONTINUE THAT COST LIVES THAN THEY DID... AND WE NEED HEALTH CARE FOR US.. Who knows why the DEMOCRATIC AND OTHERS SAID NO OTHER THAN POLITICAL PARTIES. but its the same. most of them want a public option of some kind and why I am in the middle of this personally ,, to expand Part A Medicare as we did on Kidney Medicare to include all institutional care beyond what is in most heath care policies even current Medicare and that is drug rehab , mental and long term rehab and even long term nursing care and get more in-home care/chore services subsidies for those who do not need to be in nursing homes. which would need some block grants to states for that and watch our for oversight by the feds for contracts or a whole hundred more shell companies by Lynn Blodgett et al will be set up with no oversight by the feds and states cannot handle an international cabal on their own. at all..

I know as from the inside since 1968 and know how it is to be by law.. and then put in a life and death struggle and found out who was giving the order to LET HER DIE on me and from then on its been unraveling more and more and why this blog was started as its not me... This is a series of linked Daily Recaps that goes back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files in complete meltdown worse than ever since the COUP of 2002.
And the looting and meltdown has not stopped and the owner of the system under sub contract to the government contractor Emblem Health is in worse panic than I discovered in my contract with the real government in DC to day.. They all ;know ; who I am and are forbidden to give me any info on my own records as I try to get them to stop hacking my employer bi weekly post by using fake policies and policy numbers to allow my primary payers to get out of paying, Its not going to work anymore as the artificial intelligence cyber cloud KNOWS BETTER THAN DC SWAMP DWELLERS DO THAT THIEVERY IS ILLOGICAL TO HARMONY OF THE UNIVERSE..
Since 2002, congress has not permitted one penny to be used to do a real internal audit of a government contractor nor a criminal investigation..which has become more needed as time goes on with. blatant illegal acts and theft of the public treasury on going by the contracted out government.
I called HHS today and tried to get to the IT office as I know they have one, even if they cannot do an internal audits.. and I found them in real panic modes.. there.. NO ONE IS HERE TO TALK TO WAS THE FIRST RESPONSE.. I said you mean there is no regular civil service home , working even if the political appointees are gone and not yet replaced? The man who said he was a real federal employer said yes and hung up on me.. I called back and finally he got the message. that THOSE still on duty needed to make sure the Sec Price when he gets on duty would be asking for reports, etc. and the various offices must be able to tell him the Medicare system is in real meltdown and my personal audit records shows how bad.
Its like the whole health care system is rudderless as the Lynn Blodgett cabal that has been running things and more illegally than legal... is in panic mode.. and there was no one to answer the phone at the IT section... in the real government.. I lived through
WATERGATE.. when the agencies were in panic mode at the top and little policy decisions were getting made. BUT THE RANK AND FILE CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE NATION WENT RIGHT ON DONG THE WORK WE HAD INSTRUCTIONS TO DO .. AND EVERY MANGERS OFFICE HAD A STACK OF CASES WAITING FOR A NEW LAW, REGULATION OR POLICY DECISION SO THEY COULD BE WORKED WHEN WE FOUND OUT WHAT WE WERE TO DO ON EACH OF THEM.
Watergate did not halt the peoples; business as the work was done by career civil servants who would be there to obey the laws of the land when they got made or changed. . But its in our innate sense of life to care for our immediate loves ones... and to protect them.. Its what and how we were created to be. I could not get any info from them.. as I kept on explaining what was going on.. etc,
The call did not go through as some transfers do not.. and I called back.
wait times are upwards of an hour at times. to get through so is there a major problem.. I would say YES! as this is worse than ever over the 15 years I can recall.. I got to a supervisor and it was not good. and I was denied the right to knows what they had there for me to day. but I did plead that they tell there corporate to stop the hacking as its not going to work anymore. . and its never was legal etc. and in my case defied 3 Medicare judges.

Both of the real ones showed open and not terminated but that the screen was deleted on 10/6/16 so that the medical community has been and is paying billions for bogus info that Lynn Blodgett wants them to have as he has been the info giver to them for years. and now has the control of the last part of the system to split the info so that the real info is not seen by anyone but 1_800 Medicare.. not even the call centers at Coordination of Benefits is able to see it as they struggle to do jobs hey are not even being trained to do .

MY DOCTORS SO NOT NEED TO BE MICROMANAGED BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL OR ANY OR HIS COHORTS.. My doctors went to school and know what medical care is supposed to be... and its about time to let them decide what is best care.. the last time I checked it was not Blodgett MD on his resume. Or any of the others that think they know more than a doctor. and never went to medical school. they have professional organizations to go to for info if they need to consult, etc. and I would rather they spend their time reading and learning about better health care means etc. then how to get paid as they mess should ever have devolved in to the skims and scams it has. o that a cabal can get more money from our precious health care dollars. Since 2002, congress has not permitted one penny to be used to do a real internal audit of a government contractor nor a criminal investigation..which has become more needed as time goes on with. blatant illegal acts and theft of the public treasury on going by the contracted out government.
I called HHS today and tried to get to the IT office as I know they have one, even if they cannot do an internal audits.. and I found them in real panic modes.. there.. NO ONE IS HERE TO TALK TO WAS THE FIRST RESPONSE.. I said you mean there is no regular civil service home , working even if the political appointees are gone and not yet replaced? The man who said he was a real federal employer said yes and hung up on me.. I called back and finally he got the message. that THOSE still on duty needed to make sure the Sec Price when he gets on duty would be asking for reports, etc. and the various offices must be able to tell him the Medicare system is in real meltdown and my personal audit records shows how bad.
Its like the whole health care system is rudderless as the Lynn Blodgett cabal that has been running things and more illegally than legal... is in panic mode.. and there was no one to answer the phone at the IT section... in the real government.. I lived through
WATERGATE.. when the agencies were in panic mode at the top and little policy decisions were getting made. THAT CAUSED MEDICARE CLAIMS NUMBERS TO CHANGE AT SSA.
.There has never been any indication that any one there is involved in this Medicare thefts and hacks although no one knows what is gong on as Lynn Blodgett through another company he controls this section of and others parts. now as snooper? of all of us; has denied even OIG access to the system for over three years there by officials and both my personnel and claims files records have been hacked also. . It was about $40+ billion from Medicaid which his cabal has control of an most states trying to get our of under him from all the illegally and scams going on . IT WHY WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO JUST SEND EVERY DOCTOR ETC A BIG SUM OF MONEY AND LET THEM FIGURE OUT INDIVIDUALLY OR TOGETHER IN COMMUNITIES ETC.;THE BEST WAY TO HELP THOSE WITHOUT INSURANCE OR UNDER INSURED. Patients have overpayment their heirs inherit. and at SSA Lynn Blodgett will not process one of them .. which is where one giver no personal financial info as and sates its 'against equity and good conscience to hold the patient accountable to stop hat even the real government can no longer stop .. and most may not eve know this occurred to day . NOT THE PRESIDENT WHO IS TO HAVE HE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY OVER THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF GOVT AS CONGRESS TOOK THAT AWAY AND THE JUDICIARY BRANCH THAT BEGINS IN THE AGENCIES FIND THEIR ORDERS TOSSED IN THE TRASH ALONG WITH THE US CONSTITU9IO BY THE CONTRACTORS AND THE AGENCIES CANNOT EVEN HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR OWN JUDGE'S ORDERS and the DEEP STATE has them squelched into even lying to congress that they know what the records say and have access and they do not... So I am adding an extra acidophilus pill to titrate out the violent inflamer in the theophylline pill from Alembic which seems to be the least worse of all those still being made and TVA is still trying to get FDA approval for the third work site they have attempted since they lost approval for the one in 2014 and I had no adverse reaction to any pill they made and on the counter until they all ran out. for the only safe one.. from Jerusalem company that knows what toxic fumes and chemicals are and care enough to made a pill that is not going to harm those needed it for life..
Then got some canning small jars that are bigger then the punch clear glass cups to use more distilled water so that when its heated up may be able to go a little longer before it fizzes over.. Blood tests indicate that heating is not affecting my theophylline levels and found only that it has to get up to 272 degrees for it to be melted.. and that is far more than occurs before the alcohol cellulose's bonding foams and unbonds.. So have three days of pills soaking in the jars in the fridge.
I am getting too much sodium from the baking soda then used for neutralizing the acidic acid that is then made. (we only have a 5% solution in our salad dressings.). And it foams.. up and need to use the PH meter to test a little more accurately each jar, I may be able to cut down on the amount used My Potassium levels are OK in blood tests.. so adding that neutralize the salt may not be the answer. and ITS TIME TO ASK DOCTORS as do not take meds without an OK even supplements.

So I am adding an extra acidophilus pill to titrate out the violent inflamer in the theophylline pill from Alembic which seems to be the least worse of all those still being made and TVA is still trying to get FDA approval for the third work site they have attempted since they lost approval for the one in 2014 and I had no adverse reaction to any pill they made and on the counter until they all ran out. for the only safe one.. from Jerusalem company that knows what toxic fumes and chemicals are and care enough to made a pill that is not going to harm those needed it for life..
Then got some canning small jars that are bigger then the punch clear glass cups to use more distilled water so that when its heated up may be able to go a little longer before it fizzes over.. Blood tests indicate that heating is not affecting my theophylline levels and found only that it has to get up to 272 degrees for it to be melted.. and that is far more than occurs before the alcohol cellulose's bonding foams and unbonds.. So have three days of pills soaking in the jars in the fridge.
I am getting too much sodium from the baking soda then used for neutralizing the acidic acid that is then made. (we only have a 5% solution in our salad dressings.). And it foams.. up and need to use the PH meter to test a little more accurately each jar, I may be able to cut down on the amount used My Potassium levels are OK in blood tests.. so adding that neutralize the salt may not be the answer. and ITS TIME TO ASK DOCTORS as do not take meds without an OK even supplements.
My meds list is back on DAILY RECAP ADDED 4/3/18 and ask your own doctor before anything s tried. as even vitamins and supplement are just like medications and can have interactions and not all are alike and what works for me is not you . and I AM NOT A DOCTORS BUT BEEN A PATIENT OF MANY OF THE BEST IN THE NATION , EVEN NIH DOCTORS. AND WHY I AM ALIVE NEARLY 30 YEARS WITH AN INJURY ONE OFTEN WILL NOT LIVE BUT A FEW YEARS NOW WITH OUT TESTING ALLOWED AND MEDS ..

( a lot of interpretations are published and have been for centuries but I have mine from study.. I THINK THAT IN THE FUTURE TIME OF PEACE there will not be any Congresses or parliament and with the Internet secured by Christ Himself we will all vote for what is needed to be done in our own towns, states and nations and world AND the wishes of the free will of people will be carried out by this 144,000..like we have city managers as they will be those with that spiritual gift of administration and will humbly carry out the wishes of the people
There is one preacher out with a video I linked some time back her or on You Tube who has a well thought out with much study and figured out that there are those from the tribes who were murdered by King Herod when Christ was born and he had been taken to Egypt to escape his possessed wrath. . and will return to help facilitate our finally being all kings and priests . But in this verse that is not yet occurred as the conquering Christ is not returned yet and neither have the saved yet and the resurrection of the dead has not happened yet ..?/or is this the first of the resurrected from the first resurrected at the time of Christ's resurrection nearly 2000 years ago ..
It seems that we have gone from before to post return of Christ or a vision of what will be coming I do not see Christ of the Divine Trinity changing and taking away our freedom of free will to choose. we just will not be tempted to choose evil.

And its all going to happen on Mt Zion in Jerusalem which I am leaning to believe is not the fill dirt above the wailing wall where the roman garrison was built but the stable more earthquake resistant of the lower level that was made a pile of rubble in 70 AD as if the DIVINE CREATOR COULD BE STOPPED BY ONE EVIL MAN..OR EVIL CABAL possessed by the evil one.. who is being given one more chance for Salvation and let loose on the world by our own free will to let it happen.. .
