This is a linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my own Medicare data system , owned by unaccountable government contractor hackers worse than ever since the COUP of 2002..when Congress voted to deny agencies the right to use existing budget to do audits or criminal investigations of their contractors who own and control virtually all of our data and records of the nation as well as all of our personal government files kept in trust to be protected from unofficial or illegal use. by them .. And the real government still is under the laws to have that occur., but few are even accessible to know what our records are anymore and no one to verify if any info shared by the contractor is even accurate.. CONGRESS ALSO HAS NO ACCESS TO KNOW IF THE LAWS THEY PASS ARE BASED ON REAL INFO AS THEY ONLY GET THE PASSED ON UNVERIFIABLE DATA TRUSTING THOSE WHO HAVE CONTROL OF THEM TO BE HONEST AND RELIABLE... and its been proven too often they are not.
No one should be trusted with trillions of dollars to access. as we are all human and can be tempted to do wrong.. even though most of us would never consider doing so... We have jails filled with those who fell to temptations... and we can't seem to build more fast enough so something is wrong in a society at the moral core gone apathetic . when that is a need. ..
Few back in 2002 even knew what they voted on as changes were made hours before they voted.. and few know now as the bluff and cover up has been immense tat the highest levels of the biggest 'con game ' in any history I have ever known of and I have read a lot over my 72 years.
For a politician to admit they were fooled , by even a few among them is THE BIGGEST HURDLE . and FEW IN THE MEDIA EVEN TRY TO FIND OUT WHO REALLY DID WHAT ANYMORE and do the 'lazy' and say 'THE GOVERNMENT DID THIS OR THAT..
Today , the ones doing. are rarely any one elected or in the employment of the government at local state or federal levels.. as they are contractor with a real 'CONGRESSIONAL IMMUNITY' in the coup of 2002.. and can do as they please and rarely be held accountable. by non renewal of a contract or cancellation as that takes the evidence one has to get from the real files and data, they will not let anyone access from the real government as has occurs at SSA etc. .. and ORDERED TO LIE that they work for this or that agency .. UNTIL ONE ASK WHAT IT THE COMPANY NAME ON YOU W-2 OR ASK ONE IF THEY PAY INTO FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE OR A STATE OR LOCAL PENSION PLAN AND THEY BEGIN TO indicate they do not know what you are speaking of.. when any real employee knows how much is taken out of their paycheck. and usually the total in it is shown also for many.
A FEDERAL EMPLOYEE KNOWS THAT ITS ILLEGAL NOT TO ADMIT WHAT AGENCY THEY WORK FOR AND ITS is illegal to say you are one when you are not. and to say the corporate name and give the corporate headquarters address as we have the right to know who we are talking to about our government files and who has access to them ... and responsible for their protection..
Those now at 1-800 Medicare do not seem to understand this at all and are being told to violate their contract with CMS and NOT GET A PRINT OUR OR PICTURE OF MY OBVIOUSLY SECURITY BEACHED SYSTEM FILES AND GET TO CMS DIRECTOR VARME.. (NOT TO ANY CONTRACTOR) This kind of breach well indicates NO SECURITY ON 60 MILLION PATIENTS RECORDS. and recent discovers indicates billions may already been stolen since 10/7/16.... when the dual screens like AL CAPONES TWO SETS OF BOOKS was set up ..
(only a real internal audit of the systems would be able to determine this.. and President Trump wants to hire several experts that would be able to find out who WORK FOR THE PEOPLE , ) but Congress has the GATE LOCKED TO THE] 'SWAMP OF CORRUPTION' THIS CABAL IS NOW HIDDEN IN BUT THE CYBER CLOUD SYSTEMS THAT 'KNOWS ALL' IS BEGINNING TO MAKE THE CORRUPTORS HIDDEN IN THE MURKY DEPTHS RISE TO EXPOSURE EVEN THOUGH STILL PROTECTED BY CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002.
Its not easy for the younger generations to even know what or how this kind of thefts could occur. as they are used to everything being interconnected and all kinds of security in place to stop any major kind of breach. ESPECIALLY ONE OF THIS MAGNITUDE TO ACTUALLY BE PAYING THEMSELVES OUR OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND GO UNDETECTED..
Even though I am not a computer programmers for the older systems, nor a systems software engineer for the 21st century ones. and could not do what is being done.... I was trained on the older systems to be the security as all of us were. ad what to look for.. as being ;not right; etc. and am aware of what can occur and know its very serious unless one wishes all to be stolen of data and monies. etc.
one has to have some experience with 30 year old off lines and unprotected systems to understand what all it means and how it could occur. and why only 17 id and claims thefts per card holder and not 100 OR 1000?
To hide the real accurate one from our employers and sell the fake one to all to have Medicare illegally billed of one payments by BCRC corporate of the former Group Health Inc AND the sub contractor under the control of the one in control of most every part of the USA now. in his great 'con; is in control to STEAL THE CLAIM AND ID AND USE IT TO DIVERT MONIES TO THEMSELVES OF UP TO 17 DUPLICATED. USING VARIOUS SUFFIXES (prefixes or Railroaders)ON ONES REAL Medicare numbers. and probably in his Malaysia facility or another somewhere else in the world where the money may be ending up and our of reach of recovery ..
Dozens have now verified that the system shows the monies went to the doctor , hospital lab, etc.; bank account and was received. AND THAT COULD BE NEARLY EVERY ONE IN THE USA HAS BEEN FRAMED FOR SEIZURE OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNT. by he hackers themselves.
HOW COULD THAT BE.?
All who receive Medicare payments in a bank account at Lynn Blodgett's et al bank or others he is in control of or manages etc. who is now in control of all facets of health care and systems and contractors info giver, etc. may not realized that all those forms they signed to accept these payments were done with one of his companies etc. and not directly with CMS at all.. and fine print etc. is that if there is an OVERPAYMENT CAN JUST BE TAKEN FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT AND HE IS ALSO AUDITORS. AND CONTROL OF THE WHOLE. and manages medical practices and hospitals and state medical systems etc. in over 200 companies that no one seems to know how many of those and illegal secret deals made with partners and others he in control of even in private industry etc.. .
Its does not matter when there is no real government to do to for help as ITS WHAT THE SYSTEM SAYS AND TOO EASY TO DO ON OLDER SYSTEMS.. The system at the Medicare contractors shows all got the multiple payments, even though diverted after the payments arrived at the banks system and was diverted. AND REMEMBER NO INTERNAL AUDIT OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AND THOSE BANKS OF HIS ARE AS THEY WERE BASICALLY SET UP TO RECEIVE ALL KINDS OF GOVERNMENT MONIES AND ISSUE ALL KINDS OF ATM CARDS FROM SNAP (FOOD STAMPS), WELFARE FOR STATES to monthly payments for VETS, SSA/SSI RECIPIENTS ETC. WHO DO NOT HAVE BANK ACCOUNTS. AND THE LIST IS LONG AND MUCH? OF THE US TREASURY IS NOW GOING THROUGH HIM.
The only thing the agency knows is the total amount of money going out and one source reported that the spike is a billion dollars a day from four agencies and Medicare is one of them.. ONE OF THE EASIEST TO DO /APPROVE.. WHEN ITS UNACCOUNTABLE CONTRACTORS PAYING INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL BILLS. and few even know how many there are on one visit or treatment as so many different parties send in bills. until all summary notices come in months later on the one payment on the real Medicare number.
These old system are able to manually suppress notices so you are not going to get 17 per same charge...
One gentleman to day at 1-800 Medicare asked me what I meant when I said an offline system? I realized that I am from a generation before some of them ere even born.. and I still mix current terms with those from 50 years ago when I first sat down to operate a computer. IBM 360 billing system when there was no cross checking of info from page one even knowing the numbers did not match the totals of the orders. etc. and the only cross checking to send a request for payment was no more than an elaborate check writing machine that transmitted the info to the bank's system to put the money in the number of the account.. and the hackers there divert the money elsewhere and none not know from the visible screen where it went to ... BUT THE GOVERNMENT RECORDS AT THE CONTRACTORS OF THE GOVT SHOWS IT WENT TO THE DOCTORS. OR HOSPITALS' BANK ACCOUNT.. and different cyber cloud as its NOT YET ONE FOR THE WHOLE WORLD YET,,,,, IS IT?? BUT THERE STATEMENT MAY SHOW IT TEMPORARILY IF AT ALL AND THEM DISAPPEAR IN THE DIVERSION.
But the one in charge accountable to no constructional rights has a record saying you got all this multiple thefts and you are on the back end with no bank account to keep the doors open for the sick and injured to take care of while you spend monies trying to get some judges to issue an order. etc.
AND THAT MAY BE IGNORED ALSO OR APPEALED FOR YEARS. ETC maybe even the files go missing as too often his companies are taking care of all of those around the country from local to federal etc..
And if dealing with agency judges orders in your favor? 38 of those kind of orders have been ignored by Lynn Blodgett, the named head by all those at the tip and this catastrophe is HIS BLACK MAIL AGAINST THE USA. AND OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS MORE THAN SOMETHING THEY MIGHT HAVE DONE IN THEIR PERSONAL LIVES THAT MIGHT BE EMBARRASSING POLITICALLY ALREADY ? BY THOSE WHO DO KNOW IN DC??a
THIS IS REAL AND ITS HERE.. AND CONGRESS IS NOT WOKE UP YET THAT THEY AND FORERUNNERS CAUSED THIS TO HAPPEN AND MUST CORRECT IT NOW... .
THOSE JUDGES ARE IGNORED AS HE IS IN TOTAL CONTROL OF EVERYTHING AND IS THE SNOOPER CONTRACTORS CABAL ALSO .. ABLE TO TAKE OUT INTERNET FOR AN AREA. AND WE WORRY ABOUT FOREIGN HACKERS.. they come from here to their off shore sites as they are foreign as well as domestic enemies of us. already ..
This is the kind of evil that is hard for 99+% of us even to imagine ever doing to others. Some of the most evil among us have been found sitting or praying at the front of places of faith that would never condone such actions.
There is nothing that could panic a nation when ones loved one is sick and having health care available for he most urgent of circumstance is expected to be there whether one is able to pay or not. For many , that is already here as numbers are catastrophic of deaths before their time, even with diseases that should be able to be controlled for years. its why my suggestion is just send all medical providers . suppliers, pharmacies $10.000 to care for the uninsured and those sub primed under insured. (pharmacies may need more as the current price of drugs has become the biggest bill of all.?) and at the end of the year file a page with their corporate tax return of what they did with the money .. If we can trust this cabal with unfettered control of the public treasury when we should not, can't we trust the ones we trust our very lives to all the time. our doctors etc. .each see some a few patients and find our what is wrong and treat to an extent. Hospitals get an amount for the non insured. that runs out too soon and they might be able to have more of that for operations needed. etc. and no be used for emergency room visits when a doctor in an office might take care of the medical need. Do you really need all that .,management? by this cabal, also?

And when it does not, know enough to ask the questions to find out but it still took me years to get admissions in writing and verbally of A REAL OVERTHROW OF THE USA. To find out one can get your Medicare card and a summary notice of a claim. and call 1-800 Medicare. there is a phone menu that one can use for most call centers and one can be id'd and check for multiple suffixes (prefixes for rail roaders) On your own SSN. there are 4 possible. A,M,T,TA but dozens can be created as a spouse.. I have the following B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W.W6
you can verify the clam paid on each and an agent can verify that it was paid and received at the doctor; etc. bank and not returned

Do not expect to be told the account number at the bank as that may not be forth coming but when I had $4 million stolen like this a few years ago in a 'trial run?; that was said to be massive by those at 1-800 Medicare who documented all of this over several years until the contract was not renewed in the area.for those in the Dallas and some in the Atlanta REGION I was able to get all but the account number...

To hold one liable when we did not do it and do not have any of the money and going broke trying to stop it on our own as there is no government allowed to stop it by the act of congress in the COUP of 2002. Our heirs inherit the overpayment and when they come to take our property for a road, bridge, or pipeline or wall, they can say the Medicare overpayment lien means one gets no money for the land. is a real law. but should not have occurred in the first place but for the COUP of 2002... . and WE THE PEOPLE HAVE TO DEMAND THAT CONGRESS MAKE THIS RIGHT FOR ALL OF US.. AND GET OUR MONIES BACK TO THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND. AND all the other government monies this cabal has disappeared all over .. from local to federal or we need to look for new candidates in 2 years to replace the ones who will not stand up for us. and our constitutional rights we are to have.
Support the ones who are trying up against great giants mired in the swamp with this cabal..... not all agree on how to spend our monies. but we must have some left to argue on the best way to take care of the peoples business. ..

last call was to BCRC call center and asked to speak to recovery and informed them about the judges orders to get all the recovery letters to then go to court against Lynn Blodgett who "all know" got a million dollars for me and others to put in a fund for my medical care at FECA and disappeared as we got illegally 'dumped' onto Medicare . and that is the primary payer for me.. but for those on my FEHB primary Blues with a Medicare card, that is there primary .
. and that is against Illinois Blues holding company which may have ownership of the liability insurer for the building at 2 Journal Square Jersey city NY 9th floor (read Daily recap 9/11/16 for more details) and its all going around back to the same vicious attack by pubic enemy number one on 1/10/89 in Jersey City and the forerunner of 9/11/01 that was covered up and not faced and why we are in this mess now.
Its their management company that colluded to steal with BCBR corporate with his management company and his companies who passed them the false info from another. and on an on we go "rumor and gossip ' running the USA and no one knows what is going on and we all got 'conned' by a master trickster from our rights and public monies...
So informed recovery of BCRC that from 1/06 through the present there are 17 payments for each claim on the 17 numbers. It was not a good ending.. as this is not the ones there a few years ago ...

This is not the same overall ones they had a few years ago here either. and helped so much then.. RETALIATION MAY ALREADY HAVE OCCURRED.. just from the due process I had to legally given her as some new employees are caught between the misinformation training they are getting and then me with all these Medicare numbers and paid claims in multiples and obviously something is badly wrong and criminal going on they are seeing. any other entity would have to notify all of a massive security breach on their records. but;

call 1. used real Medicare claims number EMPLOYER SCREEN IS HIDDEN OR DELETED FROM THE ONE SENT TO ALL TO USE. AS OF 10/6/16 but FECA and FEHB Blues is on there in cyber cloud open and primaries with Medicare as secondary .., But the bogus screen created by the hacker off lines shows Medicare primary . This also sends the cyber Cloud that knows both into a MELTDOWN TRYING TO CONSTANTLY CORRECT ITSELF and the one of now 24 identified fake Blues as a supplement to day IN THE CYBER MELTDOWN . call 2 I called back in on a phooey Kidney dialysis suffix (I have never been on that) and got claims idled also as well as me .. etc. and got claims ordered on ta couple of claims and all the same info as above and then informed the person that the number was not a real one.. as that seems to work better than being up against the brainwashing. Of the bogus screen being the real one.. I would not even have to say it. as its my id and info being stolen . but I want these call centers to stop telling medical billers that they have the real info they aid big money to this cabal for and its completely bogus even on my own real number as they hide the real one they cannot hack.. but sell one that does not even show any ones workers comp now as Lynn Blodgett has successfully ended that pretty much in the whole country tin 3 years now with shell company and contracts with states and insurers as he has done to us feds who think my medical bills are being [aid out of that big million dollars a head fund set up for those of us , like me , with permanent medical and life sustaining medical needs. already but permanent disability had not been done yet. when he took total control when Affiliated Computer Services was given? the contract by a convicted criminal in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal at US Department of Labor. but not for the missing money ??? as that was already for forbidden to investigate in the COUP OF 2002... (later I found there were AT@T OUTAGES TO DAY IN AND ROUND US AND WHERE THE CALL CENTERS ARE.. 60 MILLION calling to day ?? so it may be OK tomorrow but this is not the only phone in the world to use as I HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW AND THEY ARE REQUIRED TO LET CMS KNOW AND GIVE THEM PRINT OUTS OF MY SCREENS SO THE FIX IS IN.. AND I ND THE CALL CENTER PEOPLE AR CAUGHT IN THE MIDST OF THE SWAMP OF REAL CORRUPTION IN THE USA SURROUNDED BY BAD ACTORS AND TRYING TO SURVIVE THE HUMAN ALLIGATORS IN THE SWAMP .
call 12 :called and left my phone number with CMS IT in headquarters to let them know of the security breach that none was letting them know of from 1-800 Medicare as they are he only ones who can see it.. as BCRC call centers only get the bogus screen... when they are to be the COORDINATORS and do not even know or have he info from the employers on us. now.
call 13 tried another IT number but not good number?
call 14 called back to BCRC and this is when I got through to the recovery unit but before I sent I got some info as when they pulled up the SSN they got Doyle and not me ?? but the info is hacked on him also there and bogus screen..etc.. ??? and they are only told that info comes from 'RRE' REGISTERED REPORTING ENTITY and did not know it included employer as mine comes form the US Department of Labor Personnel office. in house. and another had said before she thought is was only insurers reporting.. THEY JUST ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW THE WHOLE OF WHAT IS GOING ON AT COORDINATION ..
so I COULD POSSIBLY HAVE THREE OR FOUR ENTITIES TRYING TO REPORT ON ME. BUT BLUES IS BY PHONE AT LYNN BLODGETT AND HAVE THE NAMES AND THE ONES WHO SAID TO HACK.... ILLEGALLY AND THERE ARE COUPLE OTHER OF LYNN BLODGETTS COMPANIES THAT MAY BE TRYING ALSO . SO THIS IS A CHAOTIC MESS. RIPE FOR THEFTS THAT CYBER CLOUD IS NOW EXPOSING

AND THAT CAME FROM THE FORMER GENERAL COUNSEL AND FORMER ACTING DIRECTOR OF OPM WHO HAD MY PERSONAL FILES AND REFERRED TO THEM.. a few years ago and was clear that the law said FECA is he laws that overrides all others. and that until FECA puts me on permanent disability I AM NOT RETIRED. . there was no category INACTIVE DUTY (another of Lynn Blodgett "laws?" . one is ACTIVE OR RETIRED. . as I thought was the real laws.

SOMETHING A REAL INTERNAL AUDIT WOULD CORRECT YEARS AGO AND NOT LET OCCUR... in the first place. at least in our day not so many years ago when we were expected to know things or where to look then up.. now where is all the info. as they do not have it all input in cyber space. even.. to even find.. and faster if they had a search engine..
call 15. tried to call again and used a calling card and it did not go through either saying it could not be used and had minutes on it and used it not to long ago so what is the deal with the phones. locked in retaliation. or is it the outages . as there has been intermittent Internet outages the last few days also. much is still regional and we are in an area with ongoing issues at times..
