This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16. when the Medicare hackers of the Benefits and recovery contractor under the control of the dictator of the USA, that has been named by high level officials in writing and verbally as the one in charge, whom they must obey and believe his verbal word... given this power and authority by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002.. now headed by , Lynn Blodgett in the USA.... and congress has themselves 'gagged; to not reveal what is going on by not being able to mention a contractor, contact one or have one testify as they base bad laws on unverifiable data as the COUP OF 2002 WAS DONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN THE E- GOVERNING BUDGET BILLS OF 2002 AND REMOVED THE RESTRAINER OF LAW FROM THE USA. At a time when all work of government was being contracted out, and much of which always has been legal decision was left undone so unfair things that needed changing never got revealed and our basic rights got crushed for each and every one As the right of the real government to spend one penny to do an internal audit, leg alone a criminal investigation of a government contractors from federal to nearly all state and local federally funded programs was removed and no one could find out what was really going on and stop illegal and unconstitutional behaviors.
MANY OF THESE PROGRAMS WERE LEFT TO UNACCOUNTABLE ENTITY WITH THE DOOR OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY UNLOCKED TO TAKE AS THEY CHOSE .... AND HAVE FOR 15 YEARS. NOW AND ONLY GETTING WORSE.
At Medicare and social security when the public treasury is stolen in your name by this cabal with our your knowledge or permission,,, YOU AND YOUR HEIRS INHERIT OVERPAYMENTS ... and EASY Waiver since it was done illegal without you being able to stop it... But Lynn Blodgett no in control of SSA. who does these now an done gives no personal financial info and states "against equity and good conscience " to hold the victim of a massive crime by the ones entrusted with our personal government records, and no way for this government to stop the crimes against one and or all of us. SSA cannot make their contractor process one of them. and is any one trained anymore to do one inside the rank and file at SSA AS WE ALL HAD TO BE.. before the COUP OF 2002.
So if 'imminent domain
kicks in to build a road, bridge or wall... or foot ball stadium .your land can be taken with no right of income for the over payments this cabal created against you illegally... and your heirs decades from now may have no way to rebut what happened as many never knew they were overpaid in the first place as no notices went out >. They are using an antiquated decades old system with no security and notices can be suppressed on these. AGAIN AN EASY WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGAINST THE VICTIM , BUT SOMEONE HAS TO DECIDE AND ISSUE THE FORMAL DECISION.. NO ONE TO DO THAT NOW!
To find out if your id and claims were stolen to create multiple and frame you doctor, ,etc. as if they received the diverted monies. one can call 1-800 Medicare and the phone claims menu can verify additional suffixes (prefixes for railroad Medicare) have your Medicare card and a date of service on a claim and check it out.. A contractors call center person can issue a temporary letter on the phony number for evidence and a copy of the claim may or not be generated on the phony as I am still waiting to see if the system is still suppressed on there. BUT THE CYBER CLOUD HAS THE INFO THAT IT DID ILLEGALLY PAY THE CLAIM.
We have never found ore than 17 per person, as I recall having used there older system for years and humans were trained to watch for security breaches or programing error . resulting in wrong actions taken etc. . it could only do 17 on a template or page etc.
On your own SSN there are only 4 possible. A,M,T,TA but as a spouse dozens can be used for differing categories. Those on my husband's SSN are B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W.W6
SSA officials have been denied access to this cabal controlled system there for over 3 years and published there letter to Congress to get authority to get in a they were denied... We are waiting to see if actual cards are issued.. probably will not be as was not before when this was done through one part of the USA. and only got stopped by not renewing the contract with one entity to close to the cabal .. BUT THIS WAS ACTIVATED BY THE CONTROLLER OF THIS SYSTEM ON OR ABOUT 10/7/16 AND WENT BACK TO 2012 AND IS ONGOING STILL AND CONGRESS WILL NOT ACT, EVEN THOUGH THE OIGS; COUNCIL WENT TO CONGRESS AND ASKED FOR SUBPOENA POWER FOR CONTRACTORS' RECORDS AND CONGRESS HAS NOT GIVEN IT YE T AS ONE INSIDE SOURCE WAS REPORTED SAYING THAT THE SPIKE IF OUTFLOW OFMOINES FOR MEDICARE IS A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY and thus could drain the last drop from Medicare.. and since Lynn Blodgett 'signs',the CMS contracts with all our doctors, hospitals, etc with the right to take money our of their bank account for Medicare overpayments
Its about time the people of the USA wake up and insist that our members of Congress stop allowing us to be robbed.
One sentence needs to be passed into law and no extra money is need. " AGENCIES ARE ALLOWED TO USE EXISTING BUDGET TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS OF A CONTRACTOR AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS .. (audits now, includes the systems) Most do not even know this going on as it has been done so sneakily and the TRICKSTER IS A EVIL GENIUS AND THAT PERSON IS NOT KNOW FOR SURE, JUST YET WHOM LYNN BLODGETT MAY BE UNDER. ... ONE(S) WE DID ELECT SHIRKING THEIR DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLES BUSINESS FOR US. since the COUP OF 2002.
This system is OFFLINE OF ANY CONNECTION TO CROSS CHECK AND WILL NOT KNOW FOR AWHILE... if SSA is connected as no one there in the real government is allowed access to find out. I know that my personal records there have been since the COUP of 2002 as appeals were on and hacked and taken off and that is illegal to do and should not be able to do .. as all have the right to have a decision on one. IF WE WERE STILL UNDER THE BADLY SHREDDED US CONSTITUTION WHICH WE ARE IN NAME ONLY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.. UNTIL CONGRESS ALLOWS US TO BE PUT BACK UNDER IT WITH ALL OF OUR RIGHTS WE ARE TO HAVE UNDER IT. TAKEN FROM US IN A FEW WORDS CHANGED IN A 6 THOUSAND PAGE BUDGET BILL
ARE YOU OVERPAID TO SSA?
Any worker getting Social Security on their own social security number and do not have two live dependents getting payments also on your record, or it could be a fake divorced spouse not included in the family maximum so any worker could be affected by this. . may wish to call in and find our if any fake children or others receiving benefits on their record THAT ARE JUST ADDED PERSONS AND MONIES SENT TO THE THIEVES. another kind of overpayment against the workers... that is easily waived on form SSA 632 as above with Medicare... but someone has to process it and issue you the letter. no one is doing it as they send it off to the contractor. who would be exposed as the thief if the letter was issued.

1-800 Medicare *General Dynamics? ( there may be some either new temps on duty recently or they have contracted wit other call centers of Lynn Blodgett's et al cabal) I checked on my own real Medicare number first and then called back in and checked and ordered claims sent on some of he phonies and then shocked then into reality when I said YOU ID'D ME AND ORDERED CLAIMS ON A MEDICARE CLAIM NUMBER THAT DOES NOT EXIST AT SSA. BUT ITS ME AND OVERPAYMENT AGAINST ME AND MY HEIRS.. ETC. and then got more cooperation documenting the bogus screen ad the real one hidden from their first view. they were completely on a bogus , hacked info ,offline system except when they go to history and seen the real info in Cyber clouds and showing two more primary payers open but deleted as of a past date, usually 10/6/16 not knowing it occurred the last bi weekly post. when it has the two screens real and hacked created bogus of three primaries are on the screen with a primary Medicare and a secondary Medicare and one of now identified 24 fake blues/id for a supplement to Medicare with the real primary employer group health plan FEHB Blue Cross Blue Shield as primary and the real one showing an open WORKERS COMP FECA THAT IS ALREADY PERMANENT FOR 23 YEARS AND YET THE BOGUS SCREEN DOES NOT REFLECT IT EXISTS.
SO THAT THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS PAYING BIG MONEY FOR THE BOGUS SCREEN AND ENTRAPS INTO ILLEGAL BILLING AND NOT FILING A PAPER CONDITIONAL PAYMENT WHICH IS LEGAL AND NO ONE IS OVERPAID, NEITHER THE DOCTOR, ETC. NOR PATIENT AND HEIRS. IF THIS IS DONE ....
AND ENDS UP AT THE RECOVERY UNIT TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THE ONES WHO WERE TO HAVE PAID IN THE FIRST PLACE. BUT MADE THE ILLEGAL DEALS IN THE COUP OF 2002 WITH BCBR CORPORATE IN NY OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH...BLOCKING THEIR EFFORTS OF THEIR 'FRONT' COORDINATION CALL CENTERS AND RECOVERY UNIT FROM BEING ABLE TO DO THE JOB THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE HIRED TO DO AND CANNOT DO ONE SINCE 10/6/16 WHEN THEY HIDE THE REAL SCREEN.. AND ISSUES HAVE BLOCKED TO EVEN GET THE CLAIMS TO BE RECOVERED TO THEM SINCE 1/06 AS THEIR SYSTEM IS RIGGED TO NOT USE THE REAL DATE OF INJURY BUT USED THE DATE ONE GETS PART A MEDICARE... THEY OWN THE SYSTEM AND SUBCONTRACTS OUT.. AND THE RULER OF THE USA CONTROLS...accountable to now one. but their cabal hiding in the SWAMP.
DOES ANY ONE NOT THINK SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE MEDICARE SYSTEM AND THE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO KNOW TO TELL CONGRESS TO GET THIS MESS SHUT DOWN YESTERDAY???
legally I would not have to even tell them , but I am trying to get General Dynamics to obey their contracts and law and get a picture or pint our of my screens to CMS Director Varme and they have been ordered to cover up this serious breach of security and blatant thefts for 5 months now... I can not fathom I have been at this that long. this time and the growing resistance to find out and document and send to CMS AND NO ONE CARE WE ARE BEING ROBBED. I do share with CMS but Goldman-Sachs sub. sub sidiary at HHS and others are not paying attention to a partner of theirs ate they.. T THEY HAVE THE FIRST HAND EVIDENCE AND HARD COPIES THEY CAN GET. The OIGS HAVE TO SUBPOENA THEIR OWN FRAUD INTAKE CONTRACTORS.. as who contracts out policing of the people.. to the ones with the key to the public treasury who help themselves as they wish ? CONGRESS ALLOWS AND SHOULD NEVER HAVE LET IT HAPPEN
This cabal hires nice , decent people and then mistrains them and they have no idea what they are in the middle of or working for.. and what can they do ? BLOW THE WHISTLE TO A PARTNER OF ONE OF HIS DIRECT COMPANIES WITH NO ONE KNOWS HOW MANY THERE REALLY ARE.. OF THE THIEVES.??? call 2. came in on a phony AND GOT SOME CLAIMS ORDERED AND ALL WENT THROUGH AS IF NO PROBLEM and later gave the real one, SHOCK ! that was checked... and got the info

a fake Blues supplement of HCSC-BCBS OF OK -FEP B ONLY A ONLY (no D as that is a Medicare free for all Lynn Blodgett pays under Medicare regardless of which is to pay first. for 10 years as contracts with all the insurers. and HAS NEVER SENT ONE DOLLAR TO RECOVERY TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM ANY PRIMARY CURRENT or FUTURE one determined to be PRIMARY As which AUTO INSURER ETC.
the fake Id number is one not seen for awhile of 2 zeroes in front of the real one posted with the real primary Blues and last two digits left off..
call 3. came in on another phony and got claims summaries ordered and id'd and made sure it was the phony suffix, etc.. and then SHOCKED AND RECAPS THE INFO ON THE DUPLICATE SCREENS OF INFO .
call 4,5,6,7,8 ALL THE SAME AS ABOUT ON CALL NUMBER 3. ALL ON OTHER PHONY NUMBERS AND ID;S AND CLAIMS SUMMARIES ORDERED AND SHOCKED A LOT OF WHAT SEEMS TO BE NEW PEOPLE TODAY .
