     This is a linked series back to 10/25/16 when I found the BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION HACKING THE MEDICARE SYSTEM WORSE THEN EVER SINCE PUT IN POWER BY THE US CONGRESS IN 2002  and  the whole nation has 30 trillion dollars missing and 25 million by official studies dead due to illegal acts of this cabal now in unfettered control of the USA.  As Congress voted to REMOVE THE RESTRAINER (an end time sign0 of the oversight of law by those in control  which has become the govt contractors now of one  interlocked international maze with virtual control of most nations and even the UN  has them  as they impersonal they are the govt and in the USA ITS ILLEGAL TO DO THAT AS A CONTRACTORS IS TO GIVE CORPORATE NAME AND WHAT AGENCY THEY ARE UNDER.. but  AGENCIES ARE NOT ABLE TO SPEND ONE PENNY SINCE 2002  FOR INTERNAL AUDITS OF NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND /OR PROSECUTIONS OF A GOVT CONTRACTOR.
   (see yesterdays post for how to find out how many  Medicare numbers have illegally been created on you to steal with by the cabal beast..   If  loved one needs help you can do it on speaker and thy will get permission form them to speak   or go on mymedicare.gov and have them OK you to get  their info for  Medicare purposes only .. )  

      And a few in key places inside the real govt of the DEEP STATE that helps facilitates this overthrown can be prosecuted etc. but very difficult without the oversight of the contractors they are aiding and abetting....as there is no whistle blower protections nor victim services when there is no chargeable crimes.  and  WHAT IS A CRIME FOR ANY NON GOVT CONTRACTORS IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE BY OUR OWN CONGRESS.

     I had concerns about him even having the position as he had been in charge of budget in the house.. as congressman and in office since 2005 there. and  DID HE OFFER AN AMENDMENT TO EVERY SINGLE BILL TO PUT BACK THE OVERSIGHT OF GOVT Contractors/ no!

     When he mentioned the billion dollars a day being stolen by the contractor cabal earlier this year in the budget hearing for HHS and did so in coded terms as NONE ARE ALLOWED TO MENTION, CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTORS TESTIFY  AND WITNESSES ARE NOT TO DO SO EITHER BUT DID WHEN THE OIG COUNCIL TESTIFIED AND THE CHAIRMAN OF GOVT REFORM RESIGNED FROM CONGRESS SOON AFTERWARD AND NOW WORKS FOR FOX NEWS.  CONGRESS VOTED IN THE BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION AND HEN GAGGED THEMSELVES TO COVER UP WHAT WAS DONE. AND MANY DID NOT KNOW IT OR WHY BUT WENT ALONG WITH UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTS GOING ON  AND KEPT QUIET AS THAT IS HOW EVIL IS WORSHIPPED AS ONE COVERS UP EVIL BY SILENCE . 

       So DID SEC PRICE MAKE SURE THAT THE CURRENT BUDGET FOR HHS HAD THE OVERSIGHT OF GOVT CONTRACTORS PUT BACK IN IT EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT ASKING FOR NY MORE MONEY . JUST THE RIGHT TO USE THE MONEY ?   No he did not!!

       And as CONGRESS AND PRES TRUMP GET BLAMED FOR NO REPEAL AND REPLACE OF THE HORROR  HEALTH CARE WE CALL OBAMACARE WRITTEN BY LYNN BLODGETT ET AL CABAL AS A SCAM FOR THEM TO USE TO STEAL AND PUSH OPIATES RATHER THAN CURE CAUSES OF PAIN. IN ERS TO SAVE MONEY FOR PROFITS AND SCAMMING FOR THE BEAST. ..  MADE ALL OUR HEALTH INSURERS UNACCOUNTABLE GOVT CONTRACTORS IN 2010 ALSO (few know that  thanks to  cover up media)  WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING A GOOD HEALTH CARE BILL FOR ALL OF US? Sec Price and what did we end up with   MORE HOLOCAUST

 AS BY 2014, THE FORMER DIRECTOR OF CMS (OVER HEALTH CARE NOW _ SEND A MEMO TO THE STATES REVEALING THE DEEP SECRET LAW OF THE COUP OF 2002 AND TELLING STATES THAT THEY HAD TO DO THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTION OF THE MEDICAID CONTRACTORS ON THEIR OWN AS NO FEDERAL AGENCY COULD HELP   SHE BLOW THE WHISTLE AND ALSO FOUND OUT THAT ALL PART D PRESCRIPTION DRUGS MEDICARE  WAS BEING PAID BY HIM SINCE 1/06 AS A MAJOR FREE FOR ALL AND NOTHING SENT TO RECOVERY SINCE AND NONE YET.. AS SHE RESIGNED AND THAT HIGHEST BILLS OF ALL NOW,, IS NOT EVEN A GOVT CONTRACT BUT A SUB CONTRACT OF THE INSURERS NOW CONTRACTORS AND NO WAY TO EVEN BEGIN TO NOR RENEW A CONTRACT IF EVIDENCE CAN BE OBTAINED AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AS THY HAVE TO GET IT FORM THE CONTRACTORS THEY CANNOT EVEN AUDIT

     Then Lynn Blodgett , the named  ruler of the USA took over all workers comp in the USA as sub contractors for insurers and has most of approved medial for all workers comp now illegally dumped onto Medicare to pay and even the more ethical claims paying companies have to use the illegal offline system he now has for all  AS THEY HAVE NO GOVT TO TURN TO WHEN COERCED TO PAY ILLEGALLY AS THERE IS NO GOVT TO TURN TO LET THEM PROCESS CLAIMS IN PAPER FORM AND THE ONLY ELECTRONIC WAY IS ILLEGAL PAYMENTS GOING OUT AND AS OF THE END OF THE LAST FISCAL YEAR SO ITS NOW KNOW HOW BAD IT IS UNTIL  NEXT YEAR,   UP TO 17 PAYS PER CLAIM IS BEING STOLEN BY THIS CABAL AND ALL  ARE OVERPAID AND LIABLE BUT THE GOVT CONTRACTORS  STEALING THE MONEY AND THE VICTIMS DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEY AND THEIR HEIRS ARE SUBJECT TO SEIZURE OF ASSETS  BY HIM AS CONTRACTORS   SINCE 12/16..

      A LOT OF HORRIBLE LAWS AND EXECUTIVE ORDERS AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS PUT IN PLACE IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS OF THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION THAT HAS FINISHED OFF ANY SEMBLANCE OF A SOVEREIGN NATION OR RIGHTS OF EACH OF US.  FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL..... (ALSO UN CONTRACTOR NOW REMEMBER BYPASSING EVEN OUR CONGRESS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER MAY NOT HELP MUCH)

        So the first US Senate health care bill   HAD IN IT THAT THE STATES WOULD HAVE TO GRANDFATHERS IN THE CONTRACTS ON MEDICAID.  states would have to stop trying to get the criminal contractors out of  being over the program.  Most states had him and his and most finding out it was horrible and criminal and rights on their own with state money to get it stopped and no way able to be as successful as HHS WOULD BE with the FBI AND JUSTICE DEPT HELP a but some had modest success on their won.. once they knew that  NO HELP ALLOWED TO PROTECT FEDERAL MONIES USED BY STATES.  CO-MINGLED WITH STATE AND LOCAL MONIES AND IN NEARLY EVER PART OF OUR LIVES THIS IS THE NORM NOW

     Federal saying what has to be done to get the federal monies to help  BUT NO FEDERAL OVERSIGHT OF EVEN THEIR MONIES OR TO STOP CRIMES COMMENTED   BY THE CONTRACTORS THAT OFTEN HAVE EVEN BEEN REALISTICALLY FORCED  ONTO THE STATES   and the federal mandates not even followed as no law or rules have  to be. 

     As many had begged since 2002 for help and none came as the money for the poorest among us was ripped off for their health care.  and what was actually paid kept going down so few would even see one with Medicaid. 

                                WHAT DOES A CONGRESS DO WHEN THE PRESIDENT'S HHS SECRETARY IS NOT PUTTING THE OVERSIGHT IN THE WHOLE PROPOSED BUDGET BILL ?/ and he had the position to see it was in there ??

                            WHAT DID HE DO ??

        In the budget hearing earlier this year when speaking about the ongoing theft he said was now 80 billion and we now know they went back to 12/12 on us.  and paid all claims another 16 times when even in my case one payment is an overpayment as my bi weekly post from my employer is hacked and mine even comes from a federal office a the US Dept of Labor and as of 10/6/16 Lynn Blodgett as controller of he sub contractor which owns the system now under the former GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY  - a bogus illegal off line duplicate screen  with NO SECURITY ON 60 MILLION CARD HOLDERS   is sold for big money to the whole medical community and contract call centers and claims payers to use  and then they can created multiple claims numbers steal each claim and pay in multiples diverting the money before its is credited in to the bank account of the one providing treatment   all overpaid and the medical COMMUNITY HAS BEEN FRAMED FOR THE OVER PAYMENTS BE PULLED AT ANYTIME BY THE ONE WHO STOLE THE MONEY THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY AND HEIRS OF PATIENTS  CAN HAVE PROPERTY AND ASSETS TAKEN BY ANOTHER OF HIS COMPANIES AND OVER AT SSA NONE CAN GET AN EASY WAIVER OF LIABILITY AS THOUGHT ANOTHER COMPANY HE CONTROLS NOW  HE WILL NOT MAKE IT AVAILABLE TO BE PROCESSED.  its the kind on  FORM SSA 632 where you give NO  personal financial info as you do need to state its "against equity and good conscience"  to hold one liable when the govt cannot stop the crimes and we have proven there is no way to stop it without the full force of the federal govt doing it   as LYNN BLODGETT IS IN DEFIANCE OF 39 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES NOW IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES ON ME/US  AS THE LAWS OF THE LAND ARE NOT OVER HIM AND HE IS THE LAWGIVER AS EVEN A CABINET SEC HAD TO BOW TO THE BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION YEARS AGO ..

                         AND WHY , WHEN SEC PRICE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DALLAS IN THE BUDGET HEARING FIRST THING THIS YEAR.  

  I SEARCHED ALL KINDS OF ON LINE NEW AS TO WHOM HE WENT TO SEE THERE.??

     It is highly unusual for one that high up not to stop by and speak to local HHS OFFICIALS AT THE FED BUILDING   --COMMON PLACE    BUT NOT ONE WORD ANYWHERE?

    WHO DID HE SPEAK TO FOR ADVICE.??

         WHOSE INTERNATIONAL HEADQUARTERS OF THE BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION IS IN DALLAS??

         LYNN BLODGETT!! (who is his boss?)

   as he is the one named to me in the highest place of the nation and govt etc as thee one they all take their orders from and his verbal illegal orders are carried out when their common sense says its illegal ..   the biggest hackers are the owners of the system and well written as illegal to alter with no due process etc. JUST REMOVE YOUR EMPLOYER PLANS TO OBSTRUCT MEDICAL CARE AND OVER PAYMENTS CRATED AS STEALING GOES ON .. as he manages even the insurers also.. etc. 

    NONE HAVE A FULL LIST OF ALL COMPANIES AS IT SEEMS TO BE AN UNENDING CREATION AND BE SEC CANNOT STOP IT WITH NO AUTHORITY OVER GOVT CONTRACTORS EITHER TO REALLY KNOW IF A COMPANY IS A SHELL OF ANOTHER ETC. AND A COUPLE OF COMPANIES  UNDER HIM THEN BUY INTO ANOTHER AND HOW HE GOT HOLD OF THE WEAPONS OF THE USA IN THE DEFENSE CONTRACTORS NOW OVER VIRTUALLY ALL  DOMESTIC ,  SOCIAL AND HEALTH CARE PROGRAMS 

                          I HAD GRAVE CONCERNS THAT SEC PRICE, AS FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS WENT TO THE  BOSS OF THE USA. LYNN BLODGETT TO  HAVE HIM DECIDE WHAT TO DO ??    I am less concerned about private charters in the mess getting thought an airport and to someplace when one is head of a major cabinet level agency needs to get somewhere. for official business   .    MAYBE THE GOVT NEEDS SOME SMALLER JETS  Available THROUGH THE MILITARY  for use by our high level officials.  as we used to have a GSA MOTOR POOL TO CHECK A CAR OUT FROM ??  DOESN'T THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE HAVE ONE?? and any agency can order one.. as needed for official visits.. since there is no govt audits allowed why would he be able to go see Lynn Blodgett to ask him anything ?? anyway??  so a visit to see Lynn Blodgett could not be OFFICIAL BUSINESS AND MISUSE OF A GOVT PAID CHARTER??

      US SENATE WHEN YOU HOLD CONFIRMATION HEARINGS ON THEE NEST SEC OF HHS WILL YOU ASK IF THEY WILL MAKE SURE THE OVERSIGHT of govt contractors  IS IN ALL PROPOSED BILLS THEY SEND OVER??  If you do not , THEN YOU ARE WORKING BY , FOR AND OF THE PEOPLE ARE YOU?? 

          Good people are giving a few REPUBLICAN SENATORS A ROUGH TIME NOW OVER HEALTH CARE.. BUT SEC OF HHS PRICE HAD MORE O DO WITH BAD BILLS TO ALLOW THE PLUNDERING OF THE US TREASURY AND ILLEGAL ACTS TO CONTINUE THAT COST LIVES THAN THEY DID... AND WE NEED HEALTH CARE FOR US.. AND NO PLAN IS OR US IF ITS DOES NOT HAVE ACCOUNTABILITY BY THE ONES IN CHARGE  WHICH HAS NOT BEEN ANY GOVT SINCE 2002. 

     Who knows why the DEMOCRATIC AND OTHERS SAID NO OTHER THAN POLITICAL PARTIES. but its the same.  most of them want a public option of some kind and why I am in the middle of this personally ,, to expand Part A Medicare as we did on Kidney Medicare to include all institutional care beyond what is in most heath care policies even current Medicare and that is drug rehab , mental and long term rehab and even long term nursing care and get more  in-home care/chore services subsidies  for those who do not need to be in nursing homes. which would need some block grants to states for that and watch our for oversight by the feds for contracts or a whole hundred more shell companies  by Lynn Blodgett et al  will be set up with no oversight by the feds and states cannot handle an international cabal on their own.  at all..  

    I have opinion that sometimes differ with even them on matters  but   no oversight means no law has to be obeyed anyway and has not been.  and too many have lost all over this BEAST SYSTEM OF REVELATION IN CONTROL OF THE USA AND MUCH OF THE WORLD NOW.

        VOTE AND PAY ATTENTION TO LOCAL AND STATE ELECTIONS AND ALL THE PRIMARIES... AS OFTEN THAT IS THE ELECTION WHEN YOUR AREA IS MOSTLY OF ONE PARTY OR ANOTHER 

     AND IF ONE IS ASKING TO BE SENT BACK TO CONGRESS ? DID THEY OFFER AMENDMENTS TO EVERY BILL TO PUT OVERSIGHT OF THE CONTRACTORS BACK?/ if not who are they working for? NOT US!!

    After serving on the influential US House rules committee and in that position since 2011, he became the US senator since 2013.. MANY WHO ARE EVEN ON THE RULES COMMITTEE IN RECENT YEARS DO NOT KNOW WHY THE RULE ON COVERING UP THE BEAST SYSTEM BEING IN CHARGE IF FOR THAT REASON   as its being said its a courtesy.. WHEN AGENCIES CANNOT GET ACCESS. TO A PERSON;S  OFFICIAL RECORDS  FOR THEIR OWN AGENCY OFFICIAL US.. THEN WE HAVE NO OVERSIGHT WHEN A MEMBER OF CONGRESS WITH OUR SIGNED PRIVACY RELEASES CANNOT ALSO. 
     My members of Congress should be able to take yours and mine over to one of the contractors call centers near them in DC and pull up our computer files and see for themselves the biggest security breach of any systems and  theft of the USA monies  in history going on now and against the people.
    BUT ALL ARE TOLD THE REASON FOR THE GAG ORDER RULE IS COURTESY??  WHEN YOUR LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD AN BE LOST DUE WHAT IS GOING ON ?
                     NO WONDER LYNN BLODGETT ET ALL DOES NOT WISH ACCESS TO BE HAD. BY  THE GOVT OF MEMBER OF CONGRESS AS  THIS EVIDENCE WOULD MEAN ACTION OR LOSS OF ETERNAL SOUL....  AND THE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO IGNORE IS ANYMORE.
WELL! AN  AGENCY OFFICIAL CAN COME ALONG AND MOST WISH THEY COULD GET ACCESS. TO GET THE GOODS ON THIS CABAL... 
      Not all govt officials are DEEP STATE most are in a horrible situation knowing how bad it is and no one able to do anything to stop the crimes . at Medicare and very other part of govt that has no oversight to know  what is going on and  what laws are needed or changed  to make things better; let along stop thefts.  Members of Congress would find out this from helping their people one by one.. as issues came up ..  now few can be helped as the issues are inside the contractors and  access exposes corruption and would make it easier to cancel or not renew the contract which is nearly impossible without evidence which  THE PEOPLE HAVE TO GET FROM THEIR OWN RECORDS AND GET IT TO THOSE IN CHARGE BUT THE CABAL CONTRACTOR  at The intake fraud line is not sharing these either as came out in the hearing earlier this year.  
               ( THAT CALL CENTER ALL IN FLORIDA CALLED THAT WAS THE GOVERNOR'S?  FOR HURRICANE ISSUES... AND THE NURSING HOME WERE PEOPLE DIED CALLED AND NOW CALLS DELETED.  and THOM HARTMANN DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW THESE ARE PROBABLY  GOVT CONTRACTORS IN MOST CIRCUMSTANCES OF  LYNN BLODGETT'S CABAL??       AS SMART AS HE IS,, HE MISSES KNOWING THIS.!! THE BRIGHTEST AMONG US HAVE BEEN FOOLED.
            I know as from the inside since 1968 and know how it is to be by law.. and then put in a life and death struggle and found out who was giving the order to LET HER DIE on me and from then on its been unraveling more and more and why this blog was started as its not me... I just do not wish to be  the 25 million +1 DEAD  by the illegal acts of this cabal of his  BEFORE  my natural times which is already shortened by cover-ups of HHS heads back in 1/89 and before that..  I knew most govt employees are good people and are not murderers or thieves and no one like that should be in a position of authority over anything in our govt   and certainly not unfettered access to do as they please to all of us in the USA.
     We have survived with no  govt since 2002 only because of the basic decency and honesty of the AMERICAN PEOPLE IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE GOVT AND GOVT CONTRACTORS. but as some retire or leave  the replacement hires by the DEEP STATE AND THOSE IN CHARGE AT TH CONTRACTORS DO NOT WISH THE MORE MORAL ONES THERE WHO WILL NOT GO ALONG WITH THE  HIDDEN HOLOCAUST AND THAT IS WHAT IS HAS BECOME!
