This is a series of linked Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my personal Medicare data files owned and maintained along with others hacked worse than ever by the owner of the system, a sub sub contractor of CMS of HHS. With no oversight of any government contractor since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted in the overthrow of the USA to an international cabal of now interlocked companies and illegal partnerships.. by removing the "RESTRAINER" of law where the real government has no authority to spend its existing budget to do internal audits (systems) or criminal investigation and all kinds of thievery and illegal acts began to occur with no one to stop such . With the now named head in the USA and much of the rest of the world as Lynn Blodgett... even through George Soros claims he is the mastermind,, but maybe he would like to be??
I only know the one I name in writing and verbally by high level officials who know all they know is what Lynn Blodgett tells them... and Congress only does either passed on by the agencies who have no way to verify any data or facts..
Laws and rules are what his 'verbal ' words that cause records to disappear/ be hacked and blatantly stolen as computer 'games' that hold the lives and monies of people and nations in the one server that can be held in one hand...
Currently there is massive amounts of money said to be missing and that includes testimony this week in CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET HEARING BY SEC OF HHS TOM PRICE. and a front line confirmation by an individual I spoke today at 1-800 Medicare who is seeing it ' usual ; for one individual to have multiple claims numbers and payments going out on each ... NOT REALIZING WHAT IT REALLY MEANT AND BEING ON AN OFFLINE SYSTEM THAT IS NOT CROSS REFERRING ANY REAL MULTIPLE NUMBERS ONE MAY HAVE HAD OVER TIME CHANGING WITH LIFE EVENTS. THAT CAUSED MEDICARE CLAIMS NUMBERS TO CHANGE AT SSA.
.There has never been any indication that any one there is involved in this Medicare thefts and hacks although no one knows what is gong on as Lynn Blodgett through another company he controls this section of and others parts. now as snooper? of all of us; has denied even OIG access to the system for over three years there by officials and both my personnel and claims files records have been hacked also. . WHY WASN'T THEIR LETTER TO CONGRESS THEN THE FRONT PAGE OF THE NEW YORK TIMES AS THIS AFFECTS EVERY ONE but its linked her from the SSA public web site..
All multiples of current and a few possible changes from the past would all be shown connected and not be showing separate detached screens and payments going our and received on each .. This illegal off line not connected to anything but has to be connected to the cloud to access the monies to spend out. etc. is one that I am very familiar with and used for inputs for years inside the government over 30 years ago . but have never been a programmers but humans were the security and all were trained to watch for something that did not seem right and get it to our in-house government employee programmers to fix and did so in a short time. etc. (we learned a lot about how systems worked and what they could do . and what THEY SHOULD NOT BE DOING. )
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING DAILY IN MY" DAILY TRACKING" GETTING THE INFO AND SENDING IT TO CMS DIRECT AS NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO GET IN AND FIND OUT AND SHUT THIS BILLION DOLLARS A DAY SPIKE IN OUTFLOW OF MONIES THAT IS NOT A LOT OF SICK PEOPLE ALL AT ONCE THAT HAVE MEDICARE CARDS.
. And the whole medical community is being framed to make it look as if they filed all this multiple claims per charge and actually received the money in their bank account.. which Lynn Blodgett has all the info and access with all the contracts of his and his cabal as he signs them all up to accept the payments. NOT CMS, even though the forms signed say it is and they think they are filing with CMS as IMPERSONATION OF BEING A GOVERNMENT OFFICE OR GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IS ILLEGALLY BUT BEEN DONE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 TO FOOL ALL. and this is no joke.. ITS BEEN ALLOWED TO GO ON. Most government phone numbers are answered by a contractor from this cabal and nice people hired and get their misinformation training from the same source that is not what the laws or rules really are, but what He and his cabal want it to be.. as CMS HAS NOT DONE MUCH OF ANYTHING SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND HAS EVEN LESS DIRECT INFO OF WHAT THE SYSTEM IS EVEN BEING DESIGNED TO DO OR NOT DO. as has occurred in the past and now since 10/7/16? in massive thefts as I am not the only one who has multiple payments going out and hackers created bogus numbers as if I am and others are multiple people and monies to be stolen and those in the real government now 'blackmail; in a real world that is no joke where he has the power to wipe out the entire monies of the much of the nation in some systems operation... and probably offshore in his Malaysia or other facility ..
1-800 MEDICARE PHONE LINE BLOCKED FROM MY HOME
I suspected as such ,, but I got through today anyway... and will keep on trying to document all of this. The reference to Sec of HHS Prices. is from the HHS budget hearing last WEDNESDAY AND SAW I ON CSPAN LAST NIGHT. It would be on Cspan 3 on line. It was about $40+ billion from Medicaid which his cabal has control of an most states trying to get our of under him from all the illegally and scams going on . IT WHY WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO JUST SEND EVERY DOCTOR ETC A BIG SUM OF MONEY AND LET THEM FIGURE OUT INDIVIDUALLY OR TOGETHER IN COMMUNITIES ETC.;THE BEST WAY TO HELP THOSE WITHOUT INSURANCE OR UNDER INSURED. AND FILE A RETURN AT THE END OF THE YEAR OF WHAT WAS DONE WITH THE MONEY AND IF NOT USED RETURN IT. ETC.
I trust those all of us trust our very lives when sick or injured better than the ones known to be stealing massively from all of us and being able to get by with it...
and the sum for Medicare was nearly 80 billion for last year stolen... and the amounts stolen by a few scam artists doctors. etc. are not nearly that amount at all This is a massive system operation on the illegal off line system. There is a linked article a few months ago that said there was already a spike of a billion dollars a day going our from 4 agencies a day and Medicare was one of them.
And about 6 weeks abo , now I discovered the phony 16 Medicare numbers activated on my records. as reported here and why this blog was started in 12/08 when 3 OIG;s FBI cyber cries and DOJ US Atty , etc. all found out that the COUP of 2002 would not permit them all to go in and shut down the illegal operation.. It took the new acting director of CMS Don Berwick MD and then Marie Traevenner until 11/12 to get it stopped by doing the one thing left to the real government, to not renew the contract with Trailblazer and 1-800 Medicare documented this for over 2 years and sent in the reports and hard copied of all the screens like mine... . as their contract orders them to do , as its a crimes being reported against the patient. medical provider and the nation. Patients have overpayment their heirs inherit. and at SSA Lynn Blodgett will not process one of them .. which is where one giver no personal financial info as and sates its 'against equity and good conscience to hold the patient accountable to stop hat even the real government can no longer stop .. and most may not eve know this occurred to day . AS NO ONE WAS NOTIFIED . AS ON THIS OLD SYSTEM ONE CAN MANUALLY SUPPRESS A NOTICE GOING OUT . When each claim paid by Medicare as 17 CLAIMS AND THE INITIAL WAS BACK TO 12/12 WHEN THE FORMER MASSIVE THEFT WAS Documented for 1/06 through 11/12 Began in or about 8/08.. as I was already tracking the illegal use of one phony number to by pass the system to illegally pay one claims from Medicare when and the only thing that CMS can do or any agency can do since the COUP of 2002 is not renew or cancel a contract but a lot of evidence is needed and hard to get when their are no internal audits to find our what is really going on.
IN my case Medicare has never been primary as three Medicare judges have ruled and orders the contractor of Benefits Coordination and Recovery Contractor of the former Group Health Inc of NY to get the due process letters out and go get the monies in civil suit... but
Their corporate of the former GROUP HEALTH OF NY ARE THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN HACKING THE EMPLOYER POSTS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND MAKING MEDICARE THE PRIMARY PAYEE ILLEGALLY IN ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS WITH PRIMARY PAYERS WHO DO NOT WISH TO PAY..

Mine comes from the US Department of Labor personnel office in house programmers and hey have never been able to hack and remove the Federal workers comp FECA. until 10/6/16 when they now have dual screens crated soon after the bi weekly posts.. and has been documented here by those I speak to .. and I have the new written confirmation of the 17 numbers active on me now.
ALL THE CALL CENTERS GET A BOGUS SCREEN WITH MEDICARE PRIMARY AND A BOGUS POST FOR A BLUES SUPPLEMENT WHICH ARE NOW IDENTIFIED 25 as of today .. VARIATIONS OF A FAKE ONE.. and daily and often several times a day the system keeps trying to repost those as if that will merge the two screens and make it one with the Blues as the primary . etc? that means if he info goes through no insurers being more ethical could catch that a 17 identical claims were being paid except for the different suffixes. for co pays. AS THEY USED TO JUST REMOVE THE BLUES AS IT WAS NOT AS SECUTE AS THAT CAN CHANGE YEARLY IN OPEN ENROLLMENTS PERIODS. But my FECA has been permanent medical already for 23+ years due to being put on home liquid oxygen and that also makes it my only primary as its an obscure 1988 labor law that oxygen is one things that does this .. before any thing else is done on the record. like permanent disability from FECA which then would post as retired. as FECA still would be paying all the bills.

INSTEAD AS ITS A CHEAPER LESS 'BYTES?' since 10/7/16 the recovery unit can not get recovery letters out as the hiding of the real screen prevents is.. and even then the letters have been going to Lynn Blodgett's companies and are now and the real primary do not get them as they contract our to him and his to handle and have allowed all the thefts to go on since the COUP of 2002. AND INTERNAL AUDITS WOULD HAVE STOPPED THIS YEARS AGO .
They own the system and its now contracted out to the head of the cabal through a company he now has control of .. etc.
Even if no money was being stolen, the breach of security of 60 million patients records and files breaks all kinds of laws.. etc. Our good doctors could be fined big amounts for a slight breach of security of files at their office or hospital .UNDER HE HIPPA LAWS.
But government contractors were NEVER PUT UNDER ANY PROTECTION OF OUR RECORDS AND PROTECTION ENDS WHEN A CLAIM IS FILED AND NOW ALL ARE UNDER IT Our medical records data base is owed by Group Health In as a contract since 1999 and said to be for medical research but no used for all kinds of thins and can BE SOLD ON THE OPEN MARKET... but is a deadly mess of co mingled patient records and typos and errors and no way to get a copy yet correct errors and this is USED FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT ESPECIALLY IN EMERGENCY ROOMS AND I HAD IT USED WHEN I SAW A SPECIALIST.. and have had two close calls when it was used. and just recently the cloud let our some info for one of at least four other patients co mingled with mine that said I had smoked 2 packs of day for 40 year and I have never been a smoker. tried a few one day at age 18, and did not like it and never became one...

Mymedicare.gov and phone verification at BCRC are the same hacked and never has been a change when the employer posts come in.. Four fake Blues are on there but not the real one and id. no new claims shown to day and this is only real number only.. BCRC has never had access to see the multiples.. but their sub? contractors now has the system of the whole..AND THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT IS GOING ON AND DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE ACCESS ??

and today one who is fairly new employee said she is seeing these multiple screen as usual and had no idea it was not OK. She said this in a short phrase when a second screen was pulled up and summary notices ordered on a phony number of one of a widow under 65 on Kidney dialysis.. and I am not in any of those three categories. and did not know that one could not be a wife and widow on the same man at the same pit in time. she seemed intelligent but not that knowledgeable about SSA and Medicare.. and this one new employee is seeing a lot of what is on my screen . THIS IS THE FIRST CONFIRMATION FROM ONE IN FRONT OF THESE SCREENS OF ALL OF US WITH MEDICARE CARDS TO SEE THIS. and mentioned it.. as NOT UNUSUAL.... a real cover up going on at GENERAL DYNAMICS MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHICH ONE DID NOT DENY THAT THEY WERE OF THIS CABAL;S .. AS SUSPECTED MONTHS AGO WHEN I HAVE HAD SUCH DISCRIMINATION TRYING TO GET THE DAILY INFO .. AND TRACK THIS. PRAYING OTHERS WOULD WAKE UP AND TAKE ACTION, ESPECIALLY IN CONGRESS.

I was also told that many have sent this to escalation to have someone call me as to what to do .. on this multiples and no one has called me back.. Over the last nearly 6 weeks all the claims have been orders and am not getting those, not even a COPY OF THEM on my own real numbers.. so WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AT ESCALATION.. which is to be a help desk with more training.. and a real obstruction and cover up going on ????

The real posting from my employer last Tuesday showed FECA and primary employer group health plan of FEHB Blues and real ID numbers open but "D" indicator of 10/6/16 and no one has been officially told by their trainers what this means in writing or an info screen of instructions.. Some say deleted , some say updated. and I SAY ILLEGAL DUPLICATE SCREENS CREATED. and of course the act took place a few days ago , not months ago as hacking does not show a date.

needed to get some info from OPM and their lines were jammed. and sent an e mail then spent my birthday rewards to order more suppliers to use to file and file until there is a government in place to stop the crimes and civil rights violations against me and mine and others as 'rumor and gossip " now runs the government , nation and world and no one knows what is really gong on as the trickster of evil overcomes us.. when we are called to be over comers of evil and not cover uppers.
ended up resting much of the day .. with my own mountain of paperwork to get done. covered with cloths to suppressed the inks and paper smells as inflaming triggers.... and my garden awaits and did not get our to it today.. (we have his and her gardens in our home) but share the produce. and the snow peas are in bloom and should have some great stir fry by another week. eating radishes and lettuce and carrots look good.... etc.
