   I was able to make some Daily Tracking calls after another recent claims just got paid 17 times and the billing service got talked out of filing legally  as a conditional payment to Medicare as a paper claim  by the provider call center as they are all told to us the illegal off line insecure bogus screen of info that is sold  to the Medical Community  since  10/7/16...  THESE basically  NICE PEOPLE AT THE VARIOUS CABAL CALL CENTERS OF CONTRACTORS. .ARE NOT TOLD ITS AN ILLEGAL SCREEN OF INFO AT ALL.. AND ARE LIED TO AND TOLD ITS NOW THE ACCURATE INFO .. INSTEAD..

  Only 1-800 Medicare is able to see the total history of actions except a hack leaves no date of that occurrence.   and they are being told the same things as soon after the bi weekly post from our employers for those of us who do not have Medicare as a primary ..  they system is hacked by the owner BCRC of the former Group Health Inc of NY.. to make Medicare the primary  and since then

ALSO HIDDEN IS ALL WORKERS COMP FORM THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY AS I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO ONE  BILLING SERVICES WHO HAS SEEN IT BEING SHOWN THEM SINCE 10/7/16  EXCEPT IF THEY ACCESS THE SYSTEM AFTER THE BI WEEKLY POST AND BEFORE ITS SOON HACKED.

                               HARDER TO GET PROOF OF CRIMES BEING COMMITTED IN YOUR NAM AND OVERPAYMENT LIABILITIES . THAT HEIRS INHERIT WITH THE HAD OF THE CABAL BLOCKING ANY EASY TO OBTAIN WAIVER AT SSA. NOW.

    You may no longer to get  temporary entitlement letter from the hacked illegal screen now sent to you on phony multiple claims numbers created from your own or spouses social security number as the last couple of days the hackers who own the system have gone on and cross referred each one of the phony to your real one  AND NOT CROSS REFERRING ALL 17 WHICH IS THE NUMBER MANY MAY HAVE AS I DO ..  I do not even have the three real ones that have existed at SSA but changed over the years do to life event changes   The only way to insure that only one pay goes out per clams.. and in my case non do unless as a conditional payment sent to recovery to get back from the primary .. is for all to be cross referred which there were a year ago.

   I have proof in writing with a CMS letter head from the contractor that affirms the system has them in it.. active . This is a ancient system and there is a limit of 17 per pages and then its like setting up another web site.. as I recall.  ON my own  SSN I have the possible 4 suffixes.. A,M,T,TA but there are dozens of possibilities  as a spouse.. I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6

  THE MULTIPLE  PAYMENTS ARE SHOWN IN THE SYSTEM AS GOING OUR AND RECEIVED BY SOMEONE  EVEN IF DIVERTED TO OTHER THEN EACH MEDICAL PROVIDER...

        notices can be suppressed on this old system and now it may suppress anyone getting evidence that these exist in the system and no one in the real government is being allowed to get the info from the  1-800 Medicare as the had of the cabal seem to be in charge. who is the hacker and its an impossible situation as insiders say A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY IS BEING STOLEN FROM MEDICARE. AND WHERE  IS IT..

                 AND EACH PATIENT HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW AS ITS THEFT OF THEIR ID AND INFO AND LIABILITY UNTIL FORMALLY WAIVE.. AND SINCE THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO STOP IT SINCE THE COUP OF 2002, ITS UP TO EACH ONE TO TRY AND STOP IT IN SOME WAY... LEGALLY AND WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 15 YEARS NOW...  and Congress leaves the gate locked to the swamp.  IF THEY DO NOT ALLOW AGENCIES TO DO AUDITS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS.. THEN WE WILL REMAIN IN SOMETHING WORSE THAN EVEN ANARCHY... most oblivious that we have no government in charge.. and  think there is.. and do nothing to convince Congress to reinstate  the US Constitution as our governing document which only applies when there is a government of, by and for the people. it makes a mockery of our elections.. as we vote for those to take care of our government business for us and they have shirked their duty and oath to us since the COUP of 2002.

 Since the COUP of 2002 no non DOD agency can  do an internal audits of its contractors let alone criminal investigation.. and there has been an illegal bail out of the insurance industry  since them by the owner of the system which  is also to do coordination and recovery and has units to do that ho are blocked from don't those jobs by their own corporate doing the opposite. 

(ITS BEEN ILLEGAL SINCE 1994 TO ALTER AN EMPLOYER POST AS MANY PARTIES RIGHTS  ARE AFFECTED THAT HAVE ALL KINDS OF DUE PROCESS RIGHTS )

  three Medicare judges have affirmed that the posing is accurate and mine comes from the US Department  of Labor  personal office. not private industry .. and its legally correct as my FECA

   President Trump admits the job is harder than he thought it was.. and my opinion  is the entrenching of both parties in CONGRESS TO KEEP THE GATE LOCKED..   and keep the unconstitutional gag order they have on congress to not mention, contact or have a contractors testify . so that laws get passed based on unverifiable data as only the contractor knows for sure .if the info is accurate or not..    Unfortunately  these is also a culture that allows those inside the government  to go along to get along and pass on the too often inaccurate info as truth .. and cause mores harm to each  and all and the nation.  instead of telling the truth that they have a source of info and they are not able to check it our if valid info is being shared.

 has a new claims paid for a recent doctor visit and its way to soon for this to have one to both FECA and my primary Blues first ,, and then onto Medicare as a paper conditional claims.. It cannot go electronically  since 1/06 as the Medicare billing system is not what the taxpayer paid for and they will not use the real date of injury for a workers comp case.    The other info is still a manually hacked mess and it has no connection to the bi weekly post from employers.

phone lines to my home still blocked and I have done nothing illegal to warrant this.. violation of my civil rights.  as my medical care is being obstructed over this hacking as well as thefts against me and my heirs.  we seem to be hack to IF THE WORKERS COM P SCREEN IS DELETED FROM BEING SEEN AND SENT OUT. DO NOT TELL ANYTHING ABOUT IT.??/ THAT IS EVIL TO DO THIS TO BASICALLY NICE PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT THEY HAD A PUBLIC SERVICE JOB

   SO CMS IS NOT GETTING PRINT OUTS OF SCREENS OF ME AND OTHERS THEY HAVE INDICATED THEY ARE SEEING.. AND THEIR CONTRACT SAYS THEY ARE TO REPORTS THIS TO THEM. SO THE BEST THEY CAN GET IS THE AUDIT OF EACH PATIENT.

    WE HAVE A MELTDOWN OF THE MEDICARE SYSTEM TRYING TO RECONCILE 3 OPEN PRIMARY PAYERS ETC.  AND IT CANNOT DO SO ..

   The system is now crashing at times. . just as one member of Congress said. the MEDICARE HACKERS DID THE SAME THINGS TO THE HEALTH INSURANCE EXCHANGE  and that is insecure and non people signed up and some real people not even eligible to sign up and getting subsidies. etc.

     call 1. got through and as soon  as I put in one of the phony numbers,, it disconnected. me. as soon as the transfer to an agent went through

 call 2.  got in and verified that one of the phony ones existed and paid the  new claim. and ordered a temporary entitlement letter on it.. she had the bogus screen fist of Medicare primary and when I asked bout FECA and FED Blues my primary employer plan . she would never mention FECA but said that the FED blues posted as a primary on  3/1/17 but was deleted as of 8/29/07.. THINK THIS IS LOGICALLY IMPOSSIBLE.  My primary employer plan has not been on there since 8/29/07 when deleted but was on 3/1/17...  but also said that she showed I had it as of 3/1/10 in the field for working aged which is where it posts for a primary employer plan..   and also shows deleted as of 2/8/12. as well  ITS HACKED BI WEEKLY IS THE WHOLE TRUTH AS THOSE THERE SEE IT

                             There is no termination date and its open along with the bogus screen AND SHE WOLD NOT SAY WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FECA.. AND IT SEEMS AT LEAST ONE OF THE CALL CENTERS IS INTENTIONALLY TELLING THEM NOT TO TELL ME.. AND ITS PERMANENT UNTIL DEATH..

SYSTEM IN MELTDOWN AS THE CYBER CLOUD DIGS FURTHER BACK INTO THE HISTORY THAT GOES BACK TO THE BEGINNING  AND KEEPS PULLING OUT NEW INFO TO FIND SOMETHING THAT MAKES SENSE TO IT.. human thievery just is not logical  to artificial intelligence.

      call 2.  came in on my real number and went to billing and they would not tell me anything but that they first showed Medicare primary ..

   I had to go get some medical tests run at a local hospital and turned in the evidence of the 17 numbers.  and the DAILY RECAP ADDED  FOR 10/28/16 FROM WHAT THE MAIN CLAIMS PAYER FOR OUR AREA SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE..  and  when I asked what they had on their system today.. HE SAID THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN... 

  Those 17 entitlement letters on is proof ONE CANNOT RELY ON THE SYSTEM FOR ANY KIND OF ACCURACY AT ALL
