I had spent the day under the wrath of several who seemed unaware that my rights , along with many others were usurped routinely now and took it out on me for what is really happening to them also.
Not realizing that all the efforts that I and my family have accomplished over the last several years and we have shared here , is more typical than one realizes.
AND PRESIDENT OBAMA YOU ARE WRONG, DEATH PANELS DO EXIST AND THEY WERE CREATED LONG BEFORE YOU TOOK OFFICE IN 2009. YOUR ADVISERS AROUND YOU ARE NOT DOING YOU SERVICE NOR FOR THE PEOPLE IN THESE MATTERS AS OUR PUBLIC MONIES CONTINUE TO BE STOLEN. AND PEOPLE'S BASIC RIGHTS OF EVEN LIFE USURPED.
The fundamental flaw of the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS THAT THE GOVERNMENT AND YOU AR NOT IN CONTROL OF IT EITHER CIVIL NOR CRIMINALLY WHEN WRONG THINGS DO OCCUR AND ITS THE BASIC FLAW IN OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AND MUCH OF GOVERNMENT NOW THAT HAS GOTTEN EXPONENTIALLY WORSE SINCE 1994 WHEN THE FORMER SEC OF HHS MADE AN ORDER TO LET THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY POLICE ITSELF AND TURNED OVER AUTHORITY OF OVER SIGHT TO THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AND THE LOOTING OF OUR PUBLIC MONIES BEGAN IN EARNEST. AND GOT WORSE OVER TIME.
These are the constitutional flaws that should have been 'fixed' before we put the whole nation under this international cabal and made all the health insurers among the unaccountable 'partners' of the government now to do as thee please with our lives and rights of even life itself.
WRATH OF CHAOS AND CORRUPTION HITS ME
I Could not get my diabetic strips from Walmart as the 'common working file' ( the privately owned Medicare computer system is still being illegally messed with and any one who has a primary payer of an employer group health plan is deleted off it soon after the official and correct info posts to illegally have Medicare pay all the bills when its not the primary payer. In my case the appellate judge affirmed the lower ones who got the real documents on case M09-1406. and it is defied by this cabal in charge now as agency judges orders are not enforceable if none are in charge..
Insiders who have helped document have thousands of reports that none in Congress nor in the HHS has ever seen never soon except when we faxed them the portion we have which should have been enough to take action over a decade ago and none ever did and why? The extensive data collected by 500 named witnesses on this has not been shared with you nor with congress as no one is allowed to have it in the real government as its all inside the contractors and its estimated at trillions stolen that would upset even the budget of the USA as its on going as I found out today as Walmart could not split bill and wanted a co pay when there is legally none. but they are given illegally altered info to bill and ever other medical providers and suppliers tin the nation goes through the same thing every day on this and is coerced into committing Medicare fraud to get any payment at all. as this cabal says use the system as they illegally made it to be so they can come after our good medical people later on when they wish to flex abuses of power? TO BLACK MAIL OUR GOOD DOCTORS, ETC. IS EGREGIOUS AND CRIMINAL AND ITS HIGH TIME CONGRESS WAKES UP AND DOES SOMETHING AND JUST REPEALING 'OBAMA CARE ' IS NOT SOLVING ANYTHING MUCH,
Since my diabetes is pretty well controlled by diet and cinnamon from a reputable supplement company, I am to test just once a day , now and this does catch when it does rise and diet can be adjusted for foods that , etc that affect the readings. These new GMO grains seem to be the worse offender.
The older hybrids seemed to be OK and wish all of our foods could be labeled for the variety of the plant as some Some of the older GMO's are not the offender some of the new ones are, In my opinion and my medical tests appear to reflect this. When one is created to kill insects, then good bacterias we need in our bodies gets killed, too?
Then over at SSA we have utter chaos created as they are not in control of much either and systems are hacked in to and lack of basic training causes chaos and medical care and rights affected there also. When one files and appeal of a decision made then its to be entered on the system and if one has a legal Representative either attorney or non attorney as I do that is also to be entered and all of us have to be notified when future decisions are made and also we have the right to know who has custody of the file, eve if its digital now.
I filed for a hearing in 8./09 on a technical entitlement factor that is clearly SSA's jurisdiction and the hearing request was entered in the system This is a legal issue where the law has been interpreted by agency officials one way and then another over the last 30 years and begs for judicial review to settle the matter It often affects those involved with federal workers compensation and some state employees and before a hearing with a federal judge can be held the issue become s moot as benefits are reinstated, etc.
FEDERAL WORKERS COMP ENDED FOR ANY 'BLACK LISTED' AS 90 OF US SSA ER;S WERE , THEN HHS EMPLOYEES WERE BEFORE WE GOT THE HOSPITALS, ETC ON 1/10/89 FROM OUR SSA OFFICE IN JERSEY CITY , NJ. AND MANY OTHER OUTSIDE INTERESTS DO NOT WISH MY FILE TO EXIST. I WAS THE ONLY ONE NOT TURNED AWAY BADLY INJURED AND GOT THE TOXIC INHALATION DIAGNOSED TO PROVE THE ILLEGAL CONDITIONS IN A BILLIONAIRES BUILDING INSURED BY CNA.
Many have said over the years that my case became a type of precedent case for those who have toxic and chemical injuries and many huge money interests do not with it to exist nor me to ever testify to my medical records.. Under the US Constitution when one person gets a right or benefit then every one in a similar situation gets them too. and big interests have been illegally involved from the beginning on on this and I have begged for security to be placed on my records in multiple agencies and never has been and thus for over 26 years a felony upon felony disappearance of my files or parts of it have occurred to this very day to obstruct the legal processes and now, some studies say I am part of 11 million with similar physical medical conditions. So many harmed by what happens to any one of us. So many more lives are affected as to what occurs on any ones government files that could set the legal rights for others as my case has to be gotten . rid to let this illegal cabal run amok with our rights of life and due processes., then rights of life and dues process disappears for others also and vice versa I have a non controverted accepted Federal workers compensation case with the merits never in question, and yet due to on going felonies allowed to be committed I and too many others are in a life threatening situation under real DEATH PANELS THAT IS NOT TO EXIST BUT DOES AND HAS FOR OVER 26 YEARS NOW AS THE STRUGGLE FOR LIFE ITSELF GOES ON.WITH NONE IN THE GOVERNMENT CARING AT ALL IF A HOLOCAUST IS GOING ON AND INCREASING THAT CAN SWALLOW UP ANY ONE IN ANY TOXIC OR CHEMICAL SPILL OR EVENT.
. Government officials are to treat every one equal before the law and today tit was obvious that mean none have rights is the equal treatment?, but that is not the mandate for many years by a government contractor who has over thrown the federal government and much of state and local also where those we have elected or hired to watch out for us and treat us with due process rights and equally before the law no longer have the authority over their own agencies to do so.
Chaos has created real DEATH PANELS LONG BEFORE 2009 AND ONLY WORSE NOW AS ALL ARE UNDER THIS INTERNATIONAL FINANCIALLY INTERLOCKED CABAL WHERE NATIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS OF EACH OF US AND OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ARE USURPED AND THAT VIOLATES THE UN HUMAN RIGHTS DIRECTIVES ALSO.
So I file for a HEARING with SSA in 8/2009, the appeal is entered on the system and that means no one at SSA can make any decisions until a judge Okays that they can take part of the case and make a decision that is not affected by what judge might rule on. THIS BASIC PROCEDURE THAT IS LEGALLY CORRECT AS WELL AS ETHICALLY , DID NOT OCCUR. AND UTTER CHAOS CREATED THAT AFFECTS LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD.
The file disappeared out of the hearing office unknown by my self and my non attorney rep. and WE WERE NOT ISSUED ANY OFFICIAL ORDER OF TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OFFICE NOR ANY DECISION MADE. System was hacked into and appeal deleted also as has been gong on now for over decade too for others. still legally pending but file destroyed over a 1/2 dozen times. and not posted by ACS et al either.. as it would expose their illegal acts.?Ignorance and blatant disregard for due process rights occurred and something that was basic training for us when I went to work for SSA IN 6/68 back when government still worked as every one was upholding the rights of others the best they could and were trained in how to do this held accountable if it was not done.
So legally there is still a hearing pending in MacAlester OK SSA hearing office even those its not there and the system was hacked into and deleted off of there. and the second remand from the appellate judges is ignored too. to hold a hearing so they have something to rule on if I appeal a lower judge;s decision. which has not occurred yet as no hearing held and first item is a request for a subpoena for my personnel files from SSA and or HHS that disappeared over a decade ago and no one wants to find it and no records either on line exist either. for any one transferred to workers comp jurisdiction who are legally still employed by SSA. until they can retire and that cannot occur until CEO Lynn Blodgett obeys 15 appellate Judges at the US Dept of labor and posts my file from my records as his several copies he has had were shredded and disappeared. in violations and defiance of judges so no permanent disability could be worked. as filed for as long ago as 1996.. when he had contorl already of OPM et al. So none could know the facts and why in 2009 three US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR APPELLATE Judges said to ask me for the facts as none else has much of anything but rumor and gossip which the most recent came from him and weer blatant lies that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and nothing to do on my cases as he knows it is a lie and does not care as his 'word is taken with out question for any in the government as they have nothing to rebut what he says as they do not have even the Judges orders to officially read. let alone obey as he has control over all. in his over a hundred corporations and as many partnerships and secret agreements with regard to our monies and rights in the nation and world.

My own regional commissioner is on Linked in and may be the one causing me some issues over there as others seen fine with me being part of the groups. She was named as an offender as an HHS employee over the nears in EEOC complaints that ended with EEOC sanctions against HHS which SSA WAS A PART OF FOR TORTURE TO THE POINT OF DEATH SO DEATH PANELS ARE DOCUMENTED AS EXISTING BY THE EEOC, MR PRESIDENT , AT LEAST ON MY CASES.. and long before you got to Washington , DC. I pray for your success daily as yours is mine and all of ours. And some things need badly fixed in case we get someone elected that is worse than any in office so far. I pray some good people run from all parties and one of them makes it so all of us can 'make it.' Ad I do truly want justice for three dead at the hands of others in 3. 61 as its shadow over all for what occurred there and covered up to this day. Its a national shame we need to face and over come so it never again occurs but we are seeing the WRATH OF EVIL MANIFESTING IN OTHER WAYS NOW AND WE MUST WORK TO STOP IT. I seem to be in the ;new group; to be 'gotten rid of" and I choose to live and wish ALL others to have that right also,.
8/09 SSA HEARING FILED ON ENTITLEMENT FACTORS
When We filed, there was a 3 year back log that when my file disappeared, 2/3 of others apparently did also as the stats for that office went down that fast at the time. Months later I forwarded a couple of pieces of papers to be associated with the file, not realizing that now all that the Federal employees are doing is scanning this over to the 'cabal; and they decide what gets entered. and for any one illegally 'blacklisted' by this cabal to get out of paying liability cases or for any other nefarious reason is not much will survive and what does manipulates the outcome as to what a judges gets and whether one is going to have a hearing., So the judge, gets these couple of pieces of paper not being told by the office manager that a hearing file had disappeared out of their custody with no decision, and there was a dismissal of those couple of pieces of paper not germane to the outcome of the hearing itself., as no hearing ever took place that was still legally pending in the hearing office although not visible in any form to those there.
It took nearly two years to get it through the appeals council appellate judge who had to dismiss and remand as there had been no hearing ever held on the hearing that was filed on 8/09 on the legal issues that affect entitlement factors as well as there are appeals at the lower levels pending since 9/2000 on subsidized wages and other matters that even the medical, decision for disability that HAS YET TO BE DONE on my medical records and my my medical sources and even the board certified pulmonologist the state agency sent me to in OKC who ran tests that gave results in consensus with all the others over the last 26 years disappeared also and was reported as shredded, too. and never posted as orders came from acting head of the agency? to obstruct FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION FROM BEING ABLE TO ADOPT IT.? BLATANT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND ABUSE OF POWERS ByA FEW HIGHERS UPS TO STAY OUT OF JAIL TO COVER UP TREASON? TO DO THE BIDDING OF BIG MONEY OUTSIDE INTERESTS OR ALL OF THE ABOVE? THAT OCCURRED BACK IN 88-89 AND PUT US ON THE PATH DIRECTLY TO 9/11/01 as I have written about here many times over. CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS GOES ON OR THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORANT AND THAT IS A DERELICTION OF DUTY IN ITSELF.. THE LOWER JUDGE HAS TO RULE BEFORE THE APPELLATE JUDGE CAN REVIEW AND THE LOWE JUDGE WAS LIED TO OR UNETHICALLY KNEW AND WENT ALONE WITH THE HEARING REQUEST ILLEGALLY DISAPPEARED FROM THE CUSTODY OF THE OFFICE. AND ILLEGALLY HACKED INTO AND DELETED FORM THE SYSTEM ITSELF, DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF IT CANNOT GET OIG TO DO ANYTHING AS ITS A CONTRACT AND NOT UNDER THE LAWS OF THE LAND ANY MORE.

AND THE RECENT HEARING REQUEST WAS NOT ON THERE EITHER TO DAY AND THAT ENDED WITH MORE HORRIFIC WRATHFUL TREATMENT OF ME TO EVEN SUGGEST THAT THE LAWS AND RIGHTS BE UPHELD AND WERE AND HAVE NOT BEEN. AS I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY I FILED FOR A HEARING ON ALL MATTERS IN A LETTER FROM SSA THAT GAVE ME THE RIGHT TO FILE RECENTLY AND DID AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO IGNORE THE HEARING AND FILE ANOTHER RECONSIDERATION SO APPARENTLY EVEN THE RECONSIDERATION DECISION DONE RECENTLY WAS EITHER NEVER ENTERED OR DELETED TOO. SO NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THE REAL RECORDS EVEN ARE THAT LEGALLY EXIST BUT ARE NOT VISIBLE IN ANY FORM TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS TO LEGALLY ACT ON THEM? It SSA wishes to reopen the case on their own and render all the decisions without any files? then that is the request they need to make as I wish to preserve my filing date for the Hearing should I not agree with the final result. . Hanging up on me repeatedly when I am only trying to get files together so they can make an informed and legal decision on matters, is not cooperating to get due process rights followed at all. or any other constitutional rights. I am cooperating fully and for some reason those in the govt are not at all and why not ? New inflammatory gossip run amok?
AND TODAY THE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE STAFF FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS UNAWARE THAT THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ONE TO FILE AND GIVE EVIDENCE OF A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT OF CORRUPTION AGAINST A HIGH LEVEL GOVERNMENT PERSON AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AS THE OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT , WHICH HAD NOT SERVED US WELL OVER THE YEARS WAS DISMANTLED.
So while congress holds hearings on misconduct by high level officials, and decries what is going one, they do not know that there is no office for ant one to submit a report to anyway.CHAOS BECOME CORRUPTION AND AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT AND the basics of where is the 'police station to report a crime' no longer even exists at the Federal level.
OIG's do not get these as they take their orders from high level govt officials and that is a basic conflict of interests if any one even knows what that is any more.
SO LIVES AND PUBLIC MONIES GET STOLEN AND TAKEN FROM US AND THE BASICS OF NO ONE IN CHARGE GOES ON AS THE THIEVES AND WHAT IS CALLED MURDER BY ANY ONE ELSE RUNS AMOK. And in trying to confirm this today, Congressional rules in place for years are to let it occur as government contractors cannot be questioned nor contacted and we have our Congressman and women and Senators with the lowest popularity ratings , because CONGRESS CAN NOT HELP ANY ONE FOR MUCH OF ANYTHING AS ONLY THE GOVERNMENT PARTNERS KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON. AND CONTACTING THEM IS FORBIDDEN EVEN BY THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AS THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER THIS 'BEAST; THAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO OVER THROWN THE USA AND MUCH OF THE REST OF THE WORLD, NOW..

I said if you do not by reason of personal conscience then I respect that, but otherwise you have become the problem as if 95% of the people voted on all elections even if we vote for different people, OUR PRESENCE IS POWER THAT OVERCOMES THE GREAT WEALTH OF ANY ONE PERSON OR CORPORATION AS THOSE OWNERS STILL ONLY HAVE ONE VOTE EACH LIKE THE REST OF US DO.
GET REGISTERED AND VOTE AND LET THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE RULE. ALMOST EVERY NATION NOW HAS THE VOTE BY THE PEOPLE EVEN IF THE FORM OF GOVERNMENT DIFFERS ETC. MAKE YOUR PRESENCE KNOW THAT WE ARE HERE AND WE HIRE YOU AND WE CAN FIRE YOU AT THE NEXT ELECTION IF YOU DO NOT DO THE JOB. Be smart and give credit to those wanting to do the best and are not allowed to and send more like than to office to help out. I DO NOT HAVE TO AGREE WITH EVERY THING MY OWN CONGRESSMAN AFFIRMS FOR HELP ON THE BASIC RIGHTS TO BE HAD TO OCCUR.

Some folks have a faith system that says they are intertwined. When harmony of one is upset nature reflects it. Since my diabetes is pretty well controlled by diet and cinnamon from a reputable supplement company, I am to test just once a day , now and this does catch when it does rise and diet can be adjusted for foods that , etc that affect the readings. These new GMO grains seem to be the worse offender.
The older hybrids seemed to be OK and wish all of our foods could be labeled for the variety of the plant as some Some of the older GMO's are not the offender some of the new ones are, In my opinion and my medical tests appear to reflect this. Then over at SSA we have utter chaos created as they are not in control of much either and systems are hacked in to and lack of basic training causes chaos and medical care and rights affected there also. So I file for a HEARING with SSA in 8/2009, the appeal is entered on the system and that means no one at SSA can make any decisions until a judge Okays that they can take part of the case and make a decision that is not affected by what judge might rule on. THIS BASIC PROCEDURE THAT IS LEGALLY CORRECT AS WELL AS ETHICALLY , DID NOT OCCUR. AND UTTER CHAOS CREATED THAT AFFECTS LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD.
The file disappeared out of the hearing office unknown by my self and my non attorney rep. and WE WERE NOT ISSUED ANY OFFICIAL ORDER OF TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OFFICE NOR ANY DECISION MADE. System was hacked into and appeal deleted also as has been gong on now for over decade too for others. still legally pending but file destroyed over a 1/2 dozen times. and not posted by ACS et al either.. as it would expose their illegal acts.?Ignorance and blatant disregard for due process rights occurred and something that was basic training for us when I went to work for SSA IN 6/68 back when government still worked as every one was upholding the rights of others the best they could and were trained in how to do this held accountable if it was not done.
So legally there is still a hearing pending in MacAlester OK SSA hearing office even those its not there and the system was hacked into and deleted off of there. and the second remand from the appellate judges is ignored too. to hold a hearing so they have something to rule on if I appeal a lower judge;s decision. which has not occurred yet as no hearing held and first item is a request for a subpoena for my personnel files from SSA and or HHS that disappeared over a decade ago and no one wants to find it and no records either on line exist either. for any one transferred to workers comp jurisdiction who are legally still employed by SSA. until they can retire and that cannot occur until CEO Lynn Blodgett obeys 15 appellate Judges at the US Dept of labor and posts my file from my records as his several copies he has had were shredded and disappeared. in violations and defiance of judges so no permanent disability could be worked. as filed for as long ago as 1996.. when he had contorl already of OPM et al. So none could know the facts and why in 2009 three US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR APPELLATE Judges said to ask me for the facts as none else has much of anything but rumor and gossip which the most recent came from him and weer blatant lies that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and nothing to do on my cases as he knows it is a lie and does not care as his 'word is taken with out question for any in the government as they have nothing to rebut what he says as they do not have even the Judges orders to officially read. let alone obey as he has control over all. in his over a hundred corporations and as many partnerships and secret agreements with regard to our monies and rights in the nation and world.

My own regional commissioner is on Linked in and may be the one causing me some issues over there as others seen fine with me being part of the groups. She was named as an offender as an HHS employee over the nears in EEOC complaints that ended with EEOC sanctions against HHS which SSA WAS A PART OF FOR TORTURE TO THE POINT OF DEATH SO DEATH PANELS ARE DOCUMENTED AS EXISTING BY THE EEOC, MR PRESIDENT , AT LEAST ON MY CASES.. and long before you got to Washington , DC. I pray for your success daily as yours is mine and all of ours. And some things need badly fixed in case we get someone elected that is worse than any in office so far. I pray some good people run from all parties and one of them makes it so all of us can 'make it.' Ad I do truly want justice for three dead at the hands of others in 3. 61 as its shadow over all for what occurred there and covered up to this day. Its a national shame we need to face and over come so it never again occurs but we are seeing the WRATH OF EVIL MANIFESTING IN OTHER WAYS NOW AND WE MUST WORK TO STOP IT. 8/09 SSA HEARING FILED ON ENTITLEMENT FACTORS
When We filed, there was a 3 year back log that when my file disappeared, 2/3 of others apparently did also as the stats for that office went down that fast at the time. Months later I forwarded a couple of pieces of papers to be associated with the file, not realizing that now all that the Federal employees are doing is scanning this over to the 'cabal; and they decide what gets entered. and for any one illegally 'blacklisted' by this cabal to get out of paying liability cases or for any other nefarious reason is not much will survive and what does manipulates the outcome as to what a judges gets and whether one is going to have a hearing., So the judge, gets these couple of pieces of paper not being told by the office manager that a hearing file had disappeared out of their custody with no decision, and there was a dismissal of those couple of pieces of paper not germane to the outcome of the hearing itself., as no hearing ever took place that was still legally pending in the hearing office although not visible in any form to those there.
It took nearly two years to get it through the appeals council appellate judge who had to dismiss and remand as there had been no hearing ever held on the hearing that was filed on 8/09 on the legal issues that affect entitlement factors as well as there are appeals at the lower levels pending since 9/2000 on subsidized wages and other matters that even the medical, decision for disability that HAS YET TO BE DONE on my medical records and my my medical sources and even the board certified pulmonologist the state agency sent me to in OKC who ran tests that gave results in consensus with all the others over the last 26 years disappeared also and was reported as shredded, too. and never posted as orders came from acting head of the agency? to obstruct FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION FROM BEING ABLE TO ADOPT IT.? BLATANT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND ABUSE OF POWERS ByA FEW HIGHERS UPS TO STAY OUT OF JAIL TO COVER UP TREASON? TO DO THE BIDDING OF BIG MONEY OUTSIDE INTERESTS OR ALL OF THE ABOVE? THAT OCCURRED BACK IN 88-89 AND PUT US ON THE PATH DIRECTLY TO 9/11/01 as I have written about here many times over. AS I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY I FILED FOR A HEARING ON ALL MATTERS IN A LETTER FROM SSA THAT GAVE ME THE RIGHT TO FILE RECENTLY AND DID AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO IGNORE THE HEARING AND FILE ANOTHER RECONSIDERATION SO APPARENTLY EVEN THE RECONSIDERATION DECISION DONE RECENTLY WAS EITHER NEVER ENTERED OR DELETED TOO. SO NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THE REAL RECORDS EVEN ARE THAT LEGALLY EXIST BUT ARE NOT VISIBLE IN ANY FORM TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS TO LEGALLY ACT ON THEM? It SSA wishes to reopen the case on their own and render all the decisions without any files? then that is the request they need to make as I wish to preserve my filing date for the Hearing should I not agree with the final result. . Hanging up on me repeatedly when I am only trying to get files together so they can make an informed and legal decision on matters, is not cooperating to get due process rights followed at all. or any other constitutional rights. I am cooperating fully and for some reason those in the govt are not at all and why not ? New inflammatory gossip run amok?
AND TODAY THE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE STAFF FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS UNAWARE THAT THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ONE TO FILE AND GIVE EVIDENCE OF A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT OF CORRUPTION AGAINST A HIGH LEVEL GOVERNMENT PERSON AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AS THE OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT , WHICH HAD NOT SERVED US WELL OVER THE YEARS WAS DISMANTLED.
So while congress holds hearings on misconduct by high level officials, and decries what is going one, they do not know that there is no office for ant one to submit a report to anyway.CHAOS BECOME CORRUPTION AND AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT AND the basics of where is the 'police station to report a crime' no longer even exists at the Federal level.
OIG's do not get these as they take their orders from high level govt officials and that is a basic conflict of interests if any one even knows what that is any more.

Some are getting care and a semblance of their rights, but so many don't even know that they have rights far beyond what they now get and all used to get these or Congress as all over agencies that did not see they were given. but if you are on the ;black list for any number of reasons often due to liability cases one is required to pursue against one of their many partners in private and corporate industry, then DEATH PANELS ARE VERY REAL FOR SOME LIKE ME AND TOO MANY HAVE ALREADY DIED IN THEM. Support those who want to change things back to our rights restored, but its been getting increasingly worse for thirty years or more and its hard to know who will do what is right if the support of the people is there. When 95% are not voting in all elections, the support IS NOT THERE AND THE RICH STILL ONLY GET ONE VOTE SO CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM IS NOT THE FIRST ANSWER, WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE ANSWER AS WE VOTE OUR BEST TO PICK THOSE WHO WILL STAND UP FOR US. Need to get some rest and start filing those oxygen receipts that CEO Blodgett at ACS will never process as they would be paid and he might have to find that missing million dollars for my medical care his people say is somewhere and Affiliated Computer Services was the last to know of it. to pay my medical bills at federal;workers comp where I have permanent medical due to the home oxygen they put me on 20 years ago.as the biweekly posting says but MEDICARE GETS ILLEGALLY DUMPED ON. AND THEY WILL NOT PAY IF NO SUPPLIER WHOM THEY CONTROL AND MANAGE THROUGH ALL THREE HEALTH PLANS I HAVE ALL WHO HAVE APPROVED ME FOR LIFE FOR LIQUID OXYGEN AND ACS HAS UNDER CONTRACT AND ORDERED TO GO ALONG WITH THE 'LET ME DIE/ ORDER OUT ON ME AND MANY OTHERS.

We had a phone call form the Cleveland Ohio center (ACS?) that they have received the Request for Appellate review to get a remand back so that Medicare can hold hearings on all the outstanding matters they have jurisdiction on. Such as medical bills being paid correctly and sent to recovery form the primary payers and according to online info they now make decisions on the amount of a Medicare prim even though Social Security is still sending out misleading letters with incorrect appeal rights info as if one gets an appeal with them and they do not. It seems very obvious SSA is not even doing the Reconsideration or this matters would have been resolved a long time ago at that level on Part B premium amounts, and how the math is done when Government Pension Offset math is applied when ones spousal benefits are in 'cyber escrow' awaiting reinstatement at Workers compensation, which should have occurred several years ago but ACS and President Blodgett of Xerox Management Services is in defiance of 38 federal judges now an will not even post my file as ordered as "rumor and gossip is still run amok" and being passed around as facts, when the US Department of Labor judges said to ask me for the facts as no one else seems to know what is going on. . But President Blodgett withholds even those orders from my claims examiner there.

And ACS et al has created their own set of facts apart from the official ones that few currently have access to but those at the very head of agencies and at OPM.
So in 2009, I filed a Request for Hearing with SSA and it got hacked off the Master Beneficiary Record at SSA and the file disappeared for ever. Unknown even to those in the local SSA offices, part of the file would be Medicare's judges and part SSA. But neither got the file docketed in and hearing held. As I lost my medical coverage and NOTHING GOT PROCESSED including several reconsiderations and others matters pending for years and system hacked into and deleted SO MBR AND COMMON WORKING FILES AT SSA AND MEDICARE CAN NOT BE USED TO DETERMINE WHAT HAS OCCURRED. or is pending.
This is a 26+ year pattern of disappearance of files of mine in any agency that has had parts of anything of mine. since injured on the job at the SSA Teleservice Center Jersey City on 1/10/89 and became a typed of precedent case, first for my office as others (90) were turned away all of us having been 'blacklisted' before we got any where to get medical treatment and testing and later on was informed by the AFL-CIO was one of the six? precedent cases for toxic and chemical physical injuries in in the USA and became pitted up agents the tobacco industry as well as chemical industry and those big money interests that did not wish to pay for the first Gulf War victims who suffered from forms of chemical injuries.
The research from the National Institutes of Health had just been done in 1988 and the first cases, like mine that got the necessary tests run to determine a toxic exposures were then able to get some form of benefit, like Federal workers Comp. That research was done as part of the research on the harms of tobacco and created a legal conundrum so that when any one got a benefits from a toxic exposure it proved how bad tobacco was even if tobacco had nothing to do with the injury.
That legal conundrum did not get broke until 2009 when the FDA began regulating tobacco.
Plus as a injured FED, I was required to find an attorney and sue third parties including a billionaire landlord and that pitted me up against more GOLIATHS THAT MY OTHER CO WORKERS DID NOT HAVE THE EVIDENCE FROM DAY ONE AS I DID. to do as well. It still 'languishes in a NJ courthouse waiting on the feds to figure up the total damages and that is been well blocked by President Blodgett .
Reports of deaths of them over the years, usually ends up with more retaliation against my records as we moved into a new building in 7/88 that could not have legally passed city, state or federal inspections. So injuries brought to light one corruption upon another. I had transferred from a region where we got complete physicals every 2 to 5 years that included EKG's and breathing tests, etc. so it was well documented that I had no medical issues. before that began on 1/10/89.
Plus in trying to locate some blood and skin samples from 1/10/89, it led to the US attorneys office and two said they were in the 503c evidence in a JOHN DOE indictment against Osama Bin Ladin (name he went by in 7/88) who had come in to our office to pick up his W-2 for the three weeks he had worked there in 7/88, hired by Delores Bryant and the biggest breach in security in SSA history had 22 new hires logged on to the system, by her, before even fingerprinted or criminal background checks done. SSA data base at that time included more info on everyone with an SSN's personal financial and other info than any one else had in the government at the time. and HHS OIG would not stop it. The security protocol is still the same, no one gets logged on until they pass their security clearance and get their own PIN to track what they do online. I had been told that should the case go to trial , I might have to testify to say it was my blood and skin samples, etc. That ended 2010 with his reported demise to an ETERNAL JUDGE..
I tried for 2 years to stop 9/11/01 and no one would listen as he was obsessed with the World Trade Center and stood and stared at it from the window near by desk. and when I learned who he really was later on, our enemy; I never had any doubt he was going to bring it down. and NO ONE LISTENED AND TOO MUCH SMEARING MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR MY MESSAGE TO GET THROUGH.
One can only ask, if the hearing had been held by SSA in 1997, would any one have listened and maybe stopped it? We now know , I was one of many trying to stop an event that would change history into real horrible times. that is on going.
I do not name anyone here lightly and only when well known by many and in writing on them also. And what I write is what I saw. heard, etc., or was told and by whom. I have been shocked and dismayed and shocked over the years just how bad and what has been well covered up and too many in a state of 'denial' to even check things out even with systems being hacked into as the contractors neglected to program in security protocols to prevent any one from messing with the data that cannot be legally changed or deleted as a pending appeal. and info deleted and altered. And Congresses refusing any budget so our OIG's can investigate contractors where much of this is going on and no support from the US Justice Departments over the years, when high level officials are named as involved in really horrific crimes and the Office of Professional Conduct seemed to be more involved in covering up than stopping crimes and/ or clearing the innocent and locating the real culprits if the one alleged to be doing something is really someone else doing the criminal matter.. Even the WHISTLE BLOWER PROGRAM HAS NOW BEEN CONTRACTED OUT TO A SUBSIDIARY OF GOLDMAN-SACHS AND ITS A MOCKERY OF ANY KIND OF JUSTICE AND PROTECTION FOR THE WITNESSES TRYING TO REPORT CRIMES. AND WRONG DOING.
There is a detailed brief attached to the Hearing request to SSA filed 9/15/15 with the Durant SSA office. I have not received a signed receipt back yet. But there is no time deadline for theirs as the hearing request on the Retirement and Survivors trust fund reconsiderations have been pending for years with no answer, and none to many follow ups. and the Disability Insurance whas remanded by the judge in 2011 for the reconsideration to be done that also includes the remanded Medical decision from the Appellate judge in 2/00 that has not been done at all. Plus the SSI reconsideration for pre 1999 not yet done and that also requires a medical decision, PLUS IT BEEN WELL DOCUMENTED THAT NO LEGAL MEDICAL DECISION WAS EVERY DONE PRIOR TO AGE 65 SINCE 1992 WHEN NO DOCTOR WAS PERMITTED TO COMMENT ON THE RAW DATA SUCH AS EKG; AND KIDNEY DISEASE, ETC. so only asthma was listed and not that it was occupational asthma and led to the an appeal then and a request to reopen based on 'ERROR ON FACE OF RECORD."
Before the illegal interference with the Oklahoma State agency in 3/99, they had sent me to a board certified pulmonologist in OKC and he ran all kinds of pulmonary function studies and even did the test for pulmonary hypertension as I was on oxygen patient. I signed for a copy of his report to be sent to me and one to my doctor, but neither of us ever got it and was told it was shredded also and the orders from the Acting commissioner was to disregard it. I copied down the numbers on the machines and they seemed consistent with all my other breathing studies. and pulmonologists since 1/10/89 have all been pretty consistent on me. I had just had the US Department of Education waive student loans based on occupational asthma, and more recently learned FECA could have adopted the SSA decision if it had even mentioned anything to do with my injuries and that is why the interference occurred seems obvious. someone did not want my case to survive and it was a LOT OF SOMEONES. . My permanent life time need for home liquid oxygen gave me permanent medical at FECA and the schedule award and permanent disability should have 'dominoed' on to retirement years ago. And if the 1997 hearing had been held and a remand order given then , perhaps all of the rest may never have occurred? We cannot over come the past, but we can try to make things as right as possible to stop the on going harms.
BUT OIG can only investigate what the Commissioner of SSA allows to be done and the manager said it was the Acting Commissioner that ordered what they should do and put down and I had no idea this crime had occurred until years later when the 'gossip and rumor had run amok and still is going on to cause real harm to me and others." The OK state agency did sign they had no medical evidence for what they were told to put down. But did not incorporate the consulting exam from the pulmonologist, which they should had legally have done and that being consistent with all the former records, would have permitted all the records to have been reviewed for a progressive condition. which is what is done for cases to tie the current to prior. Since I had qualified for Medicaid for a while, its gotten in to all kind of systems of medical record and has become LIFE THREATENING AND MUST BE CORRECTED and would have been if a the 2/00 remand had been done correctly as the law says it should have been. Two chances to make things rights and no one followed the rules and laws in the matter. I still do not have a copy of the consultant pulmonologist's report to SSA. And if it is still in the boxes in the office in Durant OK SSA office then I want it. But we had been told the entire file was shredded and what they have may be a copy of what we reconstructed for the appellate judge who affirmed the remand of the Disability ins case as he had nothing else from the Administrative law judge, who did not have the 8/09 file at all. I do not understand the recent rules about hearings where judges make decisions without files or hearings at all. and never notify the claimant or their representative they are going to be reviewing the case for a decision and give chance to make sure all the file is before the judge for fairness to be allowed. The 8/09 hearing has yet to be assigned to any judge. Remember the 2011 decision was done with some papers sent to be associated with the 8/09 hearing request which many in the McAlestar, OK hearing office said the file had not been there since 9/09. In fact the pleading for fairness ended with them slamming phones on me and very unprofessional response from them. THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN REALLY BAD.
I do not say this lightly. But too many laws and rules have been trashed that should have prevented anything like this from ever occurring.
The appeal with Medicare has an issue with premiums that raises the question if Medicare is going to be in a position to rule on whether the math and cyber escrow provision of the GPO have been done correctly as I contend they have not based on original training and the simplicity of the law, understood then ,in context of the times.
I know of no judicial review of that, although there was of whether the GPO, itself, was legal and am not pursing that issue at this time, unless discovery is made to alter that.
We are asking for AN EXPEDITED HEARING as reconsiderations and hearings have not been done as ordered and/or remanded and filed for and the original hearing request is still legally pending at SSA since 8/5/2009 even though the file went missing in 9/09. Please be cognizant that a lot of 'gossip and rumor have run amok' and a diagnosis that has no bearing in fact has been smeared around to cause real harm by some whom OIG has never been allowed to stop. and is still causing real harm to this day.
The North Dallas hearing office( then Dallas) had this case back in 1997, but the file itself had disappeared, it got dismissed with out a hearing and now you have it back to make right what went so wrong then. I plead that you will grant time and hearing to this as the life and death struggle is very real due to it as explained in the attached non traditional brief. Even though much of what is in file exposes crimes committed by others, there is no budget form Congress to investigate let alone prosecute at all, so all we can do is get legal rulings on the legal issues. and maybe Congress will pass some money to stop the robbing of the USA and the rights of each of us by a few that have been allowed to take control of the government that no one elected and non appointed to service in an official capacity,
An employee of my local SSA office indicated that they have several boxes of my file in their office that have yet to be processed or worked over the years. I had been told they were shredded. This is been kept legally alive with persistent and repeated follow ups over the years, and that has been reported to OIG also. And they had claimed they were investigating as to who ordered nothing done as issues came up to be dealt with and I and my family struggled for life and livelihoods as a result of inaction's. I am the crime victim and being victimized over and over by the system that is badly broken. my family has been victimized in trying to get health care. and livelihood, also. Something that should never have occurred to me or any one else who gets injured on the job in unsafe conditions. And is getting worse in the USA rather than better as reports are known of..
But again, all we can do is deal with legal issues and pray an expedited hearing can be done. and not be delayed another 18 years on the same case.
Unfortunately in agencies,those at the highest levels decide what OIG can investigate. Until Congress changes an imperfect system its the best we have to deal with. I wish I could retire, but until life sustaining medical care is allowed to be provided and my family no longer has to haul 200 lb liquid oxygen tanks to keep me alive to a gas company when three health plans including FECA has me approved for life to be fully paid for, I have no choice but to pursue the legal options of appeals, etc. and There is also a typed SSA 795 attached that summarizes what has yet to be done by SSA as part of the 8/5/09 hearing which you legally have pending as a transfer from the McAlestar, OK hearing office, even though you do not physically have it or them since 9/09.
The 2011 remand was not done with this file at all but from some evidence forwarded to them to associate with the pending hearing request that we had no idea had gone missing. at the time and is only on the Disability Insurance trust fund part and the reconsideration has yet to be done since 2011 and since 9/00 when filed and covers all that had been done to that date. So the Retirement and Survivor ins appeals and Waiver for SSA and Medicare, not done and neither is the SSI appeal. done either. I have done nothing to warrant such treatment. All I did is go to work on 1/10/89 and a toxic cloud envelope me. And it was only just before the 8/5/2015 mediocre hearing was assigned that the 8/09 hearing request filed with SSA miraculously appeared on the MBR system at SSA. and hearings filed on premium issues miraculously appeared in the file but not heard as the judge was ordered to only rule on the enhanced IRA which had been resolved due to IRS helping out. on that. All kinds of appeals are being filed because the work that is to be done initially was either interfered with by someone from outside of the legal process or the paper or systems files were not made available for the one assigned to do the work and make decisions. SO WHY AM I BEING BLAMED FOR WHAT OTHERS DID NOT DO THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE? The back log is not of my doing at all in any agency on this.
All I did it go to work one day for SSA, then part of HHS and did my job and a toxic cloud enveloped me and the fight for life has not been just medical but also being pitted up against Goliaths and I do not even have a sling shot and 5 stones for protection. All I have is my family's support and the Federal Workers Compensation Law and other laws and the US Constitution to protect me and they have been shredded to pieces. Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus will have to judge those some day that have done so much criminally wrong if our legal system does not address.. But IN THE MEANTIME, WE WISH TO HAVE THE CIVIL LEGAL PROCESS CONTINUE that has bee long delayed. But did not incorporate the consulting exam from the pulmonologist, which they should had legally have done and that being consistent with all the former records, would have permitted all the records to have been reviewed for a progressive condition. which is what is done for cases to tie the current to prior. Since I had qualified for Medicaid for a while, its gotten in to all kind of systems of medical record and has become LIFE THREATENING AND MUST BE CORRECTED and would have been if a the 2/00 remand had been done correctly as the law says it should have been. Two chances to make things rights and no one followed the rules and laws in the matter. I still do not have a copy of the consultant pulmonologist's report to SSA. And if it is still in the boxes in the office in Durant OK SSA office then I want it. But we had been told the entire file was shredded and what they have may be a copy of what we reconstructed for the appellate judge who affirmed the remand of the Disability ins case as he had nothing else from the Administrative law judge, who did not have the 8/09 file at all. I do not understand the recent rules about hearings where judges make decisions without files or hearings at all. and never notify the claimant or their representative they are going to be reviewing the case for a decision and give chance to make sure all the file is before the judge for fairness to be allowed. The 8/09 hearing has yet to be assigned to any judge. Remember the 2011 decision was done with some papers sent to be associated with the 8/09 hearing request which many in the McAlestar, OK hearing office said the file had not been there since 9/09. In fact the pleading for fairness ended with them slamming phones on me and very unprofessional response from them. THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN REALLY BAD.
I do not say this lightly. But too many laws and rules have been trashed that should have prevented anything like this from ever occurring.
The appeal with Medicare has an issue with premiums that raises the question if Medicare is going to be in a position to rule on whether the math and cyber escrow provision of the GPO have been done correctly as I contend they have not based on original training and the simplicity of the law, understood then ,in context of the times.
I know of no judicial review of that, although there was of whether the GPO, itself, was legal and am not pursing that issue at this time, unless discovery is made to alter that.
We are asking for AN EXPEDITED HEARING as reconsiderations and hearings have not been done as ordered and/or remanded and filed for and the original hearing request is still legally pending at SSA since 8/5/2009 even though the file went missing in 9/09. Please be cognizant that a lot of 'gossip and rumor have run amok' and a diagnosis that has no bearing in fact has been smeared around to cause real harm by some whom OIG has never been allowed to stop. and is still causing real harm to this day.
The North Dallas hearing office( then Dallas) had this case back in 1997, but the file itself had disappeared, it got dismissed with out a hearing and now you have it back to make right what went so wrong then. I plead that you will grant time and hearing to this as the life and death struggle is very real due to it as explained in the attached non traditional brief. Even though much of what is in file exposes crimes committed by others, there is no budget form Congress to investigate let alone prosecute at all, so all we can do is get legal rulings on the legal issues. and maybe Congress will pass some money to stop the robbing of the USA and the rights of each of us by a few that have been allowed to take control of the government that no one elected and non appointed to service in an official capacity,
An employee of my local SSA office indicated that they have several boxes of my file in their office that have yet to be processed or worked over the years. I had been told they were shredded. This is been kept legally alive with persistent and repeated follow ups over the years, and that has been reported to OIG also. And they had claimed they were investigating as to who ordered nothing done as issues came up to be dealt with and I and my family struggled for life and livelihoods as a result of inaction's. I am the crime victim and being victimized over and over by the system that is badly broken. my family has been victimized in trying to get health care. and livelihood, also. Something that should never have occurred to me or any one else who gets injured on the job in unsafe conditions. And is getting worse in the USA rather than better as reports are known of..
But again, all we can do is deal with legal issues and pray an expedited hearing can be done. and not be delayed another 18 years on the same case.
Unfortunately in agencies,those at the highest levels decide what OIG can investigate. Until Congress changes an imperfect system its the best we have to deal with. I wish I could retire, but until life sustaining medical care is allowed to be provided and my family no longer has to haul 200 lb liquid oxygen tanks to keep me alive to a gas company when three health plans including FECA has me approved for life to be fully paid for, I have no choice but to pursue the legal options of appeals, etc. and There is also a typed SSA 795 attached that summarizes what has yet to be done by SSA as part of the 8/5/09 hearing which you legally have pending as a transfer from the McAlestar, OK hearing office, even though you do not physically have it or them since 9/09.
The 2011 remand was not done with this file at all but from some evidence forwarded to them to associate with the pending hearing request that we had no idea had gone missing. at the time and is only on the Disability Insurance trust fund part and the reconsideration has yet to be done since 2011 and since 9/00 when filed and covers all that had been done to that date. So the Retirement and Survivor ins appeals and Waiver for SSA and Medicare, not done and neither is the SSI appeal. done either. I have done nothing to warrant such treatment. All I did is go to work on 1/10/89 and a toxic cloud envelope me. And it was only just before the 8/5/2015 mediocre hearing was assigned that the 8/09 hearing request filed with SSA miraculously appeared on the MBR system at SSA. and hearings filed on premium issues miraculously appeared in the file but not heard as the judge was ordered to only rule on the enhanced IRA which had been resolved due to IRS helping out. on that. All kinds of appeals are being filed because the work that is to be done initially was either interfered with by someone from outside of the legal process or the paper or systems files were not made available for the one assigned to do the work and make decisions. SO WHY AM I BEING BLAMED FOR WHAT OTHERS DID NOT DO THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE? The back log is not of my doing at all in any agency on this.
All I did it go to work one day for SSA, then part of HHS and did my job and a toxic cloud enveloped me and the fight for life has not been just medical but also being pitted up against Goliaths and I do not even have a sling shot and 5 stones for protection. All I have is my family's support and the Federal Workers Compensation Law and other laws and the US Constitution to protect me and they have been shredded to pieces. Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus will have to judge those some day that have done so much criminally wrong if our legal system does not address.. But IN THE MEANTIME, WE WISH TO HAVE THE CIVIL LEGAL PROCESS CONTINUE that has bee long delayed. Employee of SSA under US Department of Labor jurisdiction since 10/11/1994, the last time back to 1/10/89. and the FECA law over rides no matter who hacks into what system. Our signed agreement with SSA never gave any one the right to illegally interfere with the SSA claims process.

On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA as a spouse their are dozens of possible categories and since this has no security ad no cross check with SSA its just a matter of making it look legit when they steal if any should see a post or records on the way through ... to steal So as a souse I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6....
Paying in multiples are going out on every charge and received at the bank and not returned and yet the money is being diverted ... to where??? audits needed by the real government that cannot be allowed by act of CONGRESS. A year after Highmark got the contract and stopped the thefts, but not the hacking of the bi weekly post as that is not them but the cabal would not let them do a conditional payment and get the one pay back either. so it did not solve the whole. .. the expenditures at Medicare went done a trillion dollars and CONGRSS GOT DUPED INTO THINKING IT WAS SOMETHING THEY DID TO CUT COSTS..

Doctors have had to go to compounding, supplements , etc for treating and all kinds of interactions going on and our doctors cannot even find out what is in a pill that is inert or added ingredients and can be life threatening and in recent years the patient cannot get an answer from the pharmaceutical company either... as once I could call and list the chemicals I had to avoid and they would professionally and courteously said yes or no.

DAILY RECAP 10/8/15?10/10/15: NOW WILL I BE HELPED? IN CHAOS? President Obama Born in Topeka ks , son of Jim T Parks
Group Health Plan Recovery - Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Its been 22 years since Medicare enforced its conditional payment laws and the looting of Medicare began and got worse over the years with even illegal software hack systems set up to alter info as to other insurers or health plans that post from ones employer that they have primary payers ahead of Medicare. Thus patients get overpaid and cannot stop it and medical treatment sources are subject to fraud charges or fines and penalties as President Blodgett is in charge of them and all the others. at Xerox Management Services and his over 100 companies and he is just the hired hand that is named by those at the top in my case. as giving out all the illegal orders and misinformation.
Am very exhausted as got a lot additional filed with the SSA hearing office since the Medicare judges could not rule on SSA issues back in 8/15 and he was sent the 8/09 hearing filed with SSA and disappeared out of the SSA hearing office in 9/09 and System hacked and deleted off the roles never to be seen again a until just before the recent Medicare hearing and then put on the system for part of it and them its gone again, hacked out to cause more chaos and confusion and its getting really bad. I wrote of this earlier this week.
The US Department of Labor appellate Judges back in 2009 had it right that 'gossip and rumor had rum amok' and all should ask me for the facts of the case and let me reconstruct files from my own records. and get things worked , processed, paid, etc. AND RE LISTED THE ACCEPTED CONDITIONS AND SAID I DID RETURN TO WORK IN 1990 . Stealing of files there ended me in this mess and rights not restored when the acknowledgement of the thefts landed Affiliated computer services and then CEO Lynn Blodgett total control of the files and data instead of the government officials whom was said could no longer be trusted with them. And with no over sights, we are in worse life threatening situations than ever now. and when one finally get the Judges to make things right again. Victim gets revictimized over and over?????
President Blodgett disappears them and ignores them instead of obeying them as always used to occur over the years, when real government employees got the files back to work after this repeated pattern of criminal activity against my files and data in every agency that has part of this since 1/10/89 when we were injured, but I was the one NOT TURNED AWAY FORM THE HOSPITALS AND GOT THE DIAGNOSIS OF TOXIC FUMES DE TO A MIX UP AT REGISTRATION OF WHOM I WORKED FOR . Then sent home to die rather than admitted for badly needed treatment when the diagnosis came back and health department forms had to be completed. and found out that I was HHS -SSA and we had no right to live or get medical care. as all of us had been 'blacklisted before we got to the hospitals; and that is a lifetime sentence according to doctors. to have on ones records. All we did is go to work one day and toxic cloud enveloped me.
The SSA hearing office did not conducting a hearing in 1997 when they had the case and the entire file had disappeared and the judge took no responsibility to notify us so we could get it together and have a hearing on matters. I did not even know it had gotten to them until too late. SO 9/11/01 WAS WELL ON THE WAY TO HAPPENING WITH THE TWIN TOWERS IN THE GROUND OVER TOO MANY NOT DOING THE JOBS THEY WERE GIVEN TO DO. I TRIED FOR 2 YEARS TO STOP 9/11/01 AND NO ONE WOULD LISTEN. WE ALL KNOW NOW MANY WERE BEING IGNORED, ALSO.
The next act was for Congress to 'give up on the USA' and turn over the running of the government to an international cabal with no budget for civil nor criminal oversight and why do we still reelect those who did this to us? already running again. Any one think that maybe the people are looking for 'outsiders' due to no government in charge of anything and our rights gone for it and public treasury being looted?
Vote, but try and find out who is trying to stand up for us and who has not been. Look at their general resumes and realize that being an outsider, might be one from the cabal , too. But those in office through all of this may be some small voices trying to be heard over the deception being fostered on us for fear of a terrorist , when what got voted in was real terrorism when one has to struggle for life and livelihood and there is no government law enforcement to stop real crimes being committed as Congress took away any funding for it.
And getting HR 1063 passed, only resulted in the ones facilitating the theft of Medicare, being the ones that now got to recover the monies due back to Medicare from who/ themselves? That means they would be cancelling their own contract for negligence of terms of that contract, But they still are stealing and hacking and denying access to any from the real government who wants to make sure the security protocols are in place to stop the illegal hacking. ITS STILL ILLEGAL TO SAY ONE IS THE GOVERNMENT WHEN THEY ARE A CONTRACTOR.
Hacking is not considered just someone from outside snooping., but when one on the inside is able to go in and destroy or delete data that is illegal to do so. Its destroying official records and altering the outcome of who pays and who gets paid and the amounts, etc.
Through out the USA, all of our medical records have been privately owned since 1999 by Group Health for any one who had a health plan to be billed. Now all are under it. And its not under the HIPPAA law either and errors and intentional alterations have been deadly and Congressional study of 9 years ago pointed to this and yet CONGRESS DID NOTHING.
So the stalemate in Congress is not political, its more of who is bought and paid for by this cabal . Main Media is not covering this aspect of the House fight over who may be Speaker. for its that person that allows bills to get voted on and there have been some very common sense ones that should have been passed along time ago to allow our government to stop the thefts of the public monies by some bad contractors whom passed ones and current have given immunity from any wrong doing by lack of funding even those the crimes are real and on going.
Our Medical community pays big for clearing houses and billing services who end up being told by this cabal to use the altered and hacked data and them patients and their providers and suppliers have the legal risk as none other do now.
And from local to federal and now international trade deals have allowed this international cabal to be in charge that none elected and no government can over see their deeds. And bribery scandals and unethical behaviors and out right thefts get documented as has occurred and written of here and THERE IS NO POLICE TO CALL AS CONGRESS GAVE NONE AND GIVES NO BUDGET. And still none. Why not?
How can anyone make up a budget when thefts are going on? We would call the police and stop the thefts then do our personal budgets? We would not need a Planned parenthood is we had clinics associated with every hospital in the USA to take care of health care needs for those who had no or little health insurance or money? that do not need a more expensive hospital or ER. The Teri Schiavo law took the responsibility for all to have access to health care away from the states and may it a federal one, but nothing was passed to see to it that it was done. Didn't Congress know what that law really meant, either?
Maybe that should have been done 15 years ago, and we would not have needed this monstrosity of layers of skims and scams and more red tape than any government can afford to provide the care that should already have been made available to every one in the nation another way. The worse discrimination in this nation is UNEQUAL HEALTH CARE AND ITS GOING ON RIGHT NOW. Common sense could help reduce costs and still provide as good or better care in most cases.
Ask any one whose health care plan is Medicaid and they can compare what they are able to get compared to those who have a good health care plan from an employer. The care needed is not made available to most. and even stealing of Medicaid goes on by this cabal as bills to be paid by other plans ahead of Medicaid for the poor get illegally dumped on to that plan as its being done with Medicare....

But where is my recovery actions going to be done against President Lynn Blodgett as nothing has occurred so far. One partner traded for another, but under the same umbrella. That unit has had my reconstruction for a couple of years as there fax number was the only one posted that worked. after HR 1063 was passed and Emblem health International ( Group Health) consolidated the recovery unit with the coordination unit and continued the illegal hacking in secret deals with insures to dump the bills on to Medicare when their contract does not permit altering what an employer posts as mine and my families come in from the US Dept of Labor official secured system that the local workers comp office does not have access to. and that is a huge mystery as to why not? which has employment jurisdiction due to federal workers comp and permanent medical due to being put on home liquid oxygen nearly 22 years ago.
.All the prior recovery letters went to President Blodgett who disappeared them and never showed them to the US Dept of Labor and then ordered that all the hard work that had been done by the recovery unit should be destroyed and even went in and took down my self reporting site there AFTER MOVING THE UNIT TO OKC FROM DETROIT who had done a lot of work and sent out many recovery letters, etc. on my case..
But before they can get a reconstruction and follow up, and plea to enforce HR1063, more files have to be put back together.
I wrote a few days ago that Medicare had my appellate appeal in Cleveland OH. data center. And I assumed they had been given it to digitize? . Well, the DAB has not turned over files to any contractor , yet. Today I got a phone call from DAB and someone had faxed the Medicare judge lots of my medical records.
I had filed and followed up with SSA hearing office and did not write this blog getting things in to them as they are to either do the disability decision or ordered it done plus other matters that are only SSA's. And prayerfully no one will criminally interfere with the process as has occurred before .and then President Blodgett will be bypassed and US Dept of Labor officer said they could adopt it if it said I was disabled based on my work related disability. US Dept of Education already waived my student loans in 1997 and there rules are a more strict disability than SSA's/. I have written about this many times over the years, and followed up and pleading to have the hearing filed 8/5/09 to no avail. But one judge at SSA, with a few pieces of paper to associate with the hearing that had disappeared and deleted from the record did do a remand on it in 2011 and it was not done either. SOME ONE HIGH UP HAS TO BE GIVING ILLEGAL ORDERS TO OBSTRUCT MY RIGHTS IN THIS and its time to stop this and that person is not immune from prosecution as a federal official. is still under the laws of the land as the contractors are not. if that is what is going on.....
The medicare appeal number was not on the medicals that apparently the SSA hearing office sent to them. Why did they do this to me? So Ms N called to get the appeal number, and then had me fax in the confirmation for the fax done weeks ago and appeal form so she could associate it. I did that. And this is just about the last day to meet DEADLINE.. What is the same form doing in Cleveland for a Medicare hearing? when the judge ruled and was there a file memo I did not get a copy of? ruling that hearings should be held on the ones he did not rule on? But still its an appellate appeal form they had received and the person there did not have any thing form Irving California yet. I assume they will get it to associated? WHAT IS GOING ON. ARE WE DEALING WITH ALL DIGITAL FILES AND NO ONE KNOWS WHO IS TO WORK WHAT? OR Paper and its coming in from all directions, when each has things to do themselves.
For about 6 years SSA has given some of the hearing work back to Medicare and yet the reconsideration letters say file with SSA on Medicare premium issues. and sounds as if they did the reconsideration, but no way could they have done so, as when I was doing them, issues would have been addressed and answered and if needed, requests sent for additional info. and there was no mention in the letters anything had really been done.
And the local offices do not have any clear guidelines either. The info about Medicare taking charge of premium appeals is in a press release from CMS, and nothing at SSA. And it was not easy to find, either.
When life is at risk, one does not need this kind of chaos that a few guidelines would clarify. ONE OF THE BIG ISSUES IS THAT THOSE IN THE GOVT OFFICES DO NOT EVEN KNOW THAT MANY DOING THE WORK ARE NOT IN GOVT OFFICES AT ALL BUT ARE CONTRACTORS. AND THE ACCESS TO INFO IS GETTING LESS AND LESS AND THE ONLY REASON IS TO HIDE THAT FACT. (That is my opinion form personal experience and being and employee of SSA since 6/68) Don't bother checking the employee roles , many transferred to workers comp, have 'disappeared also from the system' along with out files and data.. Some one forget that the US DEPT of labor is the official system that shows our active duty,.
SO CONGRESS HAS NO IDEA HOW MANY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES THERE ARE?
My faith book, The Bible, lists some occupations in Ephesians that are called 'spiritual gifts." like teacher preacher, etc. One is the gift of administration and that is a gift that is a humble job of carrying out the policies others have put in place as things run smoothly and fairness and justice can prevail for each one. affected. One does nor have to be a follower of YAHUSHA whom we Christians call Christ Jesus to recognize the common sense wisdom of that.
And when ones agenda is to be fair and just, then the gift of administration is badly needed in any level of government when things need to run smoothly and huge budgets need to be put together. So as we vote, and the house picks a Speaker, who is the one to administer the process of that body that decides our budget that affects all of us, prayers and good thoughts that the one put in charge has a good heart for every ones rights to life and livelihood and the spiritual gift of administration also. ITS A HIGH POSITION WITH A TRULY SERVANT ROLE. of serving all the people, and not a few big money interests. One entrusted with serving the public as a government official must not just obey one higher up in the government whose agenda is not a good one, either. when they are being asked to do something unethical , or even illegal, which is what has been going on with my files and data , etc. for way too long. Congress needs to make sure that those who do take a stand for what is right and legal have sufficient protection from any form of retaliation. They have not done that either. to protect those who are carrying out the laws, Congress has passed.
