I Could not get my diabetic strips from Walmart as the 'common working file' ( the privately owned Medicare computer system is still being illegally messed with and any one who has a primary payer of an employer group health plan is deleted off it soon after the official and correct info posts to illegally have Medicare pay all the bills when its not the primary payer. In my case the appellate judge affirmed the lower ones who got the real documents on case M09-1406. and it is defied by this cabal in charge now as agency judges orders are not enforceable if none are in charge..
Insiders who have helped document have thousands of reports that none in Congress nor in the HHS has ever seen never soon except when we faxed them the portion we have which should have been enough to take action over a decade ago and none ever did and why? The extensive data collected by 500 named witnesses on this has not been shared with you nor with congress as no one is allowed to have it in the real government as its all inside the contractors and its estimated at trillions stolen that would upset even the budget of the USA as its on going as I found out today as Walmart could not split bill and wanted a co pay when there is legally none. but they are given illegally altered info to bill and ever other medical providers and suppliers tin the nation goes through the same thing every day on this and is coerced into committing Medicare fraud to get any payment at all. as this cabal says use the system as they illegally made it to be so they can come after our good medical people later on when they wish to flex abuses of power? Since my diabetes is pretty well controlled by diet and cinnamon from a reputable supplement company, I am to test just once a day , now and this does catch when it does rise and diet can be adjusted for foods that , etc that affect the readings. These new GMO grains seem to be the worse offender.
The older hybrids seemed to be OK and wish all of our foods could be labeled for the variety of the plant as some Some of the older GMO's are not the offender some of the new ones are, In my opinion and my medical tests appear to reflect this. When one is created to kill insects, then good bacterias we need in our bodies gets killed, too?
Then over at SSA we have utter chaos created as they are not in control of much either and systems are hacked in to and lack of basic training causes chaos and medical care and rights affected there also. When one files and appeal of a decision made then its to be entered on the system and if one has a legal Representative either attorney or non attorney as I do that is also to be entered and all of us have to be notified when future decisions are made and also we have the right to know who has custody of the file, eve if its digital now.
I filed for a hearing in 8./09 on a technical entitlement factor that is clearly SSA's jurisdiction and the hearing request was entered in the system This is a legal issue where the law has been interpreted by agency officials one way and then another over the last 30 years and begs for judicial review to settle the matter It often affects those involved with federal workers compensation and some state employees and before a hearing with a federal judge can be held the issue become s moot as benefits are reinstated, etc.

So many more lives are affected as to what occurs on any ones government files that could set the legal rights for others as my case has to be gotten . rid to let this illegal cabal run amok with our rights of life and due processes., then rights of life and dues process disappears for others also and vice versa I have a non controverted accepted Federal workers compensation case with the merits never in question, and yet due to on going felonies allowed to be committed I and too many others are in a life threatening situation under real DEATH PANELS THAT IS NOT TO EXIST BUT DOES AND HAS FOR OVER 26 YEARS NOW AS THE STRUGGLE FOR LIFE ITSELF GOES ON.WITH NONE IN THE GOVERNMENT CARING AT ALL IF A HOLOCAUST IS GOING ON AND INCREASING THAT CAN SWALLOW UP ANY ONE IN ANY TOXIC OR CHEMICAL SPILL OR EVENT.

Government officials are to treat every one equal before the law and today tit was obvious that mean none have rights is the equal treatment?, but that is not the mandate for many years by a government contractor who has over thrown the federal government and much of state and local also where those we have elected or hired to watch out for us and treat us with due process rights and equally before the law no longer have the authority over their own agencies to do so.

So I file for a HEARING with SSA in 8/2009, the appeal is entered on the system and that means no one at SSA can make any decisions until a judge Okays that they can take part of the case and make a decision that is not affected by what judge might rule on. THIS BASIC PROCEDURE THAT IS LEGALLY CORRECT AS WELL AS ETHICALLY , DID NOT OCCUR. AND UTTER CHAOS CREATED THAT AFFECTS LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD.
The file disappeared out of the hearing office unknown by my self and my non attorney rep. and WE WERE NOT ISSUED ANY OFFICIAL ORDER OF TRANSFER TO ANOTHER OFFICE NOR ANY DECISION MADE. System was hacked into and appeal deleted also as has been gong on now for over decade too for others. still legally pending but file destroyed over a 1/2 dozen times. and not posted by ACS et al either.. as it would expose their illegal acts.?Ignorance and blatant disregard for due process rights occurred and something that was basic training for us when I went to work for SSA IN 6/68 back when government still worked as every one was upholding the rights of others the best they could and were trained in how to do this held accountable if it was not done.
So legally there is still a hearing pending in MacAlester OK SSA hearing office even those its not there and the system was hacked into and deleted off of there. and the second remand from the appellate judges is ignored too. to hold a hearing so they have something to rule on if I appeal a lower judge;s decision. which has not occurred yet as no hearing held and first item is a request for a subpoena for my personnel files from SSA and or HHS that disappeared over a decade ago and no one wants to find it and no records either on line exist either. for any one transferred to workers comp jurisdiction who are legally still employed by SSA. until they can retire and that cannot occur until CEO Lynn Blodgett obeys 15 appellate Judges at the US Dept of labor and posts my file from my records as his several copies he has had were shredded and disappeared. in violations and defiance of judges so no permanent disability could be worked. as filed for as long ago as 1996.. when he had contorl already of OPM et al. So none could know the facts and why in 2009 three US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR APPELLATE Judges said to ask me for the facts as none else has much of anything but rumor and gossip which the most recent came from him and weer blatant lies that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and nothing to do on my cases as he knows it is a lie and does not care as his 'word is taken with out question for any in the government as they have nothing to rebut what he says as they do not have even the Judges orders to officially read. let alone obey as he has control over all. in his over a hundred corporations and as many partnerships and secret agreements with regard to our monies and rights in the nation and world.

My own regional commissioner is on Linked in and may be the one causing me some issues over there as others seen fine with me being part of the groups. She was named as an offender as an HHS employee over the nears in EEOC complaints that ended with EEOC sanctions against HHS which SSA WAS A PART OF FOR TORTURE TO THE POINT OF DEATH SO DEATH PANELS ARE DOCUMENTED AS EXISTING BY THE EEOC, MR PRESIDENT , AT LEAST ON MY CASES.. and long before you got to Washington , DC. I pray for your success daily as yours is mine and all of ours. And some things need badly fixed in case we get someone elected that is worse than any in office so far. I pray some good people run from all parties and one of them makes it so all of us can 'make it.' Ad I do truly want justice for three dead at the hands of others in 3. 61 as its shadow over all for what occurred there and covered up to this day. 8/09 SSA HEARING FILED ON ENTITLEMENT FACTORS
When We filed, there was a 3 year back log that when my file disappeared, 2/3 of others apparently did also as the stats for that office went down that fast at the time. Months later I forwarded a couple of pieces of papers to be associated with the file, not realizing that now all that the Federal employees are doing is scanning this over to the 'cabal; and they decide what gets entered. and for any one illegally 'blacklisted' by this cabal to get out of paying liability cases or for any other nefarious reason is not much will survive and what does manipulates the outcome as to what a judges gets and whether one is going to have a hearing., So the judge, gets these couple of pieces of paper not being told by the office manager that a hearing file had disappeared out of their custody with no decision, and there was a dismissal of those couple of pieces of paper not germane to the outcome of the hearing itself., as no hearing ever took place that was still legally pending in the hearing office although not visible in any form to those there.
It took nearly two years to get it through the appeals council appellate judge who had to dismiss and remand as there had been no hearing ever held on the hearing that was filed on 8/09 on the legal issues that affect entitlement factors as well as there are appeals at the lower levels pending since 9/2000 on subsidized wages and other matters that even the medical, decision for disability that HAS YET TO BE DONE on my medical records and my my medical sources and even the board certified pulmonologist the state agency sent me to in OKC who ran tests that gave results in consensus with all the others over the last 26 years disappeared also and was reported as shredded, too. and never posted as orders came from acting head of the agency? to obstruct FEDERAL WORKERS COMPENSATION FROM BEING ABLE TO ADOPT IT.? BLATANT CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND ABUSE OF POWERS ByA FEW HIGHERS UPS TO STAY OUT OF JAIL TO COVER UP TREASON? TO DO THE BIDDING OF BIG MONEY OUTSIDE INTERESTS OR ALL OF THE ABOVE? THAT OCCURRED BACK IN 88-89 AND PUT US ON THE PATH DIRECTLY TO 9/11/01 as I have written about here many times over. CORRUPTION AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS GOES ON OR THEY ARE COMPLETELY IGNORANT AND THAT IS A DERELICTION OF DUTY IN ITSELF.. THE LOWER JUDGE HAS TO RULE BEFORE THE APPELLATE JUDGE CAN REVIEW AND THE LOWE JUDGE WAS LIED TO OR UNETHICALLY KNEW AND WENT ALONE WITH THE HEARING REQUEST ILLEGALLY DISAPPEARED FROM THE CUSTODY OF THE OFFICE. AND ILLEGALLY HACKED INTO AND DELETED FORM THE SYSTEM ITSELF, DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF IT CANNOT GET OIG TO DO ANYTHING AS ITS A CONTRACT AND NOT UNDER THE LAWS OF THE LAND ANY MORE.

AS I TRIED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY I FILED FOR A HEARING ON ALL MATTERS IN A LETTER FROM SSA THAT GAVE ME THE RIGHT TO FILE RECENTLY AND DID AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO IGNORE THE HEARING AND FILE ANOTHER RECONSIDERATION SO APPARENTLY EVEN THE RECONSIDERATION DECISION DONE RECENTLY WAS EITHER NEVER ENTERED OR DELETED TOO. SO NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THE REAL RECORDS EVEN ARE THAT LEGALLY EXIST BUT ARE NOT VISIBLE IN ANY FORM TO ANY ONE WHO NEEDS TO LEGALLY ACT ON THEM? It SSA wishes to reopen the case on their own and render all the decisions without any files? then that is the request they need to make as I wish to preserve my filing date for the Hearing should I not agree with the final result. . Hanging up on me repeatedly when I am only trying to get files together so they can make an informed and legal decision on matters, is not cooperating to get due process rights followed at all. or any other constitutional rights. I am cooperating fully and for some reason those in the govt are not at all and why not ? New inflammatory gossip run amok?
AND TODAY THE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE STAFF FOR THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS UNAWARE THAT THERE IS NO PLACE FOR ONE TO FILE AND GIVE EVIDENCE OF A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT OF CORRUPTION AGAINST A HIGH LEVEL GOVERNMENT PERSON AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AS THE OFFICE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT , WHICH HAD NOT SERVED US WELL OVER THE YEARS WAS DISMANTLED.
So while congress holds hearings on misconduct by high level officials, and decries what is going one, they do not know that there is no office for ant one to submit a report to anyway.CHAOS BECOME CORRUPTION AND AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT AND the basics of where is the 'police station to report a crime' no longer even exists at the Federal level.
OIG's do not get these as they take their orders from high level govt officials and that is a basic conflict of interests if any one even knows what that is any more.
SO LIVES AND PUBLIC MONIES GET STOLEN AND TAKEN FROM US AND THE BASICS OF NO ONE IN CHARGE GOES ON AS THE THIEVES AND WHAT IS CALLED MURDER BY ANY ONE ELSE RUNS AMOK. I said if you do not by reason of personal conscience then I respect that, but otherwise you have become the problem as if 95% of the people voted on all elections even if we vote for different people, OUR PRESENCE IS POWER THAT OVERCOMES THE GREAT WEALTH OF ANY ONE PERSON OR CORPORATION AS THOSE OWNERS STILL ONLY HAVE ONE VOTE EACH LIKE THE REST OF US DO.
GET REGISTERED AND VOTE AND LET THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE RULE. ALMOST EVERY NATION NOW HAS THE VOTE BY THE PEOPLE EVEN IF THE FORM OF GOVERNMENT DIFFERS ETC.
