Does this happen to anybody else? - The CON Trail see my comment posted to the site. As I have often tried to find a law or regulation or have a link from a government web site to some policy, law etc and find the site is not there. SOME ONE WAS TO HAVE BEEN PAID TO SET IT UP AND SHOULD HAVE IS WHAT I SURMISE OR IS THERE SOMETHING MORE 'SINISTER' AFLOAT THAT WE ARE NOT TO KNOW THE RULES WE ARE TO BE GOVERNED BY?
I cannot say and even the Congressional committees cannot tell me for several months what their own Congressional rules are they are to follow. It has seemed very obvious that neither a Congress person or Senatorial aide is allowed to contact a government contractor on behalf of a constituent and that means THY CANNOT HELP MOST OF US WHO CONTACT OUR ELECTED PERSON FOR ASSISTANCE AS WE ALWAYS USED TO BE ABLE TO DO SO IN THE PAST AND AT LEAST BE ABLE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ISSUES ARE AND PROBLEMS AND HOW OR WHAT ONE NEEDS TO DO TO GET GOVERNMENT TO WORK FOR US IN A LEGAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL MANNER WHEN WE HAVE OUR PERSONAL RIGHTS DELAYED OR OBSCURED. OR AS IN MY CASE 17 FEDERAL APPELLATE JUDGES IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES ORDERS 'SHREDDED' MAKING WHAT THEY SAT OR DO MEANINGLESS, ALSO,. AND THE FIRST ACCESS TO THE THIRD BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT IN THE US CONSTITUTION ELIMINATED AND WHEN ITS DONE TO OE, ITS THE PRECEDENT TO DO IT TO ANY ONE ELSE AND ITS OCCURRING, WITH THE VERY RIGHTS OF LIFE BEING LOST IN TOO MANY CASES.
NO ONE KNOWS IF THEY CAN CONTACT A CONTRACTOR DIRECTLY ND THEY ARE THE ONLY ENTITY THAT KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON AND TOOK THE TAXPAYERS MONEY TO DO A JOB OR MANAGE A PROGRAM ETC. IF THEY LIE, NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL IS ABLE TO KNOW THAT AS NO ONE HAS THE PAPER OR DIGITAL FILES TO ACCESS AND AS ALL WHO READ THIS BLOG KNOWS THAT HS OCCURRED AS EVEN JUDGES ORDERS CANNOT BE OFFICIALLY SEEN TO BE OBEYED BY AN AGENCY EMPLOYEE IF THE CONTRACTOR DOES NOT WANT IT.
NO RIGHT OF OVER SIGHT BY OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS MEANS WE ARE IN AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT. Its like all have been going through the motions for over a decade and asking government officials what is going on who can only get a verbal word from the contractor that is not the data, files, or may not even be the truth as has happened in my case. The congressman from the area where the main cabal is located is over the rules committee and they got incensed at me to day and I had politely and professionally asked and said I was trying to find out and wanted to know and no one knew that makes the rules? and neither did the US Senate rules committee and no one offered to find out and get back to me so
I do thank R. in one of the local offices and she was polite and professional but she did not know the answer either. I had been threatened with intimidation by one just before I decided to call that office. SO THE HEAD ONES MUST KNOW AND WE NEED TO PRAY FOR OUR OWN ELECTED OFFICIALS AS THIS IS WHAT THEY ALL MUST BE UP AGAINST WHEN THEY DO WISH TO HELP OUT., Our own Congress people and Senators are under less rights than we are? Forbidden to step into an overthrown government to attempt to take it back for the people? Our ow elected officials subjected to intimidation and threats of digging out some long time ago scandalous behavior to be smeared with .
THEY NEED OUR PRAYERS AND SUPPORT WHEN THEY DO TRY TO STAND UP FOR THE PEOPLE AND WE DO HAVE SOME GOOD ONES IN OFFICE OF BOTH PARTIES AND ITS TIME 95% OF THE PEOPLE VOTE SO THEY HAVE A TRUE MANDATE OF SUPPORT FROM US OR WE HIRE SOME ONE WHO WILL DO THE JOB FOR US AND NOT FOR 'THEM.'.
WE ARE IN CHAOS AND GOVERNMENT IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE AS GOVERNMENT CANNOT WORK AS THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO HAS BEEN TURNED OVER TO AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL TO DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH OUR MONIES AND OUR LIVES. AND NONE IN ELECTED OFFICE AT ANY LEVEL SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT TO DO AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY NEED THE PEOPLE AND OUR INDIVIDUAL CASES TO WADE THROUGH THE MIRE OF CORRUPTION THAT THIS HAS BECOME WITH OUR PUBLIC MONIES BEING SKIMMED AND STOLEN AND OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS DISAPPEARING ALSO ALONG WITH OUR VERY RIGHTS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD,.
Its become a vicious cycle of corruption that no one seems to know how to break even if thy wish to do so and those close to being able to help, seem to not even begin to understand how bad it is and one seemed to think she was 'invincible; to day and none of us are in our fragile flesh and blood bodies and the world around us that is insured to the hilt as accidents happen all the time and worse is when 'they' are negligent or its intentional and we have become helpless to help ourselves when those we asked and hired to take care of things for us are not doing so.
My own elected officials cannot answer this simple question either so how are they helping others? OR ARE THEY? SINCE POLLS SAY THEY ARE VERY UNPOPULAR AND NONE SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE DUE TO NOT TAKING CARE OF THINGS FOR THE PEOPLE?
Those of either party used to be able to help out and not one has been able to do so since soon after this cabal took over nearly totally after 9/11/01/ Some help was give in the past by all to some extent., Congressional aides would at least present the issues to the agencies and we could find out what was really going on and know what needed to be done. OFTEN IT HAD BEEN ANOTHER FELONY DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS AND ANOTHER RECONSTRUCTION WAS NEEDED. One found out that a decision had been made on a case and no notice sent to me or my attorney and we just barely had time to file an appeal on a matter that had been caused by crucial parts of the file gone missing again. as has been the ongoing illegal pattern since 1/10.89 on a non controverted accepted and a type of precedent setting federal workers compensation case.
I guess if one in office is there as a bought and paid for subsidiary of the tobacco or chemical or international cabal industry then MY CASES ARE NOT POPULAR AT ALL. But not all are such, and there are some who do seem to truly want things to be better. THEN THEY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHOM THEY ELECT TO THEIR LEADERSHIP POSITIONS SO THAT THE RIGHTS OF ALL AND SECURITY OF OUR NATION S'S RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED. AND OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS ARE ALLOWED TO Do THE JOBS WE HIRED THEM TO DO FOR US,
There may be disagreements on how to solve issues and problems and the rights of all aides in alternative solutions being able to be found that are better and often cheaper in price .COMMON SENSE SEEMS TO HAVE ELUDED THE PROCESS AND SO IS THE BASIC RIGHTS OF EACH OF US ALSO,
We now have one large group after another truly seems to be believing that only 'their' group is going to survive on this planet and they have all the rights and others have them if they are permitted to join them. Often they are of one faith or another and some are even CHRISTIAN THAT HOLD SUCH A BELIEF. ITS AN IMPASSE AS THEIR OUTCOME IS THAT ONLY ONE SURVIVE AND WHAT OF THE OTHERS?
Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus never seemed to exclude any one from salvation and eternal life. if we wanted it. Others said bad things about him for mingling with those the ' righteous' did not mingle with .It seems to be a 'heart' thing as HIS TEACHING SAY. We are to love one another .ALL NOT ONE OR OTHER.
To not care for each other is the worse and makes us less than human and in some ways it destroys us individually and this can become a societal issue of demise too. We do not have to like each other and certainly we are not all going to agree with each other in thinking nor in how we live our lives. But as a person of Faith their is an ETERNAL JUDGE WE EVENTUALLY HAVE TO ACCOUNT TO AND THOSE WHO THINK I AM HORRIBLE FOR WANTING ALL TO HAVE RIGHT OF LIFE IS 'NOT OF THIS WORLD' MAYBE IT UNFORTUNATELY HAS BECOME SO AT THIS POINT IN TIME AND THAT IS HORRIBLE FOR ALL OF US.
I blog just to pray that other might understand better and think others who share online also so we can better understand each other.
WE ARE ALL ON A JOURNEY FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE AND ITS EASY TO BE SIDETRACKED INTO PATHS THAT LEAD US INTO THORNS AND BRAMBLES OF DECEPTION AND DESTRUCTION AND ITS HARD TO GET BACK ON THE RIGHT PATH WITHOUT HELP FROM EACH OTHER AS WELL AS DIVINE HELP TO KEEP US ON THE BETTER PATH. THE INSPIRATION AND HELP I FIND ON LINE IS AWESOME AND UPLIFTING AND EVERYONE WHO SHARES IS GREATLY APPRECIATED TO SHARE SUCH .ITS THE POSITIVE ABOUT THE INTERNET THAT CAN ENTICE SOME INTO SITES THAT ARE NOT THE BETTER WAY . WE E HUMANS CREATED WITH FREE WILL AND SOMETIMES WE STUMBLE AND FALL AND HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK . AS PART OF THE HUMAN FAMILY AND AS A PERSON OF FAITH I AM NOT ALONE AND NO ONE ELSE IS EITHER AS WE AND OUR CREATOR IS THERE ALWAYS FOR US. I SOME WAY EVEN IF NOT ALWAYS OBVIOUS.
We are close in years to colonizing space and the possibilities are awesome for what is nearly here. HE is the CREATOR OF ALL and HE IS THERE, EVEN IN SPACE HE CREATED FOR US FOR ANY ONE TO ASK FOR HIS HELP. That is my faith opinion. and belief. AND ULTIMATE COMFORT TO KNOW HE IS HERE FOR EVEN ME AND FOR EACH ONE OF YOU.
