Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 5/26/17 MEDICARE MELTDOWN: MEDICARE HACKERS HEAD CAUSES DISRUPTION OF MEDICAL CARE IN USA
This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found my Medicare data files hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002. For blog readers I have done this in a way so that I can open it and add addresses as I send them. Its time for Congress and the people to join the effort to take back this nation for us and make it better than ever for us. And then we can be better able to help our world neighbors as we are able to take care of ourselves. which is not going on well right now.
TO HONORABLE MEMBER OF CONGRESS
Congress, has been said is afraid to hold Town Meetings as they have become so unpopular and the people are so unhappy with their job performances and at times angry words, have fallen into physical confrontations.. ITS TIME TO CHANGE OUR WAYS. ON BOTH SIDES.
Its not you versus us... ITS US VERSUS THOSE WHO HAVE OVERTAKEN THE USA AND ARE ROBBING THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND OUR RIGHTS DAILY AND CONGRESS WILL NOT STOP IT.
THERE IS NO WAY TO HAVE A BUDGET IF THE BANK ACCOUNT IS BEING ROBBED.. Everyone knows that and why if our debit card or check book is stolen we go to the bank and cancel and set up a new account to stop the thieves or we would be in as bad a shape as the USA. in our personal affairs just because we did not stop the thefts ..
YOU WILL NOT STOP THE THIEVES AND THEN YEAR AFTER YEAR WE GO WITHOUT THE USE OF OUR PRECIOUS TAX DOLLARS WE SENT TO THE GOVERNMENT TO TAKE CARE OF THOSE THINGS FOR THE GOOD OF ALL OF US AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION..
You cannot fight this beast system that has overthrown the USA by those who voted in the COUP of 2002 and took away the rule of law over those now running the government and all of us even into our private work places where the management services of a real ;beast' system has to be hired to deal with the crooked government contractors running the whole government.. These are companies who hire our own good neighbors not knowing what they are really getting into at all. then caught with needed a job and paying heir own bills and having to do what their own internal souls knows is wrong.. I have spoke to many in the position over he last 7 months and its a horrible and impossible situation. that should never exist.. as 17 active Medicare numbers should not exist. either and the bi weekly hacking of my employer posting to the billing system as the primary payers do not wish to pay and the sub contractor under control of the head of the USA which is not the president. by act of Congress in the COUP of 2002 when the hacking began on my own personal records. and then got worse and worse.. all over
CONGRESS YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF THE SAND AND FIRST AND FOREMOST GET RID OF THAT HORRIFIC UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULES THAT BLOCKS YOU FROM EVEN KNOWING WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON ..
Hearings have become farces when you have those testifying about their agencies who cannot really the whole truth as you will not allow the real truth to be told . THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AS THEY ONLY KNOW WHAT THE CABAL IN CHARGE LETS THEM KNOW AND OFTEN ITS NOT TRUTHFUL AT ALL
You have to have the right to find out! what is going on .. and that means being able to mention a contractor, contact one and have one testify .. or the body count of the American holocaust is going to continue to pile up and our public monies disappears in more skims and scams and out right theft that you have forbidden the agencies to stop by not allowing , since the coup of 2002, any agency to do a real internal audits and that includes systems in this era. as well as any criminal investigation.. EVEN IF THEY USE THEIR EXISTING BUDGET.. and AGENCY HEADS THAT WOULD CONTINUE NOT VERIFYING THE DATA AND FACTS THEY PASS ON TO YOU TO BASE LAWS ON NEED TO BE TURNED OVER TO THE JUSTICE DEPT AND OUR LEGAL SYSTEM FOR WHY THEY WILL NOT STOP CRIMES. AND LIE TO CONGRESS ABOUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON .
There is nothing more horrible than to contact a member of ones Congressional delegation and sign a privacy release and than get an answer back that is nothing but a cover up by the contractor you are having an issue with.. and what you get is a letter based on what the head of the USA , Lynn Blodgett lies and says to the agency official that answers the congressional or senatorial aide. I HAVE BEEN THERE OVER AND OVER ON THIS SINCE 2002 AND THE AGENCY DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE THEIR OWEN JUDGES ORDERS THEY HAVE HAD WITHHELD FROM THEM AS THEY COVER UP THE CRIMES AND WILL NOT EVEN TELL YOU THE TRUTH THAT THEY ONLY KNOW WHAT THE CONTRACTOR LETS THEM KNOW. as they collude to rob the USA and end lives and livelihoods of the people in all kinds of ways, not just in health care.
You have this unconstitutional gag order rule that forbids you to do your job for us and do find out the truth even if the files and data are under the cabal or in the trash can of the contractor who is covering up crimes and massive thefts and other illegal activities.. For an agency not even know there is agency judges orders to be followed and not tell you the truth that they have no control of their contractor.. to make them obey the laws, contract terms or judges.. IS WHY THE PEOPLE ARE ANGRY .. AS ALL OF US ARE BEING ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THIS CABAL THAT SWIMS TIN THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION AND GIVEN VIRTUAL CONTROL OF THE USA.
Not all are aware of HOW ITS BEING DONE AND WHO IS DOING IT.. BUT WE KNOW WHEN OUR RIGHTS ARE BEING USURPED AND WHEN WE ARE NOT GETTING A LOGICAL AND TRUTHFUL ANSWER.. AND THAT REFLECTS ON YOU AS WE SENT YOU TO CONGRESS TO TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS FOR US.. AND EXPECT YOU TO MAKE SURE THE BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE IS FOLLOWED OF " for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation?"
YOU CANNOT DO IT ALONE IN THIS!
When this nation has been under siege from foreign entities or within .. we have to help and we need your leadership as how best to help. And we need to show our loyalty to those who lead for us an reelect you back to continue the work from what ever party or none you may represent.. We don not all agree about how things should be done... but we have a basic understanding of what is needed to be done... under the US Constitution.. to make sure these precious inalienable rights are preserves our founders well understood when they stood up to those refusing to respect their individual rights and self governing rights a few hundred years ago . Not perfect, but the ideal was there and its been a long way to make it so .. only to lose it in the COUP of 2002...
Wars of weapons were won because all the people helped out.. but this war in the 21st century from within our country is MORE OF ONE OF INFORMATION IN CYBER SPACE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. Even though at times a few resort to physical acts of violence ,, and that is horrible .. the information might have better stopped even those if the efforts of those in virtual control of the USA was not focused on illegal acts rather than supporting the efforts to stop illegal and harmful acts..
For me and mine, LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICAL CARE IS BEING OBSTRUCTED OVER THE DIRECT ACTS OF THE HEAD OF THIS CABAL WHO OUTED HIMSELF A FEW YEARS AGO AS MORE AND MORE AGENCY JUDGES BEGAN TO BE DEFIED BY HIS DIRECT ORDERS TO HIS PEOPLE but to many are also being treated such too. and with dire consequences plus the thefts of the public treasury means budget cuts to life sustaining programs has to be done for THEFT LOSSES. WHICH IS LUDICROUS AND WHY DOESN'T THE GOVERNMENT STOP IT. ???.
You need our personal info to put together to do so ?? Whom do we get it to?? who will put it all together and get the illegal acts stopped?? We so have a deep state of denial going on inside but its not a total one at all ASK THE REAL OFFICIALS WHY I HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS THAT HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP TO BENEFIT CATEGORIES AT SSA?? and that has been hacked also in my and others cases or you would not have been written to over three years ago.. and nothing done to find our what is going with another huge sum of money in the public treasury that is at risk.
We have a cabal of companies that are interlocked in a miry web that is going to take real experts to unravel that break all kinds of laws about conflicts of interest .. etc. and they control and even deny access to agency officials to find out what is going on ..
1-800 Medicare, a contract owned by General Dynamics has access to the total thefts going on in much of Medicare.. rights now.. but unlike a few years ago .. THEY ARE BEING ORDERED TO VIOLATE THEIR CONTRACT AND NOT TURN IN THE HARD COPY PRINTOUTS ?pictures OF WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AT BCRC OF THE FORMER GROUP HEALTH WHICH OWNS it as a AS A SUB CONTRACT and all that is going on all over in health care under CMS which knows nothing officially of what is really going on .. Those officials need to answer first and they are not under the gag order of congress to be asked??
Due to all kinds of privacy laws. its going to take individuals all over and patients in health care to get their records and pass one what they can find out... AND OVER AT SSA , THE SAME IS GOING ON ... WITH SYSTEMS HACKED AND THOSE OFFICIALS WROTE to you over three years ago and my own judges remand orders go unprocessed for years. now.. as the physical hardship is life threatening also .
My records all over began to be hacked as soon as the COUP of 2002 began .. and your unconstitutional gag order has made it so not one member of my congressional delegation is able to help since the COUP of 2002. Senator Inhofe, apparently was not aware of the overthrow of the USA and gag order back in 2004-205 yet and was able to help me some, but then was forced to back off and not help this crime victim of daily crimes. as criminal activity was going on ..
There is no victim help when there is no prosecutable crime... due to Congress forbidding that any and all crimes by a non DOD contractors cannot be prosecuted,, NO CONTRACTOR HAS A CRIME VICTIM TO PROTECT YET THE HARM IS JUST AS BAD AS ANY PARTY DOING THE SAME CRIME TO ONE.
I have fond many of you do in Congress do not know of this COUP of 2002 not the NAME OF HE ONE THAT HIGHEST LEVEL AGENCY OFFICIALS KNOW IS IN VIRTUAL CONTROL OF THE USA ..
You have some 'wolves among you " who have not been truthful to you and have misled you and even your staff and aides think its a COURTESY MATTER TO NOT CONTACT A CONTRACTOR... even when massive thefts and even fatal harms are going on ..and that is why you are not popular..
Most of these domestic programs are going to take individuals getting access to their own records. n some way.. and some support and guidance from you and others as to what is needed.
Attached are evidence that I HAVE 17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS IN THE BILLING SYSTEM THAT YOUR OWN DOCTORS. AND OTHERS IN THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ARE BEING FORCED TO COMMIT FRAUD IN ORDER TO GET ANY KIND OF PAYMENT TO SURVIVE AS THE CMS OFFICES HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE ONES IN CHARGE WHICH ARE NOT IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT AT ALL..
NOW THIS IS MASSIVE HACKING GOING AND EACH CLAIMS BEING PAID UNDER THESE NUMBERS according to those at 1-800 Medicare who are being ordered to cover it all up by their management ordering them to believe that the hidden primary payers is done legally when common sense says its impossible to be.. so . ,
One higher than supervisor did not deny they are from the cabal actually stealing the money but diverting all but one pay.. which is theft on my own records as Medicare is not the primary payer for me at all. You can read the linked Medicare Meltdown series. and find out how bad it is.. and if you have a Medicare card or a loved one who does. remember these thefts are overpayment against you and your heirs and the same entity will not allow a simple wavier to be processed over at SSA either.
YOU ARE NOT INFORMED IN ANY WAY THIS IS OCCURRING AS ON THIS ANCIENT SYSTEM THE SUMMARY NOTICES CAN BE SUPPRESSED.. The system is a records that goes into the cyber cloud of the more modern system and frames your doctor, etc. for fraud as well and can have their bank account emptied as this cabal signs then up to accept the money in the first place,, not CMS. and over payments can be recovered without much due process.
Our Medicare community is having to pay big money for a bogus screen of what ones insurance is since 10/16 and ITS AN ILLEGAL OFF LINE SYSTEM WITH NO SECURITY AND DIRECT ACCESS TO STEAL FROM THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND?. Yet Congress will not put back one simple law to allow agencies all over even in non health care with similar things going on to use their existing budget to do internal audits and criminal investigations ..
THE PHILOSOPHY OF A GOVERNMENT HAVING A PARTNERSHIP WITH NON GOVERNMENT ENTITY IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL .. They have to have oversight just as any employee of the government must to prevent thefts and other crimes and back when government worked as the government had their authority to over see what was or is going on and verify the truth of facts and data.. government worked for the people and nation. and budgets could more easily be passed and balanced as the truth of things was known and more efficient means found... AND ONE HAD MEANINGFUL AND LEGALLY ANSWERED TIMELY APPEALS. ETC ALSO... AND JUDGES WERE OBEYED IN AGENCIES... AND TO NOT USE THE MOST UP TO DATE SYSTEM TO DO THE WORK FOR US.. IS JUST ALLOWING THE THIEVES TO SHUFFLE DATA AROUND TO CREATE NEEDS FOR MORE CONTRACTS AND WORSE HELP THEMSELVES TO WHAT EVER THEY WISH TO ILLEGALLY DO OR TAKE.
The attached letters issued from the illegal, insecure system that CMS has no idea is being used to steal do have the full social security number of myself and spouse blacked out for our own protection but willing to forward to you the full number should you decide to verify more .. This set is being done this way so you may use it anyway you wish to stop this and get upwards of 10 million dollars back just on my own claims stolen and misused for thefts and theft of my ID... which no one can stop due to the COUP OF 2002 WHICH MICHAEL HOROWITZ SAID WAS DONE IN THE E- GOVERNING BILLS OF 2002.. AND THAT IS WHEN THIS HACKING BEGAN. AS THE Daily Recaps show. .
I believe that the report of a billion dollars a day being stolen from Medicare is real from what has occurred just on my bills. and me and mine do not have the huge bills of a transplant or cancer patient might have. at this pint I an assuming that Part D prescription drug claims all paid by this head's company as sub contractor for all insurer is doing the same of 17 pays per claims and all but 16 diverted which for us is theft of 17 since Medicare has never been legally primary as three Medicare judges have ruled and orders disregarded inside the cabal company and . as they said " WE DO NOT CARE WHAT A JUDGE SAYS: AND THAT IS WHAT IS RUNNING THE USA.. no regard for the law, contract or judges orders or rulings. .and what DO WE NEED TO DO TO HELP YOU, CONGRESS.; TO GET THIS STOPPED. ?

(We need peace and cooperation for the good of all and do what is needed to stop the terrible acts that is being done to us from within what is to be the business of government and not allowed to over see since the COUP of 2002. to even know how bad thing have become. yet the harms and sorrows exist and increase.. as we get robbed )
